Vaultskin Chelsea Minimalist Wallet Review - One of The Best Slim Wallets Out There! - Duration: 2:39.

Hey it's Bey, and today I'm going to be reviewing the Vaultskin Chelsea wallet.

This is a great all around minimalist wallet that can hold up to 10 cards.

It's definitely one of my favorite minimalist wallets and I'll put a link in the description

if you're interested in purchasing this wallet.

The presentation when you receive this wallet is amazing.

The box comes wrapped in some plastic and on the back of the box,

you have some information about this wallet.

When you open the box, you will first see the wallet wrapped in some tissue paper.

Inside the wallet, you get a thank you card and on the back of the thank you card,

you have more information on the Chelsea wallet.

That's pretty much it.

When you first pick up the wallet, you immediately feel how good the quality of the leather is.

It's super soft and it will develop a unique worn out look overtime which is really nice.

Make sure to also take a sniff of the wallet once you receive it.

Anyways, you can hold up to 10 cards in this wallet but it will be a tight fit the first

time you fit them in.

However, over time, the wallet will stretch to fit your cards.

On the front, you have your first card slot that can hold up to two cards.

I like to put my debit card in this slot for easy access.

Also on the front, you have the Vaultskin logo that's embossed and a little pull tab

for the main compartment.

On the back, you have another card slot and it can fit up to 3 cards.

I like put my cash inside this slot though.

You can fold the bills only once but it will peek out a little, or you can fold the bills

twice to conceal them.

Personally, I like folding the bills twice.

The main compartment is pretty cool because to access your cards,

you have to pull the pull tab on the front.

This main compartment can hold up to 5 cards.

I really like how the pull tab automatically retracts.

On some other wallets, you would need to push the cards back in for the pull tab to retract.

After you pull the pull tab, you can pull the cards out slightly, fan them out, and

then pick the one you want to use.

After that, just put your card back and push the cards down into the slot.

Overall, the Vaultskin Chelsea wallet is an amazing minimalist wallet for the price.

It's made out of very high quality leather that makes it feel much more expensive than

it actually costs.

The wallet is stitched very nicely and there are no loose ends.

You can hold a good amount of cards and cash and it stays thin which is great.

I definitely recommend this wallet for every day carry and it even features RFID protection

that blocks scanners from reading your cards.

Again, I'll put a link in the description if you're interested.

That was my video review of the Vaultskin Chelsea Minimalist Wallet.

If you found this video helpful, please leave a like, comment, and subscribe.

Don't forget to hit the bell so you get a notification every time I upload.

Thanks for watching, and I'll see you guys in the next video.

Peace! Love you <3

Rampage The Movie Toys Big City Brawl Subject George King Kong Vs George Skull Island Unboxing - Duration: 14:30.

Rampage The Movie Toys Big City Brawl Subject George King Kong Vs George Skull Island Unboxing

