The high-level delegation North Korea sent to the PyeongChang Winter Olympics,... including

Kim Jong-un's sister, Kim Yo-jong,... returned to North Korea late Sunday night.

They spent three days in South Korea, during which Kim Yo-jong delivered a letter to South

Korean President Moon Jae-in that included an invitation for him to visit Pyongyang at

an early date.

The North's state media on Monday called the delegation's visit "meaningful," and said

it helped improve inter-Korean relations.

The South Korean government said the diplomatic momentum from their visit needs to be used

to ensure that talks take place between Pyongyang and Washington.

A critical point on that front will come in April, when the U.S. and South Korea are due

to hold their annual joint military exercises, which have been postponed for the Olympics.

see as well."

K-Pop has put Korea on the map of global popular culture.

Leading K-pop stars are in Gangneung to commemorate the Olympics being held in their home country,

the center of culture, sports, and leisure tourism... and to build legacies that are

sustainable even after the Winter Games.

"Here at the K-pop World Festa,… visitors can feel the heat and enthusiasm of PyeongChang

2018 Cultural Olympiad every Saturday until the day before the closing ceremony.

N. Korea's high-level delegation returns to Pyongyang on Sunday - Duration: 2:03.

The high-level delegation from Pyongyang, including North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's

younger sister, Kim Yo-jong, returned to the North yesterday, after completing their 3-day

visit to South Korea.

Before their departure, President Moon and the North Korean delegation watched a performance

by the North Korean art troupe together in Seoul.

Our Blue House correspondent Hwang Hojun reports.

The rare and historic three-day visit of the North Korean delegation to Seoul came to a

close... as they returned to Pyongyang on a North Korean plane from Incheon International

Airport late Sunday night.

Their departure came after the high-profile delegation, including Kim Jong-un's powerful

younger sister, watched the final concert by the Samjiyon Orchestra side by side with

South Korean President Moon Jae-in.

It was President Moon and Kim Yo-jong's fourth close encounter since they first greeted each

other during the opening ceremony of the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.

During the concert, the two sides expressed hope that the momentum of dialogue and reconciliation

will continue.

"We have created a special spark this time.

The two Koreas should cooperate to fan this spark into a flaming torch."

"Now that we have set a foundation to exchange opinions and even hold reunions with President

Moon Jae-in,...

I return home with the hope we can meet again."

Kim Yo-jong, who was part of the 22-member delegation led by the ceremonial head of state

Kim Yong-nam, was also revealed to be the North Korean leader's special envoy, as she

delivered a personal letter from Kim Jong-un to the South Korean President on Saturday,

when the North's delegation paid a visit to Seoul's presidential office of Cheong Wa Dae.

The letter contained an invitation for the South Korean leader to visit Pyongyang.

Moon responded that he hopes that quote "the right conditions" will be created so that

the proposed visit can take place.

Before attending the art troupe's performance,... the South Korean Prime Minister hosted a luncheon

and President Moon's chief of staff hosted a farewell dinner for the North Korean delegation.

3 Unusual Things Professional Organizers Do - Duration: 7:42.

Professional Organizers.

What do they do?

We're going to talk about that today.

Hi, there. I'm Angela Brown, and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question,

and I get to help you find an answer.

Now, today's show is brought to us by HouseCleaning360.com

If you are looking for a professional organizer, you can find them on HouseCleaning360.com

Now, if you are a professional organizer and you don't have your business listed, run on

over there and set up a business listing.

The business listing holds your before-and-after photos and it holds your business logo.

It holds your website and all of your social media links.

It holds ratings and reviews from your customers and feedback from your fans.

It includes your facial picture, a picture of your face and your profile.

It also includes if you have a business video about how your business operates.

There are a lot of different facets.

You can also have coupons and discounts.

You can also run ads.

There's a whole big business package that allows people to find you on HouseCleaning360.com.

There are paid and free packages, so, if your business is not listed for whatever reason,

whether you're just starting out or whether you've been in business for 20 years, run

and go list your business so people can find you.

All right, on to today's session, which is about professional organizers, and it's awesome

because this question came up.

What do professional organizers do?

All right, before I answer that question, I want you to think about, let's say, you

have a food love.

You love food and you eat a lot of food, and it's comforting, and you eat it to kill emotional

problems and whatever, and let's say that you've got a little bit on the heavy side,

so you decided you're going to lose the weight.

You're going to get in shape.

You're going to go to the gym, and you're going to turn your life around, so, instead

of just reading a book on how to do that, what you're going to do is you're going to

go to the gym and hire a personal trainer who is trained in nutrition and exercise and

toning and consistency and habits and positive attitude, and they're going to help you with

a total package reinvent yourself so that you are a better version of you.

Okay?

