6 BODY ISOLATION TIPS | Help To Improve Your Body Movement – Deberías Estar Bailando - Duration: 10:50.Hi Bailadores!.
We are Carlos and Claudia,… Welcome to ¡Deberías Estar Bailando!.
The other day we realized, that we have not talked about Body Isolations for a long time.
And this is a subject that we consider very important for our development in the Dance.
So today, we want to give you 6 tips to get the most out of the tutorials
of our Series of Body Isolations for Dancing.
In addition to the tips, we would like to answer some of the questions
that you left in the comments.
Because they are very interesting, and we would like to solve them for all of you who follow us.
Surely one of you has any of these doubts, but has not dared to ask.
Are you ready?,…
Tip #1: The correct position of the body.
The first tip is about the Position of our body when we do Body Isolations.
And it is very important that we adopt a comfortable position
that allows us to perform the exercises correctly.
Although our position may vary depending on the exercise we do,
the main one is this one.
With the feet separated, more or less at this distance and aligned with our shoulders.
You see?.
The legs a little flexed, very important to free the hip and not load the back.
And the weight of our body distributed on the feet.
Neither on the tip, nor behind in the heels.
In the event that we are going to perform shoulders or torso exercises,
we will place our hands on our hips.
In this way.
But be careful with the pressure you make with your hands, or you will have discomfort.
This is normal, because the first few times we are tense and we do strength with our hands,
but it can be avoided when we manage to relax that tension.
Finally, check every so often that you keep your legs flexed,
since fatigue makes us stretch it without realizing it.
Tip #2: Breathing is important.
The second tip is about breathing, and I know it may seem strange
to remind you that you have to breathe, but it is not so much.
It happens sometimes, that by concentrating a lot on the exercise, or by the tension of wanting to do it correctly,
we lose the notion of something so basic, and we can find ourselves holding our breath.
Thing that adds more tension to the work we are doing.
So breathing is fundamental for relaxation.
So better!.
Tip #3: We need to relax the muscles.
And relaxation is the third tip, but not just being relaxed,
but to relax our muscles.
We don't need to use force to move a shoulder, torso or hip.
We are not pushing a train.
What we want is to notice, internalize the movement we make
and that the muscle learns that it can move in a concrete way.
And for that, we should relax and avoid tensing muscles.
This is not easy and we know it, but know how to do this,…
It has a price.
Tip #4: Slow is better to begin.
And what is great to get NOT relax?.
Well, want to do the movements at a fast rhythm.
This is our fourth tip.
Fast, fast, fast!, everyone tries to make quick movements,
and this is a mistake.
Before running, walk. And before walking, crawl.
It is very important to start with a slow movement, to become aware of what we do,
and that the muscles learn.
And once we feel that we already control a bit, we could change at a higher rate.
Take it easy.
Tip #5: Size influences the rhythm.
Fifth tip.
Okay!,…
We already managed to move any part of our body in a controlled and fast way.
Great!,… We are cracks.
But we need to understand the relationship between Rhythm and movement Size.
It is much easier if we want to make large movements, do them at a slow rhythm.
And in the same way, if we want to make fast movements, it is easier if they are small.
Big and slow.
Fast and small.
Tip #6: Frequency and duration of the exercises.
The sixth tip is about the frequency and duration of the exercises.
And this is something more complicated, because not all of us have the same time.
We try to make it 2 times a week and a minimum of 1 hour of duration.
But you may not be able to, besides the tutorials do not have that duration.
So, the total 20 minutes of the three videos, 3 times a week would be a good plan.
But in the end, the practice time is the one that one can dedicate.
Let's now answer questions and comments.
Now we are going to answer some of the comments that you have left us
in the different Body Isolations tutorials.
And since there are many, we have decided to group them in 5 blocks.
How useful are these exercises?.
And let's start with the usefulness of the exercises.
R Ramones tells us: They helped me a lot in the other Dance Styles.
Patricia Ferrin: These exercises are very constructive, both for the one who knows and the one who does not.
These movements are the basis of everything.
Claudia Beatriz: By themselves they are very decontracting exercises.
Patsy Vallarino: Strengthen the column.
Ana Mercantile: What good gymnastics.
Pablo Augusto: We use your Isolation technique to relax the hip muscles
before each class. Heating technique.