also in the next episode watch and little Lizzy here mutates into two huge

okay so here is our next Ridge the movie toy this is big city brawl genetic

containment division this is subject George with arms smashing action and I

love the artwork they did on the box I mean their boxes are awesome here you

can see all three characters Ralph George and Lizzy and then uh the art

work continues on the side there bottoms just black who art work here and they

did a great job with the artwork on top so guys even their boxes are like a word

work of art I mean I really like their boxes then we have jaw chomping action

arm smashing action he's ready to destroy so this is uh the new movie uh

it's gonna be rampage the movie by New Line Cinema and that's supposed to come

out I believe April of 2018 so I am filming this in January 2018 so if I

make mistakes I apologize okay so let's see what was inside the cool thing is

even the artwork even continues on to the flap so I mean they do a great job

with presentation of this set so this is what's in the box before I go ahead and

remove anything so let's go ahead and free George okay so here it's our George

figure right outside the gates of Jurassic Park it's gonna have any Dino

battles I wonder so uh this guy does stand

really good on all by himself you can see here his arm here is meant to move

and swing down in a bashing action or you could put his arm like

and have it swing down so he will still stand ah just having two legs and one

arm on the ground so that's nice how they built the balance into that

movement was really nice to smooth movement on his arm here all the way up

his hand will turn just a little bit it doesn't turn too much ah if it does let

me know I just don't want to take any chances of breaking the guy so like I

said cool action feature we'll check that out with the figure in a moment I

like the fact that they made his mouth open and closed so I like the fact that

they gave this guy a mouth that opens and closes so it does add a lot to the

playability of this toy so here you have his face looks exactly like the big one

I'll show you the big one in a moment but his mouth does open and close and

they did a great job with the detail on the tongue in the teeth so I really

liked that they gave George like blue eyes guys I am really impressed with

these figures for the prices they charge so anyways let's go ahead and take a

look at this guy all the way around this arm does not move it is solid and his

head here does not move so this his head does not move here also so just his

mouth opens and closes same features as on the big one he's got like a six pack

really ripped chest this leg does not move and this leg does not move they

look like they should move what I mean I'm putting quite a bit of force and

they are not moving so I don't think they should so here the foot the feet

move some so anyways a really cool figure let's go ahead and check out the

helicopter ah I apologize guys I am having a bit of microphone issue I had

to mount the microphone onto this camera so if it's picking up any

for me moving the camera around I really do apologize I'm getting a new cable

okay so anyways let's go ahead and take a look at this really cool little copter

here the blade spin really nicely take a look at the copter from outside here you

have lieutenant foster lieutenant Douglass so these must be our pilots

from the movie it does have like 2 i believe these are like health cap

missiles or something that are removable here so you could have them fire at

creatures or other helicopters you have like a Gatling gun here a wheel here the

wheels do not turn though and this rotor here in the back is in a fixed position

good look at the back this here almost looks like it's a Batmobile like a

Batman type helicopter and then aa Hellfire missile on the other side which

is also removable and then the cockpit does open up and the character is

already in there the cool thing is they make this throttle here move all the way

forward so you could put the character in and out then you could put the

throttle back in his hand and that is how you fly to the helicopter so off for

a less expensive toy I really like the detail they put into that and then

here's a good look at the inside of the copter cockpit closes nice and easily

here's a look at the bottom and then let's go ahead and take a look at the

figure himself okay just like Dwayne Johnson the rock they did a great job

with this figure like I said earlier they are really similar to a GI Joe

figures so if you had any of those that's basically what are you looking at

good movement on the head 360 movement on the shoulder he moves

at the elbow and his arm moves up and down at the elbow also so moves up and

down and turns 360 you can see he's got his pilot uniform here with hat goggles

and everything I believe he's got some weapons attached bah ah this character

did not come with any weapons he could move his leg up and his knee bends there

so you could get him to sit on like different type of vehicles and here's a

good look at the back of him and then this also came with this barbed wire

fence here so you could create some good ah action sequences with this this guy

would have like the barbed wire fence up he's like stop monkey stop and then

George just comes up here and bam down he goes and then George goes for

the helicopter smash is it too bad and there we have a George duh guess it'd be

a gorilla but you could call him George the monkey if you want

keep watching next episode to see Lizzy mutate into a huge ferocious hybrid

alligator and also King Kong and George are headed for New York what is going to

The Significance of the Moon - Duration: 7:17.

Our moon. Humans have been fascinated by it for centuries. Perhaps no groups were more

interested in tracking the phases of the moon than leaders of nature-based faiths, like

the druids. If you'd like to learn more about the history of druids, you should check out

this video made by my friend Tristan over on his channel, Step Back History.

As a refresher, there are 8 phases of the moon: the new moon, waxing crescent, waxing

quarter, waxing gibbous, the full moon, waning gibbous, waning quarter, and waning crescent.

You might think that, logically, the two quarter moons should each be half as bright as the

full moon, and equally as bright as each other. But if you look closely at the moon, you can

see that the surface is uneven because its mountains and craters block sunlight and create

shadows. Craters reflect less light than other parts

of the moon surface. Since the left side of the face of the moon that we can see from Earth

has more craters, the waning quarter moon is less bright than the waxing quarter, which

has fewer craters. And due to shadows, both of these quarter moon phases are less than

half as bright as the full moon. The phases or shapes of the moon that we see

are caused by Earth's shadow covering all, part, or none of the moon's face at different

points of time. The light that we do see from the moon is sunlight reflected off the moon's

surface. Moon phases are a distinct phenomena from

lunar or solar eclipses. A lunar eclipse occurs during a full moon phase when the Earth

is directly between the sun and the moon and is rather uncommon.