The reason I bring this up is because that is exactly what a professional organizer is,

but for your home.

Now, a lot of us collect things over the years.

They're gifts.

They're inherited from family and friends.

They are things that may be were passed down from our parents that maybe it's just been

in the family for a while and we ended up with it.

Some of the things we're really emotionally attached to and some of the stuff in our house

we don't care about at all, but yet it's there, and so, every time you move to a new house

or a new location, you take all this stuff with you, and we call it baggage.

It's not baggage.

It's stuff.

It's furniture.

It's trinkets.

It's knickknacks.

There's a lot of stuff, clothing, shoes, books, papers, whatever.

We have stuff that we hang on to and, sometimes, we know why we do.

Sometimes, we have very valid reasons why we do.

Sometimes, we have no clue why we have the stuff we have.

Maybe we bought it because it was on sale.

I mean, who knows why we have it?

A professional organizer is like that fitness trainer that is trained in a variety of different

specialties, and the professional organizer knows things about psychology and about mementos

and the reasons behind the emotional attachment to some of our things and so, when they come

in to your life, they help you work through these different issues because, if you can

understand why you have a particular behavior, you can fix that behavior for the rest of

your life.

Instead of just running out to the store and buying a whole bunch of fancy bins and saying

that you're going to get organized, what happens is maybe what you're buying

is not the right system for you.

Just because it looks fancy on Pinterest,

it doesn't mean that it's going to work for you.

Now, there are a few people that live in my home, and we all have different organizational

styles.

I'm not a person that needs to label everything.

I can see with my eyes that that's a bin of socks.

I know it's a bin of socks.

It does not need to say, "Socks," on it, but my husband, for example, loves to label everything,

and so it is necessary and important for him for his bin to say, "Socks."

Okay?

The reason that I bring this up is because a professional organizer can help manage the

different organizational styles inside your home, so, while you may have an organizational

style that fits you, it may not be effective for your husband or your wife or maybe your

kids or your elder parents that are living with you.

Who know?

Who knows who's living in your house, but chances are all of your organizational styles

are different.

A professional organizer can help you create a system that works for all of you so that

you have a place for everything, and everything can go back in its place.

And it's not just having three bins that say, "Donate," "Trash," and, "Keep."

It's a series of behaviors that you're going to change.

Now, it may be that you have an empty wall and you think you're going to hang a rack

up there.

What you might actually need is a shelf with racks, and the professional organizer can

guide you to the right fit for you based on the organizational styles that fit the different

members of your family before you run out to IKEA or Home Depot or whatever and you

start spending a lot of money on shelving. So, before you spend a lot of money and buy

bins and shelves and all kinds of things you think are going to work, this is the time

to hire a professional organizer and say, "Hey, can you come in to my house and give

me another opinion?

Can you help me with these issues?"

They're weird issues.

One of the issues I had, I grew up in a large family, and it was easy to run out of stuff

because there were lots of people using the shampoo, for example, so, when I moved out

on my own, when the shampoo would get down to about this much in the jar, I would run

out and buy another one because I didn't want to run out, and I would never use the bottom

of the shampoo because I didn't want to run out, and it ended up being that I had multiple

jars of shampoo with this much at the bottom.

When I understood what I was doing and why I had the scarcity mentality, then I was able

to combine all the shampoos and use all of the shampoos and only keep one spare on hand

and not have multiple jars of shampoo and use it all the way to the very end until it

was gone, and then this jar goes in the garbage can or the recycling bin.

Okay?

When you hire somebody to help you understand why you're doing what you're doing, and it's

not saying that you're lousy or that you're a lousy housekeeper or that you're a crummy

housekeeper or whatever.

It's not saying any of those things.

It's saying that we all have a series of behaviors based on whatever.

Mine went back to my youth, but when I understood it, when I was able to put a grasp on it and

say, "Oh, that's why I'm doing that," I was able to stop that behavior.

Is it worth the money?

Absolutely.

It's worth every penny that you pay for someone to help you reframe, reprogram and reinvent

your personal space.

That's what a professional organizer does.

Alrighty, and that's it for today, and until we meet again.

Leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

U.S. officials say Seoul-Washington alliance is solid despite N. Korea's Olympics charm offensive - Duration: 2:02.

North Korea's presence at the Winter Olympics, though, has led to worries that the regime

is trying to weaken the Seoul-Washington alliance.

But U.S. Vice President Mike Pence has reaffirmed that the alliance is stronger than ever.

And U.S. officials say that pressure on the regime will remain until Pyongyang takes steps

toward denuclearization.

Park Soyun reports.

With the high-ranking delegations from both the U.S. and North Korea having returned to

their home countries,... the question now is whether North Korea's Olympic charm offensive

could possibly drive a wedge between South Korea and its allies,... and weaken international

solidarity in pressuring the Kim Jong-un regime.

