How To Treat A Cold | How To Cure Common Cold | Best Medicine For A Cold And Fever And Sore Throat - Duration: 2:06.
It's winter again and that means colds in fact adults average two to three a year
you may even know someone that has a cold right now
so please like & share this video so it can help them feel better
okay so the common cold is a mild viral infection of the nose, throat, sinuses and upper airways
the main symptoms include sore throat, blocked or runny nose
a slight temperature, coughing and sneezing it usually goes on its own within a week or two
the bad news is there's no cure for a cold
so definitely don't go to your GP for antibiotics because they're not going to work
but the good news is, it is self-limiting so it will go on its own
with plenty of rest, fluids and eating healthy
but here are some options that I recommend to help you feel better
for sore throats I always recommend gargling warm salty water
It's really effective at soothing the throat and it also helps reduce inflammation
It's reasonably inexpensive and everyone can do it at home
just dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in a glass part-cooled boiled water
and gargle, it's important not to swallow the salt water so it may not be suitable for children
for headaches temperatures and even sore throats you can take over the counter painkillers like
paracetamol and ibuprofen and these can both be taken together
lastly for adults with a blocked nose decongestant nasal sprays are effective but remember
if you use it for more than three consecutive days it can cause something called "rebound congestion"
and that means your blocked nose will basically get worse
when buying any medicines please always run it by your pharmacist so they can make sure it's ok for you to take
hopefully you won't need to see a GP but here's when you need to make an appointment
when your symptoms persist for more than 3 weeks
you have breathing difficulties
your symptoms suddenly get worse
you develop complications of a cold like chest pains or coughing blood stained mucus
it may also be a good idea to speak to your GP or someone if it
concerns your baby an elderly person or someone with long-term medical conditions

Lawson puts quite a lot of effort into their halloween selections
things like this pumpkin thing are so KAWAII

itadakimasu lets start off with lawson's premium rollcake
I'm really stumbling on all my words right now and its because its.... 3:00 am
its not the afternoon snack kind of 3 o'clock but 3 in the middle of the night
lets just blame my stumbling on how late it is.... yep
its so full of cream just like a full moon the middle of the rollcake is
filled with a white, white cream ~this is the Yuka you get at 3 am~
~there's something wrong with me~
so soft
within a fluffy cake a cold milky cream resides and it goes so nicely together

I forgot to bring my sticker coupon for these
I'll be collecting all the stickers from these and sticking them to this package to save for later
do you all have these sorts of problems like I do? or is it just me?
it really is huge
its filled with whipped and custard creams
next is a premium caramel eau claire
its got that ultra wonderful premium gorgeous look to it
what kind of convenience store sweets goes all out and uses walnuts?
its caramel cream! so strongly flavored.... yum
its not that cheaper caramel that you find in candies but a legit caramel cream that a patisserie would make
italian style chewy dorayaki
looks like this
its walnut cream ...
(walnut puns.... just give her an understanding nod)
so anyways this has such a rich tasting walnut cream in it
it was nicely made and mixed together
and the dorayaki pancake has a nice chewy texture
next is a custard and whipped cream waffle
I totally love these simple snacks
next is a belgian chocolate sandwich
its so fluffy and has a slight soft and chewy feel to it
the chocolate inside must be a belgian style choco its got such depth and so yummy
purple yam
I ripped that rilakkuma sticker everyone! please be careful when opening
I can probably still use the sticker despite it being ripped
its totally got the purple yam flavor and aroma
cream dorayaki
the cream has a lot of azuki sweet beans mixed into it its a cream that has a lot of the adzuki flavor to it
next is a white taiyaki
look at how chewy it is look at how it stretches like this
with a slight sweetness contained within a chewy exterior this is jam packed with cream
chewy roll
plenty of treats today with soft and chewy in their name
when you use that "mochi" moniker for soft and chewy it really helps make it sound way yummier

a perfect amount of cakes for a small gathering just enough for the Brady Bunch kids to not fight over
so full of cream
rich pudding

these ishikawa squashes must be well known its the first I've ever heard of them
all Y'all living in Ishikawa... do you know if this type of squash is popular?
just when I thought that the Rilakkuma sticker was missing on this one it showed up over here
everyone please watch out for these things
its just amazing isn't it? the pumpkin face still remains after travelling all this way
they've used quite a lot of squash to make this
so yummy
last up is a premium squash and purple yam rollcake
its lawson's premium style rollcakes
such a wonderful mix of purple yam and squash creams and the cake surrounding it is black
must be a halloween style
you can taste the squash in this its so yummy
such a wonderful treat where you can taste both the squash and yam in one

Lawson's sweets were totally yummy
Lawson really makes real good quality sweets
and they also made quite a few that are halloween themed such wonderfully made and very yummy to top it all off
and right now if you collect the stickers that are attached to these
you can get a Rilakkuma towel can't wait to get it
they always say that to get a simple hand towel you have to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of sweets
but that's #FakeNews you can enjoy some yummy sweets and get a fun towel
