place and they're just creating a narrative that makes it appear like your

votes are being taken away well I mean anyone can make up anything right you

years you personally believe that your votes count like when you go to the

voting booths like you mean if I cast a vote for Trump that it actually went to

Trump yeah well you never really know right I'd like to I'd be in favor of any

kind of oversight nonpartisan oversight you know for fair elections any kind of

funding and I'd also be in favor of campaign finance reform no I mean like

in France for example you can't buy a billboard

think about like state and the alleged oppression of the First Amendment right

lot of his information has allegedly been taken off of your three main social

media platforms like Facebook YouTube and Twitter you know so just I was just

curious at what you thought about the oppression alleged oppression of

conspiracy theories and trying to just kind of line things up with the state

narrative more i just noticed your hat that's why i asked what you thought

about the steep we wouldn't get fearful of well i don't know i mean i respect

them yeah but it's kind of a joke yeah i don't think the police carry guns in

things happen right okay so then again my question to you how do you prove to

yourself that the earth is a sphere this

guy got a couple of pamphlets here and I got a YouTube channel quite often here

in Minneapolis and we just try to challenge the minds of people here and

the story right oh I'm a skeptic guard and I don't believe anything anybody

tells me really unless all right I do her that there's been ingrained in me

covered in fifteen hundreds or something it said when he sailed around the world

and you came back to the same place that he had started from deduce that the

earth was round I've seen videos I've heard many deductions that perhaps the

earth is around perhaps space isn't around us and like we are like they've

drawn I've seen like models of like like the earth being actually like the earth

being round but us actually standing on the inside of it and space being in the

center and while you are standing on the outside of the sphere looking in and

everything is yeah that's a hot paper yeah I don't know how much traction guys

many theories

documentaries and stuff well I guess I don't know whether you guys believe that

you're just flap but I hear what you're saying about look I said I have a

skeptic but you should have been there was tension between you know Russia and

the United States to get there first

but I guess I believe what I was told you know we know I know we know we have

the ability to go there so they fake it what they cover it up maybe but they did

things ought to you at a young age by the state what are you skeptical of that

you say that you're skeptical so I mean what would that be that entail

what are you propulse where are you using as a medium to

propulse yourself in that rocket in a vacuum because our vacuum can't it

what is it propelling itself from what medium is there for it to propel itself

same thing and you're not skeptical about that well I mean I guess it's hard

is this gravitational theory and you know it sounds out there but it sounds

the logic is sound at you know point and perhaps you're not pushing against

anything when you're traveling through space but space is moving around you how

do you think you're still yourself where are you going how do you steer

how do you steer in a vacuum how does that happen you can steer in water we

can steer in an airplane right can use a wound within a minute as a runner like I

don't know I guess just once they get momentum going up to put in it and that

is why I can't right now I don't want you I just want you to think locked up

you're in once you're out the space it just keeps going at that rate okay so

you have to have like it for example if we're for pulling ourselves from Earth

to Mars you have to be on point because if you're off point zero zero zero zero

like twenty zero and one if you're off that from Earth to Mars you're gonna end

up elsewhere right so I mean you have to be exact

miles just because of the curvature of the earth like it'll curve like three

so you're gonna tell me that you would trust an AI artificial intelligence bot

to drive you around because it has better senses than your eyes do and your

own personal senses well Google has has actually sent me in the wrong way

because it thinks what's the fastest road with some mass but well even just

like to simplify it for you you know here around here we got a parallel park

sometimes do you ease at intersections and stuff you know to get where we want

to go I can 99.9% out of 100 do aue just by my observations and seeing what I

understand my cars with and turn radiuses and everything I could do you

ease in intersections without hitting a curb or other cars all the time

so how is it that they've tricked us as a youth and then we have never developed

critical thinking skills to observe our environments around us to see that the

earth is indeed not spinning so I guess that's why I mean some people are just

followers and all what I what I do believe in is that reality is only as it

seems it's all perception for all we know this isn't real it's the matrix

they're assigned there was like there was the unproven but sound logic to the

whole theory of us living in a matrix in and the fact that we we cannot prove

that this is real because I see it because I touch it that means it's real

not necessarily it's all great it's all electromagnetic singles signals in your

brain you know I'm solved I don't know if any of this is real but I go along

that's a stretch of radiation that allegedly goes or I don't believe the

earth is a sphere but if you were to picture in your mind a sphere the Van

Allen bill is about 1,500 miles from the surface of the earth to the sky it

surrounds and encapsulating encapsulate the earth so what I know there's a few

so it's impossible yeah what I know there's a few lessons you could I'll go

out not everywhere I know there's a you're allegedly seeing

something in the sky you honestly think like in your heart you really believe

that you're seeing something from almost when you can barely see something across

the horizon here because of all the pollution so if you're looking this way

maybe there's nothing upfront or there's something after two miles you're not

gonna be able to see well I guess the only things play here is the light of

the Moon which has come from the Sun reflecting the marginalized that's maybe

the lady's explain why you can see it does July reach sure is not your eyes

used to light okay can I give you another idea what is the moon has its

own light source and it's it creates its own light and doesn't reflect the sun's

light well I've never hear that well I know it's just come from the Sun so then

do you believe I mean because this we do say that you pretty much believe most of

