Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Bootyman.

Today we are going to discuss: Fat necrosis after butt augmentation.

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know about buttock enhancement procedures.

Butt augmentation via fat transfer is a popular procedure because it entails lesser risks

and delivers natural results.

However, like all other operations, the procedure is not risk-free.

Fat necrosis is one of the risks associated with the fat transfer to the butt that worries some patients.

Fat necrosis occurs when your body fails to supply enough blood and nutrients

to the newly grafted fat cells in your butt.

The fat cells need nutrients to remain alive and active.

The lack of enough supply of blood and nutrients to the fat cells leads to the death of some fat cells.

The dead fat cells then release fatty acids and similar chemicals that often lead to swelling

and discomfort in the butt.

Fat necrosis is a completely manageable condition, and it can happen after any type of operation.

Typically, the condition triggers the development of an insensate lump; however, in some cases,

the affected area may be painful.

Most patients mistake the condition for infection of the incision.

Fat necrosis after butt augmentation is diagnosed by examining the patient for other indications

of infection like high temperature, vomiting, or chills.

Of course, the surgical area will also be evaluated.

The surface of fat necrosis is quite flabby.

It appears and feels like soft and heavy dough under the skin.

Sometimes, it can be sensitive to the touch.

Other times it feels hard.

There is also a chance that the lump will decrease with the passage of time and

only a tiny bump will be left behind under the skin or deeper.

If it doesn't happen, the lump can be surgically removed.

The surgery is performed under general anesthesia or local anesthesia, depending on the size of the lump.

Another option is the use of needle aspiration to remove the lump if the fat has become liquid.

If more fat has died in your butt, you may require a touch-up fat injection to make up for the lost fat.

Anyone who feels fat necrosis has occurred after butt augmentation should consult with the plastic surgeon

to diagnose the condition and come up with appropriate remedies for it.

Although Hurricanes Irma and Harvey were less costly regarding death toll and damage thanks

to the preparedness of the Trump administration, Puerto Rico wasn't as fortunate.

Instead of blaming themselves, however, some of the leadership of the devastated territory

is playing politics instead.

Despite the mayor of San Juan criticizing President Trump for ignoring the suffering

of his people, the truth seems to be quite the opposite, according to The Gateway Pundit.

American aid is sitting in a warehouse, rotting, and the leaders in PR are so inept that they

can't even get people to the ports to pick up the supplies.

The everyday workers aren't to be blamed.

Rather, it's the managers, leaders, and politicians who should be carrying the responsibility

on their shoulders.

Mayor Carmen Yulin Cruz had issued an emotional plea for help on Friday, while criticizing

Trump's response to the situation, saying that, "you are killing us with the inefficiency"

of the distribution process.

However, it appears the real source of the problem lies at the local level, rather than

federal.

Drivers from the Teamsters Union are not showing up to work, as they are not permitted to act

because the union is on strike at the moment.

With only one-fifth of drivers arriving at the ports to distribute the supplies, over

9,500 containers filled with aid haven't been moved since they arrived.

One person tweeted a lengthy message outlining the situation, saying, "Did mayor of San

Juan mention union workers at port are on STRIKE & demanding money first before distributing

supplies off boat?"

Colonel Michael A. Valle, the leader of the Hurricane Maria relief efforts, made it public

knowledge that the problem isn't federal, but rather, a problem with local distribution

in Puerto Rico.

"It's a lack of drivers for the transport trucks, the 18 wheelers.

Supplies we have.

Trucks we have.

There are ships full of supplies, backed up in the ports, waiting to have a vehicle to

unload into," he said.

"However, only 20% of the truck drivers show up to work.

These are private citizens in Puerto Rico, paid by companies that are contracted by the

government," Valle concluded.

Despite there being great need for these goods, there is such a stark deficiency in the logistical

support that it's almost impossible for these goods to get into the hands of those

who need them most.

In addition to the shortage of drivers, a diesel crisis is plaguing the island as well.

At the moment, distributing fuel across Puerto Rico is FEMA's number one priority to help

relieve the supply bottleneck issue, according to NPR.

Conservative commentator Curt Schilling also acknowledged this fact.

"I've talked to politicians in both states (Texas and Florida) and the governor of Puerto

Rico.

All have said that the president did everything in a pace that they've never seen before

as far as him releasing money and releasing assets into these theaters.

The execution on the ground has been horrifying in some cases," he said.

Puerto Rican leaders are saying President Trump hasn't sent aid to the island, but

they just haven't unloaded it!

In contrast to the San Juan mayor's comments, the governor of Puerto Rico ended up praising

Trump as well, saying, "every time we've asked them to execute, they've executed

quickly," according to Breitbart.

As is usually the case, the mainstream media's depiction is in contrast to the reality of

the situation.

The Trump administration has done all it can to alleviate the situation; the blame instead

rests on the mid and upper-level leaders within the island whose response has been less than

stellar.

Homemade Chocolate Instant Oats ~ Chocolate Lover's ~ Quick Budget Breakfast ~ Noreen's Kitchen - Duration: 5:47.

