Okay today we have a different topic on hand.

Do you need money to get a girlfriend?

In my humble opinion yes you do.

Listen up Dates cost money

and gifts cost money.

Traveling to see your girlfriend usually costs money.

When she has a issue in her life an she can't pay a bill or something

she's going to call you and if you don't have money to rescue

the situation or can't help at all She is going to look at you in a bad light.

I'm not saying you should fund her whole life

but when it comes to being there for her

when she is in her time of need you need to come up with something.

There is never been a women that didn't ask or imply some type of financial need

when I was with them.

It could be simple as wanting a Valentine's Day gift

or complex as she's behind on a bill and needs your help

So yes you need money to have a girlfriend its just that simple.

And lets be honest the more money you make the better looking you are to the opposite

sex please don't twist my words and make it seem

like I'm saying that money replaces morals and

a great personality

All I'm saying money can get you the type females you want

when your looks can't.

Money can get you out of a jam when your girlfriend or wife

needs it and the fact that she knows you are capable

to help her when she is need lets her put more trust in you

and in turn that trust in you leads to more of the things

you like to do if you know what I mean.

Anyway thanks for watching I know its a little bit of a different topic

Racism in Gay Dating?!? Ft. Dylan Marron | Decoded | MTV - Duration: 5:46.

- What do smart phones, customizable pizza menus,

and gay dating apps have in common?

They all ask you to set your preferences.

But one of these things isn't quite like the others.

We've talked about how the word "preferences"

is often used to mask discrimination.

When you hear a woman say something like,

"I'm just not attracted to black guys,"

or "Asian men are too submissive,"

they're relying on racial generalizations

perpetuated by systemic racism.

But this kind of dating racism isn't just

for straight people.

So how does racism manifest in the world of

LGBTQ relationships?

Well, to answer that question,

we've brought in my friend, Dylan Marron.

- Well Franchesca, the answer is, not all that differently.

If you've ever used a dating app like

Grindr, Scruff, Tinder, OKCupid, Bumble,

or, let's be real, Twitter DMs,

you've likely read something like this:

Ah, I'm sorry, I'm only into white guys.

No fats, no fems, no Asians.

Well, I'm not into black guys.

Just a preference.

While we know racism on dating apps impacts people

of all sexualities and gender expressions,

I can tell you that this is a particular problem

among gay men.

Because even though gay men themselves

belong to a marginalized community,

they can, and often do,

perpetuate the oppression of others.

In fact, a recent survey of over 850 gay men

of color in the UK, shows that more than two-thirds

of individuals who identified as

black, Asian, south Asian, or mixed race,

reported encountering racism on gay dating apps.

Survey says,

(bell dings) racism!

In fact, there are whole Tumblrs and Twitter accounts

dedicated to documenting these racist messages,

and when I want to feel even worse about the world,

I read them.

But when gay men are confronted about their racist language,

many try to explain it away as a preference.

I mean they can't help it.

It's just how they feel.

As if they were captive to some mystical

romantic force that naturally discriminates

against people of color.

And this is where structural racism comes into play.

Because preferences are actually shaped

by learned values.

When you're judging a person based solely

on their racial background,

you're acting on generalizations you've

learned to associate with that person's

appearance or heritage.

You can't say it's their personality

because you've shut them down before you

even got to know them.

The thing is, we're not born with preconceived

notions about race,

much like we're not born with political preferences,

religious beliefs, or naturally winning smiles.

(ding)

I worked hard for that.

We actually learn how to define what is attractive

from those around us.

And because we're raised within a framework

of Western beauty standards,

society often characterizes non-white features

as different or unattractive.

In fact, kids of all racial backgrounds

up to age 10 or 11 are proven to be

wildly inconsistent about their criteria

for attractiveness, and how it relates to race.

Our use of race to classify individuals

actually increases as we grow older

and it traditionally favors, drum roll please,

(drum roll) white people!

I know, it was a surprise to me too.