what the state tells you them while I'm compared to science here not converter

can't see the moon I mean its economy why you think that the Morris plaza

we're not spinning we're not a sphere and we've never been to outer space now

where the land masses and the continents are and everything that's totally

word for it and since I don't trust the United States of America government

right while we're on the world how am I able to fly to Europe and travel all the

way over to Southeast Asia and Australia and then across the Pacific Ocean back

here how do you think you're able to do that okay so can I give you an

illustration which may or may not be correct point out which three places

and their wings help them do that so are they divine defying gravity or is

that just how this reality is and they've tripped your minds are they also

using a magnetic force to levitate

that's just speed and draught and live like there's nothing to do with grabbing

them make the pioneers of aviation model there okay so now we're going back in

time because every time we talk about flatterer hey did you guys get a card in

back to my original question which is like why the phenomenon now like like a

pass that means you wake up man though I mean it's gotta be some silly

kind of like there's got to be something behind this whole movement though like

there has to be a motive but it's either a bunch of trolls and I'm not saying you

like why so many people all of a sudden in the last I've just noticed in the

last like five years it's really come on the radar in my world you know we all

have our own little bubble and the last like I don't know six months and you

know you hear about it on reddit things like any other social media platforms

and you know you see it online here and there on both sides and I got curious

one day not too long ago and I was watching some YouTube videos and on the

concept it just doesn't seem like

there's enough I mean it's it seems like this new thing so is it is it a movement

is there one central organization behind this I don't think I'm any of my answers

are gonna really satisfy you and tell you to ask me all day man I'm just some

guy we had in Bloomington who lives in Minnesota right but you're just tired of

being lied to well alright you like being lied to of

course okay what happened tell me two narratives given to us by the state that

you don't believe there's plenty of a man this should be really easy to just

name to right now narratives by the state that I don't believe because

executed by the you know by the armed forces to shoot it down because of that

terrorist threat I don't know if that's been disclosed since or whatever I

remember seeing or hearing about that by some credible seemingly credible so I

guess that would be more okay that you know obviously there are embellishments

and you know hyperbole in the in the in the news stories that go out from hang

out and chat man forget about your friends

yeah I have a friend he said it was really good so is the placards movement

you're talking about believing narratives yeah is the platter so-called

movement there you know I've heard about it recently is it the doorway to sorts

into questioning other narratives by the authoritative forces of government or

any other institution so it's really opening up the doors to say look you

know there's a lot of mystery and this ladder thing if you if you can

really question if you have enough insight to believe that there could be

flat then you should maybe consider these other possibilities I'm not trying

to put words you guys know I'm just so I mean yeah I mean Flat Earth is

definitely a gateway drug for sure sure to people who are familiar with those

types of narratives yeah but what it also does is it makes people pick a sign

well you know the Flat Earth yeah well yeah but do you think that

people picking a side on something that we all hold you're like we all inhabit

the earth right do you think there's anybody outside of the earth like an

outer space yeah absolutely not like there aren't any other people I mean I'm

just saying like there aren't any other forces outs and so we're all dependent

on the earth and we all know like right here I know this is grass that's what I

call it right and like I'm dependent on and I'm going back to you like I know

that if I push my bike forward or take a step forward I'm gonna fall onto earth

right okay like I'm going to there is earth in front of me so I I know that to

be true but you know in reality you could be in a in a program right we

could be living in a simulation so everyone seems to be super willing to

entertain the idea we're just all a computer program sure what you say this

and I hope I should take it so that I take a side like right I take a side on

murder and would rather have you be hot or cold than lukewarm or I'll spit

bus driver the pilot on a plane I have been on planes

I trust that they're gonna get me from point A to point B and I'm going to

reach my destination and so so but I have you guys fade out okay so I mean I

cut you off that's fine but I do that's what I'm doing it but so you have trust

in all of these other mediums like a car a bus a bike so on and so on to get you

to your destination yeah but what happens to you when you die who's who

are you in trusting yourself in for your destination here on earth oh that you

get to the destination you need to be at I'm okay with me I die oh I'm okay with

the idea that I don't know and I'm okay with the idea that my time here on earth

is finite and that when I'm gone that though there will continue hopefully to

be other life that picks up in my place you know I don't have any children but

maybe I will I was just

this year Thank You Dublin thank you but you know I will see you know hopefully

you know I can either pass my genes down or pass my traits down or or leave a

legacy in some regard I think that a lot of people would share that comment you

know want to leave something behind here and then in the mortal world and who

knows what else is out there and I'm fascinated by the religious beliefs in

people and people pondering that question but I don't think in my

personal opinion that that that people should spend too much time worrying

about what happens when they go and they should spend that time helping out here

and being a citizen of the earth unless no I mean it just sounds like you're

you're you're making it seem like you're ruling over the idea of what happens to

me when I die for hours and hours on ends not me person right like somebody

else would be no of course not you that's easy to solve right him and I

have solved that years ago right like it'd be a lot different if there were

like you know a budget danger and you'd be running for your life but for

somebody like yourself I would implore you to find out the meaning of life and

why you're here and who created us I think there's a natural curiosity I mean

it's not it's not like I've never been curious but I've not seen any proof and

you know what let me say this this isn't proof right here proof what we look

around here this is an approval creation well if it's true of intelligence design

