these two employees could not see
eye-to-eye with one another they were
working on a project and they just just
was clashing you know what im sayin
just couldn't get the communication
thing going and so she called them to
her office set them down and she pulls
out a two color ball a ball that had 2
colors had two sides one side of it was
red the other side was blue so she held
up the ball in the way in a way that
each person could only see one side of
the ball does that make sense so the
person on the left side saw the blue
side and the person on the right saw the
red side so she asked the question what
color is ball the person on the left
said the color is blue the ball is blue
other person said that nah the color is
red and that was only because they saw
from their perspective and so she
explained to them no it is red and blue
and so the point that she was
saying was unless you can't
understand one another unless you see
the other person's perspective you
got to understand where the other person
is coming from and why they sayin
what they saying you know what im saying you
know what I'm saying so
we have to communicate better man and
that's not just with relationships
that's with anything you know you could
be working on a beat and you got an
artist rapping or whatever singing or
whatever y'all not seeing eye-to-eye on
stuff why because you are not listening
to one another
this person has a valid point if you
really think about it even if you
disagree there's a reason to why they're
saying what they're saying and that goes
across the board with anything man you

We presented our new Spacer 8600 in a new design
with our new Wifi connection system
and we have our new 7500 machine.
The advantage of our new Wifi system is
that the machine creates its own Wifi
and the operator can use his mobile phone,
his iPad or a laptop
to look into the machine and all its functions.
He can program whatever he needs for his operations.
And in the end, the Wifi enables that you don't need
a wired connection to the machine.
