LEGO City Airshow Jet review! 60177 - Duration: 6:01.

hello this is the LEGO City air show 20:18 and in expense

little toy set at first glance it looks like a nice little toy set nicely

designed it's pretty fun to put together does have quite a large number of

stickers for its size though you can leave off however many of those you want

but I think the stickers just kind of add a little bit of credibility to the

whole Air Show theme that they were going for let me go ahead and put the

pilot into the cockpit this reminds me a lot of a BAE Hawk I have a feeling the

designer may have been considering that plane that real-life plane when putting

together this Lego model but then again it may have been just pure coincidence

they may have just been going for a small lightweight jet that would fit

into this parts budget for this set based upon the target price of the

completed set and they just ended up with something that looked like this due

to evolutionary convergence kind of went for the same thing in a toy that BAE did

in their real Hawk aircraft system and just kind of arrived roughly in the same

place I like this thing I like it a lot this is my favorite use to date of that

strange shaped canopy I mean it's pretty straightforward looking at it from the

side but looking at it from the front you know it has these almost concave

areas the way those those I think it's the flange at the base that makes the

shape a little bit awkward and difficult to to make it look right I think the

worst looking thing about this is just a transition from the pretty squarish

front to the nosecone but it's not a lot you can do with a very small parts count

at this kind of size to improve that much now I'm just I'm happy with this

thing I think it's it's nice I think that the build is more complex than it

needs to be and that's a good thing to me you know I think they could have made

a plane of this size with fewer pieces or with a simpler build but and he

wouldn't have looked as good it's a very satisfactory thing

can't quite get it to stay in that takeoff and landing pose like I like to

put these into but offset either put an extra couple pieces under the tail or

offset the the main gear forward just a little bit you know change the change of

the balance up and I think you'll be able to do that but I mean so it's a

super switchable thing it's it's nice and light but it's just yeah it's just

it looks sporty and fun it looks like it's going fast especially when you look

at it from from our perspective from a normal human perspective which is

usually above it unless you bring it up beside you and you just do and even like

that it looks good maybe just you know take off the gear altogether when you

want it to be in the air but I like it I like the color scheme none of the colors

are weird you know there are no strange unnecessary yellow or tan or green

pieces sticking out and the light there totally makes sense

not even anything through the tail that's just a jumper a two-by-two jump

are used on the back so you have no you know blue Technic pin or anything

showing through there yeah it's just it's just a cool good-looking little toy

that's pretty inexpensive and fairly quick but fun to put together the

cockpit has just a single control stick and then a small heads-up display unit

in front of them there's no print on that no sticker not really needed you

know it's nice that they included that just to to give you the suggestion some

kids who don't know what that is may ask what it is and learn about it or those

who do know what it is can be like ah I know what that is you know it's just a

nice little little connection even have a little extra space behind the cockpit

it's just so nicely designed in my opinion and the pilot doesn't need to

lean way back he can actually pretty much sit straight up if if you want them

to I've got them leaning back just a little bit but it just feels comfortable

to me like that just visually so yeah that's all good

lastly here's the pilot himself and he looks nicely Decker

nice outfit he's not too cocky looking you know with the facial expression like

he looks confident but not too extreme with that not a lot of print on the back

of the torso it doesn't really need to be I think this is appropriate enough

look that up and I'm gonna show you the rest of the face that they use there ya

see some confidence but it's just not over the top just a good toy I don't

think I could have asked for anything better or more for the price and the

target age range important thing to keep in mind I think that younger kids should

get some help applying the stickers if they want to put them all on or they can

just give them entirely or just try you know get some practice with it it's all

good no matter what you do still has a really bright color scheme that really

stands out no matter what so yeah this is this is a good one that's enough for

me thank you very much for watching I hope you enjoyed this review of this

Liverpool "make big breakthrough" in quest to sign Virgil van Dijk

Liverpool have made significant progress in their attempts to sign Southampton centre-back Virgil van Dijk in January, according to a report over the weekend.

The Reds' 3-3 draw with Arsenal on Friday night once again outlined the need for a new top class defender, with Jurgen Klopp's side conceding three goals in less than five minutes at the Emirates.

The misery surrounding the back-line has received a potentially very welcome boost if reports in the Irish Independent are to be believed.

Kevin Palmer, who previously worked at the south coast club for several years as their in-house journalist, claims, "a structured deal that is approaching Southampton's lavish £70m asking price is close to being agreed, with Liverpool finally getting the green light to negotiate a deal for the Dutch defender.

