If you've seen my recent review of Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers,
then you already know that we declined to give the game a final score because online
play was disabled during the review period.
As I mentioned in my review, the vast majority of Ultra Street Fighter II's appeal comes
from playing with others, which means there's not a whole lot to offer solo players outside
of online play.
So naturally, we didn't feel comfortable delivering a final verdict on Ultra Street
Fighter II until after I'd had the chance to test out the game's online functionality.
Well, now that online play has been enabled with a day one patch, it's time to render
that verdict.
After playing several matches and generally putting Ultra Street Fighter II's online
functionality through its paces, I'm happy to report that throwing down with others online
is a smooth, mostly lag-free experience.
Of all the matches I've played, only a small handful have suffered from significant lag
and input delay.
The rest of the matches were so smooth and lag-free that it felt like I was playing Arcade
Mode offline!
Matchmaking is quick and painless as well, regardless of whether you're playing ranked
or casual matches.
Setting up a friends-only lobby is also a simple matter, and the online test matches
I played with a friend were smooth and responsive.
And by the way, thanks to GameXplain fan HylianTicipated for helping me test this out!
If I have any complaint about Ultra Street Fighter II's online play, it's that the
experience feels a bit basic and light on options.
Both ranked and casual matches let you search for opponents by region, control type, and
skill level, while casual matches also allow you to specify the number of rounds and the
time limit.
And… that's about it.
There are no group lobbies, which means you can't spectate other matches while waiting
for your turn.
Lobbies are strictly 1v1 only, which makes the online experience feel somewhat charmless
and impersonal.
In the interest of fairness, though, matchmaking is so fast you won't have much time to think
about it.
I'm also not sure the game represents the strength of your and your opponent's Internet
connection accurately, as I've had perfectly smooth matches with people who had zero bars.
The game also displays my own connection as having zero bars, yet my Switch claims I have
full signal strength when I run a connection test.
It's hard to say what's going on here, but either way this is a very minor complaint
at best.
Thanks to what has turned out to be a solid online experience, I'm fully comfortable
saying that I like Ultra Street Fighter II.

I was reflecting back to see if anything has changed in my preaching.
Some of my earlier writings have been lost due to my toxic mold house and computer crashes.
In the earlier years I used a word processor.
I didn't get a computer till 1995.
But in those early years I would sign my letters Timothy and there would be hundreds of copycats, who tried to attribute their writings to be from me.
If anyone has a copy of those earlier writings and sends it to my PO Box on my website, I will sign it for you, if I actually wrote it, after I make a copy for my records.
Anything after 1995, I already have copies of.
Be sure to include a return stamped envelope, if you want your copy returned, as I don't not know how many people will send me copies.
Before 1993 I ran ads in Florida's jackpot magazine and several others.
These are some of the ads that ran in Biblical Archaeology Review.
There really wasn't much free speech back then, as religions controlled the world.
Biblical Archaeology Review was the first magazine that published non-canonized text.
Some of the other ads that ran in the magazine were pretty amazing also.
If you had writing that the church rejected, you could probably run an add in Biblical Archaeology Review.
Anybody who was a truth seeker and had an open mind generally read the magazine.
Brainwashed religious nuts, simply believed the magazine was trying to deceive them.
Little did they know it was their church leaders, that were deceiving them.
I ran this ad in March April 1993, during the Branch Davidian Waco massacre.
Remember that the magazine was printed a month before its issue.
So the magazine actually came out in February 1993.
There is no doubt David Koresh got a copy of it.
Anybody who had an open mind, was a truth seeker and had a love for God read Biblical Archaeology Review.
It was the only place you can get any new information about God, that had been kept secret by the Roman Catholic Church and the world governments.
So the ad.
Anyone can see God.
Ask Him to show Himself to you.
Those who have not seen God are antichrist.

The ads were pretty expensive at the time, when you consider gold was about $300 an ounce.
I could've bought a lot of gold for the money I spent on those ads.
It was two dollars per word and would've cost me another eight dollars to change the line to, "those who have not seen God have the spirit of antichrist.
" Jesus said you must be born again.
For every man born from Adam has the spirit of antichrist and the only way to rid yourself of the spirit of antichrist, is to see Christ.
I could write another book of the subject alone.
I'm sure many will disagree with me but the fact is, believing in God, is not the same as seeing God.
For once you see God, you know God.
Once you see God, you no longer have faith, for you know God and you don't have doubt.
I ran the same ad in the May June 1993 issue.
In September October 1993 issue I change the ad's slightly.
This is the first time I call it the Gospel of Timothy.
The Gospel of Timothy.
Anyone can see God, that's mankind's goal.

The document I mailed out was actually titled, "The Everlasting Gospel of Timothy".
For it will never change.
Christ will never be invisible.

I realize that charging one dollar was going to drive me to bankruptcy as I couldn't even pay for the ad with the dollar.
Only a few sent in any money and mostly it was from prison inmates who must've read the magazine while they were incarcerated.
That ad also ran in the November December 1993 issue and the January February 1994 issue.
I didn't get very many replies from that ad either as most people believed that the church leaders themselves were God and that everybody else in the world was trying to deceive them.
So I change the ad in the March April 1994 issue.
It read.

The ads were getting shorter because they charge per word and only a few sent in any money.
This is why these writings may be very valuable today.
Very rare.
That add also ran in the May June 1994 issue.
Of Course I changed the ad again in the September October 1994 issue.

There are many people who think that aesthetic plastic surgery is not a 'real' surgery.
They often think that cosmetic procedures are free of risks.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
Plastic surgery is defined as a surgical specialty that involves the restoration, enhancement,
reconstruction or alteration of the human body.
By its definition, it involves incisions and the use of anesthesia, which comes with attendant risks
common to other surgical interventions.
The same holds true for buttock augmentation surgery.
Butt augmentation carries a number of risks, so it is important to determine your candidacy
for the operation carefully.
There are a number of medical tests that must be done to ensure you are in good physical health
to undergo the surgery.
Even if you are generally healthy, you will still be required to undergo some basic tests
and pre-operative examinations.
Your blood pressure will be examined.
Since buttock augmentation is usually performed under general anesthesia, you will need bloodwork,
urine sample, cbc and basic metabolic profile and pregnancy tests.
The pre-op tests you will need prior buttock augmentation can vary from surgeon to surgeon.
Some surgeons can ask for more tests and scans while others stick to the bare minimum.
In my practice, I take the tests and scans very seriously.
Your health and wellbeing are my paramount concerns.
I will require a number of tests to properly determine your candidacy for buttock augmentation.
If you have any existing medical issues, I will need a letter from your primary care doctor
to clear you for surgery.