So if our stereotypes about race

are proven to be learned,

and those stereotypes are shown to influence

our attraction to others,

it stands to reason that

when you are generalizing about race,

particularly on dating apps,

your preferences are actually the product

of an environment that normalizes racism.

Man, math is scary.

And simply knowing that might not be enough.

A 2011 study in Australia that included

gay and bisexual men

found that sexual discrimination was linked to

racial stereotypes rather than inherent preferences.

But they also found that even men with diverse attitudes

were remarkably tolerant of sexual racism.

Some modes of discrimination have become

so ingrained in gay culture, we don't even notice

when we're complicit in perpetuating them.

And that doesn't just hold true for the

ways we ignore people of color.

Racial generalizations can also impact

the language we use when we do choose

to interact with each other.

Exonifying people of color due to their race or background

is commonplace on dating apps.

Some people are looking for a Papi Chulo,

or a Rice Queen, or a DL Thug,

but this language is dehumanizing

and reduces people to social stereotypes.

It buys into a toxic tradition of racism

by assuming whiteness is the norm

and turning a person's identity into a fetish,

essentially making them feel like an oddity

or a rare find.

Come on people, we're not Pokemon.

So, how do we unlearn racist perceptions

we've been taught to normalize?

Well, there are a few things to remember

if we're going to stop ourselves,

and others, from doing that.

First, if you're watching this video

and you feel like you need to go

change your profile,

go do that and congratulations on evolving so quickly.

I'll wait.

The second element is remembering how structural racism

impacts our interactions, and checking ourselves,

or others, when a racist stereotype rears its head

in a conversation.

Consider this, if someone came up to you in person

and just as they opened their mouth,

you were like, sorry, not into Asians,

you'd probably be called a jerk,

or at least get a drink thrown in your face.

So why should we excuse those who do it online?

There's no reason that gay men should accept racism

when they're just looking to get some,

digitally or otherwise.

(ring tone) Oop, sorry, that's me.

Ooh, and he's only five feet away.

Franchesca, all yours.

- Thanks Dylan.

So we've debunked the myth of preferences,

studied the science of sexual racism,

and armed ourselves with some tools

to combat discrimination in our dating interactions.

Challenging how racism shapes our perception of others,

especially potential dates, isn't easy.

But it means being open enough to learn from your mistakes,

and brave enough to challenge others

when they simply excuse their racism as a preference.

Thanks so much to Dylan Marron for joining us this week.

Thanks for watching and we'll see you next time,

right here on Decoded.

Thin To Thick Hair Magic, Grow Your Hair Fast With 3 Ingredients! - Duration: 2:23.

Thin To Thick Hair Magic, Grow Your Hair Fast With 3 Ingredients!

Women dream of having a gorgeous, healthy hair, and those who already have it, say it

took them lot of time, effort and money.

Your hair grows about half an inch every month.

However, your hair growth and structure depend on many elements, including overall wellbeing,

environmental factors and hereditary predisposition.

Your hair is as strong as your dietary habits.

Healthy and well-balanced diet plan are the key to a long and silky hair.

If you are going through a real struggle to get the hair of your dreams, you are at the

right place.

Consider trying healthy and natural treatments.

They are a lot better than traditional, expensive solutions.

Pamper your hair with the right herbs, and you will never complain of its quality again.

Castor oil is an age old beauty treatment that has been largely replaced over time by

fancier beauty products with more ingredients and a bigger price tag.

Castor oil has natural antibacterial and antifungal properties and is high in Vitamin E, minerals,

proteins, and Omega 6 and 9 beneficial fatty acids.

Its unusually high ricinoleic acid ratio makes it beneficial to skin and hair.

Castor oil can be used on the scalp to help prevent and remedy hair loss and it is effective

at this for several reasons.

It's antibacterial and anti fungal properties make it beneficial against follliculitus,

dandruff and scalp infections and its ricinoleic acid content helps increase circulation to

the scalp and improve hair growth.

Ricinoleic acid is also said to help balance scalp pH which can also help replenish the

scalp's natural oils and undo some of the damage of harsh chemical hair products.