something so infinitely wise and intelligent

all knowing and encompassing creates us an eyeball proof I think III get joy and

happiness reviewing well by myself and others but I don't know anything to be a

hundred percent sure I mean it could be a simulation it could be because the

earth could be flat I would say that the the scientific evidence is

overwhelmingly opposed to that idea and for for centuries

you know after people were likely prosecuted or you know footbath or

whatever punishment they went through to prove that it was round because we

thought it was flat in the first place in my recollection in history books

unless those are I don't know but you know at some point you know it's like

you just have to keep lip you know you live your life and and I think as long

as we're doing right by each other and so I'll just ask you one more question

if you don't mind well so sure why is it so important that people understand or

would question that those they here at this flat and I guess you might have

answered that earlier that it might be a catalyst to opening the door to other

potential untruths or questioning authoritative you know institutions

things like that why why is it so important for people to question two

questions something that is fundamentally understood as a universal

truth up until seemingly recently because it establishes your right to say

whatever you want about anything regardless of whether it's Shura because

a lot of the stuff that is controversial similar to a lot of the reasons why Alex

Jones was allegedly taken off of a lot of social media is because that opens

the doorway to challenging the state and if we're unable to challenge the state

on topics like Flat Earth transsexuals and you know vaccines and chemtrails

then that becomes a problem and they're enforcing their rules and laws and

statutes over a body of free thinking free will be

so like I guess my question to you would be are you part of a religion no I'm a

big Gnostic okay what if I was to tell you and give you an illustration that

you are in fact in a religion and that would be based off of your inability to

prove things to yourself like the moon landing like outer space like going to

Mars like the Earth's you know pictures of outer space you're taking all that

information from other people you never met before why I can I can use what I've

been taught as scientific theory to test my own you know hypotheses throughout

life like if I go home tonight and I turn on the light on that talk about

that I'm talking about specifically for in outer space yeah okay so I am

suggesting that you're part of a religion I guess you know why you get to

be fair I think you know I think I've taken for granted have been complacent

about the fact that I learned at a very young age like most likely that the

earth was spherical food and that you know that I don't but I don't actively

worship that you know what I mean like I just don't understand you indirectly

worship it by coming up here and really scratching your head and being like

really these people think they are this flat so just by you coming up here and

talking about it and even though you're open you seem to be somewhat open-minded

you're still defending your belief in the blow by coming up here and talking

to us I wouldn't I wouldn't say so I'm more inquisitive I I think I came up

here asking you guys questions and I just because I think it's important to

but you want to have an understanding but I guess my point is is

if you really thought the earth was a globe you know then you know yeah I

guess you could just carry on and mock and ridicule us and have this piety

about her education right yeah you know but I'm still trying to establish this

so that you have a better idea you are part of a religion it is the village it

I'm Brian Mullen and this is balls out physics Episode five propulsion in space

a lot of people out there including myself when they started questioning

things questioning space travel start to think about how in space there's nothing

but there's no matter in space and a lot of people have said well what are you

pushing off of in space and then that's that's one of the things I started to

think about a lot and that's one of the things that kind of broke my heart

because if you watch them so for if I want to talk about the thermosphere I

realized that the temperatures in low-earth orbit we're too high but I did

wonder if okay if we can get through the thermosphere can we still travel through

travel the Stars and the time I started to think about this idea of having

nothing to push off of and I realized that I don't think it's even possible to

move in space if it's it is what mainstream science of instrument

strongly believed that it was a vacuum it shouldn't you sort of think that

there's it shouldn't be possible to move and I thought of Newton's third law

which says that basically says that every action has an equal and opposite

reaction it's definitely true on earth if you push on something and it pushes

back with the same force it creates an equal and opposite reaction if there's

no it eventually it will you know if you if you push on something that's not

strong enough to resist your force then you'll move or able move until enough

force is developed or is that the total enough reaction is developed a resistive

force so for example if I crouch and then push up on my on the bottom of my

feet push myself back up but the reaction of the floor pushing back up is

equal to the force of my feet pushing down that's that's basically what this

third law says okay so a lot of people say well in space how can you move when

you've got nothing to push off of and what we're told with the with the

accepted theory is that that you all you have to do is push maps away from you

and you'll move in space and it kind of makes sense but then what the ball comes

back in that so there's a lot of circular reasoning for me trying to

figure this out like what am I missing because I didn't want to accept that you

can't move in space but I honestly don't think you can but start with the jet

engine on earth now on earth we have air all around us

it's a fluid really and it's not that much different from from water when you

really start to think about it gas and fluid gas and liquid are are very very

similar they're both fluids and so say this is a

jet engine very crude drawing of a jet engine on a commercial airliner and when

I'm standing here where you're standing at sea level the roughly the the

pressure on your body from the atmosphere the weight of the atmosphere

above you is roughly around fourteen point seven pounds per square inch or

101 kiloPascals if you're using the metric system and so that really what's

creating that pressure is the weight of the of the air above you all of the air

above you yeah it's just like that's what I think about is it if you if you

dive in a pool and you swim to the bottom you can you can feel the pressure

increase as you go lower and lower and pull this because the weight of the

water above you is increasing and you really feel in your ears

after your's are very sensitive if you go lower and lower you go deeper and

deeper deep the pool is you feel that pressure in your ears it's the same

thing in the air just not as noticeable and so you know as you rise in a pool

the pressure becomes less and the same thing happens in our air if you go up

into the mountains the pressure actually decreases you have to and when engineers

