Stock your Pantry & Save this Back to School with Flipp App - Duration: 4:55.From new backpacks and lunch boxes to notebooks and clothes it's the time of
the year to shift back into a routine and head back to school.
And as you know, packing healthy lunches and snacks for our kids is part of that
routine. Today I want to show you how I restock my pantry and fridge and get my
kitchen back-to-school ready with basic ingredients that become the foundation
for healthy and fresh meals. The first thing you want to do is get a shopping
list ready. My pantry is pretty bare from our summer's relaxed schedule so I really
need to get that restocked. Here I have my MOMables meals for the week whose
ingredients I've added to my shopping list. I've also added all the additional
pantry and fridge staples that I consider kitchen must-haves for the
school year. Because this shopping overhaul can get pricey I'm going to use
Flipp, a free shopping app that makes it easy to save time and money by finding
the best deals on all the items on my list. With an amazing shopping list,
coupons and weekly ads, Flipp is my one-stop-shop for finding everything I
need for this pantry and fridge back-to-school overhaul. All I have to do
is search for a particular item and it will show me the retailers near me where
it's on sale. With a tap of a finger, I can clip offers and they will be
added to my shopping list for easy organization I can also originally clip
coupons for added savings. No more paper circulars, no more cutting coupons and
forgetting to bring them with me... Alright, now that I've selected the best deals on
my local store and added everything I need to my flip shopping list I'm ready
to shop.
Okay guys, with all these awesome ingredients I feel like I'm really going
to make an impact in the organization of my fresh meals this fall. So next, I
just need to put away all these things and then I'll go through the items I
purchased and my savings. That was a serious haul so let's take a look at
some of the things I have in the pantry. Meals and snacks that are balanced and healthy
is the number one priority for me and the items I've purchased definitely
check both boxes. The key to being back to school ready is having ready-to-eat
items on hand. I have our grab-and-go pantry snacks here with things that I
pre-sorted into snack bags. They include things like almonds, granola bars, trail,
mix, nut butter singles, and rice crackers. They can be eaten on their own or with
other snack items that need refrigeration like cheese sticks, celery
packs, carrots, hummus, guacamole packs... all of these are perfect to have on hand
for when the kids get home from school or adding them into the lunch bag.
I refilled our pantry with many pantry staples since they are the foundation of
many of our go-to meal ideas. They are perfect for simple back-to-school
dinners or lunchbox builders. Using Flipp I found great deals on rice, oats, beans,
flour, and pasta, in addition to some canned goods for emergencies. As fresh
food goes I got some fresh fruit on sale as well as spinach so I made some smoothie
bags for quick after-school snacks. Having these on hand makes smoothie
making a breeze. And since we're in the freezer, I found frozen veggies for quick sides
and easy recipes as well some protein for dinner meals. In the fridge I saved on
lunch meat and deli cheese, eggs, milk, bacon, ground beef, carrots and celery,
hummus packs and more. These are great building blocks for many of our
lunchbox favorites. Some of my kids favorite breakfasts are my make-ahead burritos
and overnight oats --all recipes that can easily be made ahead for busy school
mornings. For lunches, I love mini quiches, thermos soups, pinwheels... and for quick
midweek dinners some of our favorites are skillet lasagna, slow cooker chicken and more.
You can find all those recipes in this YouTube channel and I'll make sure
to create a back-to-school playlist with my favorite recipes for you and link it
below. In this haul, I saved nearly $40 and visited two grocery stores although
if your grocery store price matches you could get the same deals with just one
stop. Week after week, that savings really adds up! For a printable pantry stocking
shopping list and a weekly plan make sure you check out the link right below
this video. Flipp is free and available for download
on both iOS and Google Play so make sure to check it out in the description box
below. Well, how about you what are some of your go-to items to stock your
fridge and pantry this back to school season that you love to save on? Leave
a comment below and let me know. I'll be on the lookout to try to create recipe
videos for you with those items.

