My name is Joao Itaqui. I'm a Field Sales Rep for Google Cloud.

I started eight years ago in Brazil, and I was doing enterprise sales for Latin America.

And then I moved to the U.S. to work as a Field Sales Representative.

I think what attracted me to this particular role was the fact that

this is a totally different moment in the cloud market.

We are actually offering our internal technology, our Google magic.

I mean this is so huge in terms of growth and meaning for the customers.

They are lighter, they are faster, they are more competitive. You can see the impact.

This is a transformational sale. First we need to make sure that the organization is open and ready.

And you have to be in a position that you are a trusted advisor.

When you have enterprise IT experience, you're going to be able to apply your sales skills,

but because of the pace of the innovation and because we are evolving, the sales role is also evolving.

I don't think we can describe a typical day.

You have to be sometimes in trainings, talking with specialists, talking with product managers,

but you want to stay as much as you can on the field.

If you work in a specific vertical, this is something that you are definitely going to be able to use here

because we are touching all the verticals from startups to Fortune 50 companies.

And there's a lot of people in the Cloud organization that are there to support you.

So the closest person that the field sales have is the assisting engineer.

There is a lot of technical discussions, and I rely on the customer engineering on that part.

I am fortunate enough to work with people from a lot of different backgrounds, a lot of different cultures.

Here at Google we use that in our advantage.

So everyone who works here has this notion that we are part of something bigger.

The cloud market is changing so fast and we are changing so fast,

you're going to have to make your own rules sometimes, so this is the fun part of the job:

talking with your customer, understanding their needs,

you can go back to Google Cloud, and you can suggest things, you can create campaigns,

so everything is for you to define. It's awesome.

HANDLING REJECTION AND HATE (WITH A SMILE) - Duration: 12:53.

Sunny Lenarduzzi: You're going to get told no.

Sometimes it's temporary.

Sometimes it's permanent.

Some doors close.

Some doors open.

But the best way to continue to move forward is to get better at handling and bouncing

back from rejection.

And how do you get really good at handling rejection?

You need to get rejected more.

Seriously.

So as I was listening to an interview recently and it was a Tim Ferriss interview and he

talked about the idea of a rejection challenge, that you put yourself in scenarios where you're

going to get told no.

The easiest way to do it is you go to a coffee shop and you get your normal order but then

you ask for a discount because most likely people are going to say no.

So I figured you know what?

Might as well give it a try.

Good.

Can I get a green tea?

I'm going to do the Jasmine.

Jasmine?

Yeah.

You'll get it to go?

I'll get it to go please, yeah.

Yes.

How much is it?

2.65.

Could I get a discount on that?

No, sorry.

Are you sure?

Okay.

It's 2.65.

SunnyLenarduzzi: Yep, no problem.

A little awkward, a little uncomfortable, kind of like ripping a band aid off.

But overall not so bad.

Hearing the words no or having your work slammed by a stranger doesn't really feel good, but

the truth of the matter is if you want to be successful and if you're putting yourself

out there at any capacity unfortunately it is inevitable.

It's all about figuring out how to navigate that feeling and navigate that kind of attention

because it doesn't feel good and you're human so it's going to affect you, but making sure

that doesn't affect you to the point where you just stop trying because that's the truest

tragedy of all.

I wanted to breakdown some of the ways I've gotten used to dealing with rejection and

with hate all while having a smile on my face.

What the first thing is that you really need to understand and know about rejection or

hate is that it's not personal.

Really truly and honestly it's not personal.

Facts are facts, rules are rules, and preconceived notions are preconceived notions.

You have no idea what the person who is rejecting you or criticizing you or throwing hate your

way is going through in their own life, or what their set of rules and judgements and

whatever it is that they've been built and created stories around for their entire life,

but they're just projecting them on to you.

It has nothing to do with you, it's not personal, and you can't take it to heart necessarily.

It actually has nothing to do with you.

Now what you can do that's really constructive is when you do get any sort of negative feedback

or criticism or you are rejected from something, you can objectively take yourself out of the

situation, separate from the emotion of it, and kind of question, "What can I take from

this?

What's the opportunity?"

The greatest way that I've learned to handle rejection or any kind of hatred coming my

way is to look at it and figure out if it's useful.

It's not, I let it go.

I just leave it.