are designing things that are affected by pressure they do account for altitude

and how how pressure changes and at sea level we use fourteen point seven and

that's the typically called one atmosphere of

pressure okay so a jet engine sitting here's that engine sitting on the rungs

it's experiencing this pressure all around it just like our bodies are and

that's that's one of the reasons it's theorized that you need a spacesuit in

space one of the reasons is because our bodies in space would expand because

space has negative pressure and so pressure is what actually holds our

bodies together all right that's the theory so you hold us call this the air

fresh this atmospheric pressure if we want to call it that or whatever is

acting on this engine from all sides okay

as it's sitting here on the runway just like exact you know my body exactly not

you the viewer everything okay so there's pressure here this 180 M equals

14 7 PS mm use English units because I'm used to but I do think the metric system

is better because this world was designed I think which system is better

each their own so okay have an engine sitting here it's off all right I post a

link below to a five minute video that shows how a jet engine works so that in

a nutshell and it's it's very cool how they work it's very interesting it's

really based on on how a nozzle works so it's give me a good example that you

take a garden hose and you turn the hose on full and water streams out of the end

of the hose but if you put your thumb over the end of the the end of the hose

and cover say half of it the water sprays out much faster and the reason

that happens it spreads out faster and farther is because you increase the

energy but the mass the amount of mass flowing through stays the same and think

about it behind your finger there's still the same amount of mass and the

same amount of water is flowing and but then you reduce the size of the hole

that the water can come out of but that same amount of mass still has to keep

because there's still that much mass behind it pushing it so that's why the

water sprays farther and and faster because you're actually increasing the

energy and if you think about it kinetic energy is equal to ke is equal to

one-half mass times velocity squared so you see what have to see what happens

here is the velocity increases because you produce the area and so your kinetic

energy increases no I could get into the flow equation and show how would you

actually reduce the area increasing the energy but if this just given the basics

here this is what's happening and that's how I get engine works to in a nutshell

it's there's a little more complicated than that but what happens is the intake

in the front engine where the fan is if you what you see a a you see the front

of a jet airliner it has a fan here and so fan turns on these things really suck

an enormous amount of air into them they suck in this air as you see in the shape

of the of the engine if you watch that video about 80% of the air just flows

around the turbine in the center and so just to keep it simple we just say that

the air comes in a big opening and then comes out of a smaller opening so it's

forced of the back at a higher velocity the energy is increased yeah keep it

simple so we'll just use so this air is forced air is forced out of that turbine

this cone represents a turbine and there is some difference about 80 percent of

the thrust comes from from from the air flowing through and 15 to 20 percent of

the thrust comes out of the turbine but it's for this we'll just just say if the

thrust is just being forced out into that send the engine okay and so per per

Newton's third law every action has an equal and opposite reaction so this

thrust creates a reaction on me right here call this the reaction farm

and pushes the Jeff actually pushes the jet forward that's not the only action

happening the typical example of the classical example is that that the

thrust pushes this way the action of the thrust pushes this way creates a

reaction to push the rocket okay but there's something else happening here

there's a lot of actions happening this thrust is acting on the environment with

the air or the air is acting a little thrust however you want to look at it so

the way I see it is it's like this column of air this jet of air is being

sprayed out of the back of the engine and you have this atmospheric pressure

that's pushing the surrounding relatively stationary they're against it

holding it against it so we develop little reactions friction between the

air this is kind of like viscosity a liquid actually it's pretty much what it

is so we'll the shears since I call it and that's how you develop the reaction

between this thrust and the air does that make sense so the pressure holds

the stationary air relatively stationary hair against the thrust and that creates

friction which creates the reaction against the thrust which basically you

have to keep you you have to keep your action reaction going to move make sense

so that's how it works in a nutshell on earth there's a lot

more to it but they watch that video to understand how the jet engine works okay

but it's space it's different space sucks

literally it sucks it's a vacuum the pressure is negative so all these these

blue arrows pointing at the engine would be different so just they be facing the

other way because space would be sucking on the engine now a jet engine like this

can't work in space because you need a new take you need the pull air in and

force it out the back so that's not how the pulse

and spake space works and when I was a kid I grew up watching space shuttle

launches I was quite obsessed with it I wanted to be an astronaut like every kid

for a little while and I like watching how it moved I like learn how it worked

in space and you remember the space shuttle program the way the space would

have worked after after the launch after it got into space I had these little

Jets hasn't had these little Jets all over it

- shut compress the oxygen out into space and that was supposed to be that

the mass moving the push of the maps away from the mass of the the oxygen

away from the shuttle was supposed to be what controlled its movement and gave it