Motor Starter - Motor Controller - Motor Starter Types - Duration: 4:23.A motor Starter is a device or group of devices that serves to govern in some predetermined
manner the performance of an electric motor. A motor controller might include a manual
or automatic means for starting and stopping the motor, selecting forward or reverse rotation,
selecting and regulating the speed, regulating or limiting the torque, and protecting against
overloads and faults. In this video we will go to give you a brief
overview of different types of Motor starter or Motor controller.
There are we discuses popular four types of starters.
1. Direct On Line (DOL) starter. 2. Star delta starter.
3. Auto transformer starter. 4. Electronic Soft starter.
If you like this video, So more update please subscribe our channel learning engineering.
Direct on Line DOL starter.
A direct on line or across the line starter applies the full line voltage to the motor
terminals, the starters or cubicle locations can usually be found on an ELO drawing. This
is the simplest type of motor starter. A D O L motor starter also contains protection
devices, and in some cases, condition monitoring. The simplest form of motor starter for the
induction motor is the Direct On Line starter. The DOL starter consist a MCCB or Circuit
Breaker, Contactor and an overload relay for protection. Electromagnetic contactor which
can be opened by the thermal overload relay under fault conditions.
Star delta starter. The Star Delta Starter is a very common type
of starter and is used extensively as compared to the other type of starting methods of the
induction motor. A star delta is used for a cage motor designed to run normally on the
delta connected stator winding. This is the reduced voltage starting method.
Voltage reduction during star-delta starting is achieved by physically reconfiguring the
motor windings as illustrated. During starting the motor windings are connected in star configuration
and this reduces the voltage across each winding. After a period of time the winding are reconfigured
as delta and the motor runs normally. Star Delta starters are probably the most common
reduced voltage starters. They are used in an attempt to reduce the start current applied
to the motor during start as a means of reducing the disturbances and interference on the electrical
supply. Auto transformer starter.
An Auto transformer Starter is suitable for both star and delta connected motors. In this
method, the starting current is limited by using a three-phase auto transformer to reduce
the initial stator applied voltage. The operation principle of auto transformer
method is similar to the star delta starter method. The starting current is limited by
reduce the initial stator applied voltage.
The auto transformer starter is more expensive, more complicated in operation and bulkier
in construction when compared with the star delta starter method.
But an auto transformer starter is suitable for both star and delta connected motors,
and the starting current and torque can be adjusted to a desired value by taking the
correct tapping from the auto transformer.
Electronic Soft starter. A motor soft starter is a device used with
AC electrical motors to temporarily reduce the load and torque in the power train and
electric current surge of the motor during start-up.
A start voltage is applied with time, irrespective of the current drawn or the speed of the motor.
For each phase two SCRs are connected back to back and the SCRs are conducted initially
at a delay of 180 degrees during the respective half wave cycles. This delay is reduced gradually
with time until the applied voltage ramps up to the full supply voltage. This is also
known as Time Voltage Ramp System. This method is not relevant as it doesn't actually control
the motor acceleration.

Jeep Wrangler KC HiLiTES 50" C-Series C50 LED Light Bar w/ Brackets (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 5:55.The KC Hilites 50-inch LED light bar with over-windshield mount is for anyone who wants
to add a ton of auxiliary lighting to your Jeep.
There's really only one spot on your Wrangler that you can mount a 50-inch light, but putting
one above your windshield is going to give you a ton of forward-facing light that's going
to reach really far out in front of the trail.
Obviously, this is a light that you're not going to be able to run on roads where there's
oncoming traffic, it will certainly blind that oncoming traffic.
However, for those dark backroads and of course for the trails, this is going to provide a
ton of light.
It'll basically look like daylight out in front of your Jeep.
This bar in particular does have multiple beam patters all built into one, it comes
with your brackets, your wiring harness, this is really a one-stop-shop.
However, KC Hilites is known for making a really high-quality part and while this is
a very nice light, it also has a price tag that goes along with it.