Maty Calderon: It comes great for men and apply them later in more dances.
Yes,… Mainly the usefulness of these exercises is to train our body.
To be able to move the hip, torso and shoulders.
Both in Bachata, Salsa, Merengue, Cha cha cha or Kizomba.
But his other use would be to maintain our physical shape, strengthen the back,… etc.
Do a good exercise with them.
And as a heating technique, it's wonderful.
Are they also for men?.
You doubt that if these exercises are exclusive for women
or men can do them too.
And Williams Dámazo asks us: And for men?.
Salvattore Zapata: Luckily he said it is also for men,
because I did it and for a moment I thought it was only for women.
The truth is that Claudia has done the tutorials and everyone is thinking
that it is for women.
But I also do these exercises.
We had already said in some of the tutorials and we had even responded comments.
But this is unisex.
In the end we all need to train our body, to be able to move it in a concrete way.
When will I notice results?.
Another subject that you asked us a lot, is the time for the results.
And Andrés Herrera asks us: In a week you can see the difference by doing it one hour a day?.
Katherine Ortega: I hope very soon to notice the results.
Let's see,… I understand that everyone wants to achieve something quickly, in a very short time
and that also be good.
But this requires time and a lot of patience.
Yes, it is true that the more you perform these exercises, the more the body will be trained.
Before in the tips, we have told you how much you should do this more or less
and how much we do to get where we got.
I recommend you to be patient.
The more you can do better but without finishing exhausting the body. That of course.
I must also say, that you should not be discouraged if you see that they do not come out.
You have to have patience and with time you will see the results.
What music can be used?.
Let's talk about music now.
That you have also asked us a lot.
Cleiders López asks us: The song with which you practice, how can I get it?,
what is his name?, it's on YouTube?.
Vanesa Merino tells us: I would like very much to have that audio so I can train at home.
Y Tairine Vieira tells us: Could you use other music?.
Well, look,…
The music we use for the tutorials is obtained through YouTube.
Any content creator account for YouTube has access to this music.
But it is not essential to use this music, any music that you like
serves to do the exercises.
The important thing is that it is a very marked music, that is, that you can connect very well
with the rhythm of the music when doing the exercises.
We like it a lot, especially for these things, to use music from Kizomba
because it is super marked.
Is it normal to feel pain when practicing?.
And the last block we want to deal with is about annoyance and pain.
Jesica Choque tells us: I finished doing the hip exercises and now my hips hurt.
That is good?.
Mirian Paola tells us: My hip and legs hurt.
I explain,...
As we are moving the body and maybe it is some movement that we are not used to doing,
it is normal to have some annoyance.
It's the same as exercising and then having stiffness.
What should never happen is that there is pain.
Because if there is pain it is not a good sign.
I think there was a comment, in which a woman told us that she had back problems
and that when doing the exercises she felt pain.
And he asked us if this was good.
We are not doctors, but these exercises are very simple and making them very smooth,
you can advance and train the body.
But never reaching the point of pain.
If there is pain, I think that those exercises should not really be done.
It's great and we love that you leave us comments and ask us questions.
This way we can clarify the doubts that you have and we can make videos like this one.
This has been a different tutorial and I find it very interesting.
We have given you a few tips at the beginning, so that you can get the most out
of the Dissociation exercises of the Series that we have.
And now, have been able to respond to your comments that have been many
and almost all of the same theme, that's why the blocks.
It has been very, very good.
So,…
If we have taught you something, a Like is the easiest way to thank it.
And share this video with someone like you, who wants to learn to dance.
If you have not subscribed yet,… What are you waiting to be part of this amazing community?.
Why?,…
Because dancing will change your life,…
You should be dancing!.
See you in the next tutorial. A hug.

Floyd Mayweather Accuses Ex-Girlfriend of Stealing Money From Him in New Lawsuit - Duration: 1:38.Hey guys for Complex News, I'm Natasha Martinez.
Files obtained by TMZ show that Floyd Mayweather is accusing his ex girlfriend, Shantel Jackson,
of theft.
The boxer filed a lawsuit against her after finding out she had been using his credit
card accounts and cash stashed around his house for her shopping sprees.
Mayweather says that in an effort to keep her purchases unnoticed she would have several
items shipped to a secret location.