I have a moment.

I shake it off.

But I will also try and always see the opportunity.

Seeing the opportunity in pain, seeing the opportunity in a negative situation is the

best way to see real growth and real change for the positive in your life.

Try and see if there's an opportunity.

If there isn't, if it's truly just a harmful thing being thrown your way, you don't need

it.

Tip number two, and this is something that I have dealt with recently, is something I

mentioned in the first part of this video is that it's a projection.

So it has nothing to do with you.

It's not personal.

A great book on how to really achieve freedom in your life from feeling this sort of negative

energy from other people is The Four Agreements.

I can't recommend it enough.

It's basically my bible.

I read it all the time as a reminder, and one of the agreements is not to take things

personally.

Part of how you don't take things personally is understanding that a lot of what comes

your way is a projection of other people's beliefs, there are stories, whatever it might

be.

I wanted to give you an example of how this showed up in my life recently actually right

here on YouTube and it came through a comment.

I'm going to read you the comments.

This is pure proof that most of the time it's not about you.

It's about what the other person is projecting onto you.

I got this comment on one of my most recent videos and it said, "I owe you an apology.

I've been feeling a bit resentful towards you for shifting your brand, as you've obviously

shifted from strategic in the physical perspective to the emotional and thought perspective.

The reason for the resentment I believe is likely just to do with you moving from comfortable

for me, i.e., what I know and can understand really well, to what I do not.

I almost did not watch this episode but I'm so glad that I did, and I want to thank you

and myself for pushing me outside of my comfort zone."

Pretty powerful.

If every troll in the world left comments like that, it'd be a much better place.

I have so much respect for that person.

I'm not going to name who they are, but I have so much respect for that person because

they understand that their feeling of resentment towards me or hatred towards me or whatever

it was, was coming from a place of, uh, she's doing things that maybe I want to be doing,

or she's talking about things that maybe I want to be talking about, or maybe there are

things that I'm so uncomfortable talking about and I don't want to dive into, so she's now

someone that I hate.

But you see how that happens?

It wasn't about me.

It was about their own interpretation of what I was talking about.

What I want you to do and really an important part of handling rejection and hate is knowing

who you are.

This is a safe community as I always say and in the comments below what I want you to do

right now is pause the video.

Come back to it.

Pause the video right now and comment with one really amazing trait that you have, because

the more that you're able to take pride in who you are and what you do, the less this

stuff is going to bother you.

Tip number three is you are your own best advocate.

Like I said, comment below with the best part about you, the best trait about you, what

you're really an expert at and what you know to be super, super true about yourself because

there is good in each and everyone of you and you have to celebrate that and it will

outshine the negativity or anything anyone else is going to come and throw your way.

One of the things that I do is that I have actually started repeating and reprogramming

loops in my brain.

What I mean by that is I mentioned a book a few videos back and will link to that in

the cards about mind hacking, and mind hacking is all about treating your brain kind of like

a computer and hacking a computer.

Something that you have to do when you're coding is create loops.

What I've done is created positive loops in my brain.

Reiterating things that I want to believe about myself or create in my life, and whenever

I have downtime I'm repeating these five sentences every single moment.

Now my five sentences are probably very different than what yours would be, but they can be

things like, "I am the pinnacle of a happy, healthy relationship and coupled with my partner,

and our friends and the people in our lives admire us for that."

So even if you're not there in the reality right now, reprogramming that loop in your

brain will actually help you start to work towards that.

You can also say things like, "I'm a multimillionaire entrepreneur and I'm creating massive impact

in this world."

Write just down a few sentences, five sentences maybe about what you want to create and your

life is going to actually help you visualize it and achieve it.

Be strong and steady in your own beliefs about yourself as opposed to listening to what other

people have to say.

Number four, rejection ultimately is protection.

Now I know that might sound really weird because it hurts, it doesn't feel good, but sometimes

when you're rejected from things or sometimes when people leave your tribe or leave your

circle or whatever it might be, it's the best thing that it's ever happened to you.

It might not feel like it in the moment, but a lot of the times when rejection shows up

it's actually protecting you from something.

Whether you know it, whether it shows up later it's usually always the case.

So when you can look at rejection as a sign of protection as opposed to this hurtful,

mean-spirited thing, it's a much easier thing to deal with and it takes the emotionally

out of it as well.

