Lord of Dice has finally launched on Android in the US, so get on over to Google Play right now.
Seriously, what are you waiting for?
Oh, you want to know what it is?
It's a board game in which you chuck a dice to ascend a tower and save the princess.
Bit of a cliche that.
It borrows heavily from the RPG genre, with heroes to collect, skills to master, and full
blown dice battles.
If you're the sort that likes to play with others, there's both real time PvP and co
operative raids to work your way through.
Of course, there's plenty of single player shenanigans as well.
Sold yet?

Final Fantasy XV: Pocket Edition launches on February 9th
Gematsu has reported that Final Fantasy XV: Pocket Edition will finally launch on Android
on February 9th.
That's a bit later than the predicted winter 2017 launch, but we'll take it.
Pocket Edition promises to deliver a Chibi version of Final Fantasy XV that remains as
close to the original experience as possible.
If Square Enix can pull it off, it will be an impressive feat.
It will launch episodically so you don't have to fork out a ridiculous sum of money
right away.
That gives you a chance to try it and see if it's for you.
What you can expect are long drives with your pals, real time battles with a variety of
weapons, and lots of teenage angst from the heroes.
It's a shame this didn't launch when emo was all the rage.
We'll try and figure out if that release date is accurate or not.

One Piece Bounty Rush provides 4 player real time battles
When One Piece Bounty Rush launches on Android, it will provide four player real time battles.
You don't often come across that on mobile!
Bandai Namco has just announced the battler, which provides a variety of cooperative and
competitive four versus four play.
Your favourite characters from the anime will make an appearance, so you can look forward
to that.
Other than that, we don't really know much about it.
All there really is to know right now is available to view in the trailer above.
So go ahead and watch it if you're interested.
One Piece Bounty Rush will launch on Android sometime in 2018.

Student by day, superhero by night in JRPG Breakers
Breakers: Dawn of Heroes is an intriguing JRPG coming soon to Android.
It's out right now in beta, with a full launch hopefully dropping soon.
You play as a student in high school who investigates a bunch of mysterious activity in the city.
It soon becomes apparent that something bad is happening, so you team up with fellow students
to fight it off.
Thus begins a double life of student by day, superhero by night.
It appears you get to experience both sides of this life, which is quite interesting.
Being a superhero is all about ridiculous combat, and this appears to have that in spades.
There's even an innovative control scheme that allows you to pull off some insane moves
using only your fingers.
There's a single player campaign and a bunch of different multiplayer modes too.
It looks like a lot of fun, so go ahead and check out the beta on Google Play right now.
Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omni is out now on Android
If you ever find yourself hankering for the Final Fantasies of yore, this is the one for you.
Not only do your favourite characters return, but many more of the long running franchise's
mainstays do too.
You've got take your turn battles, a silly nonsensical plot, and cute visuals that are
admittedly a lot more charming than Final Fantasy XV's efforts.
You can even mix and match your favourite heroes from the franchise's history.
The plot tries to make sense of this, and falls a little short of the mark.
But who really cares?
You can battle with Cloud and Squall in the same party, so stop moaning about that dire

Wish you could be a games developer but really don't want to actually go out and do it?
Game Dev Tycoon is the game for you, and it's out right now on Android.
You'll create your very own games development studio from the bedroom to fancy offices in
the middle of the city.
You can even decide what type of game you want to make, and for which platform.
This is a management sim in the very essence of the word.
You'll make crucial design decisions as well as decide where to put the coffee maker.
It's really all in your hands.
You'll also get to experience game development right from the '80s all through to modern day.
You might even witness a fair few console transitions during that time.

What will Mario Kart Tour be like on mobile?
Nintendo has just announced that Mario Kart Tour is speeding over to mobile in 2019, but
has withheld any other information.
We learned about this on Twitter, and there was no fanfare at all.
Seriously that's all there is to know about it right now.
Rather than make this the shortest news story ever though, we thought we'd speculate about it.
One thing we're pretty certain about is that it will play in portrait.
Nintendo has launched four games on mobile so far, and every single one has required
you to hold your phone vertically.
We'd also speculate that it will be a primarily multiplayer experience, perhaps with a few
cup campaigns on the side.
It probably won't deviate massively from the formula on consoles.
Mario Kart Tour will launch on Android in 2019
But it will be a pretty pared back experience.
You can probably expect drifting and accelerating to happen automatically, with you just take
control of the steering.
On that note, you'll likely have a motion control option that Nintendo will push as
the favoured option, with a couple more touch screen options in case you don't like that
sort of thing.
Who does?
Items will require a tap of the screen with a visible icon, and perhaps you'll tap the
screen while in the air to perform a trick.
Maybe you'll even have to swipe in a certain direction to pull off a variety.
Oh, and perhaps you'll tap to perform a perfect start as well.
All of this is speculation, but we're probably right.

Ayo: A Rain Tale tells the touching story of a girl's struggle to collect a commodity
that we take for granted.
That's right, it's water, and the indie adventure itself is out now on Android.
You'll help the eponymous protagonist traverse Sub-Saharan Africa in her quest for life saving water.
You'll jump, crawl, and climb to navigate the dangerous environment.
Not only will you face enemies, environmental challenges, and difficult weather conditions,
but you'll have to face it all with 40 pounds of water on your back.
There's even a variety of puzzles to solve that put your brain to the test.
You can also find a bunch of hidden paths too.
Ayo: A Rain Tale is definitely worth a look in this week.

Sonic CD Classic is the latest Sega Forever, out now
Sonic CD Classic is the latest game to launch under the Sega Forever banner.
If you don't know what that is, it's Sega's strategy to launch classic games on mobile.
This entry in the franchise is famous for introducing Amy Rose and Metal Sonic, the
latter of which is an enemy by the way.
We wouldn't recommend making friends with him.
You'll travel in time between the past, present, and future of every single level
in the game.
That's a pretty interesting feature in itself!
Your goal is to collect seven time stones and, ultimately, to defeat Dr. Eggman and
Metal Sonic.
Complete the game, and you'll unlock Tails as a playable character.
Sonic CD Classic is out right now on Google Play, and you can enjoy it for free or grab
an IAP to remove ads.
It also supports controllers.
Nexomon will launch March 1 on Android, says developer
The upcoming Pokemon like Nexomon will officially launch March 1st on Android, the developer
has confirmed.
If you don't believe us, head on over to the official Facebook page for evidence.
Given that a proper Pokemon isn't anywhere in sight for mobile, this is pretty exciting
news.
It's likely the closest you'll get for a while, and those visuals are pretty gorgeous.
The Android version will also launch packed full of features.
The developer confirmed that PvP, cloud saves, and the Netherworld expansion will all be
available from March 1st.
You can't really say fairer than that!
