hello everyone this is Al Rodgers and today I'm gonna show you how to transfer
a worksheet from one Google Docs to another I'm gonna show you two methods
I'm gonna show you the quick method method and I'll show you a longer
message okay so let's go ahead and get started here
this is a document a spreadsheet called the 30-day 30-day activity tracker as
part of a 30-day challenge series that I'm doing with my team and I want them
show them how to transfer this week to to their copy so this is a master copy
they cannot edit you can only view it so everyone has a copy of the original
document which only had week 1 so now we're in week 2 so I want to show you a
quick way to copy week 2 into your document now one thing I want you to
note at the top it says copy of 30-day challenge this is your copy that you
made earlier okay so don't get confused the master with the copy ok so here we
go I'm going back to the master I'm going down to where has week 2 which of
course is not on the copy see it says week 1 only so we're gonna go back to
the master we're gonna go down to week 2 and you'll see this arrow right here you
click on the arrow when you click on the arrow you'll see it up you'll see a menu
that pops up and one of the options says - copy - so I'm gonna say copy - now
it's asking me where do I want to copy this - I want to copy this - the one
that says copy of 30-day challenge it's our demo this is the one that's appeared
but I'm gonna copy it here so I want to do is I'm gonna copy to the spreadsheet
and say select it says she copied successfully success copying worksheet
okay it says open and target workbook now I can click on that it's gonna
probably bring up another copy of this I'm gonna say okay so now when I go over
here to the copy you'll notice that I'm gonna hit refresh and if everything
works out like we would like there should actually be a day two inside of
the copy okay so here it goes right here copy of 30 DC week two so now that you
have that in here you can literally just go ahead and let's modify a little bit
I'm just gonna so it doesn't say copy anymore and then you can literally take
this tab or by the way to make changes just double click on it alright I'm
literally gonna take this tab and move it over and now I can begin week two
that's the simplest and easiest way to
transfer a worksheet from one spreadsheet to another the other method
which you know what I'm not even gonna mess with the other method was actually
copy and paste I mean you can literally go over here but it's really kind of
messy because you have to delete stuff so you know I'm gonna go ahead and to
share that one way to do it I think that's the best way to do it it's the
most effective it's the most efficient way to do it so let's just stick with
that one way instead of doing the second way which is copy and paste so we're
just gonna leave that alone so if you have any questions feel free to reach

How Donald Trump Can Save Your Marriage - Duration: 5:43.
This is going to be a the most TREMENDOUS video you've ever seen in your life!
The complete opposite of a TOTAL DISASTER, folks!
Donald Trump certainly isn't short on superlatives and exaggerations… and regardless of what
you think of him, you have to give him credit…the guy is a TOTAL sound bite machine.
It seems like almost everything he says is worthy of attention… whether good or bad.
And there's another thing about him that's indisputable: Donald Trump angers the HELL
out of a lot of people… and there's a good reason why beyond simple politics and
disagreements over policy.
It's the way he uses his language.
And today, in this YouTube video, I'm going to explain how you can use this information
to help you with YOUR marriage and relationships.

