gave a speech at the Pentagon

about creating Trump's Space Force.

Raffaello Cake (ENGLISH SUBTITLES) - Duration: 14:13.

3 large eggs

63g all-purpose flour

100g sugar

Pinch of salt

50g ground almond (almond meal/flour)

1/4 cup cream

1/2 cup almond milk or low-fat milk

150g milk powder

100g compound chocolate or white chocolate

1 tablespoon clear gelatin powder

3 tablespoons cold water

Peeled almonds

1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

250g white coumpound chocolate

300g white compound chocolate

400g dried shredded coconut

15cm sphere cake pan

Obleas/round wafers

Grease your pans with non-stick baking spray or butter.

Brush the Obleas with water to soften them a bit.

Brush the other side too to stick better.

Non-stick baking paper

Put the other half of the pan on top. Bake it on preheated oven at 180ºC (350ºF) 2-3 minutes.

When baking Obleas they tend to shrink, creating flaws to cover them repeat the previous process.

If your Obleas don't have any flaws, but the bottom is still soft, then bake them for another 5 minutes to dry it well

Make 2 halves.

Decrease the oven temperature to 170ºC (340ºF)

For the cake, begin by separating the egg yolks from the whites.

Add the salt to the whites and whip them until they're foamy.

At this stage, join in the sugar a little bit at a time, always whipping until you get a firm and shiny meringue

Beat a little the yolks with the help of a fork.

Add them to the meringue and fold them with a rubber spatula.

Next fold in the ground almond.

Sift the flour and fold again.

Clean your pan and grease it again.

Divide the batter by the 2 halves of the pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Hydrate the gelatine in the 3 spoons of water and set aside.

In a saucepan mix the cream and the almond milk or (low-fat milk) and bring them to a simmer always stirring.

Remove from the heat and mix in the milk powder and then add the white chocolate. Stir to incorporate.

Add the hydrated gelatin.

Pour in a bowl and cover it with cling film. Let it cool down.

After it cools beat until it gets spreadable.

When the cakes are cooled divide them in half.

Assemble the Raffaello with the help of one of the halves of the cake pan

Repeat the process for the other cake half.

Bring the halves together with more frosting, adding in his junction the whole almonds as needed.

Chill until it hardens up the filling.

Add the coconut oil to the 250g of melted white compound chocolate and stir it well.

The coconut oil makes the chocolate more fluid which makes it more spreadable.

Let set.

Melt the remaining 300g white compound chocolate and spread it all over the cake.

If you want you can add 3/4 teaspoon coconut oil to this chocolate too.

Lastly cover the cake with the shredded coconut before the chocolate sets.

When this chocolate is set, turn the cake around and repeat the previous steps.

Do not worry with eventual marks because the compound chocolate will cover them.

Let it set again.

Wrap you Raffello with baking paper.

Use white adhesive book covering to make the final touch.

Measure before cutting.

With an X-acto knife cut off only the backing paper.

This bit will prevent the cover comes out of its place.

Decorative edge scissors

Cut the ends for a more realistic effect.

Print the Raffaello logo and cut it out.

Double-sided sticky tape

I didn't like the logo this big so for that reason i've cutted it smaller.

And here it is your giant Raffaello.

N. Korean delegation participating in inter-Korean workers' football match arrive in Seoul - Duration: 0:37.

A delegation from North Korea arrived in Seoul today to take part in football matches this

weekend between labor union members from both sides.

More than two dozen workers from the North will be playing their South Korean counterparts

this Saturday at 4 P.M. at World Cup Stadium... in front of a crowd expected to number 30-thousand.

There will be two matches, each one an hour long.

The North Koreans were accompanied by officials, reporters and referees, who after a press

3 South Korean firms found to have illegally imported North Korean coal and pig iron.. - Duration: 1:25.

The government has released the results of a probe into what was suspected to be illegal

imports of coal from North Korea.

It found that, in fact, 7 of the 9 cases did break the law.

For more, we go to our foreign ministry correspondent Lee Ji-won who's on the phone.

Ji-won, tell us more about these findings.

Devin, South Korea's Customs Service revealed at a briefing just a few hours ago, that North

Korean coal and pig iron have been in fact illegally brought into the country using forged

documentation.

Three South Korean firms were found to have transshiped the North Korean resources at

a Russian port and disguise them as Russian goods to illegally bring them into South Korea.

In the course of 7 instances between April and October last year, they brought in a total

of 35-thousand tons of North Korean coal and pig iron, worth some 6-point-6 billion won,

or about 5-point-8 million U.S. dollars.

This is a clear violation of UN Security Council resolution 23-71 which stipulates that North

Korea shall not supply, sell or transfer directly or indirectly coal, iron and iron ore,...

and that all UN member states shall prohibit the procurement of such material from the

North.

The Korea Customs Service said it would press charges against the firms involved.

Two Koreas to hold high-level talks at Panmunjom next Monday - Duration: 2:19.

It was announced on Thursday that the two Koreas will hold high-level talks at the border

next Monday.

The main agenda?

Discussing details of a third summit between President Moon Jae-in and the North Korean

leader Kim Jong-un.

It was a surprising development as the two leaders had previously agreed to meet in Pyongyang

in the fall, but it looks like the summit could now happen sooner than that.

Perhaps it points towards North Korea trying to make progress on negotiations with the

U.S. that have stalled in recent weeks.

We'll have to wait and see whether South Korea once again tries to play a role to try and

resolve this.

We'll further discuss this with a guest, but first, our unification ministry correspondent,

Oh Jung-hee, has more details on the announcement.

Could the third inter-Korean summit talks be held sooner than expected?

At North Korea's request, the two sides are holding high-level talks next Monday at Tongil-gak,

a building located on the North Korean side of the truce village of Panmunjom.

Meeting for the fourth time this year,... the main talking point for the delegates this

time... will be planning the next inter-Korean summit.

"We will have a deep discussion with the North Korean side about measures to promote the

implementation of the Panmunjom Declaration and about successfully holding inter-Korean

summit talks."

That announcement adds weight to the possibility of a third summit between South Korean President

Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un... happening sooner than initially scheduled.

When they met for the first time in April, they agreed...

President Moon would visit Pyongyang in the fall.

But there have been reports recently that Moon and Kim could meet as soon as this month...

to try to find a breakthrough in the North Korea-U.S. nuclear negotiations, which have

slowed down because of differences between the two about formally ending the Korean War.

Another major topic at the high-level talks next week, according to Seoul, will be how

well the two sides have been implementing the April summit agreement, dubbed the Panmunjom

Declaration.

They'll also talk about promoting inter-Korean exchanges, which could involve events like

a concert by North Korean performers... and inter-Korean basketball games, this time in

Seoul.
