Today we'll make Diwali special snack recipe "Cornflakes Chivda or Makai Chivda"
Which is very easy and instant to make also tastes delicious.
So let's make "Cornflakes Chivda or Makai Chivda"
To make "Cornflakes Chivda or Makai Chivda" we've taken 25 gm Cornflakes Poha or Makai Poha
Cooking Oil, Peanuts, 1/2 Cup Roasted Split Bengal Gram
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
4 Green Chillies long slit
Curry Leaves
Cashew Nuts, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt as per taste
2 tsp Powdered Sugar
So let's make "Cornflakes Chivda or Makai Chivda"
We've turn on the flame & let the Cooking Oil heat up
Cooking Oil is heat up, firstly we'll heat up the peanuts
We've fried the Peanuts for 5 mins on the low flame
We'll take them out on the absorbent paper
We've fried the Peanuts and take them out on the tissue paper
Now we'll fry the Cornflakes
Take out the fried Cornflakes in the same bowl
Similarly we'll fry the remaining Cornflakes
We'll fry the Cornflakes on high flame
After frying Cornflakes we'll fry Roasted Split Bengal Gram
Turn on the flame and add 2 tsp Cooking Oil in the pan
Cooking Oil is heat up now adding Mustard Seeds in it
Green Chillies
Curry Leaves
Cashew Nuts
Turn off the flame once Cashew Nuts are fried
Add Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Powdered Sugar
Mix it well
We'll add this tempering into Cornflakes Chivda mixture
We've transfer the Cornflakes into this big bowl and adding tempering into it
Toss up the bowl
Here we have "Cornflakes Chivda or Makai Chivda" is ready