Now number five, if you're not in the arena getting your ass kicked I am not interested.

This sentence came up in my life when I was going through a really challenging growth

spurt and some growing pains both personally and professionally.

I remember sitting at this conference, it was at South by Southwest and I believe it

was 2016 and I was listening to Brene Brown on stage.

If you don't know Brene Brown, she's got one of the most viewed TEDx Talks or TED Talks

of all time on vulnerability, highly recommend checking it out, I'll link to it below.

But the reason this is impacted me so much is because it's really easy to put weight

into what other people say, and especially if you're just starting out.

If you're watching this and you're just starting your business or your career or you're just

starting to put yourself out there in a really new way and you're feeling vulnerable and

fragile about it, I'd love to know, and I would love for you to put thoughts in the

comments below because this is when you need the most support and this is when you really

need to hear this sentence and it's when I needed to hear it.

I remember tears streaming down my face going, "Oh my gosh.

I'm in the arena.

I don't need to give a … about what other people are saying who are not."

Prime example I get comments left, right, and center about my videos on YouTube.

A lot of it is positive, but oftentimes also I have people saying to me, "Oh, you might

want tweak this shot," or, "You might want to change the imagery," or, "You

might want to fix the audio."

Then I'll go and look at that person and they never posted a video in their life.

So they're not in the arena, so I'm really not interested.

If you are someone who is creating videos on the regular and you have so much experience

in this, I'm going to listen to you and I'm going to take that because there's always

something to learn.

But if you're not in the arena again not really interested.

That quote actually came from Theodore Roosevelt and a speech he did in 1910.

I want to read it to you because it's really, really impactful.

Whatever you're doing right now, pause it and take these words in because they could

probably change the trajectory of where you are right now if you truly take them to heart.

It is not the critic who counts, not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles

or where the doer of deeds could've done them better.

The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust

and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs, who comes short again and again

because there is no effort without error or shortcoming.

It is he or she who does actually strive to do the deeds, who knows great enthusiasms,

the great devotions, who spends himself in a worthy cause, who at the best knows in the

end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails

while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who

neither know victory nor defeat.

Because like I said at the beginning of the video, if you're not playing the game, you're

neither winning, nor losing.

Seems like a pretty boring way to live your life.

So you're actually doing the things, you're actually in the game.

If you're receiving any kind of backlash or negativity, know that it's probably because

people are a little jealous that you're actually putting yourself out there.

And you right now, I hope you're giving yourself a pat on the back.

It takes a lot of courage to do what you're really meant to do in this life, so you should

stop and pause and recognize that and know that a lot of the negativity is coming from

What are Indiana Dunes beaches — Dunes 101: Beach Experience | Indiana Dunes - Duration: 4:44.

- Hey, Ranger Matt here with some insider tips on how

to make the most of your beach experience

in Indiana Dunes country, even though I hope you're

gonna see more than just the beach.

Our beaches get a lot of attention,

and for good reason.

Many people consider our 15 miles of coastline to be

among the best in the world.

Two of our most popular beaches are

Indiana Dunes State Park,

and West Beach in the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.

Both require a fee to enter.

Both of these spots have ample parking and conveniences like

indoor restrooms, rinse off stations, and lockers.

To get to the state park beach,

just take State Road 49 north.

You can either park in the main lot, or in the west lot.

Both are right on the water.

West Beach in the National Lakeshore is one of several

beach access points along US Highway 12.

With the most parking and amenities of all the National

Lakeshore sites, it's a great spot for a beach day.

If you're looking for a quieter experience,

the smaller National Lakeshore beaches

are a local favorite,

like Portage Lakefront and Riverwalk,

Cowles Bog,

Porter,

Kemil,

Dunbar,

Lake View,

Central,

and Mt. Baldy beaches.

These parking lots are just down the road from the beaches

so be prepared to walk a little bit.

Bring your picnic lunch,

because these spots don't have concessions.

Here's an insider tip from me to you.

Visit during the week or before 10:00 AM and after 3:00 PM

on summer weekends when there are fewer crowds.

On holiday weekends, the early bird not only gets the worm,

it gets the parking space.

What time is it?

Visiting during the fall, winter, or spring

will give you better parking,

as well as spectacular seasonal views of the park.