thrust when I needed to roll whatever needed to do you see in the movies

well so let's say that this is actually one of the little nozzles on the shuttle

okay over to the shuttle saying the shuttles over here somewhere you know

this is just one of those little nozzles tiny little nozzle that shoots

compressed oxygen out into space remember the space sucks so you have

this pressure I think the other way what that is is really not important because

it sucks that's all so we have all this suction happening on the engine closed

right now this nozzle isn't that is active yet and so you have this built-up

compressed oxygen oxygen inside the this this novelty there's a tank over here

fills with compressed oxygen and when they open the end of the nozzle or the

jet whatever you want to call it you have the suction ports over here and

I'll use red and so the the very high pressure oxygen wants to spray out into

space but space is already pulling away from that oxygen so how do you develop

an equal and opposite reaction that space is already pulling all this stuff

away this vivid it's sucking its point so

this opens and there's compressed built-up oxygen in here and oxygen is

actually pushing on the wall of the nozzle and the tank that it's in okay

it's pushing it's already pushing on that surface and it opens and it sprays

out of the space but there's no there's no air out there there's no positive

pressure to hold her against the oxygen if there was any air and so it would

just in my fan I mean really start to think it wouldn't just expand infinitely

the moment it starts to come out where's the opposite reaction created and that's

what people are really asking our guts that's like a lot of people to give our

gut reaction isn't it away this that doesn't seem like it would work and so

this question is discussed I actually have a friend who took a propulsion

class and I'm really I can't remember what the class was just was told he took

there was an autumn point class it was free from a very well respected

University I won't mention any well as MIT but they they offer free courses and

he told me that of course that's a to answer this question what they do is

they show they show a professor has a video of himself standing on a

skateboard and he took some weights and throws him wet throws the weights away

from him and he moves back the other way and I ain't so I said oh I gotta try

this and so I took my miles I had an old skateboard and I went out into the

garage and I started throwing weights away from me in that and I didn't move

and I was like they can't lie about something like that that would be people

would test that eventually right come on so I may have said this in the past that

I didn't move in a skateboard so I have escaped what had really old wheels on it

and these are the wheels it used to be on it see the bearings

kind of rusty and so I decided I really need to do this right so I got some some

nice rollerblade wheels when I was a kid it was considered lame to put

rollerblade wheels on your skateboard but I've kind of sucked at skating so I

just like known as fast and this skateboard is the design here my ideas

for this thing to only go straight as you see if I try to turn and explore

it'll hit the the rollerblade but so I got some new bearings

you know wheel spin really well and I set up a trap or something that catch

stuff as I threw it away from me my still in the skateboard sort of

throwing masse away from me I took a cinder block or CMU block and threw it

away from me and sure enough I moved backwards pretty significantly so see

okay that works but is that the same thing well it took me awhile about like

that's still where's the equal and opposite reaction with is this the same

thing and I don't think it is and here's why best way to think that let's start

with a bullet okay here's a bullet alright with a bullet

you have a brass casing and you have this is actually to consider the bullet

and this is the the bigger the casing but a cartridge right the battle over

the the brass casing and here's the D this right here is a joint between the

two okay and on the back you have a primer this little circle here and the

firing pin strikes the primer and ignites the Gunpowder within the bullet

within the cartridge and the Gunpowder the the Gunpowder explodes and it pushes

in all directions but since this bullet since there's a there's a seal here and

this is considered this is the weakest point between these two masses the

bullet flies one way and the casing tries to fly back the other way if

you've ever shot a gun before you're holding the rifle against your shoulder

you know you get a kickback but the smaller mass of the bullet the bullets

mass is much smaller than you the rifle and the cone and the casing so the

bullet flies away from you and so one of the you know when people ask this a

question when I asked this question one of the things like

well if you put a you put a bullet in a vacuum chamber or in space and you you

know and you're a gun and you were able to strike the primer and there was you

know oxygen contained and saleable was completely sealed it would the the

bullet and the gun would fly away from each other yeah it would because you

have two masses with an action happening between them so you get two reactions

there does it make sense it's so I started thinking about that and I said

well I skateboards the same thing really as the bullet the action is are is my

arms or the professor's arms pushing on that mass and the reaction is occurring

between the action of your arms on you and and the Remi and the CMU block or

the or the tire that I threw or whatever are the weights whatever you throw you

actually create two reactions there okay there's an action between them but here

it's not the same before my opinion it's not the same before the shuttle leaves

the earth they fill because oxygen containers with oxygen and the nozzles

and everything with oxygen and it becomes pressurized you know the oxygens

forced into the container and the oxygens expands high pressure pushes on

the outside of the container and then the container pushes back against these

little pressures that I show here the container pushes back so the action and

reaction has already occurred okay and it's just waiting there and this is now

potential energy rated waiting to be released so the action reaction has

already occurred this isn't the same thing as somebody standing on a

skateboard and throwing something away from them or a bullet it's not the same

I mean really think about you you see what I'm saying here you need you need

two masses with an accident happening between them to move in space on earth

this nozzle would spray against the air and you would get an equal and opposite

reaction because there's positive pressure on earth

there's air in space there's not it's completely the opposite it's just like

it's it's very similar to the jet engine on earth except you don't have the

intake you just have compressed oxygen spraying out against the air space it's

not the same and I think I don't think it works it really it's kind of hard to

wrap your head around this one but what's amazing if so many people have

this gut reaction like yeah that shouldn't work yeah I had a lot of hard

time trying and trying to wrap my head around why my gut was telling me it

didn't work it's it's pretty amazing that that we we have that ability to

know something's not right we can feel it but we can't we can't actually get

our minds to see see right away what the problem is I find that very interesting

because statistically with multiple choice exams when someone comes to a

question that they don't know that they don't know the answer to right away your

gut reaction your first instinct if you have four you have four choices a

multiple-choice test a B C or D your gut reaction the first one you see that

looks good usually is the right answer it's pretty amazing yes sometimes

sometimes called intuition and women are known for having better intuition than

men so ladies out there how does this feel do you think about this does this

make sense this does this seem like we should be able to move in space with

this type of propulsion now if you had a bunch of bullets and some like a bit and