If true, it is an extremely positive piece of news for Liverpool and anyone associated with the club, with Van Dijk the Reds' primary transfer target all summer long.

The Dutchman was left out of Southampton's matchday squad for Saturday's 1-1 draw at home to Huddersfield Town, which immediately sparked rumours about his future.

Speaking after the match, Saints boss and former Liverpool defender Mauricio Pellegrino seemed cagey about the situation.

"Virgil, we know there will be a lot of speculation about him he's important player but I can't say anything right now," he said.

"I decided that was best for this moment.

This is the reason.

I am responsible for picking 11 players, and I intend to pick the best for the team.

"Van Dijk's future? We have to wait.

Man City and Chelsea are both reported to have expressed interest in Van Dijk, but it is thought he will be Anfield-bound next month if they don't match the Reds' current bid.

Should the 26-year-old make his desired switch to Merseyside, he will also be eligible to play for Liverpool in the Champions League knockout stages.

Reds fans won't be able to trust any news until a move is literally complete, such was the frustration surrounding it in the summer, but it would be huge if it gets done.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chip will make its way onto many of 2018 flagship

Android phones and always connected PCs but there's a chance we will see it in

the Chromebook as well unlike the upcoming flagship smartphones

which run Android or the always connected pcs which are run on Windows

Google's Chromebook line is powered by the Chrome OS buried within the code of

the Chrome OS XDA developers have discovered clues to

the potential future of a Snapdragon powered chromebook the team at XDA

discovered that two commits were recently added to the Chrome OS code the

first adds a new board called chess it but gives no additional information

regarding what Scherzer is or what it does however the second commit reveals

such as a board overlay for a reference device that will be powered by a

Snapdragon 845 in terms of performance and power consumption the Snapdragon 845

would be a great fit for Chromebooks by providing the powerful yet

energy-efficient chip to run the device however they've been a few obstacles to

the use of Snapdragon processors the Snapdragon 845 would make a great

processor for a Chromebook as the line is meant to balance performance and

battery life while maintaining an affordable price point thanks to the

lightweight nature of the Chrome OS Chromebooks generally offer battery life

that can outperform traditional laptops another unanswered question is just who

would be making the Snapdragon powered Chromebooks and where they would fit

into the overall ecosystem with the exception of pad cell book Chromebooks

aim for the sub dollar 500 market so it would be unusual to see it go beyond

that in terms of manufacturer that's anyone's guess

however sensing there's a major contender here the company already makes

some of the best Chromebooks on the market

and it has extensive experience working with the snapdragon thanks to its Galaxy

S smartphones

Jurgen Klopp rules Jordan Henderson out of Liverpool vs. Swansea City

Jurgen Klopp has ruled Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson out of their Boxing Day clash with Swansea City, due to a hamstring injury.

Henderson limped off the field after just 10 minutes in Friday night's 3-3 draw away to Arsenal, struggling to run off a strain.

Taking his place, James Milner operated alongside Emre Can and Philippe Coutinho in Klopp's midfield, as a dramatic back-and-forth between top-four rivals played out.

With the Reds provided little time to come up for air during their intense festive schedule, Klopp previewed the upcoming meeting with Swansea while at the Emirates.

And the 50-year-old seemed confident Henderson would miss out, despite no scans being undertaken on his hamstring immediately after the game.

"The problem is that Hendo will not feature for sure," he explained.

"He's out.

That makes it even worse, the feeling of tonight, because we were really OK with injuries.

"And now it happened at the beginning of this period, or the middle of the period, whatever.

"It's not too cool, but as I heard nobody else [is definitely out].

[There are] a few knocks, as it always is, but they should be OK again and that's the situation.".

Given the lack of rest between Friday's game and the Reds' return to Anfield on Tuesday, Klopp is likely to heavily rotate for the visit of Swansea.

Georginio Wijnaldum was brought on in the closing stages in north London, but can now be expected to come back into the starting lineup to replace Henderson.

That Klopp was required to introduce Milner so early in the game limits his rested options further, but it could be that Adam Lallana comes into consideration for a start.

Elsewhere, the likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Dominic Solanke will be hoping to come back into the side.

Currently under care of interim player-manager Leon Britton, Swansea are a considerably lesser challenge than Arsenal on paper, with Klopp fielding all of his 'Fab Four' on Friday.

A particularly off-colour Sadio Mane could be one of those to drop out against the relegation candidates, while Loris Karius could replace Simon Mignolet between the sticks.
