With President Trump's speech in Phoenix, Arizona to rally supporters, there was bound

to be conflict.

Sure enough, angry protesters, such as the Antifa, attacked police in a whirlwind of

violence and hate, according to Breitbart.

Yet Trump supporters were not alone; the Arizona chapter of "Bikers 4 Trump" were there

to provide protection and help keep the peace, as The Political Insider reported.

Bikers 4 Trump sent out a call yesterday for all of its official members to "help keep

the peace" at the rally, according to a statement issued on their Facebook page.

It reminded those in attendance to "please be mindful of our policy and integrity, we

do not incite or instigate violence, disrespect other groups or discriminate against other

ever, our support of President Trump and American values should always be reflected by our actions

and conduct."

The presence of these patriotic Americans was more than welcome as Antifa's Arizona

branch had also made it clear on their official website they intended to be there, ready for

violence.

"We will converge, in the spirit of solidarity and hostility to the current order, and as

a physical body ready to act in self-defense and mutual protection of each other from cops,

fascists, and liberal/radical 'peace police.'"

As reported by Breitbart Antifa kept their promise, and rioting and violence ensued.

The situation became so bad that officers were forced to respond with canisters of tear

gas, flash bangs, and rubber bullets to disperse the hostile protesters.

CBS News reported that some felt the police response was overly aggressive, despite reports

of water bottles and rocks being thrown at officers.

One to make this claim was Carlos Garcia, an Antifa protester, who claimed, "It was

peaceful.

We started getting shot at by rubber bullets."

Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams utterly rejects this claim, saying police force was

"absolutely" justified and protesters were armed with more than rocks and water

bottles.

"They had their own gas and they threw it at police.

They didn't throw our own gas."

According to Breitbart, CNN was swift to lay blame on Trump's speech as the reason for

the violence outside, saying it was an "angry, divisive speech."

This was no doubt in response to the criticism Trump leveled against the network during the

speech, in which he said CNN and others are misreporting news and fueling groups like

Antifa.

"The only people giving a platform to these hate groups is the media itself and the fake

news," the President said to a cheering crowd.

Trump also targeted the Antifa group specifically in his speech, noting they wear "masks,

and they've got clubs and everything.

Antifa!"

Whether or not Trump's speech caused the violence outside is debatable, but there was

no mistake that police felt the need to take action against the protesters with dispersion

methods to keep the peace.

If Police Chief Williams' claim is true, that Antifa protesters were armed with their

own gas to throw at police, then it's understandable that police would respond in kind.

Thankfully there are groups like Bikers 4 America willing to use their numbers and resources

to protect Americans rather than attack them.

As violent vigilante groups like Antifa start to rise in power and aggression, organized

citizens like Bikers 4 America will be a welcome, peaceful countermeasure.

Kyrie Irving's Trade Probably Won't Impact LeBron's Future - Duration: 2:34.

Hey everyone, for Complex News, I'm Justin Block.

The NBA world is dealing with the fallout of Kyrie Irving's sudden, but not unexpected,

trade from the Cavs to the Celtics on Tuesday night.

Kyrie's officially out of Cleveland after making it clear that he didn't want to be

LeBron's second banana anymore.

For the superstar duo that's made three straight NBA Finals together, it's a shocking

breakup.

But even as Kyrie's stardom and dynamite scoring moves on to Boston, we think the trade

won't affect LeBron's free agency decision next summer.

Now, a 33-year-old LeBron is fully expected to opt-out of his Cavs contract next season.

So far, all of the reporting and speculation points west, as in, LeBron's looking to

take his up-and-coming business and media empire to the coast of Los Angeles, where

he already has an offseason home.

Plus, he's gotta shoot Space Jam 2 before he gets too old.

LeBron's a walking one-man-team, so convincing a motley crew of star players to join him

in Los Angeles of all places shouldn't be difficult.

He did it in Cleveland, after all.

And so far, there are inklings that his departure is going to happen.

For one, LeBron, who's now been to seven straight Finals and has won three titles and

four MVPs, says he has nothing left to prove in the league.

"Seriously, what else would I have [to do]?

I've won championships, I won my first one and I've won for my teammates, I came home

and won.

There isn't anything I have left to prove."