We also have a few rules I like to call

the dunes and don'ts.

Watch out for those pesky community parking rules.

The towns of Beverly Shores and Porter have private lots

that require parking permits.

There's also no parking allowed along the side of the road.

The National Lakeshore allows alcohol on all

of their beaches except for West Beach.

The state park does not allow alcohol on its beach anywhere.

Glass bottles of any kind are not allowed

on any National Lakeshore beach or the state park beach.

Your four-legged friends can hang out with you on any beach

except the swim areas of the state park and West Beach.

Make sure they're leashed.

Lifeguards are present at the state park and West Beach

from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The other National Lakeshore beaches do not have lifeguards.

Be aware of swimming warnings and closures

due to rip currents.

Take these warnings seriously.

You can call the visitor center for this information.

The dunes include some of the most unique ecology

in the world.

To help preserve it, off-road vehicles

and personal motorized watercraft, like jet skis,

are not permitted on any of the state park

or National Park beaches.

Kayaks, however, can be launched at the far west side

of the state park and any National Lakeshore beach.

Just be sure to bring a sea kayak that's meant

to handle Lake Michigan's waters.

Please carry your kayak to the water,

rather than dragging it.

We know you'll be hungry after a whole day at the beach.

Inside the state park, you can grill near the pavilion

using your own grill, or use the provided grills at the

many picnic areas.

Grilling is allowed at the National Lakeshore picnic areas

at West Beach,

Bailly Homestead and Chellberg Farm,

Tremont,

Glenwood Dune,

and Lake View picnic area.

Again, use the grills provided in designated areas.

So glad it's what I thought would do today is talk a little bit about the topic of daily

organization and sort of balance to some extent I talked about a month ago now about sort of

managing burnout

And it's a topic that a lot of you guys said that you'd like to hear more about

So today I'm gonna be sharing two things that are going really well

in terms of my routine and things like that and two things said I'm sort of confused not confused about but sort of looming and

Are in about and I'd love to hear your opinions on when it comes to balance and sort of keeping that routine going

So guys hopefully this video is insightful

um

the first thing I want to talk about is sort of routine daily routine and

Over the last couple months have been a bit manic with stuff. So let me just give you a bit of background

We got married

And then we went on honeymoon and then we came back and we went for a vacation

So the last two or three months have been sort of up and down which has been a bit strange

So obviously routine has sort of been pushed out a little and of course routine is important

getting a routine and make sure you keeping it sort of building sort of roots to it will help you to I

guess do better to some extent a lot of the the sort of the people the most successful people around the world have

Positive and healthy habits and routines in there. So while I was on vacation, I read a really good book called the morning routine

It's sort of a collection of morning routines from professionals CEOs

And sort of even though he's sort of buddhist monks

which is amazing and you've got a real good idea about how to sort of take the morning routine and there was such a

sort of different

Blend of routines that some people started it slowly did their own thing and sort of focused on themselves other people went straight into work

And really intensified and then took an afternoon break or an evening sort of ritual that calmed them down

And I was really in this my full read for me. And so I am actually get the book finished

Although it. Actually probably have a small section at the back that I need to do finish

but the book was very

impressionable and what I did when I came back is that when I actually don't have much

from now until Christmas in terms of like a big

vacation or mass airily a big event

so what I thought I'd do is sort of hone in on my daily routine and since then I've

I've had some real success with my routine. So the thing that has been very successful is

Understanding a bit more about my own process and that's where the book helped. I saw so many people

Posting in this book and in the side of this book with their different sections

Stating the differences in every team and saaremaa classes is familiar

probably seeing the different statuses of their routine and and I saw such a different sort of approach to all of them and

that sort of got me thinking I was someone who's very

pointed towards starting very early and even

You know doing workouts in the morning and things like that and and sometimes you have to listen to yourself a bit more

What works best for you? So my morning routine starts a little bit later. I've been getting more sleep. So probably around seven o'clock

I'll wake up with Becca. I'll go in and if it's

Optional I guess I'll go in and do a morning

Meditation and that really does help some days. I'll do a little bit of writing or listen to some music, but I tend not to

necessarily have

some breakfast or anyway, Oh either way until the fall and summer will after a workout or I will

have some

breakfast and it will just make

That sort of day like a real nice start and and I feel sort of a lot better at myself