The antioxidants in castor oil also support the keratin in hair and help make hair stronger,

smoother and less frizzy.

Honey is an emollient which means it seals moisture in your hair, keeping it conditioned.

This reduces breakage, which is often a cause for slower hair growth.

It has rich antioxidant properties which prevent damage, keeping your scalp and hair healthy.

Honey strengthens the hair follicles, curbing hair fall

LEGO Container Handler AGV custom MOC! - Duration: 7:11.

hey folks this peculiar looking thing is a custom AGV container handler our

automated guided vehicle it's based on a real-life type of things basically the

modern-day current real world modern-day equivalent of a what used to be the

combination of a small yard shunter truck like the one that came with the

Maersk train set something like this combination of that with a driver in it

and a skeleton trailer like a just a single container carrier trailer like

this so all this gets replaced by this without the container and yeah I thought

that it would be more appropriate to put this into my cargo harbor given that my

city is supposed to be sometime in the near future and these things these

automated driverless things have been deployed in various ports around the

world for over two decades now it's a slow process of converting to them but I

figured further on in the future there would be even less of the far less

efficient truck and trailer setups and though this does have truly a six stud

wide chassis and wheel track tire track it does have steering built into it and

it's actually linked front to rear so I spent most of my time working on this

thing getting that to work in getting it to be nice and low in profile and I

wasn't sure I would I would be able to get the extra axles in here I really

wanted to have more than just four wheels on it I thought that that would

be kind of the the minimum really would be to just have ones at the ends but I

ended up being able to get it short enough and just compact enough overall

that I was able to get a couple of more pairs of the same wheels and tires in

there I've just kind of extended these lift arms out to the front and back so

you can access this it really doesn't need any

- mechanism or anything I mean what were you gonna do he's gonna get a container

dropped on it and then I mean how are you gonna are you gonna move it around

if you wanted to actually make this thing move you're gonna have to hit it

from from the outside you have to grab it touch it from the outside so figure

just hide those under the bumpers a little bit they fit in there pretty

decently well basically it's a pretty simple setup for how each individual

steered axle goes they're just individual pivots or individual pins

used to hold each of the the wheels there with just the Technic pins but

this is pretty straightforward what's used here I did a number of kind of

retakes on this and rebuilds to get it progressively lower and lower profile to

where be thinner and thinner and you can do this without these same exact pieces

but this was just what I came up with in a single building session it can

probably be done even more efficiently than this as well and it's ready if you

know if you wanted to do something like this it would be very easy to hook it up

to a separate knob up on the top of a cab if it was on a real truck or

something but then it just has a linkage that goes from this l-shaped lift arm

piece which is basically just going right here and here that l-shaped three

long part three by three and then just in the center of that I've got a link

linkage hooked up which goes out diagonally across the chassis to the

other side so that's why the two are steering opposite each other and it's

very reliable you know doesn't get caught at all it's pretty smooth so I'm

happy with that even though you know I won't be doing this very much it's nice

to at least have that ability there it was very important to me that this thing

be very maneuverable so it's nice to do not have to just imagine that but to

have it actually work and yeah this sticker here came from a specific set

and I don't care that this isn't the right thing for that set I just like the

sticker that's why I tend to collect stickers and sticker

pieces is I like to just add in a little bit of detail when appropriate makes the

whole thing look so much better than when it didn't have that on there a lot

of people myself included often make fun of stickers in Leo sets and such but

gosh they can be so so useful like these ones used on the bumpers here if I

didn't have those you look even more plain so it's not that amazing of a

looking amazing of a thing to look at at all no it's not amazing to look at it at