The files also reveal that Jackson would praise Mayweather whenever there was bad press on
him for the sole purpose of gaining his trust.
The files read,
"As a result of that confidence, Mayweather, whose education ended at eighth grade, did
not audit or otherwise inspect either his cash or his credit card statements for theft
by Jackson."
The boxer's reps later clarified that Mayweather actually left school in the 12th grade.
According to TMZ the claim says that Mayweather only learned of her theft when one of their
mutual friends told him she was bragging about it.
There is no specific dollar amount of how much she stole.
Mayweather is suing her for theft and wants triple the damages.
To complicate things further, Jackson is filing her own lawsuit.
She's suing him for invasion of privacy, defamation, and domestic violence, which is expected to
get a trail date in the near future.
Jackson first sued Mayweather back in 2014, where she alleged that he choked her during
an argument, accused her publicly of aborting their twins, and pointed a gun at her head.
The couple had a romantic relationship that lasted for eight years, and they lived together
from 2008-2013.

Trump Hate: CNN Guest Says President Sounds Like He Could Have Alzheimer's - Duration: 3:05.When you can't argue your position with logic and facts, just make things up.
That's apparently CNN's new strategy to discredit President Donald Trump, at least
if a strange clip from the past week is any indication.
During a segment on Don Lemon's show, CNN commentator Ana Navarro decided that even
though she's no medical doctor, she would just invent a diagnosis in order to attack
the president.
The Nicaraguan-born contributor declared that Trump "looks weird," and took it upon
herself to claim out of thin air that the president has Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
"I can tell you from an untrained eye, it looks weird," she declared.
Wait — is "an untrained eye" now a qualification?
Please keep this woman away from Web MD.
"It makes me recall people who have early onset dementia, it makes me recall people
who are in the early stages of Alzheimer's," the CNN reporter rambled.
"His constant repetition — he goes back to the same themes over and over again.
He continues repeating the same lies, the same fabrications, picking the same fights,"
Navarro continued, apparently unaware that she had just described her own news network.
"He's been going on with the NFL now and the athletes for months," the CNN contributor
whined.
"I don't know what he's going to do when football season is over.
Start picking on what?
Kindergartens?"
Um, are kindergartners being paid millions of dollars while refusing to stand for the
national anthem in taxpayer-backed stadiums?
Because that would be newsworthy.
"Look, it is weird, his repeated lie on the number of — on the electoral vote, on
illegals voting, on the inaugural crowds.
It is downright weird.
And to look the other way and pretend that this is normal is to be in absolute denial,"
she continued.
Yes, it's truly groundbreaking reporting: If you disagree with the president, he must
have Alzheimer's, because an unqualified reporter says "it's downright weird."
This is CNN.
What is it with Trump haters and accusing his family of having disorders, anyway?
It wasn't that long ago that Rosie O'Donnell went after eleven year old Barron Trump and
claimed that he had a form of autism.
Even Chelsea Clinton stepped up to defend Barron from O'Donnell and others who thought
spreading rumors about disorders was a great smear tactic.
"Barron Trump deserves the chance every child does-to be a kid," the former first
daughter wrote in January.
It seems that the left has graduated from spreading autism and Asperger's rumors to
making up claims about Alzheimer's.
Maybe they're slowly working through a medical dictionary.
The good news for conservatives is that these are the tactics of a losing group.
People who have solid arguments and can convince others about their ideas don't need to resort
to half-baked opinions or desperate smear campaigns.
If establishment news outlets are still confused about why the public no longer takes them
seriously, this is why.
You don't need to be a doctor to see that the mainstream media is dying.

DOJ Slams Down Buzzfeed on Trump Dossier, Sets Up Media for Devastating Ruling - Duration: 3:10.The Justice Department reportedly filed a court declaration against BuzzFeed this week
rejecting the leftist news outlet's claim that when it published a since-debunked "dossier"
on President Donald Trump earlier this year, it did so with what it described as "fair
reporting privilege."
BuzzFeed asserted in its original argument that it enjoyed this alleged "privilege"
because the dossier had been part of an FBI probe.
"The Justice Department's declaration says that BuzzFeed's Jan. 10 posting never
cited any such probe and the dossier itself is not a government document," The Washington
Times reported.
This stunning declaration by the DOJ could mean big trouble for the left-wing publisher.