barrels sticking out of the out of the space shuttle and fired bullets out of

those barrels then I would think you would be able to move for the reason I

explained but carrying bullets I think gun powder off into space first of all

it's really heavy about the bullets are heavy let me live led for one brass

casings gunpowder everything and all the high temperatures are seeing up there

and high pressures and everything and stream lis flammable bullets have fun

with that I wouldn't I'm sure nobody would even would want to

do that so you would need you would need two masses and an action happening

between them to move in space whereas in this case you only have one mass that's

already contained it's already pressurized to action and reaction has

already happened and then when you open the nozzle it just it just sprays out

into space makes sense so that's that's the problem I see and and today is April

1st so I kind of can come figured out how to explain this droid feel and I

were actually talking about this one and then it kind of kind of worked out that

what what we both see every did a lot of people feel that something's wrong about

about propulsion space of the way that we the classical weights we've been

taught with without with compressed oxygen being sprayed out of the space

and I thought that's how the shuttle moved I know there's different

propulsion systems out there but space shuttle is supposed to exist and it was

supposed to move up there a lot of people were saying that I was thinking

that it wasn't a real and makes not everything I've shown in episode 4 and

what I've seen all the little hoax footage it's I don't think it's real

time to cut so I was I saying today is April 1st and I think we're all

being fooled by these space agencies and there are a lot of people who agree with

me it's the the number seems to be growing more and more every day there's

no description below I posted another link to a video showing glitches and

anomalies and things that don't look real on the space station that was made

by a person who actually thinks that who does think that we live on the globe i

remain open i have no idea what this world is at the moment

I'm trying to determine that so keep reiterating that and so yeah I think

they're being fooled another thing I want to point out is if you watched

episode 4 both that it's - there's two episodes up right now they're probably

more sub episodes for Episode four I talked about a lot about that

International Space Station and you know the temperatures and all the problems

with low Earth orbit but the the International Space Station is supposed

to have an ion thruster and it seems very high-tech I've looked into it a

little bit but I don't really want to spend too much time trying to understand

how it works because if the ox' that the compressed oxygen propulsion has

problems I mean that's what's the point really is is how I feel about it now but

but the reason I had that the ISS has an ion thruster is nASA says is because the

space station runs into gas particles in the thermosphere there's collisions with

gas particles they're significant enough to slow it down and if you watched

episode 3 in episode 3 I talked about how how the minimum velocity or the

velocity at whatever altitude is calculated to a minimum velocity that

needs that you need to maintain to stay in orbit so you don't get pulled towards

the Earth or whatever object you're orbiting and so the space station has to

maintain that minimum velocity or it will get pulled towards Earth if it

increases the velocity then based on the heliocentric model and our gravity

equations then it would then it wouldn't it would move farther away from Earth so

so they they have to activate the thruster every three six months I don't

know what it is due to collisions with these gas particles so if you watched

episode 4 the whole episode was all about you know how come these this

station doesn't get hot I have them satellites don't get hot and so these

these collisions with particles are significant enough to slow the station

down but not significant enough to heat it up because they condemning the

particles contain a lot it's very hot up there so it's there's a

lot of contradictions a lot of things that don't make sense and then when you

see video when you see things that the that show glitches it makes it look them

it just anomalies it look fake take a close attention that video the first

time I watched the video I posted down below so I didn't really see a whole lot

I really started paying attention to what the video creator was actually

trying to show us a while the others things that doesn't really does look

like it's been faked or it's pieced together you know like they're in a pool

so I'll let you be the judge of that I'm not telling you what to believe like I

said this is my opinion but there are people out there who agree with me it's

a lot of people are agreeing with me and I'm agreeing with others that we're

doing work like this so so we need some answers and you know what we're paying

for all this stuff and when I'm still only five hundred fifty three people up

in the space so we need to stop paying to be fooled I think if we are beautiful

a little bit at the moment I have I have to conclude that so regardless of the

shape of the world I'm going in its kind of a different direction as well I want

to keep making all that physics episodes but I'm also besides what the shape of

this world is I found kind of leaning towards trying to understand how it

works and if these space agencies are going through all this trouble to fool

us maybe it's because they do know how this world works could be well could not

be that could be logical explanations for all this stuff but that's why I'm

making these videos see if we can find them or see if we can't so until next

Unfortunately, I'm not yet able to play my game due to my internet connection as I have to fix that and purchase special

Mesh type booster as the house is really big. We just move into a new property

My router doesn't reach that far and I couldn't update my ps4 or my normal sky

Copy of the game, but quite possibly very soon maybe end of this month

I should be able to get it all done and

So hello games on July 24th this year dropped this latest update of normal sky and boy

Oh boy, it looks just amazing. It looks like we finally have a game. We've all been promised from the very beginning

I have gone through their websites to see what's new in a game

But you know the list of improvements it's simply too long and it would probably take few hours to tell you all about

New features and what's new and things like that and what's been fixed?