Read between the lines, and that also means he has nothing left to prove in his hometown

of Cleveland, where he came back to and won an NBA title for the sports-poor city.

And speaking of Cleveland and their Cavaliers, it's apparent that LeBron is frustrated

with owner Dan Gilbert, who infamously wrote a burn letter to LeBron after he left Cleveland

the first time.

Gilbert's also fired LeBron's front office ally in David Griffin, didn't hire a replacement,

and because of that, they missed out on deals for stars like Jimmy Butler and Paul George.

According to NBA reporter Chris Sheridan, who had the LeBron homecoming scoop first,

LeBron's relationship with Gilbert is a driving force away from the Cavs.

"NBA source said today: 'This will be LeBron's final season in Cleveland.

He is 100 percent leaving.

Relationship with owners beyond repair.'"

Again, all signs right now point westward for LeBron, regardless of the Kyrie trade.

But how the Cavs perform in a post-Kyrie world could sway LeBron to stay put.

Coming over from the Celtics, Isaiah Thomas on a contract year should provide an offensive

punch, while powerful swingman Jae Crowder is the three-and-D wing player LeBron's

always needed.

If those two can somehow help lift LeBron over the Warriors, that makes his decision

harder.

After all, no franchise star has ever left his team immediately after winning a title.

Would LeBron?

We'll see next summer.

That's the news for now, but for more on the NBA, be sure to subscribe to Complex on YouTube

today.

How much does cosmetic dentistry cost? Austin Dental Spa, Austin TX | 512-452-9296 - Duration: 0:50.

How much is it going to cost?

Depending on how many teeth are going to be

involved and what needs to be done to those teeth, most smile makeovers are in

the $15 - $20,000 range. I have not had in 37 years somebody say it wasn't worth

it. Everybody says quite the opposite: I wish I had done it sooner, it was worth

every bit of what I spent on it, you changed my life. We have financial

arrangements so that you can make monthly payments over a several year

period and it is truly life changing.

Do I have to go to the dentist now? Austin Dental Spa, Austin TX | 512-452-9296 - Duration: 0:54.

I was wondering do I have to do it now?

I commonly get people asking whether

cosmetic dentistry or general dentistry does it have to be done now? My answer

with cosmetic dentistry is always, if you never do it nothing bad is going to

happen. All we're talking about is an elective procedure to make you look

better and younger. But that decision is up to you. With general dentistry,

especially decay, or gum issues, clearly the longer you wait the worse the

problem becomes and typically things cost less and take less time if they're

treated sooner rather than later

Will Cosmetic Dentistry look fake? Austin Dental Spa, Austin TX | 512-452-9296 - Duration: 0:46.

Will they look fake?

Every year we see several patients that have just had some cosmetic dental

treatment done in another dental office that didn't take the same approach we

did and they're unhappy with the end result. They feel like their teeth don't

look like real teeth. That they look like somebody cut Chiclets in half and stuck

them onto their teeth. We redo those cases and every time they walk away

saying wow these look like real teeth.

How long does cosmetic dentistry take? Austin Dental Spa, Austin TX | 512-452-9296 - Duration: 0:55.

How long is it going to take? With the way modern dentistry is nowadays in the

efficiency that we have as a team, most dental procedures can be accomplished in

less than an hour. A larger case might take two, but very rarely do dental

appointments take more than two hours. Modern cosmetic techniques allow us to

do a lot of the planning before dental appointments even occurs that involve

touching the teeth once we decide what is going to be done and have it all

planned out. Most cosmetic procedures are done in two appointments. Sometimes in a

single appointment. And each appointment is usually about two hours

The general population at large out there thinks that every dentist is the

same. There is a difference in the environment, in the people that are

providing the care, and in the ambience in the office. So we have upbeat music.

We have bright colors in our office. We're focused on the patient's comfort but

we're also focused on providing the very best dental care of thats possible.

When you first get here it's like walking the red carpet. I don't have any more anxiety

or anything about having anything done because Dr. Mark is just the best

goodness on the planet. It's not a normal dentist office. It's a fun place

to go to surprisingly because in the past I didn't really want to go to the

dentist. They treat you well. They go the extra mile in everything that they do.

The staff here is outstanding.

Its not like a dentist's office really, it is a spa here.

You get a warm neck pillow. You get a hand massage or a foot massage.