U.S. Defense Secretary James Mattis... said it is *too early to tell whether a diplomatic

detente between South and North Korea at the Winter Games would lead to any real results,...

adding that the move had not driven a wedge between Seoul and Washington.

"Clearly it's too early to say if,... using the Olympics in a way to reduce tensions,...

if that's going to have any traction once the Olympics are over, we can't say that right

now."

And officials in Washington reportedly told Voice of America that pressure on the regime

would be reduced,... once North Korea moves towards a process of denuclearization.

U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, who had visited South Korea for the opening of the Winter

Games,... was confident about the strategy of pressuring the Kim Jong-un regime.

He said there is no daylight between South Korea, the U.S., and Japan,... on the need

to continue isolating North Korea, economically and diplomatically-- until the North abandons

its nuclear and ballistic missile programs.

And if the current measures aren't enough,... there's also a possibility that the U.S. will

enforce a strict maritime interdiction,... and potentially a naval blockade to fully

enforce sanctions on the regime,... as early as this month.

If realized,... it will deal a huge blow to the North Korean economy,... already crippled

by the series of sanctions imposed by the international community.

DEVELOPING YOUR PERIPHERAL VISION IN RUGBY - EXERCISE AND TUTORIAL - Duration: 5:14.

Hi it's Tom Bouboul. Today we will talk about peripheral vision

Peripheral vision what is it? we must know that there are two types of vision which are totally different but which are indissociable

there is the central vision that concerns what we see that is to say when you look at me there you see me

and the peripheral vision that will inform us about the rest of the visual field

so what is it? When you're looking at me

your eyes are focused on the screen so that's the central vision you focus on the image.

Peripheral vision: you will continue to look at me without looking away

and you will see things left on the right. You can evaluate

different elements of the room that surrounds you. they will be blurry but you can identify them and that is what is called peripheral vision

so what is the use of peripheral vision?

We will put things in their context. Rugby is a sport of interaction between you and your opponents

the environment in which you will evolve

is not fluctuating. That is to say that unlike canoeing where you will have rapids you do not know

not how will be the environment in which you play, rugby apart from the weather

the terrain is always the same, it is always the same size and either it is synthetic or grass.

So the medium is predictable and the cascades of decisions

who will get you and your team to score will be based on your partners and opponents

The question you need to ask is what you are able to focus on the trajectory of a balloon

and at the same time take information about your partners with opponents

Are you able to process information to offer an answer adapted to different constraints?

who will land in front of you? The purpose of developing the

Peripheral vision is going to be reducing this time on which you will work to process information

because rugby is a sport in which time pressure is paramount. The closer you get

of high level and the higher the level of play it increases

the more the temporal pressure to make a gesture is strong. That is, if you are able to process information faster

you are able to make decisions faster from there you will be better than your opponent

The development of peripheral vision

it allows you to learn to perceive information in your environment, to process it and to propose an adapted answer.

By applying that to rugby, are you going to tell me when can that serve?

It's simple a half scrum that will pick up the balloon is what it is capable of as it goes on fixing point

to pick up the balloon to take the information

on his opponents his partners cover the r1 of the cover of the r3 and at the same time to process the information: is this

that the balance of power was positive negative to adapt his answer.

How can we develop peripheral vision?

firstly if you are alone at home there is an exercise that is really stupid, it is to put you in

juggle that is when you start juggling there you are able to take information

on things that will happen while focusing

your look on something else

here

that's for sure the little exercise you can do alone at home

in everyday life what are you going to use it for? it will be useful for you to avoid a bike coming from the side, to

Spot favorite snack cakes within a supermarket radius to identify possible hazards. You use peripheral vision every day

now we will see on the rugby field how are we able to use it

so first video

we have a player who starts from behind

the other player who starts with his arms here and there are balloons that will come from left to right

the goal is that the one who sends the balls they put them not too far, it's just to react the

receptionist and the receiver is alert looking to the left or right to find out where the balloon will revive

a little exercise that is pretty cool

it is

an exercise in which there is going to be a player who is going to be in the middle of a square

and who will move and the goal of this player is to receive the ball and give the ball

to the sender while staying on the line of the two players who will move to the side of the square

He will have to deal with information

with its peripheral vision

opposite and side

while having his central vision that will be focused on the arrival of the ball by preparing his hands and sending the ball

this is the end of this video on peripheral vision and the usefulness that it can have

if you research on the internet you will see that the professional clubs they use more and more then it is not on small exercises

juggling or

with a balloon, it's going to be on bright spots where the players have to go to hit light spots as soon as they light up

it is notably Toulouse who used it here I hope that the video has pleased you

Do not hesitate to subscribe and put a Like and as usual to share and see you next week for another video go ciao