So instead what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna focus on few major

Improvements and I'm gonna leave you guys a link to official Hello Games

No Man's Sky website so you can have a look and see what it is because like I say the list is absolutely massive

the main thing for me is that we finally have a proper multiplayer in a game and we are able to meet other players and

See their avatars

Unfortunately, the only way now to communicate with other players is only through expressive gestures

But still that is quite awesome

I think and hopefully in the future updates they will be finally bringing voice chats to the game

The whole game experience is now available in 3rd person mode as well as first person

But I think I'll be mainly playing in third person mode as it looks just awesome

Bases can be now built anywhere on the planet high up in the mountains or even underwater

Literally bases can be now set up anywhere on a planet, which is a massive improvement in my opinion

They have also added a ton of new base parts that takes the base building to a whole new level

teleporters can now also be built anywhere on the planet and their menu has been

Completely revamped to make it a lot easier to use them

We all can now own

Multiple bases in a different parts of universe and the complexity and size limits of bases have been vastly increased

This is something that definitely has to be done in my opinion to bring more fun and complexity to the game the character customization

Have been finally brought with this update and let me tell you guys it looks just awesome

you can literally customize everything from head to toe and also truth which race you would like to play as

There has been a major freighter enhancements. And finally we can own different looking freighters

Planetary resources have been expanded with different unique substances and items to find and refine

Based on planets biome weather as well as stellar classification

so now we can build these refiners which will allow us to convert the raw substances into more valuable materials for

constructing advanced products and bass parts

Graphic improvements are just insane. They have improved draw distance planetary terrain generation

That brings more variety whole flora and fauna have been entirely

Redesigned now we can find planets featuring rings a higher mountains new improved cave systems also

Planetary surface looks way better and much more interesting from the orbit

They have added a lot more details to ships NPC's and building textures also space visuals have been greatly improved

Clouds are much more realistic and they look just so damn good

There are many more incredible improvements to this game and overall. I think hello games have done

insane amount of work towards this update

now we can really have the game that we've been all waiting for and I totally believe that this is

Just the tip of the iceberg guys

I'm pretty sure that hello Games team is going to work extremely hard to bring even more awesome

Improvements and updates to no man's sky in the future

I have felt let down by hello games at the beginning and even though I was playing the game

I felt like there was a lot of things missing and not to mention the original game when it first came out

it was very generic after playing like 10 plus hours and

Even after the updates with base buildings and land vehicles. It was still not enough to fulfill my needs

Now I totally dig this game and I can't wait to play it again

To summarize my thoughts am I excited to play this game now?

Absolutely. Am I going to be playing this game again? Hell yeah

First, come down and select the 1366 by 768 artboard from this dropdown.

Now, XD will open and automatically create the artboard in your project.

Hit "R" to quickly access the Rectangle Tool and click in the top-left corner of the

artboard to start creating the rectangle.

the top and left edges of the artboard like this here.

Now, drag out to make the rectangle 838 pixels wide and 768 pixels tall.

You can also come over here and type in the values.

Turn off the border for the rectangle and change the fill to the hex code F24C4E.

Go ahead and click on the plus icon to add the color to the document palette.

To add some variation in the background, we'll create a smaller rectangle.

Turn off the border and come into fill and change the it from "Solid Color" to "Linear

Gradient" in this dropdown.

On the first point, select the color you saved in the palette below.

For the second color, use the hex code F2D34C.

Go ahead and add this color to the palette as well.

Head back to the course files and grab this resort building photo and drag it into the project.

Resize the image and place it in the artboard like this.

Now, drop the opacity to somewhere around 10% to blend the image with the background.

To hide the hard edge, create a rectangle that's aligns to the top of the image.

The height of this rectangle doesn't need to be too big.

Then change the fill to "Linear Gradient" and set both points to this saved color.

Now, set the opacity of the color on the bottom edge of the rectangle to 0% by typing it in

here or sliding this control down.

For the top point, leave it on an opacity of 100%.

Adjust the height of the rectangle until you get the blending effect you want.

Now, we'll add the main resort image.

Create another rectangle that's 579 pixels wide and 354 pixels high.

Go into the course files and drag this image onto the rectangle.

Adobe XD will automatically fill the rectangle with the image.

Next, we'll create the title.

To do this we'll start by creating a rectangle that's 300 pixels wide and 113 pixels high.

Turn off the border and set the fill to the hex code to FCFCFC.

Add this color to the palette because we'll be using it later.

Hit "T" to access the Text Tool and click on the artboard to create a text layer, then type out a title.

Select the text and come over and change the font to Open Sans, which is included in the

course files or can be downloaded from Google Fonts.

Set the size to 45, the style to Bold, the character spacing to 100, and the font color

to the red in the palette.