Published in January by BuzzFeed, the dossier contained a slew of allegations regarding
Trump that have for the most part been debunked — despite what some harebrained leftists
say.
Also included in the dossier was a claim that a Russian businessman by the name of Aleksej
Gubarev had played a significant role in the Russian government's hack of the Democrat
National Committee's computer system.
Following the dossier's publication in January, Gubarev filed a lawsuit against both BuzzFeed
and its senior editor, Ben Smith, disputing the allegations and demanding they reveal
their sources.
BuzzFeed then tried to fight the suit by requesting a federal judge force the DOJ "to provide
details that would officially confirm the dossier circulated at the highest levels of
the U.S. government and triggered some effort by American authorities to verify its contents,"
according to a Politico report from mid-November.
But the DOJ's declaration Monday might have put the nail in the coffin for this particular
line of defense.
Now, a judge will have to decide how the case can proceed — and it could be devastating
for BuzzFeed.
Val Gurvits, one of Gubarev attorney's attorneys, was pleased.
"I feel somewhat vindicated," he told the Times.
"We're not the only ones that see that BuzzFeed's attempts to defend its actions
after the fact are really nothing more an afterthought to try to limit their liability."
"Their position seems to be, if the government happens to read something as part of doing
its job, all of a sudden that becomes a government document that you can now publish it, which
is an asinine position," he added.
"Because if that was true, all I would have to do to ruin my neighbor's reputation is
(write) a letter to the FBI accusing my neighbor of orchestrating 9/11, sending a copy to BuzzFeed,
and then BuzzFeed would have the unfettered right to publish that false letter."
As also noted by Gurvitz, BuzzFeed "intentionally published a document simply for the salacious
value," and now the publisher is desperate to not pay the consequences for its sleazy
behavior.
As the website Gawker found out earlier this year, when former professional wrestler Hulk
Hogan won a huge lawsuit against it for posting a video of Hogan having sex in what he thought
was a private encounter, the real world doesn't always work like that.
As Bloomberg reports, the lawsuit put Gawker into bankruptcy.
Actions have consequences.

Teen Asks Minority Cop Why He Was Stopped, Cop Says "You're White" - Duration: 3:14.A viral video published recently on social media showed a police officer in suburban
Chicago telling a teenager he was being detained because of his skin color.
A teenager named Dezi Baczek, who recorded the video, told WMAQ that she and a group
of friends were visiting a Lake Villa pawn shop to sell an item so her little brother
could buy a book.
When the group left the store, Lake Villa Police Detective Esteban Gomez approached
them about an ongoing theft investigation that may have involved a friend who was with
them.
"I was yelled at to sit down," Baczek told the station.
"I said, 'What's the reason?'
And he said sit down or I could turn around and be arrested, so I sat down at that point."
She said that's when she decided to record the remainder of the incident.
"All of us sitting down did not do anything wrong," Baczek wrote in a Facebook post
about the incident, adding that the other teens sitting down "were with someone who
got into trouble" but that "we didn't know anything about it till that point."
While members of the group sat on the curb, another teenager can be heard asking the officer
why he was being detained.
"Because I'm a teen?
Because I have baggy pants?" the unidentified teen asked.
"Because you're white," the officer responded before walking away.
Baczek later told her mother, Missy Baczek, about what had happened.
The mother told WMAQ that she was outraged and called the police chief to file a complaint.
Lake Villa Police Chief Craig Somerville explained that the detective saw the group of teens
accompanying the suspect of a theft investigation at the pawn shop.
One of the group members gave the officer a false name and was charged with obstructing
police.
"When the subject questioned Gomez about his arrest, Gomez reacted by answering the
teens (sic) inquiry with an inappropriate response," Somerville said in a statement.
"Det. Gomez admitted his words were poorly chosen and insensitive and he immediately
regretted what he had said," the chief continued.
"The Lake Villa Police Department does not condone this type of behavior of its officers."
Gomez was reportedly disciplined "for behavior unbecoming an officer" and will be speaking
to the parents and teens involved.
The details of his discipline were not immediately released.
Of course, we know if any officer told a minority that he or she was being detained because
they were "black" or "Hispanic" or basically anything other than "white,"
the officer would be fired, protesters would be demanding the Justice Department get involved,
and athletes would be kneeling during the national anthem to speak out against that
explicit racism.