Okay… so now let's get into the goods.
So like I said, some valuable lessons can be learned from Donald Trump on what NOT to
do when speaking to your spouse.
See, when emotions are running high, sometimes we shift the way we use our language… and
often in a very BAD way.
We say things like…
"You never clean after yourself!" or "You always are late to my sister's dinner!"
or "You're the absolute worst when it comes to remembering my birthday!"
Recognize statements like these?
This is what I like to call "Imprecise Language"… and it's Donald Trump's specialty! Trump
clearly uses this kind of exaggerated and 'over the top' language to gain publicity
and provoke a strong reaction.
Regardless of what you think about the commander and chief, this sort of language is extremely
divisive.
And if you notice from the examples above, this kind of "Imprecise Language" often
comes out when we are angry at our spouses… once emotions rise, we start using superlatives
and we exaggerate reality… and this is reflected in what we say to our spouse.
Now think about it from your spouse's perspective, for a minute… let's say for example that
you accused your spouse of "never cleaning after themselves."
Yes, often times, you might be right.
Maybe he or she IS really bad at cleaning after themselves… but to say he or she never
cleans after themselves is most likely an inaccurate statement.
All your spouse would have to do is come up with one example of him or her cleaning up
after themselves to prove you wrong.
From your spouse's perspective, what you said is blatantly hyperbolic and clearly not
a true reflection of reality… and as a result, your spouse will think that you're being
untruthful and condescending.
So how do we solve this issue?
How do we make it so that you can express your grievances to your spouse without angering
him or her?
How can we cut down on our "Imprecise Language" and make sure that we DON'T escalate our
confrontations into earth shattering arguments?
Well, you need to start using "PRECISE Language."
That's right – little shifts in what you say can have a massive impact on how your
spouse perceives you and I'll explain how right now...
Let's use the above three examples to say how we can turn IMPRECISE language into PRECISE
language… that is, language that is IMPOSSIBLE to misinterpret.
In the first example… which was, "You NEVER clean after yourself!" – you know,
we could change that to something like…
"Could you do me a favour and make sure you pick up your socks after showering?
That would be awesome."
Notice the difference in language?
Notice how the second statement is MUCH more specific and positive?
And finally, notice how we've substituted the word "YOU" for "I"?
This change in language might seem subtle and ineffective at first, but believe me when
I say your spouse will notice the difference.
Let's jump right into the second example now… which was, "You are ALWAYS late to
my sister's dinner!"
In this example, we can apply the same rules we learned in the first example.
So instead, you can now say something like…
"I'd love it if we were on time to my sister's dinner tomorrow night."
Finally, let's try and fix the last example that we used earlier… which was, "You're
the absolute WORST when it comes to remembering my birthday!"
Using the lessons that we've learned so far, we can change this statement to…
"I'd appreciate it if you could make an effort to remember my birthday."
Again, these changes seem subtle, but they are proven techniques that you can use to
help reduce the likelihood of any future argument.

How to add an avatar
this is elementary. Everything you need

So, I downloaded the platform pruffme.com.
On the right above there is the inscription "Enter".
But for registration I choose the student badge,
I click on it.

I enter my name and surname,
I fill out all the fields in this form.
The fields are filled, now I choose the consent

I put a tick in the checkbox.

Trey Gowdy Drops BOMBSHELL of the Year – FBI 'Secret Society' Met to Destroy Trump.
Who needs conspiracy theories when there is a far more devastating conspiracy reality
unfolding before our very eyes?
Thousands of new text messages between FBI agent Peter Strzok and his girlfriend, FBI
lawyer Lisa Page, were released late last week.
Strzok was a key player in Special Counsel Robert Mueller's original Russia probe against
the Trump Administration.
He had to be reassigned when numerous previous messages showed what Congressman Trey Gowdy
described as a clear and "unprecedented" level of bias "you rarely see" from FBI
officials.
A bombshell report now indicates that Gowdy (R-SC) and his colleague Rep. John Ratcliffe
(R-TX) have reviewed more of the pair's messages, revealing that there was talk of
an anti-President Trump "secret society" within the FBI that met the day after the
2016 election.
That is some heavy, heavy deep state-esque material right there.
It's a good thing actual lawmakers are coming out and saying this.
Had a blogger investigated this story and run with it, they would be accused of wearing
the tinfoil hat and be banned from Facebook and Twitter.
Now the questions become: Did this 'secret society' that was referenced actually meet?
Was it a code name for anti-Trumpers within the departments of the FBI and Justice?
Is this 'secret society' the 'insurance policy' Strzok and Page had discussed in
trying to take down the President?
Last month, the Political Insider reported on that policy, one which FBI officials apparently
viewed as a backup plan should Trump actually win the presidency.
"We can't take that risk," Strzok says in response to the idea that Trump would likely
lose the election.
"It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40."
Now you have discussions of a "secret society" that allegedly met almost immediately following
Trump's victory.
Do you have any idea how insane this is?!
"We know about this insurance policy that was referenced in trying to prevent Donald
Trump from becoming president," Ratcliffe said.
"We learned today about information in the immediate aftermath of his election that there
may have been a 'secret society' of folks within the Department of Justice and the FBI
to include Page and Strzok
that would be working against him."
These are just the messages that have actually been seen thus far.
According to the Senate Homeland Security Committee, five months-worth of texts were
lost due to a technical glitchinvolving software updates on the FBI officials phones.
Imagine what could have been in those messages …