Move the cursor outside the text layer and hit "V" to switch to the Move Tool.

Now, use the Move Tool to center the title.

Use the guides to gauge spacing and if you don't see the guides, hold Option or Alt

to enable measurements.

Then create another rectangle that's 300 pixels wide and 20 pixels high.

Turn off the border and then set the color to the yellow that's in the palette.

Select the layers for the title card and group them with Command or CTRL-G.

Once the title is placed, switch back to the Rectangle Tool by hitting "R" on your

keyboard and fill the space to the right with a new rectangle.

Turn off the border and set the fill to the off-white that's saved in the palette.

Now, switch to the Text Tool by hitting "T" on your keyboard and type a subtitle for this section.

Keep the font on Open Sans and change the size to 30, style to Bold, and character spacing to 140.

Set the fill color to the hex code 3C3C3C and save that color in the palette.

Head back to the course files and open the fill text file, or feel free to use an online text generator.

Then copy the filler text.

With the Text Tool still selected, click and drag below the title to create a text box.

Now paste in the filler text.

Keep the font on Open Sans and change the size to 12, style to Light, character spacing

to 100, and the paragraph spacing to 30.

Set the fill to the black color in the palette.

Resize the text box width to 403 and height to 111.

Then with the Move Tool, place the paragraph 30 pixels below the subtitle and left-align

the edges of both layers.

Now, let's create a call-to-action button.

Switch back to the Rectangle Tool and create a rectangle that's 150 pixels wide and 44 pixels high.

Set the fill color to the red in the palette.

Come over and make sure this icon is selected and enter a value big enough to make the corners

completely rounded.

By selecting this icon XD will ensure all corners are rounded by the same amount.

Move back to the Text Tool and type a call-to-action like "Book Now."

Keep the font settings from the paragraph section above, but change the font style to

Bold and set the fill to the off-white.

Go ahead and group the elements of the button and move the group down 40 pixels from the paragraph.

Also make sure the button is left-aligned to the paragraph and subtitle.

Group the title, subtitle, and call-to-action button and name the grouping "body."

To bring in some color and fill the white space, let's place an image at the bottom

of this section.

So head back to the course files and drag in this image and resize it to fit.

Drop the overall opacity so the image blends in with the background.

To hide the top of the image, repeat a similar process that you did to the image on the left.

Now, there's just one more thing to do, and that's to create a simple menu icon.

So switch to the Rectangle Tool and hold Shift to create a square that's 38 by 38 pixels.

Turn off the fill and set the border to two pixels and set the color to the black.

Next, hit "L" on your keyboard to access the Line Tool.

Click and drag within the square while holding Shift to create a perfectly straight line

that's 18 pixels wide.

Duplicate this line twice by hitting Command or Control-D. Now, space each line 10 pixels

apart from each other by holding Shift and using the Arrow Keys.

Then group the lines, select the group and the square, and hit the Align Middle Vertically

and Align Center Horizontally buttons.

Now, the lines should be centered within the square.

Now, make sure you save your work by heading to File > Save.

Then select the artboard, head to File > Export, and select "Selected…"

Name your file, pick the desired format and export options, and click "Export."

And that's it!

4 things the Note 9 doesn't have that Samsung may be saving for its Galaxy S10 ● Tech News ● #TECH - Duration: 2:34.

Featuring incremental updates like a Bluetooth-enabled S Pen stylus, a higher-capacity battery and

a slightly bigger display, the Note 9 doesn't exactly deliver any new earth-shattering technology

in the mobile space.

That being said, Samsung could be saving a lot of goodies for its next flagship phones

in 2019, which are expected to be called the Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus.

1.

In-screen fingerprint reader

The Note 9's fingerprint reader is now located below the rear cameras.

This is a notable improvement from the Note 8, which had the sensor right next to the

camera lenses.

While greasy fingerprints are less likely to smudge the camera with this new placement,

an even better location for the reader would be within or beneath the display.

With the Note 9's expansive 6.4-inch screen, the phone definitely had room for it.

Unfortunately, this is a trend waiting in the wings, so we may just have to wait for

FOD in the Galaxy S10.

5G readiness

Known as 5G, the next generation of high-speed cellular technology is soon approaching, with

broad US availability expected sometime in 2019 to 2020.

Because the Note 9 doesn't have 5G connectivity, we expect the Galaxy S10 to be part of this

early 5G wave of phones.

3D front-facing cameras

The Note 9 combines iris and facial scanning to unlock your homescreen, but that's not

quite the same as a secondary, 3D-mapping front-facing camera.

It's a faster and more secure way to recognize your face, which means Apple can use its system

for digital payments and smoother animated emojis.

4.

A remappable Bixby button

With the Note 9, Samsung still makes its digital voice and search assistant Bixby extra-accessible

by adding a physical quick-launch button on the edge.

Unfortunately, just like the Galaxy S9 and the iterations before it, you can't remap

this button to open anything else.

All it does is launch Bixby and Bixby only.

With the handful of apps and guides available online that teach users a workaround to reprogram

the button, hopefully Samsung will get the hint soon that people want more options when

it comes to this button.

Especially since it's physically easy to hit accidentally, resulting in numerous unwanted

Bixby launches throughout the day.