But, because these kids were white, none of those things are likely to occur.
Must be that "white privilege" thing, huh?
These teens may very well have deserved to be detained, questioned and even arrested
if they were involved in a crime, but doing those things — or threatening to do those
things — because of their skin color is unacceptable in the same way it would be unacceptable
for a non-white suspect.
No one should be targeted because of skin color, but we must ensure that everyone — not
just minorities — are protected from racism.
As long as we allow racism in any form, it will never truly be eradicated for anyone.

Accuser Number 5 Breaks Silence on Al Franken… She's an Iraq War Veteran - Duration: 4:07.In one of Sen. Al Franken's "apologies" — in which he claimed he was sorry for bad
behavior without clarifying what sort of behavior he was apologizing for — the Minnesota Democrat
seemed to acknowledge the possibility that more women could appear with accusations against
him.
According to The Daily Wire, that is exactly what just happened, as a fifth woman has emerged
to allege that Franken touched her in an inappropriate sexual manner while the two were posing for
a photo together.
That woman is 41-year-old Stephanie Kemplin of Maineville, Ohio.
She's a U.S. Army and Iraq War veteran who claimed that Franken cupped her breast during
a photo op in 2003 while she was stationed in Kuwait and Franken was part of a USO tour.
Kemplin recently shared her story with CNN, and revealed that she had been a big fan of
Franken from his work on "Saturday Night Live" and wanted to get her picture taken
with him.
"When he put his arm around me, he groped my right breast.
He kept his hand all the way over on my breast," Kemplin told CNN reporter MJ Lee.
"I've never had a man put their arm around me and then cup my breast.
So he was holding my breast on the side."
"I remember clenching up and how you just feel yourself flushed," she continued.
"And I remember thinking — is he going to move his hand?
Was it an accident?
Was he going to move his hand?
He never moved his hand."
"It was long enough that he should have known if it was an accident," she added.
"I'm very confident saying that."
Kemplin estimated the grope lasted 5 to 10 seconds, and only ended when she shifted her
body toward Franken's so his hand was positioned more on her back instead of the side of her
breast.
The reporter noted that Kemplin repeatedly expressed how "embarrassed" she was by
the situation and began to cry several times while she recounted her ordeal.
"I was in a war zone … You were on a USO tour — are you trying to boost the morale
of the troops or are you trying to boost your own?"
Kemplin asked rhetorically.
"You're immediately put on the spot," she added.
"What are you going to do?
What are you going to do?
Your mind goes a mile a minute.
Who was I going to tell?"
Kemplin stated that she didn't tell any of her fellow soldiers about the incident
because she didn't feel comfortable enough with any of them, but did share what had happened
with friends and family back home.
Both her older sister and an ex-boyfriend told CNN that Kemplin had confided in them
at the time about what had occurred.
Making the matter worse for Kemplin is that the incident took place only a couple months
after she reported to her superiors that she had been touched inappropriately by a fellow
soldier.
Documents reviewed by CNN showed the Army investigated the incident and found the other
soldier — a man — had engaged in "totally inappropropriate behavor" but was not guilty
of "indecent assault."
CNN reported that Kemplin decided to come forward with her story of sexual impropriety
by Sen. Franken after hearing the account of and making contact with California newscaster
Leeann Tweeden, who also claimed to have been groped and been subject to a forced kiss from
the then-entertainer on a USO tour.
Tweeden — the first to allege such behavior from Franken — had asserted Franken groped
and kissed her in 2006.
Another woman, Lindsay Menz, has alleged that Franken grabbed her buttocks while taking
a photo together at the Minnesota State Fair in 2010.
Two other women, who have yet to be named, have also alleged that Franken grabbed their
behinds at campaign events in Minnesota when Franken was first running for office.
A spokesman for Franken reiterated his quasi-explanation for the alleged groping in a statement to
CNN:
"As Sen. Franken made clear this week, he takes thousands of photos and has met tens
of thousands of people and he has never intentionally engaged in this kind of conduct.
He remains fully committed to cooperating with the ethics investigation."
Please share this on Facebook and Twitter so everyone can see this account of inappropriate
behavior from the fifth accuser of Sen. Franken.

