Hi. I'm Sami. From Fawzi academy. In this video, I will talk about. How to reset AutoCAD to defaults.
Each user account on a system, has its own AutoCAD settings.Resetting to defaults, only affects the currently active user account.
To reset in a different account, you must first log in as that user.The reset utility gives you the option to back up your settings first.
Once the reset is complete. AutoCAD automatically opens and initiates a secondary installer.
Start menu .All Programs. Autodesk. AutoCAD 201x. Reset Settings to Default. If the reset utility fails to work.
Manually resetting AutoCAD. Involves deleting two folders. and a registry path. Here are the steps.
Exit out of AutoCAD. If available, export your current settings to save them as a back-up.
Do this by going to start. All Programs. Autodesk .AutoCAD 20xx .Migrate Custom Settings .Export AutoCAD 20xx Settings.
If there is no export utility, manually save a copy of the folders mentioned below. Delete the following folders.
For Windows Vista and newer. C\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 20xx.
C\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\AutoCAD20xx.
Press WINDOWS-R on the keyboard, to bring up the Run window, enter REGEDIT and click OK.
Delete the following registry key (to manually save a backup, right-click > Export):
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\Rxx.x\ACAD-xxxx:40x Launch AutoCAD 20xx to have it rebuild its settings files.

When you try to crop an image in Photoshop and enter width, height, And resolution values in the crop options,
You receive the error that the scratch disk is full and are unable to crop the image. If you leave the crop options blank,
you can crop the image successfully. Solution 1: Specify measurement units when cropping.
Enter the desired measurement units in the width and height crop options.
For example, enter 100px for pixels, or 1in for inches.Solution 2: Set the default measurement units.To set the default measurement units:
1. Choose Edit > Preferences > Units & Rulers 2. Select a measurement unit for Type under the Units section of the Preferences dialog box.
For example, select Pixels. 3. Click OK. The error, "Scratch disk is full", occurs when the
resulting file is too large for the scratch disk to process. This error can occur if a file was created in pixel
dimensions but the crop options are entered in inches (the default measurement unit). If you leave the crop options blank,
Then Photoshop will crop the image to the specified area using the same measurement units in which the image was created.

Does Tinder discriminate against "older" people?

As if it weren't tough enough to get a date as you get older,
dating site Tinder also charges more if you're over 30.
But now a California appeals court has revived a lawsuit that alleges Tinder's pricing discriminates against older users,
who must pay more to access certain features of its service.
That ruling was a reversal of a lower-court decision.
At issue is Tinder's 2015 decision
to charge customers 30 and older a $19.99 monthly fee for its "Tinder Plus" feature,
for which younger people pay $9.99 to $14.99.
Plaintiff Allen Candelore
filed suit seeking class-action status against Tinder,
alleging the company's pricing constituted unfair competition and violated California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.
A spokesperson for Tinder couldn't be reached.
The service, where people swipe right on their smartphones to accept a potential match,
is part of the internet company Match,
also the corporate parent of Match.com and OkCupid.
Tinder Plus allows users to change their location so they can find potential dates anywhere in the world and a "rewind" feature that lets users undo
a left-swipe reject.
Tinder, which claims more than 26 million matches every day,
charged lower rates for younger consumers because its market research showed that they were less able to afford premium services.
A three-judge panel of The Los Angeles County Superior Court,
however, rejected Tinder's justification for the difference in charges.
Quote, "No matter what Tinder's market research may have shown about the younger users'
relative income and willingness to pay for the service,
as a group,
as compared to the older cohort,
some individuals will not fit the mold,"
the 26-page ruling said.
"Some older consumers will be 'more budget constrained' and less willing to pay than some in the younger group.
… Because nothing in the complaint suggests there is a strong public policy that justifies the alleged discriminatory pricing.
… Accordingly, we swipe left, and reverse."
Candelore has been involved in other high-profile lawsuits.
He is a member of the nonprofit National Coalition for Men (NCFM),
which seeks to raise awareness about how men and boys are affected by sex discrimination.
Mother Jones reported in 2016 that Candelore and two other NCFM members filed suit in California against business networking and golf
events in recent years that were open only to women.
Both cases were later settled for an undisclosed amount of money.

Ya know, description isn't cool, and so, the pendelum swings the other way as well. If there's decrimination against women, there's
descrimination against men.
and this reminds me of...
Ya know, for instance when they have ladies night at these different clubs. Well, fellas have to pay a cover charge but the women get in free.
And so, ya know, that's not really fair to men because there's not an opposite where hey, the ladies can take the men out
and so, ya know the ladies pay to get in but the men get in free right?
Its not equal and there's gotta be some balance here.
They been doing this for years...
Men are beginning to wake up, they're getting smarter
They're not playing this game anymore and ya know, this is bad on Tinder's part because
To say that 'older people' have more money and therefore we can charge them more for premium services that we can not charge younger people
for
just shows that,
Ya know
They selectively know their market, okay and their demographic that they want to aim at is the younger crowd.
So they want to make it easier for them to get on the platform and charging them a lesser fee is a way to do that.
as someone who is older and falls into the over 30 crowd.
This would be a very good reason to not use Tinder... because, I want to be treated fairly and I want to pay the same price as someone younger.
I don't want to pay more just because I'm considered to be making more.
You know, make me feel just like every other customer and make it fair across the board.
Charge one standard price.
And, another thing too is, this is why I don't recommend going to websites you have to charge and pay for access such as
Match.com's umbrella of dating apps and dating services.
One of the last standing services that they acquired within the last couple of years that is still free
Is Plenty Of Fish. Use it while you can!
Outside of that
Craigslist is an excellent place you can still meet people
Yes there are crazy stories of incidents that I share that, ya know, things happen.
But, you will just have to be a smarter and more aware person when using that platform to reach out to people through the Craigslist Personals.
But guess what? It's free! There's no discrimination, and you are not charged access
It's basically, you sort of figure out what works and from there
Once you learn how to fish, you can reel in as many fish as you want!
Anyways, what are you thoughts on this?