The moon phases, on the other hand, are just a result of the Earth's shadow on the moon,

and change slightly every night. The Earth also has similar phases as seen from the moon,

but they are the opposite of the moon phases we see on Earth.

For instance, when we see a crescent moon here on Earth, a person standing on the moon might

see an almost full Earth, reflecting light from the sun. And just like the brightness

of the full moon can illuminate the ground here on Earth, the "earthshine" of a full Earth

can illuminate the ground on the moon. It's usually difficult to see this while standing

on the Earth, but some people have been able to capture evidence of earthshine by using cameras

with especially sensitive lenses and long exposure times. It takes about 29 ½ days for the moon to

complete one set of phases, which we call a lunar cycle. And that amount of time should

sound familiar to you - our calendar months are based off lunar cycles. Even the word

"month" comes from the Old English and German words for "moon."

Our word for the first workday in a week is a tribute to the moon as well. "Monday"

has the same Old English and Germanic roots as "month." And it wasn't just the druids

of northern Europe who revered the moon in this way. The Greek and Roman goddesses Artemis

and Diana were also associated with nature and the moon.

The phases of the moon are cyclical, with each "death" of the new moon signaling

a "birth" of a full moon. The druids took this and other natural cycles as indications

that there is a pattern of immortality in nature and also for human lives.

Many people, especially those uncomfortable with the belief systems of the druids, thought

that the moon had negative effects on people, as opposed to the positive cyclical association

I just described. "Lunacy" comes from the Latin word for moon because people were

thought to go crazy during full moon phases. Additionally, monstrous animals like werewolves

were said to be controlled by the moon. A wide variety of real animals do use moon

phases, especially the full moon, as time indicators and signals. Hatchling sea turtles

use the rising full moon to orient them toward the ocean from the beach. Many corals spawn

during the full moon, releasing their reproductive material into the water at night. And many

migratory animals use the cycle of the moon phases to tell them when it's time to start their

annual journey. The moon also creates the pattern of the

tides, which was a further indication to the druids of the connectivity of the natural

world. The moon, though smaller than the Earth, still does have enough mass to exert a gravitational

pull. However, since the Earth is too big, the moon is only really able to pull on the

oceans. This creates a bulge of water at the place where the moon is closest to the Earth

and also at the exact opposite side, creating the tides.

The tides can be even higher and more intense during a supermoon, when the moon is closer

to Earth than normal during its orbit. Supermoon tides can contribute to storm surges

and other flooding events. The druids were well aware of another significant

pattern of the moon. Both the cycle of the moon's phases and an average woman's menstrual

cycle take about 28 days to complete. This signified for the druids that the moon was

a symbol of fertility. This, coupled with the fact that the moon's phases make it easy to

keep time, and it's no surprise that many ancient peoples scheduled the planting and harvesting

of crops around the phases of the moon. Have you ever heard of a blue moon? That's

the term for when 2 full moons occur in one calendar month. The phrase "once in a blue

moon" has come to mean something rare that doesn't happen very often,

but blue moons actually occur once every 2 ½ years or so.

The term "blue" for this extra full moon comes from an old word for "betray." This

designation as a "betrayer moon" has its roots in the idea that an extra full moon

in a year could mess up timing calculations made by counting full moons, like the duration

of lent or when to plant spring crops. Excitingly enough, there will be a really

special blue moon in just a couple of days! On January 31st, 2018, we'll be able to see a super

blue moon total eclipse. That is, it will be a night of a blue moon (the second full

moon in the month of January this year), it will be a super moon (the moon is much closer

to the Earth than normal and so will appear larger in the sky), and the moon will be totally eclipsed as

the Earth moves directly in between the moon and the sun!

I made this video in collaboration with my friend Tristan, who runs a channel called

Step Back History. He's currently running a series called Know Your Fantasy, and my

video about the moon is a complement to his video on druids. On top of being a huge nature

nerd, I am also a fantasy nerd, so I definitely recommend you check out his videos on druids,

elves, vampires, and the rest of the series! Let me know in the comments if you'll be

watching the super blue moon eclipse later this month! I'll post photos and videos

of my view on my social media accounts and I'd love to hear about your experiences,

too. If you liked this video, don't forget to

Dinesh D'Souza: 'My File Shows the FBI Red-Flagged Me As an OBAMA CRITIC' – Then

Sent Him to Reeducation Camp.

