First you will need 2 computers,

a cable with a 3.5 mm headphone jack at both ends,

TTSReader which I will put a link to in the video description.

You will also need Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera.

On the computer with the lowest specs, open up a word document with all the text that you will need to say to the scammer.

Then go to fake address generator and get some fake details to give to the scammer.

I will provide a link to this document in the video description.

Next install TTSReader on the same computer if you haven't already.

Then get a cable with a 3.5 mm headphone jack at both ends.

Plug one end into the audio output slash headphone jack of the computer with a word document on it,

and plug the other end into the microphone jack of the computer with the highest specs.

On the computer with the highest specs, go to the control panel,

then sound, then recording, then make shore that the microphone jack that you plugged the cable into is set as the default,

then click properties, then listen, then listen to this device, then click OK.

Then go to FireRTC using Google Chrome, Firefox or Opera.

This will not work using Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Safari.

Next create an account if you haven't already got one.

Then go to settings and change your caller ID to the same fake phone number that you put in the word document on the other computer so the scammer does not get suspicious.

Then open up a Virtual Machine on the same computer that you are running FireRTC on if you are calling a tech support scammer.

I would also recommend using hotspot shield or tunnel bear so that the scammer does not get your IP.

Run the screen recorder on the computer that you are running the virtual machine and FireRTC on.

Also set your screen recorder to record system sounds but not microphone input because the text to speech will be coming through your speakers since you set your microphone jack to listen.

Then on the other computer open up TTSReader and make sure that Clip is selected,

this will make it reed out text that is copied onto the clipboard.

Then on the word document you can select the text that you want to read and press control c to read it.

To make it reed things out character by character, put a comer and a space between each character.

You can also add more text if you need to,

it is a good idea to read out some generic responses to give yourself time while typing.

It is a good idea to use the Hindi swear words at the end, when the scammer realizes you scam-baiting them or when your fake credit card details get declined.

Trump Admin Wants To Change The Law To Jail Journalists - Duration: 3:41.

Late last month, White House chief of staff Reince Priebus made a disturbing series of

comments, suggesting that the Trump administration is looking at ways to open up libel laws.

Now, this is hardly the first time this has been suggested with Trump tweeting back in

March quote, "The failing New York Times has disgraced the media world.

Gotten me wrong for two solid years.

Change libel laws?"

But are these threats just hot air or is there a legal path to make it easier to go after

media outlets for publishing unfavorable content.

Joining me now to discuss is Mollye Barrows legal journalist with The Trial Lawyer Magazine.

Mollye, how seriously should journalists and media outlets be taking this threat from the

Trump administration?

Well, if history speaks for itself Trump doesn't have much of a leg to stand on.

He can certainly go after them with a lawsuit like he has done in the past, but when it

comes to free speech that is solidly protected by the First Amendment.

He'd have to have the courts change it, he'd have to have some ground swell of support

to do that.

It's unlikely that he's going to be able to impact the U.S. Constitution when it comes

to actually making good on these threats of changing libel laws.

Well, considering that there aren't even federal libel laws, how would the administration go

about opening up libel laws as Trump put it in his tweet?

Yes, that's an interesting question because there really again, there isn't much that

he can do, he can ... It makes you wonder how much he actually knows about libel laws,

but he'd have to get the courts to change their interpretation of the First Amendment.

Again, in order to put pressure on the courts you have to get some kind of public support

to do that.

That just doesn't exist right now.

Also, when it comes to this particular interpretation of how libel works and slander as well, it's

pretty much agreed on both sides of the political aisle that this interpretation is the right

one, so he doesn't have the political support or the public support to try them affect the

change in the public's eye or in the courts.

We'll talk about the 1964 Supreme Court decision that applies to libel cases involving government

officials and how hard are these cases currently to win?

Extremely hard to win but that didn't used to be the case.

In fact, that 1964 Supreme Court decision is one of the most important when it comes

to free speech and the press in the country.

Back in 1964, at that time libel law was used by public officials or politicians to go after

the media for making comments or disparaging remarks that they didn't like, and the standard

was much lower as to how to support that.

Again, libel is writing something that isn't true and slander is saying something that

isn't true.