Leaked Docs: FBI Tried to Punish and Exile Cop Who Outed Clinton/Lynch Meeting - Duration: 3:46.Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch just released 29 pages of documents received
from the FBI regarding the infamous and suspicious "chance" meeting between former President
Bill Clinton and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch on the tarmac of the Phoenix airport
in June of 2016.
Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the FBI and the Justice Department
for any documents related to the Clinton/Lynch meeting — followed by lawsuits when those
requests went unfulfilled.
Initially, the FBI claimed there were no such documents in its possession.
It was only after the Justice Department responded to a similar document request from the watchdog
group that it was revealed the FBI did in fact possess the documents that Judicial Watch
had demanded.
The FBI documents originally denied as even existing have finally been released, albeit
in a heavily redacted format.
From what can be gleaned from the visible portions of the documents, it is apparent
the FBI was far more concerned with how the media was reporting the Clinton/Lynch meeting
to the general public — and what their coordinated response should be — than any sort of impropriety
or inherent conflict of interest that the meeting represented.
A number of articles were passed around between several officials — most of whom's names
were redacted — but one article in particular seemed to elicit a significant response from
the FBI.
In an exclusive interview with the Observer, that unnamed person, revealed to be an anonymous
security agent who was on the ground and present for the Clinton/Lynch meeting, shared his/her
version of the events that transpired.
The FBI quickly surmised that the anonymous source was most likely a member of the Phoenix
Police Department who had been part of the local security detail tasked with providing
protection for Lynch.
In the released documents, one unidentified FBI official made it clear that contact had
been made with the department to "stem any further damage."
Another replied, "We need to find that guy and bring him or her before a supervisor,"
— likely to be punished for revealing details of the security protocols.
Still another stated that they were trying to identify the individual so they could ensure
the person "never works on any detail" in the future.
Following that discussion, one unidentified official suggested that non-disclosure agreements
be used going forward, to which another agreed that doing so "might not be a bad idea,
given the circumstances."
Somebody mentioned how "infuriating" the Observer article was.
Another document showed someone expressing concern that the "so-called 'informant'"
might have disclosed secretive security detail protocols.
One of the person's superiors agreed with the assessment and seemed to confirm that
the source had been a member of the local PD, and while they lamented the "breach
of security protocol," they nevertheless noted that much of what was revealed were
"textbook procedures and industry standard for most executive security details."
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said it best.
"These new FBI documents show the FBI was more concerned about a whistleblower who told
the truth about the infamous Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting than the scandalous meeting
itself," Fitton stated.
"The documents show the FBI worked to make sure no more details of the meeting would
be revealed to the American people."
"No wonder the FBI didn't turn these documents over until Judicial Watch caught the agency
red-handed hiding them," he added.
"These new documents confirm the urgent need to reopen the Clinton email scandal and
criminally investigate the resulting Obama FBI/DOJ sham investigation."

Dems Trash Moore Over Moral Allegation, Sign up Felons En Masse to Defeat Him - Duration: 2:55.Democrats have done their best to disparage Alabama senatorial candidate Roy Moore before
the U.S. Senate special election on Dec. 12.
Despite multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, Moore has maintained a lead in the race.
In light of that, Democrats are stepping up their game.
AL.com reported that thousands of felons across the state have registered to vote in recent
weeks.
The man behind the push to register criminals is Pastor Kenneth Glasgow, and he is working
hard to get as many felons registered by Monday, which is the deadline for voting Dec. 12.
Glasgow, president of Dothan's The Ordinary People Society advocacy group, told AL.com
that in the last month, he thinks anywhere from 5,000 to 10,000 voters have registered
across Alabama.
"I've got people all over the state registering people with my TOPS branches in Tuscaloosa,
Birmingham, Montgomery, Enterprise, Dothan, Abbeville, Geneva, Gordon, Bessemer, we have
a lot," Glasgow said.
This push became possible because of The Definition of Moral Turpitude Act, signed by Alabama
Gov. Kay Ivey in May, AL. com reported.
The Alabama Constitution reads that "no person convicted of a felony of moral turpitude"
may vote.
The legislation sought to redefine "moral turpitude," which referred to every felony
except five minor offenses.
As a result, the law clarified exactly which felons would or would not lose their voting
rights, and restored rights to many of them.
The Dothan Eagle reported that Glasgow has been working on restoring rights to felons
for over a decade but the broad interpretation of language did not allow many felons to sign
up to vote.