And this is coming back to that point of I'm listening to myself and then I'm actually sort of applying it out to my routine

So yeah, I feel a lot better on my routine. I'm going to the gym a little bit later in the day

So I'm going about 11 to 1 o'clock and I find my my body and my brain have sort of kicked in by then

Which is really been great. So that first thing I guess the first thing is the first lesson that I've learned there is

That I am now understand

That my body and mind to some extent

Should be listened to when it comes to selling out your own routine. Obviously, some people was

restricted because of work and lucky laughs I've been a less restricted, but still I think before I could have done a lot more to

Sort of, you know make my own routine and sort of give myself some time back. So that's the first lesson

I've brought across but I think it's going in the right direction. I'm really happy at that and number two

I've been a lot more organized of myself. I feel over the last sort of month

I changed a lot of applications and I don't do this often at all

the last time I did a major change of applications was about five years ago now so

the real transition in the last couple of months from sort of

Using notion has really helped me and helped me to stay a bit more organized

So I am I feel a lot more organized and but what I would want say is that I'm being a bit more

Restrictive on my work so I'm being I'm setting less tasks on my to-do list

So that I complete them and then I'm able to add more later previously

I would dump loads on and then a middle of day

I'd sort of like defer

Snowball a lot of them till tomorrow or the day after and now I'm being a little more too restrictive with my time

I'm also doing a lot more

Time-based productivity to some extent so when I'll start a piece of work like an article or working on

Marketing for a client I will be like, okay

I'm set myself a 30-minute timer or 20-minute timer. Then I'm gonna give myself a 5-minute break

I'm also doing trying to squeeze in a 20 minute nap in the afternoon to

All those I know that's not possible for a lot of people. It's actually been really beneficial on me

I felt a lot more energetic in the evening

and it sort of given me a lot of time back and obviously if you're in a position where

You can't do that in the office

Luckily, I work from home. So I'll just jump on one of the sofas and you know, put a pillow over my eyes

But if you can't I guess a car would suffice

so I want to talk a bit about the bad habits and the sort of things that I definitely do need to improve and of

Course, I'd love your advice on this one where they have any articles or resources that you think I should be pointing towards

Will be very helpful. So pop them in the comments. The first is distracted time

Of course. I've been a little more a lot more organized or more focused

But when I'm not when I'm not in that mood, I tend to snowball into a negative flow of stuff

so for example if I'm like it's at 4 o'clock and

I'm a bit knackered and I didn't do maybe my nap or I didn't do stuff like that. I will then be more distracted

I like play music or like watch a video and then watch another video. Then I know that I wouldn't necessarily need whether that's like

Self-improvement video or like a music with you? I'm like why 1 listen to this and then in our lair be like, okay

This is silly

So I've been I definitely when I'm organized and when I'm focused I'm focused

But when I'm distracted and you know that so maybe I do need to explore a few more of these sort of freedom

Applications that allow you to block sites and things like that again, I'll use a lot of the popular social network sites for work

so that's where it can be distracting and I'll use a lot of

Sort of some of the features and functions for it. So I can't necessarily block elements of the site

So, I guess maybe I need to set specific times where I do it and then I'm not allowed to do it after that

Obviously in the sort of weekends, I would casually play like a game on my phone

Sony WH CH700N Vs Sennhesier 4 50BTNC Vs JBL E65BTNC $200 headphones Compared - Duration: 11:37.

Today we're going to be comparing 3 of the most talked about $200 ANC headphones.

We have the JBL E65BTNC, the Sennheiser 4.50BTNC and the Sony WH-CH700N.

This line up is pretty interesting cause I feel there is no obvious winner here.

And since the Sennheiser's and Sony's went on sale on prime day for less than $100,

I'm willing to bet they're going go on sale again on Black Friday.

And if thats the case drop some turkeys in the comments down below and lets get this

The sennheiser headphones are actually the least expensive headphones here retailing

for $180 dollars… where as both the JBL and Sony headphones retail for $199.99. if

you want to pick either of these headphones up I'll have links in the description below

and if you use the links it really helps out the channel.

First lets get the small stuff out of the way first.

All three of these headphones charge via a micro USB port, and both the Sennheiser's

and JBL's have a 2.5 millimeter audio jack.