In the 1964 ruling, is the one where the Supreme Court essentially said, 'Hey, unless they

write it with actual malice, unless they are deliberately knowingly publishing or saying

a lie then the intent has to be proven that that's what they were trying to do.'

A mistake couldn't necessarily be used against them to say, 'Hey, you're slandering me,

or you're saying something that isn't true or writing something that isn't true.'

If it's just they differentiated between a simple mistake and the intent.

For somebody to prove a libel case or a slander case now, they've got to prove that the media

knowingly willfully acted with malice to disparage them and that's a much higher bar to raise.

So far it doesn't look like that Trump's got much of a leg to stand on.

As we know he's a pretty litigious guy.

He's got over more than 4000 lawsuits associated with him either as a plaintiff or a defendant.

He's only one, several of those have been defamation cases that he's taken on brought

against other media outlets and individuals but he's only one, one and the outcome of

that's under dispute right now.

Right, well let's hope Mollye for the sake of the constitution that he does not attempt

to amend the first amendment.

t-rex breakout but it is identical to

the indominus rex Lego breakup set so as

this does not come with a box or

anything it came with about 20 bags of

Legos 856 pieces are the details the

descriptions on how to put this together

are quite a bit more detailed than Lego

pretty secure you could pick up the set

and carry it around with you if you do

put a big Lego base from the bottom

it'll be a lot more secure okay so if

you've got a big base piece you can make

this set a lot more secure this is a

base piece that is 32 by 32 so you snap

it the set all around and then it's a

lot more security carrying around easily

and it's going to hold together a lot

better for you because you are built on

top of big bases so like I said uh even

you know with the set like that you

could still fit probably two of the big

dinos inside which is really hard to do

that on any Lego set because these guys

are huge and then on top of that you get

an awesome helicopter and guys I bought

this set on aa eBay this was called ah I

believe that alien Tyrannosaurus Rex

escaped but it really is the indominus

rex aw I guess they didn't want to get

in trouble for copyright but it is a lot

cheaper also than the Lego set I believe

it was people dollars so right now it's

about a third of the Legos that hand no

it's pretty identical

then here's the helicopter of the

cockpit here list off that room for off

one driver they're screening rotors

cleaning tail rotor so uh that's really

cool too and that could land there on

top of the girls and then you also have

this little four wheel on drive vehicle

that's got like a white like a little

firing missile here like a little radio

there and then it comes of four

characters but the characters are

definitely would be point of the battle

you you want to replace these guys as

quick as possible and then like I said

before the indominus is probably the

coolest part of the set its head will

rotate 360 degrees they lock into

different positions as you could hear

they're the mouth locks into different

positions the arms move the leg will

lock into different positions and it's

got the cool spike system down its back

hey guys one word of advice if you get a

chance build this on a big bass Pete

because I transferred it now and I had

completely fall apart once you get this

set on a base piece it makes the set

like five times stronger I mean Here I

am bouncing the whole set up and down

and nothing is happening to it so it

makes it incredibly stronger you can if

you buy a big extra bass piece and build

the set on top of it okay it doesn't fit

perfect as you can see here I'm

overlapping it just a little bit here

and a little bit there blah I mean the

incredible strength it gets to the set

it is well worth you know having it look

a little bit different get another

really cool thing is if you have the

smaller dinos like I have the smaller

indominus rex here and I also have a lot

of smaller t-rex's this set is a lot

funner to play with smaller dinos

because they could actually walk in the

door walk all around they have like

different battles I've got like a

Velociraptor here too

Triceratops Dilophosaurus so these guys

can all have battles all the cool thing

is

the big guys do fit in there like I

showed you two of them could fit in

there but the smaller ones make it a lot

funner to play with so guys if you get

if you can't afford the big Lego set

this is a very good off like I don't

want to say step down because this is

secure as the LEGO pieces so I really

like this set on why and then these guys

could fight together here or this guy

could do like in here the geek

accidentally opens up comes charging out

and he attacks the t-rex already rips

his head off yeah the indominus vibrant

dragon whatever alien he is is the

winner

ah so you could have a lot of fun with

this set guys I like it a lot it was fun

to build the instructions a little bit

more complex but it's an awesome set and