Conservative activist Dinesh D'Souza faced political persecution after he directed and

released anti-Obama film, "2016: Obama's America".

He was indicted over illegal campaign contributions.

It was an obvious witch hunt.

On Wednesday, Dinesh D'Souza went off about corruption in the top FBI brass in light of

new Strzok-Page text messages bubbling up to the surface.

This is a very powerful tweetstorm.

D'Souza began, "If Obama ordered surveillance on @realDonaldTrump in 2016, I wonder if he

ordered it on me in 2012, leading to my selective prosecution"

D'Souza says his file, obtained by the House Intel Committee shows the FBI red-flagged

him as a "critic of Obama" and subsequently allocated $100,000 to investigate a $20,000

case.

"My file—obtained by the House Oversight Committee—shows FBI red-flagged me as an

Obama critic & allocated $100 K to investigate a $20 K case"

It's time for a Clarion call.

Dinesh D'Souza slammed the corrupt ring of criminals in Obama's DOJ including former

U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara who was fired by President Trump in March of 2017.

"A TIME FOR TRUTH: The corruption ring involved in my case extends to FBI, Eric Holder's

DOJ & also that Indian water-carrier @PreetBharara"

They must be SEVERELY PUNISHED.

"It is absolutely critical that officials in the FBI entrusted with so much power be

SEVERELY PUNISHED if & when that power is abused"

"APOCALYPSE NOW DEPT: Imagine if the FBI has been working diligently to take down Hillary.

What would the mainstream media say?"

Barack Hussein Obama is the most corrupt president in U.S. history.

He weaponized every government agency from the IRS to the DOJ to the FBI.

YouTube Demonetization Will DESTROY Your Channel? YouTube Monetization Policy Changes - Duration: 22:57.

So I think this is gonna be one of my most off-the-cuff videos because with the new YouTube monetization policies

There is so much controversy swirling around right now

Will YouTube's monetization policies destroy your small channel is it worth it to be a small creator on YouTube

Or should you jump the ship to other platforms? Is there a place for people that aren't YouTube's biggest stars today?

That's what we're gonna talk about and hopefully I can clear up some things

Help you figure out whether you should say on or not, and if there's other viable places for you to go

So let's jump into it first and foremost

I want to clear up some misinformation about why this policy was instituted in the first place

This was not YouTube's

reaction to Logan Paul's

Incident a lot of people think because since this just happened that it has to be a result of Logan Paul

But in fact I want to read a couple things that happen in December of last year where Susan the CEO of YouTube

Made some comments about how YouTube was gonna change because of all that happened in

2017 in a YouTube blog post which I will link below in the description this is from the CEO of YouTube on December 4th of

2017 so it starts off with her saying how she has seen YouTube do many awesome things whether it's sharing their creativity

Documenting war crimes and issues going on the world spreading news and stuff like that

But then she says I've also seen up close that there can be another more troubling side of YouTube's openness

I've seen if some bad actors are exploiting our openness to mislead

Manipulate harass or even harm in the last year we took actions to protect our community against violent or extremist content

Testing new systems to combat emerging and evolving

Threats we tightened our policies and what content can appear on our platform or earn revenue for creators now. We are applying the lessons

We've learned from our work fighting violent extremism content over the last year in order to tackle other problematic

Content our goal is to stay one step ahead of bad actors making it harder for

Policy violating content to surface or main on YouTube we believe this requires a new approach to advertising on YouTube

carefully considering which channels and videos are eligible for advertising we are planning to apply stricter criteria

conduct more manual curation while also

significantly ramping up our team ad

Reviewers to ensure ads are only running where they should this will also help vetted creators. See more stability around the revenue

It's important we get this right for both advertisers and creator and over the next few weeks

We'll be speaking with both to hone this approach

We are taking these actions because it's the right thing to do

Creators make incredible content that builds global fan bases fans come to YouTube to watch share and engage with this content

Advertisers who want to reach those people fund this creator economy each of these groups is essential to YouTube's creative ecosystem

None can thrive on YouTube without the other and all three deserve our best efforts

So the reason I wanted to point this out in the beginning is that?

