FOR PATIENTS WHO REQUIRE THE

HIGHEST LEVEL OF CARE.

DID NOT PROVIDE THOSE SERVICES

ADEQUATELY STAFF THE FACILITY,

REFUSED TO HIRE AND TRAIN

QUALIFIED STAFF AND AND REFUSED

TO FOLLOW MEDICATION PLANS FOR

RESIDENTS.

PERSON WHO TRIED TO GET

ASSISTANCE AND THIS PERSON

ULTIMATELY HAD A HEART ATTACK

AND THIS PERSON DID NOT RECEIVE

ANY IMMEDIATE ATTENTION BY THE

STAFF.

VANESSA: THE FACILITY HAS FACED

OTHER SERIOUS PROBLEMS, LAST

YEAR, FIRE OFFICIALS SAID KRIS

LEIGH WORKERS RENDERED BOTH THE

SPRINKLER AND FIRE ALARM

INOPERATIVE, WHILE USING MAKE

SHIFT HEATERS TO TREAT BED BUGS.

THAT CAUSED A MASSIVE FIRE, NO

ONE WAS HURT

THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE

SAYS THE OWNERS RICHARD AND

HELEN AINSWORTH IGNORED