Where as the Sony's have a 3.5 millimeter audio jack which I personally prefer.

The Sennheiser's come included with a soft shell carrying case that zips up and has a

net inside for you to store your cables and the JBL's come included with carrying pouch.

And unfortunately, the Sony's don't bring a carry pouch what so ever.

But if you do plan on traveling with either of these headphones on a regular basis, I

highly advise you invest in a hard shell carrying case.

The most important thing we're going to have to compare between these three headphones

is going to be their design and fit.

All three of these headphones are mostly made out of plastic, and have faux leather ear

cups, but their build quality, ear cup design and use of other materials highly differentiate

these headphones from one another.

Even though the Sennheiser's are the cheapest headphones here, I feel they have the best

build quality and they are the best looking headphones here.

The plastic body panels on these headphones have very tight tolerances and I really like

the padded silicon underneath the headband, it helps keep these headphones in place.

The JBL's have the second best build quality here and their headband is completely covered

in a fabric mesh.

And Finally the Sony's have the least impressive build quality here.

Body panels aren't as perfectly aligned as the Sennheisers and the faux leather on

the ear cups and headband feel much cheaper than the faux leather used on either of the

other headphones.

But don't think for a second that the Sony's are going to break apart on you.

But now lets take a closer look at these ear cups.

The Sony's have the biggest and most spacious ear cups here.

The ear cups on the JBL's are slightly smaller, but they also do a pretty good job at encasing

your ears… but they aren't as spacious are the sony ear cups.

And finally there are the Sennhesier ear cups which are the most cramped ear cups here and

they have the most padding.

The padding on the sennheiser's doesn't cause over heating if you're just sitting

and listening to music, but over heating is an issue if you walk around with these headphones

on.

Since the Sony's have the least amount of padding in contact with your skin these headphones

actually have the least amount of over heating.

And I personally really like the padding on the Sony's cause the padding is pretty firm,

where as the padding on the JBL's is just too soft so you constantly have to fluff them

back up.

When it comes to fit, the Sony's are the most comfortable headphones here to wear.

All three of these headphones fit a little snug if you have bigger head like me, but

since the ear cups on the Sony's are the most spacious they should fit most people

just fine.

So for those reasons the Sony 700N's are big head approved.

The Sennheiser head phones are also big head approved but they do fit a little more snug

than then Sony headphones but they are nowhere as near as tight as the JBL headphones.

But just remember, since the Sennheiser headphones have so much padding, they do feel more cramped

and they'll might rest on your earlobes.

And unfortunately the JBL headphones are the least comfortable headphones here.

They have way too much clamping force and they just never seem to rest comfortably on

my head.

Even though the ear cups on the JBL headphones swivel a good deal, they don't pivot enough

and as a result they don't evenly press against your head when you put them on and

instead they place a lot of pressure on the anterior portion of your ear.

And this can get pretty annoying.

And personally I hate headphones that use this type of hinge for their ear cups, cause

the Beats Studio 3 are also guilty of this.

Cause in comparison both the Sony and Sennheiser headphones have this fork design that holds

their ear cups.

And this allows the ear cups on both headphones to pivot and swivel more than enough to comfortably

accommodate more head shapes.

And more importantly they press even amount of pressure around your ears when you put

them on.

Now lets talk about battery life cause its all ver the place with these headphones.

The JBL's have the worst battery life here with a clammed battery life of 24 hours…

but with ANC turned on these headphone only managed to hit 13 hours of playback time.

The Sennheriser's have a claimed battery life of 24 hours and with ANC turned on these

headphones routinely gets more than 20 hours of play back time.

But then theres the Sony 700N's with a claimed battery life of 35 hours, which is way above

average for headphones.

And with ANC turned on these headphones have had no problem averaging a little over 30

hours of playback time on a full charge.

And thee headphones are the only headphones here with quick charging.

Even though its not amazing… a 10 minute charge from a dead battery will get you 1

hour of juice.

regarding bluetooth connections, all three of these headphones have stable connections

that don't skip and that can go through multiple walls with no problems.

But the Sennheisers have the least amount of latency, so these are the best headphones

here for watching videos.

Where as the Sony's have a lot more latency so I wouldn't recommend these headphones

for watching videos.