This is showing that last year in December Susan was coming out and saying look

YouTube is going to be applying stricter criteria to their ads and they were preparing for this way way before

the Logan Paul thing this is just them saying hey in the future some stuff is gonna change and

most people don't pay attention to

YouTube's blog and see posts like this and just to recall a couple of the reasons that this is actually happening not just

Logan Paul the first thing that happened is people started to see big companies ads running on extremist content

And that was a huge thing because these companies did not want their ads being run on that so they all pulled out this is

The beginning of what would eventually become the ad pocalypse

Which is where many creators who are making a lot of money on YouTube suddenly

We're not making any at all or just didn't have any ads running on their things entirely because so many

Advertisers pulled out because advertisers pull out mess away YouTube and creators make their money through Adsense when all these advertisers said hey no

We're taking our stuff off the platform. We do not want our stuff on this content

Suddenly YouTube and many creators lost a lot of money

And that was just the beginning the second thing that happened last year was another part of the ad pocalypse which was when suddenly people

Figured out that there was all this kid-friendly content hidden

That was actually terrible for kids whether it was all of these Disney characters being put in sexual positions

Pregnancy all of this really weird stuff that was aimed at children making millions and millions of views but was incredibly inappropriate and bad

That made advertisers again say, holy crap we thought we were advertising on kid-friendly content really

It's just been disguised terrible content so a bunch of advertisers pulled out again at that point and that was another ad pocalypse

Moment and YouTube again was scrambling to delete most of these channels to be able to vet deeper

And it just really harmed the community again, and the third thing is what we call copycat channels

This is something where the smaller new creators

Take the name and the look of a bigger creator use their content to get tons of views and they just get the ad money

From someone else's content that isn't theirs so while yes

Logan Paul does have some effect on these policies most of it was already in the process

From last year after so much happened to them so if someone says hey

This is Logan Paul's fault or this is because of Logan Paul

Just it's not to tell them to do the research because they're wrong so with all of that out of the way

Let's shift into the blog post that really sparked all the controversy as Susan mentioned in December

We're making changes to address the issues that affected our community in

2017 so we can prevent bad actors from harming the inspiring and original creators around the world who make their living on YouTube a big

Part of that effort will be strengthening our requirements for monetization of spammers

Impersonators and other bad actors can't hurt our ecosystem or take advantage of you

While continuing to reward those who make our platform great back in April of 2017 we set a youtube partner program eligibility

requirement of 10,000 lifetime views while that threshold provided more information to determine whether a channel followed our community guidelines and policies

It's been clear over the last few months that we need a higher standard starting today

we're changing the eligibility requirement for monetization to 4,000 hours of watch time within the past 12 months and

1,000 subscribers

We've arrived at these new thresholds after thorough analysis and conversations with creators like you they will allow us to

significantly improve our ability to identify

Creators who contribute positively to the community and help drive more ad revenue

To them and away from the bad actors these higher standards will also help us to prevent

potentially inappropriate videos from

Monetizing which can hurt revenue for everyone and just as a quick aside here because YouTube measures your watch time in minutes not hours

4000 hours of watch time actually converts to

240,000 watch minutes in the last 12 months so as long as you've hit that threshold in 12 months. You're fine

If you haven't you fall under the list that will get D monetized on February 20th

2018 will also implement this threshold across existing channels on the platform to allow for a 30 day grace period

On that day channels with fewer than 1000 subs are 4,000 watch hours will no longer be able to earn money

You tube when they reach 1,000 subs in 4000 watchtowers. They will automatically be reevaluated

under strict criteria to ensure they comply with our policies so basically what this means is that if you have not reached 1000 subscribers and

4000 watch hours in the last 12 months

You will not be able to monetize your channel you will not be a part of the YouTube Partner Program

Though these changes will affect a significant number of channels

99% of those affected were making less than $100 per year in the last year while 90% earning less than

250 in the last month

Any of the channels will who no longer meet this threshold will be paid what they've already earned based on Adsense

Policies so a couple things to talk about there - if you have made any money at all through Adsense

But you haven't reached this mark when you get kicked out of the YouTube Partner Program you get your money

Whatever it is sent to you, so you won't have to worry about hey, I made

$78 but now I'm gonna be out of the program. Where's my money gonna?