So if you're looking for the best of the best and a one-stop-shop, this is a really nice
option if you have the budget for it.
However, if you are on a little bit more of a budget, or you're not interested in quite
as much light, but you want a 50-inch light bar, there are certainly some other brands
to take a look at like Raxiom or Rugged Ridge.
As far as construction goes, this light has an extruded aluminum housing with a Lexan
lens, and the brackets themselves are steel brackets covered in a black powder coat finish.
That finish is going to resist rust and corrosion, and it's going to look really good on your
Jeep no matter what color Wrangler you have.
The brackets do come with rubber gaskets to protect your factory paint from any chafing
and these are going to bolt directly onto your windshield hinges so you're not going
to have to do any modification to the Jeep.
Getting back to the light, this light bar has 96, 3-watt LEDs putting out a total of
27,000 lumens of light, reaching 1,500 meters down the trail.
Again, this is an incredibly bright light if you're looking for one of the brightest
50-inch light bars on the market, this is a good place to check out.
Now this does have Cree LEDs and if you've been doing some research you'll know that
Cree has a really good name in LEDs.
These lights are gonna last a very long time and of course they produce a ton of brightness.
This light bar is set up like a lot of the other 50-inch light bars on the market where
the center section is a spot beam and the outsides is a flood beam giving you that really
far reach down the trail but also a nice scattering of light to the left and to the right.
As I said before this also does come with a wiring harness like most KC lights do, and
that'll make getting this wired up very, very simple.
One of the things that makes this light bar look a little different from some of the others
that we see on the market is the pig tail that comes on the light itself.
Usually this is a much shorter pig tail that just has two wires sticking off it, and you
have to make a connection to your wiring harness.
This comes with a weather-proof screw connector and what's even better is that the pig tail
is nice and long.
What that allows you to do is hide your wiring behind the bracket and get down into the cal
[SP] before you make this connection to the rest of your wiring harness.
That just makes wiring this light up very clean, and it'll protect that connector so
you're never gonna have any issues with shorting out.
Something else that makes this light bar a little bit unique is that the LEDs have their
individual reflectors, but between those reflectors is a non-reflective ribbed plastic.
So it does give the light a little bit more of a stealthy look because it is a little
bit more blacked out than a lot of those other 50-inch light bars, but it doesn't affect
the light output at all.
This installation is a very simple 1 out of 3 wrenches.
Getting the brackets bolted on is as simple as removing the five factory bolts out of
the windshield edge covers, holding your bracket up to the Jeep and replacing those five bolts.
Now on the driver's side, you are going to wanna leave that bracket a little bit loose
so that you can pull your wires down behind that, again making for a really clean installation.
After the brackets are bolted into place, you'll simply drop your light bar into the
notch mounts on the top of it, and you're finished with that part.
The rest is just running the wires.
But again, even if you're not comfortable with automotive wiring, this is going to be
a very simple process for you.
All you're going to need is stretch out the included wiring harness, you'll pick up a
positive and a negative at your battery, plug the weathertight connector from the harness
into the light, and finally pull a wire through the firewall into the cab so that you can
wire up your switch.
Now that's a perfect fine way to wire up this light.
It'll come on and off when you flip the switch on and off, but if you are a little more comfortable
with automotive wiring, if you have some other auxiliary lights, or if you have a switch
pod, you could certainly make this wiring harness work with any of those other scenarios
as well.
The whole installation for this light will probably take you less than two hours to get
done, and you're not going to need any specialty tools or any wiring tools, just some traditional
hand tools and some torque splits.
For a setup like this that includes the brackets, the wiring harness is a really high-quality
light, the price that you have to pay is around $1,000.
And for some of you who are looking for the best of the best, who want a very easy installation
because they know all of these parts are gonna work together, that doesn't seem like a horrible
price because of the quality of the light you're getting.
Now I know there's a whole other group of you that are saying $1,000 for a light is
just crazy, and that's okay.