Hi everyone, I'm Noreen and welcome back to my kitchen today

We're going to continue our instant oatmeal packet series

And we're going to bring you four different chocolate versions of those packets

I

Think that your family is going to just go nuts over these they're easy to make from things in your pantry or your food storage

And I know you're all gonna love them, so let's go see how these all come together

Okay, we are going to get ready to make a four different chocolate versions of our instant homemade

Oatmeal packets air quotes. We've been through this before so this is my last in the oatmeal packet series

And I just thought it would be fun

everybody loves chocolate my daughter Molly is a huge chocoholic, and I thought it might be fun to make like some chocolate varieties because

It's always good to start your day with chocolate right so if you saw my video. I'll leave your link

This is our basic mix, so it's ten

Cups of rolled oats three of which have been ground up into a fine powder

And then a third of a cup in each jar

This is one package so there's a third of a cup of the oat mixture. There's a tablespoon of instant

Whole milk powder there's a two teaspoons each of chia seeds and flax

Seed meal, and there's also a quarter teaspoon of salt. That's entirely optional

Now to make these chocolaty we're going to be adding a teaspoon to each

Jar of this delicious cocoa powder that I get from the prepared pantry

This is the same cocoa powder that you saw me use in

My instant pudding mix and

It is seriously hands down the best cocoa powder I've ever ever used so thanks again to Tony yeah

Know what we're gonna. Do is we're gonna be we're gonna start off simple

so we're gonna do a chocolate chocolate version, and we're gonna add a tablespoon of

Chocolate chips right on in there and that's all we're gonna add to that one

and if you know if you're a real chocoholic

You can go ahead and add two tablespoons. I won't tell

Okay, so now we're gonna do a chocolate peanut butter version, so we've got our cocoa in there

And we're going to add a tablespoon of peanut butter powder

I'll go ahead and leave a link for that below as well

And then we're gonna do

Chocolate and banana

Put some freeze-dried bananas places in there

And then we'll leave the last one as just like chocolate just chocolate oatmeal

We'll just leave it that way and that's super simple how easy was that now, which one do you want to taste?

Chocolate peanut butter all right we'll be back

There you have it. This is the peanut butter and chocolate

Oatmeal that Rick chose to taste and I also wanted to let you guys know that

These require two teaspoons or tablespoons of sugar or you can leave them plain and sweeten them after you prepare them

But they are gonna fall flat if you don't put a little extra sweetness in there

But I'm gonna have RIT give this a taste. This is the chocolate peanut butter one

That's delicious I

Really like that one too. Mmm. That's really good mm-hmm. I think your kids are gonna love these

I think you're gonna love them, and you like I said your imagination is your only limit here

so we've got the chocolate chocolate chip the chocolate peanut butter the chocolate banana and

Just plain chocolate you can also put peanut butter in this banana one you can add just job

freeze-dried strawberries to wine and make like a chocolate-covered strawberry one

You could just chocolate suicide and just have at it, you can put cacao nibs in here

Goji berries anything that you love to add your oatmeal you can add to this. I hope you give this these selections of chocolate

I you can put your 2 hands

around a STIFF penis, then you have a normal average penis.

of course, if it can be bigger than that is more fun, but that's not a must.

Bizarre Rock Wall In China Lays 'Eggs' Every 30 Years And Scientists Still Don't

Know Why As much as science has helped us to understand

our natural world, there are still plenty of anomalies it cannot explain.

When confronted with some of nature's most bizarre creations, even the most knowledgeable

experts can sometimes be left scratching their heads.

This is certainly the case with one rock cliff in China's Guizhou Province called Chan

Da Ya, which has been baffling geologists for decades.

No one seems to be able to explain the unusual stone formations it "creates" every 30

years.

The Mandarin name Chan Da Ya translates to "egg-laying cliff," and it's just as

bizarre as the name would suggest…

Modern technology has helped scientists solve many of the mysteries of our natural world,

but there are still some anomalies that even the best experts can't fully explain.

An unusual mountain located in China's Guizhou Province has baffled geologists for generations,

and the reason why will leave you scratching your head as well…

The mountain is called Chan Da Ya, and the Mandarin name literally translates to "egg-laying

cliff."

This 65-foot-long formation has been mysteriously sprouting stone "eggs" for generations,

and no one has been able to explain why.

According to Shui People from the local Gulu Zhai village nearby, the egg formations take

30 years to develop.

Villagers have known about this strange phenomenon for generations, and many of them journey

to the cliff to touch the "god eggs," believing that they bring good luck.

In fact, nearly every one of the 125 Shui families who live in the Gulu Zhai village

have at least one of the eggs displayed in their home for worship, and there are plenty

more scattered throughout the village as a sign of good luck and prosperity.

The mountain itself has even become a popular tourist attraction because of this inexplicable

phenomenon.

Unfortunately, this has also resulted in many of the fallen eggs being stolen and sold for

a profit by treasure hunters.

So, does anyone have a guess as to what's happening here?

The shapes are dark blue in color, and they resemble dinosaur eggs.

They all vary in size; some of them are small enough to carry in one arm, and others can

grow to a much larger size, even weighing as much as 660 pounds!

Although the Chan Da Ya mountain has the highest concentration of these rock eggs, the Chinese

media reports there are actually other sections of the mountain where they grow as well.

Most of them stick out sideways just like on the Chan Da Ya, and others dangle from

above like hornet nests.

Geologists have yet to confirm what causes these "eggs."

Tests have shown these particular egg-growing regions of the mountain are made up of calcareous

rock, which is easily eroded.

However, the eggs are made up of a much tougher type of rock, which is why they remain after

the surrounding stone wears away.

The stones are said to have been formed millions of years ago during the Cambrian period.

Experts are at a loss to explain how something that was formed 500 million years ago is only

just appearing today, or why the stones are perfectly round in shape.

What a truly bizarre natural phenomenon!

Hopefully, science will be able to one day figure out exactly why this strange mountain

is sprouting these mystery eggs.