Now when it comes to active noise cancellation, out of all of these headphones the JBL's

are able to block out the most noise here, but they have a considerable amount of cabin

pressure.

So much in fact that I can only go few minutes with these headphone on before needing to

pop my ears or just needing to take a break.

Where as the ANC on both the Sonys and Sennheisers are able to block out about the same amount

of noise.

But the Noise cancelation on the Sony's is more impressive cause it has very little

to no cabin pressure, where as the Sennies do have a little bit of cabin pressure but

its much more manageable than JBL's.

The ANC on the JBL's does a decent job of blocking out both constant low frequency sound

like road noise and higher frequency sounds like chatter.

But like I said, their cabin pressure just make these headphones very uncomfortable to

wear for long periods of time.

The ANC on the other two headphones does a decent job of blocking out road noise but

does struggle a bit when it comes to blocking out voices.

Both the ANC on the Sony's and Sennheriser's will work just fine on a bus ride commute

but don't expect them to be amazing if you're in a cafe or something.

But since the ANC on the Sony's are able to block out as much noise as the Sennheiser

with much less cabin pressure, then the win has to go to Sony.

And finally lets talk about sound quality.

I actually think the JBL's are the worst sounding headphones here.

Their sound stage is very narrow, they don't sound as clear, and they have very little

bass.

Their sound signature also has too much of an emphasis on the treble so these headphones

do sound a little bright.

And unfortunately since these JBL headphones don't connect to JBL's headphones app

so you cant change their EQ settings.

The Sennheiser's have a neutral sound signature and for the most part they sound very good.

They sound clear and they have enough bass that should make most people happy.

And unlike the JBL's these headphones don't start to sound bright if there are a lot of

vocals or if the highs really start going.

But for the best listening experience I highly advise you listen to these headphones with

their ANC turned off which you can deactivate by pressing the volume up and volume down

button together for a few seconds.

And finally theres the Sony headphones which sound equally as good with noise cancellation

turned on or off.

Since these headphones connect to Sony's headphone app you can make them sound how

ever you want by either selecting from a few premade EQ settings or you can now make your

own.

Which was a feature I was asking for when I first reviewed these headphones few months

ago.

And if you crank the bass all the way up, these headphones are going to have considerably

more bass than the other two headphones here.

Now as a disclaimer, the 4.50 do connect to Sennheiser's Captune app… but this app

only changes the EQ settings for any music you have stored locally on your phone.

If you stream your music like the majority of people do these days this app isn't going

to be useful.

And the last thing I want to touch on here is controlling your music playback.

I also feel the Sony's have the best control buttons here, they have a very easy to use

rocker knob and volume rocker combo thats easy to find and it allows you to skip through

your music very quickly.

The Sennheiser's have a similar set up, but since these buttons are so small they're

a little harder to find and to tell apart.

But they also get the job done.

And personally I just don't like the control button on the JBL.

Even though the control buttons are easy to find and to tell apart, I hate that in order

to skip or go back a track you have to press and hold the volume up or volume down button.

This just takes considerably longer than the other two headphones.

Instead, I would like if we could just double tap or triple tap the center button.

So plainly said, I think that out of these three headphone the JBL E65BTNC's are a

hard pass.

Mostly because they just don't fit well.

When choosing between headphones, fit is the most important thing to take into consideration.

But also added with the fact that these headphones have way too much cabin pressure and their

audio quality is lack luster, I can't recommend them.

But choosing between the Sennhesier 4.50 BTNC and the Sony WH-CH700N is a little harder.

They both fit well, but the Sony's are a little more comfortable.

But the Sennheiser's have the better build quality and design.

The ANC on both of these headphones block out the same amount of sound, but the Sony's

do it with less cabin pressure.

And even though both of these headphones sound pretty good having the ability to adjust the

EQ on the Sony's is a huge plus.

I feel the Sony's are the safe buy here, but if you want something thats built a little

better and something that looks cooler then you cant go wrong with the sennhesiers either.

Use a drive socket No.19. Loosen the clamp nut on the tie rod end.

Use a special tool to take the tip out.

Use an open-end wrench ı 24. Loosen the lock nut securing the tie rod end to the tie rod.

Screw the end out of the tie rod.

Screw on a new tie rod end.

Tighten the clamp nut on a new tie rod end.

Install the wheel.