If you are in that group, as I said before, there are a lot of other brands of 50-inch
light bars that might throw as much light or throw quite as far or have as crisp of
a beam patter, but they're still gonna get the job done and they are gonna save you some
money.
So that's my review of the KC Hilites 50-inch LED light bar with over-windshield bracket
fitting all 2007 and up JKs that you can find right here at ExtremeTerrain.com.

How to make a flower arrangement with lemons| Country Hill Cottage - Duration: 2:32.Learn to make a stunning yellow centrepiece with lemons!
The focus of the arrangement is all about the texture of the different florals that
include dahlias, lisianthus, yarrow flowers, safflowers and billy balls.
The lemons add an extra pop of colour and create even more visual interest, while at
the same time hiding the floral foam that holds the flowers.
You can easily replace the lemons with other citrus fruits, for example, limes or oranges.
Check the links below the video for the written instructions and our DIY citronella candle
tutorial!
Please subscribe for more tutorials, and turn on notifications so you don't miss our latest
videos.
Place the floral foam, which has been soaked in lukewarm water for at least 30 minutes,
into the smaller vase, and then put the smaller vase into the larger one.
We recommend using a smaller vessel inside a larger glass container to keep the fruits
and flowers separated since the acidity of the lemons can shorten the vase life of the
flowers.
Cut 4 to 5 lemons into 1/2 a centimetre or 1/4 of inch-thick slices and wedge them in
between the two containers to keep them in place.
Line the inside of the vase with layers of lemon slices until no more floral foam is
showing.
Remove all but the top most leaves form all flower stems.
Shorten the stems and start arranging the flowers, so they hang forward over the edge
of the vase.
Work your way around the container and then fill up the middle of the arrangement.
Mix the flowers often to create an interesting and varied look, and try to form a domed shape.
As a final touch, add a few Billy balls here and there into the centrepiece.
The lemon slices will look fresh for three days, the flowers for up to a week if the
arrangement is displayed in a cooler place out of direct sunlight.

Step 6 - Watch Your Tongue - Duration: 4:18.Well, have you ever said anything and wish you could have taken it back?
Well of course you have.
We all have.
In fact, we may do that way too often but
when you've done that what happened?
How did you feel?
When you said something that you really know you shouldn't have said or you wish you
could have pulled back or how did the other person feel?
What kind of impact did it have in your relationship?
What kind of impact did it have in those around you?
What kind of influence did it have on your productivity?
or your overall ability to connect up and communicate and be effective in the
relationship personally and professionally?
Well, the tongue is an amazing thing.
It's a powerful thing.
And step number six in resolving conflict the right way is to..
Watch your tongue.
Be careful about your tongue.
I love what the Apostle Paul said
He said
Be quick to think, slow to speak and slow to anger.
Do you have that order?
Quick to think, slow to speak and slow to anger.
That's the key.
So be quick to think.
A lot of times we do just the opposite.
We're quick to anger, quick to speak and slow to think
but instead, be quick to think slow to speak and slow to anger.
The idea of counting to five is a good process
when you're tempted to say something out of anger.
If you just give it a moment and cool down and respond to not react
you'd be much better off and so are the person with you.
Before you speak, ask these questions..
Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?
Ask yourself, is it really true?
A lot of times we all make statements like you always or you never.
Don't say those kinds of things because all a person needs to do is say
here's one time in 1983 where I didn't say that and then your whole point is undercut
but more importantly you shouldn't say that because that's really not true.
People don't always do something like that or never to say that
is often if not normally an overstatement
So be sure it's true
and then is it kind? Is it helpful? Does it build up the person?
Again, I liked what the Apostle Paul said in the book of Ephesians in the Bible when he said
Let him who speaks speak in order to edify or build up that he might give grace to the
hearer and grace is power, motivation, encouragement to the hearer
and meet the need of the moment
Now think of that..