With the passage of the legislation, they can vote and Glasgow is taking advantage of
it right before the election.
It's not surprising to see someone hard at work getting citizens to register before
this hotly-contested election.
It's not even surprising that Democrats, who have so brutally attacked Moore over unproven
allegations of sexual impropriety, have turned to helping felons register to vote.
We only have to back to last year's presidential election to understand the depths Democrat
will go to win an election (fortunately, they don't always succeed).
From everything we have learned about the dirty politics that took place, nothing is
off limits.
Historically speaking, Republicans have done well in Alabama, but all of that could change.
Interestingly, WKRG reported in june 2016 that Glasgow served time in prison for an
unnamed crime.
Glasgow also claimed that he is the brother of Rev. Al Sharpton, and other media have
reported the connection as well.
However, Sharpton's office WKRG it had never heard of the man.

NYT Can't Find Nazis in the White House, So They Got a Racist Frycook Fired - Duration: 4:09.For months many Democrats have screamed — and been dutifully echoed by sycophants in the
media — about "bigoted, racist, sexist Nazis" in the White House and the Trump
administration, even as they offered zero proof of that assertion.
The New York Times has been on a quest to uncover evidence of such racist Nazism in
and around the White House, but obviously have been unable to do so.
So, they went somewhere else to find what they were looking for — and ruined the lives
of several people in the process.
The Times posted a profile piece on Saturday titled "A Voice of Hate in America's Heartland,"
which featured a welder named Tony Hovater, who worked part-time as a restaurant cook
in a small town in Ohio.
Hovater happens to openly admit that he approves of the actions of Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler,
has disdain for American democracy, believes the races should be segregated and proclaims
himself to be a white nationalist member of the "alt-right."
Naturally, The Times attributed his openness to talk about his bigoted beliefs to the election
of President Donald Trump, and dropped several subtle links throughout the article in an
effort to connect Hovater with normal right-leaning people in America, such as casually mentioning
his attendance at the 2015 Conservative Political Action Conference, also known as CPAC, or
mentioning mainstream political figures or authors he liked.
But, while The Times made no real connection between this racist foot-soldier in an exceptionally
small army of white nationalists and President Trump, as they no doubt intended to do, they
did succeed in ruining the lives of Hovater, his wife, her brother and the owner and employees
of the restaurant where they all worked, according to MSN.
The article from The Times didn't name the specific restaurant where Hovater — along
with his wife and brother-in-law — worked, but it wasn't hard for readers fired up
by the profile piece to figure it out.
The owner of the restaurant soon faced a deluge of hateful hostility for employing and presumably
"supporting" a bigoted, racist, sexist Nazi.
Thus, Hovater, his wife and her brother were all let go from the 571 Grill and Draft House
in New Carlisle, Ohio, which is near the city of Dayton.
The owner of the restaurant even felt compelled to post a statement on the matter, which was
shared by TIPP News, to announce the separation of the restaurant and Hovater in hopes it
would quell the outpouring of hatred upon him and his other employees.
After making it quite clear that he didn't share the same political views as Hovater,
the unnamed owner wrote, "Since the release of this article, we have been swamped with
phone calls and social media messages that are threatening and intimidating to both us
and our employees.
These hateful and disturbing messages are truly saddening to those of us who just want
to serve delicious food and cold beers."
"Due to these very disturbing threats, the employee who was featured in the article suggested
that we release him from employment," the owner continued.
"We have done so and have also released his wife and her brother who also worked for
us."
"We felt it necessary to fully sever the relationship with them in hopes to protect
our 20 other employees from the verbal and social media threats being made from individuals
all over the country, and as far as Australia," he added.
"We neither encourage nor support any forms of hate within our establishment."
He concluded by noting that his restaurant didn't make a habit of checking people's
political party affiliations, and expressed hope that the community would understand what
his employees had gone through and continue to support them with their business.
So there you have it folks — The New York Times attempted to strike a blow at their
nemesis Trump via a dismal effort at linking him with some random racist in small town
Ohio … and only resulted in hurting the man's wife, her brother, the boss at the
restaurant they worked for and some 20 other random employees who had nothing whatsoever
to do with any of this in the first place.
Great job, NYT!
Your next Pulitzer prize will be arriving shortly for this masterpiece.