all actually it's kind of bland and plain and boring and it's what is it

it's just like a flat platform with some wheels on it but I'm happy with it

it's exactly what I wanted to have it's actually a little bit better than kind

of the the minimum that I had set out for myself and now I can permanently

retire this thing which I've had since I got the maersk set you know I changed

out the the colors on it to make it modified at least not just a full

official set and I also reduced it down a little bit made it a little bit more

efficient with parts usage but yeah I can retire that completely now since I

have a custom solution that makes a lot more sense in the near future and I can

retire these things I have just a couple of them this is already a it reduced

size version actually pretty much are a rebuild from from the original thing to

specifically work with my system of of containers but it's just not very

efficient to have all that plus the truck when I can do all that with just

this just as has been discovered in the real world my my ports that are there

rolling these out literally and figuratively so that's just that I'm

gonna put this over into my my Harbor area and the harbor is not done yet as

of the time of the recording of this video but you know maybe eventually I'll

do another one of these that would be nice too to be able to show a couple of

them in action but my kind of stacking area where all the containers go is

mostly kind of off table so it doesn't even make that much sense to put too

much into this want to have at least one for now to

receive a container coming off of a ship that's that's docked there for now we'll

see what comes in the future but that's it for this video thank you for watching

and I'll talk to you again soon

you

This Epic Treehouse Is Serenity Defined #emystery - Duration: 3:45.

This Epic Treehouse Is Serenity Defined

Theresa and David, a couple from Wisconsin, were sitting in their backyard one day looking

out into their property and

noticed that their favorite tree was starting to die.

It was an enormous elm tree in the center of their yard.

The tree had succumbed to Dutch Elm Disease, which was killing the branches of the tree

one by one.

The tree was still very solid at the base and the larger branches were still very strong

so they decided to create

something very special to enjoy.

They cut off the dead branches and were left with what looked like a giant stump with limbs

climbing into the sky.

It wasn't the prettiest site but they had plans to make it nothing short of magical.

With a lot of research and the help of their friends they undertook a project that stunned

everyone.

Take a look.

Theresa and David worked closely with their friends to come up with the perfect design.

Every detail had to be perfect.

After their ideas had culminated into one perfect plan, David got to work on the drawings.

With their plan set in place, they got to work by building a frame around the once massive

elm tree.

During their free time, they gathered materials and started to shape their vision with skill

and hard work.

Their friends offered their talents and wanted to be a part of the build.

After all, they would be using it as well.

With the base built, they had a platform to work from so they could safely reach the top

of the tree.

Their measurements would have to be perfect if this was going to line up with the rest

of the project.

Yes thats a second level being built high up in the limbs of the elm.

Theresa started working on decorations and things to make this structure feel less rugged

and more comfortable.

A view from the top.

The structure was complete and they immediately got to work on the walls and roof.

With the main frame completed and the walls standing,

they were tired but not quite finished.

Now it was time for the finish work.

Including a very detailed roof.

They didn't want it to look brand new though so they aged the boards or used reclaimed

wood where possible.

Inside, Theresa and her friends started to add a personal touch to the structure.

These guys know exactly what they're doing.

On the first level, they hung antique jars turned into lights.

Built a table and used the cut branches as stools.

Inside they hung a giant chandelier made from collected antlers around the area.

The windows were cut around the branches making the elm a focal point like it was before it

was hit with Dutch elm disease.

A view from one of two lofts.

Take a look at the pulley system holding the chandelier.

Absolutely beautiful and makes for changing bulbs very easy.

The lofts are equipped with beds, a night stand and an amazing view into the property.

Completely decorated with antiques and reclaimed furniture.

The second story has a balcony where you can enjoy the view with a cup of coffee in the

morning.

It wraps around most of the treehouse!

In its completion, Theresa and David have built one of the most cozy tree houses I have

ever seen.

They have an adult tree house unlike any other and enjoy spending time with their friends

each evening in this gorgeous

place right in their back yard.

If I could have a treehouse in my backyard I'd like to think it would look something

a lot like this.

This is one of the most comfortable tree houses I've ever seen.

I think they balanced the elements of nature with the comforts of home perfectly.

The unique lighting brings it all together and accents the yard perfectly.

This place stands out but is by no means an eye sore.

Good job Theresa and David, I love what you've done with

the place.