When you speak, speak to build up
to edify, like you build an edifice, a house, you build people up
Let him who speaks speak unto edification
in order to meet the need of the moment.
The need that's right there. To give grace, empowerment to the hearer.
If we would do that would be so much better off.
So when you speak, be sure it's true
be sure it's kind
reflective of what we just said
and then be sure it's necessary.
Be sure it's necessary. Does it need to be said?
There's a great proverb that says even a fool will seem wise if it keeps his mouth shut
and so will you.
So remember there's often wisdom in just not saying anything.
If it's not necessary don't just fill the air don't say it.
Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?
Watch your tongue.
Remember, the tongue is like a little match, a little fire that can cause a great conflagration.
a great outbreak, a forest fire
So be careful about your tongue it can have dramatic impacts on you and those around you.

CONFIRM: Liverpool agree club record fee for RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita - Duration: 1:54.CONFIRM: Liverpool agree club record fee for RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita
Liverpool have agreed a club record transfer fee for RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita, who will move to Anfield next summer. The Keita transfer has been one of the most on-off in many years, but Liverpool finally have their man.
The Reds have been targeting the Guinean all summer, and it has now been confirmed that he will become a Liverpool player on July 1, 2018.
The 22-year-old completed a medical in Wilmslow on Monday morning, with news of the signing breaking in the early afternoon. Liverpool had a £66 million bid for Keita turned down earlier in the summer, but Leipzig refused to sell.
The player has a £48 million release clause next year and had set his heart on a move to Merseyside and to join Jurgen Klopp's Reds.
Liverpool, then, have moved to ensure they get their man now by paying an additional undisclosed fee, to secure the transfer now. An all-action box-to-box midfielder, Keita scored eight goals and assisted eight last season, in 32 appearances.
Liverpool are set for a blockbuster final few days of the transfer window, with a £60 million bid for Monaco's Thomas Lemar being placed, and the Virgil van Dijk deal still very much alive.

JUST IN: Trump Organization pursued deal for Moscow Trump Tower during presidential campaign - Duration: 2:45.President Trump's company was working on a plan to develop a Trump Tower in Moscow toward
the end of 2015 and into 2016, as he was running for president, according to a report Sunday
night.
A Russian-born real estate developer told Trump to visit Moscow to discuss the proposal,
according to the Washington Post.
The developer, Felix Sater, said he would be able to get Russian President Vladimir
Putin to say "great things" about Trump.
In a November 2015 email, Sater said that he and top officials at the Trump Organization
would be celebrating the real estate deal in Moscow and Trump's election as president,
two people with knowledge of the email exchange told the Post.
One person with knowledge of the exchange said Sater sent an email to Michael Cohen,
executive vice president of the Trump Organization, saying "something to the effect of, 'Can
you believe two guys from Brooklyn are going to elect a president?'"
Sater grew up in Brooklyn after emigrating from the then-Soviet Union when he was 6 years
old.
Despite Sater's urging, Trump never visited Moscow and the project to build a Trump Tower
in Russia was abandoned at the end of January 2016.
The Trump-owned company signed a letter of intent, but didn't have the land and permits
needed to proceed, the Washington Post reported.
The information detailed in the emails between Sater and Trump Organization leaders are expected
to be handed over to congressional investigators, who are looking into potential ties between
Trump campaign associates and Russia.
The White House declined to comment to the Washington Post.
Cohen's lawyer, Stephen Ryan, said his client "has been cooperating and will continue to
cooperate with both the House and Senate intelligence committees, including providing them with
documents and information and answering any questions they may have about the Moscow building
proposal."
According to the report, the proposal, the details of which haven't been disclosed before,
provide evidence that Trump's business was pursuing commercial deals in Russia while
he was campaigning for president.
Talks about the project in Moscow began in September 2015, and the deal would've involved
an unidentified investor building the tower and putting Trump's name on it under a licensing
agreement.
Cohen, a longtime legal adviser to Trump, served as the lead negotiator
for the Trump Organization.
