i made Shiga's Specialty Mackerel Somen

it's so heavy

i used a lot of noodles after all

it's about 5.5 kg

i found this recipe on the twitter

it looks so delicious

and to cook it in easy way, i used canned Mackerel

and because i fried it, the its aroma is so strong

and i made some rice here

it's somen like you know

this is going to be so delicious

so let's see how we make it now

the ingredients...

canned mackerel

noodles sauce

somen and green onion

let's cut the green onion first

and we prepare the somen in the hot water

we add some oil and we fry the mackerel

when you fry this Mackerel it smells like a grilled mackerel

after that we remove it

clean the oil

add the noodles sauce

water

and mackerel juice

sugar

and we return the mackerel

after cooking the somen and putting it in the bowl

we add the mackerel

and by adding the green onion...

looks so tasty

i made a huge amount of this somen

but i think it's going to be okay

this is so tasty

there is some light taste of the mackerel with the somen

and as expected , the noodle sauce did a great job here

mmmm

let's eat the mackerel now

tasty

juicy and with strong flavor, i like it

that's why i made some rice here

mmmm

this made the taste of the somen so unique

the taste is light, but it's deep and rich

there is plenty of ingredients in this bowl

it's one of the tastiest somen that i ate

mixing the somen will make it better

this makes the taste of the mackerel spread in all the bowl

and the soup is so rich with the mackerel taste, and this is so tasty

this somen is good but with the fried mackerel it's much more better

and frying the mackerel made it with a strong taste

because it's an easy version of the recipe, it's different from what you make it at home

but the somen with the Mackerel is really tasty

and the sauce is so good as well

the ratio of mackerel is weird

there is plenty of it

let's eat it with the rice

because the taste of the mackerel is rich, it's cover all the somen

i think i selected the wrong settings in the rice cooker

it's not bad, but it's hard a little bit

the aroma of the mackerel is really amazing

and because the somen is thick, it goes so well with the fried mackerel

mmm