Just like oh yeah I'm here to have my teeth done.

I have been to quite a few dentist and it took me a while until I

found the right one and when I came here my experience was so wonderful that I

would never go to another dentist. At Austin dental spot we live and die by.

Two particular things that there's no negotiation on. We want the highest

quality of dental care and we want a world-class customer service every time.

A patient walks out of our office, whether they've been coming here for 30

years or it's their first visit, my goal is that they walk out of the doors and

Not being happy with my smile caused me to not smile as much as I would like to. I did a lot of

that kind of thing.

I had uneven, to me unattractive teeth and knowing

That I wanted to do something to make my smile more beautiful, and that's what led me to Dr. Sweeney.

The thing that was really

amazing to me as I called and I made the initial appointment and

The day before my appointment. I actually got a phone call at my house from Dr. Sweeney.

Chatting with me, wanting to know what I was wanting, and how I was feeling

and that he was looking forward to seeing me the next day and

That was phenomenal to me yeah, I've never had. I don't know who has ever had a dentist do that.

I was worried about, you know, the condition of my teeth, my natural teeth underneath all that work a

lot of my fears and apprehensions were unfounded.

Every day, I get up and I brush my teeth and I get to see my beautiful teeth in the mirror and

smile and my husband loves the result.

I'm thrilled with that every day. I love

The feel. They feel so natural. They don't feel

artificial at all. I mean the ceramics and the color and the

sheen and the shape and everything. I just love it. I love everything about them.

Sedation Dentistry Austin Dental Spa | Austin TX 512-452-9296 - Duration: 2:33.

When I was in dental school in the 70s, I heard numerous professors say that 50%

of the US population never goes to a dentist. I think it's different reasons

for different people and I want her to figure out how to help them. I have

always been very nervous about going to the dentist because when I was a little

kid I had to have a cavity filled. He drilled through my tongue and it really

hurt it was terribly painful. So I mean I was an an itty bitty back then, so I was scared

I have found that there are three main aspects of sedation dentistry.

The first most common one is the laughing gas or nitrous oxide. It is a

very safe inexpensive, easy way to get a lower level of sedation but just kind of

relax people and make them feel more at ease. The second level is to take a

sedative in the valium family. We use ativan and halcion mostly now. They take

effect quicker than valium and they wear off faster. So 2 to 4 hours

you're pretty sedated. That gets the vast majority of people through their dental

appointments without remembering that they were here without feeling any pain

during the appointment. The final way to do sedation dentistry is IV sedation and

an Austin we're very fortunate to have several dental anesthesiologists that

specialize in coming into the dental office where we can get the dental work

done and they don't even remember having been

moved in a dental office.

I get to sedation. I get the nitrous. It relaxes you and then you're getting your

hands and your forearms done. It's just awesome.

There's a large segment of the population that just don't like going to the dentist's office

and having dental procedures done but they need dental treatment and so I

decided I was going to be one of those people that learned how to do it safely

effectively and make these patients happy

The Importance of Reporting a Workplace Injury - Duration: 1:45.

Very Often, we'll talk to somebody and they'll say, well, I was injured a while back but

I didn't do anything about it.

I thought that perhaps my symptoms would go away or I thought maybe my employer would

be upset with me that I had an injury so they don't report it.

But, there are actually statutes of limitations and deadlines that have to be met and an injury

must be reported within 120 days.

Okay.

Once you report it you can decide whether or not you're ever going to pursue it or pursue

a case or any legal action but if you don't report it within 120 days you are forever

precluded from ever pursuing that injury.

It's always better to be safe rather than sorry and report that injury.

Also, everything is going to be fresh in your mind at that point.

If you're trying to come back months after an injury to remember who was present at the

time you were injured or remember exactly how something occurred your memory, obviously,

will be a little less good at that time than it might have been earlier.

Debra, do you find that sometimes when a claimant does not report is it a fear factor of some

sort?

Often.

Okay.

Over and over ... I will even have people who come into me that have a very serious

injury.

I had a gentleman who came to an interview recently, could barely lift his arm to shake

my hand.

He had not yet reported his workers' comp injury because he was afraid of the reaction

of the employer.

Jobs are important and if you like your job and it's a good job of course you don't want

to do anything to upset your employer.

However, you really have to protect yourself.