Go you will get your money

And - the statistic that 99% of these channels made less than 100 with 90 of them making less than

250 goes to show that while you will lose some in the grand scheme of things it's not the biggest amount of money

But I'll go into later. Why still creators are upset even if it's not $100

Why they're still upset about this so another aspect of this small creators are worried about is that are some things that are tied into?

the YouTube Partner Program that could affect the growth of a channel for instance right now and

Screens info cards and stuff like that are tied to this program

However YouTube has said that in the next 30 to 60 days

They will be

Removing those tools from the YouTube Partner Program and putting them outside so every creator can use them so even if you don't have them

For a short period of time you will still have those tools in the future

So you don't have to worry or stress because oh, I can't use end screens anymore

Maybe you won't be able to for a month or so, but after that everyone will have them again

and it won't be tied to the YouTube Partner Program other thing is that some people have talked about how they use some of the

Money from their channel to fund back in the channel even if it's not that much and I've heard some people say oh

I've only made $45 on YouTube so far, but that could go towards my channel

But my question to them would be you can't even get paid out so you get to

$100 so how is that gonna go towards your channel if you've been on YouTube for two years?

And you've only made $45 it could take you another year to even get to the hundred mark

And then by that time you could have worked

Extra two or three hours at your job and made more money than that

This is one thing

I was curious about I'd like to hear in the comments below if you're a small creator, and that's your situation

Let me know why that specific thing why I've made

$45 this could help my channel when you haven't even made enough money to cash out yet

That was just something I was curious about but I do get the people who have been on YouTube for five years

And they've cashed out four or five times. They've made five hundred dollars on youtube

They just don't make a lot in a short period of time and I totally

understand how that could be a

struggle saying like look

I've made this money and put some of that back into my channel and now I can that's

unfortunate

and I totally

understand that especially

For channels like gaming channels or makeup and beauty channels and stuff like that where you have to pay for most of the stuff that

You do in your channel whether it's games or makeup or new things like that you have to pay for a lot of it

Especially as a small creator people are going to send you stuff for free very often right now

I'm currently in full-time college working on the side and doing my YouTube channel so I pay fills for my wife

And I to live to do things like that

I do college and then any extra money that I get whether it's I'm doing something like donating plasma

Sometimes or selling extra things that I don't need whatever it is I find ways to fund my channel so I can continue going

Forward with what I have and it's not from YouTube money

I'm over the threshold YouTube has set out, so I'm not gonna lose my partner program privileges

But I still don't make that much from YouTube and not enough if at the most

I maybe buy a game or two every three or four months

And that's really not much at all

Especially when I'm not focused on Let's Plays as much as I used to be and I'm more focused on pieces like this

But when I do need things I know I can find ways to make money outside of YouTube because if you're relying on

Adsense to make money as a small channel you're never going to be able to buy anything for yourself at all

Yeah again, if you make one viral video, and you're you have these 20 subscribers

But you have a video that made a million views because I'm viral and you're like crap if I put three more videos up in

There viral that sucks, but sometimes viral videos aren't good

They're part of this bad content

And so those channels that make that are such a small amount there in that point 1 percent of people who make money more than

$100 in the last year so some people are going to get hurt by this

It's not gonna be a lot, but there are going to be people who actually suffer from this

But the thing is it's going to save so many more

I'm having bad experiences, and it's gonna protect YouTube

I think some people think YouTube close them like YouTube's their friend like how could you tube do this to us at the end of?

The day YouTube's a business and while creators were scared when the ad pocalypse happen

I guarantee you YouTube was way more scary because if the ads in it come back YouTube's business is done this massive online

Huge huge site

Did you guys know that Google still does not profit from YouTube YouTube is not a profitable business still to this day

That's crazy right and the more

Advertisers that go away from it the worse and worse it gets for them

YouTube can't afford to go deeper and deeper into their bread with their accounting they need money

And they're a business they let us thrive off of their business model and just think about that like well

You might think this is my business

I do all this it isn't though you have your stuff on youtubes platform

And until you make your own social media video sharing platform

You are using someone else's business to grow your own business, and that's something that I think people need to keep in context

But anyway back to the policies so a big thing that I want to point out here is because a lot of these people are

Making money and you should be making money elsewhere. There's something bigger here

that's the problem people are worried that YouTube is killing small creators that these D monetization and monetization policies are

destroying smaller channels

And if you clicked on this video you might be one of those people that's wondering if it will destroy your channel well

There's only one thing that can destroy your channel

And that's you this is the best time to be on YouTube since 2013

The growth that we're gonna see right now from people that really thrive on this platform is gonna be amazing

Why because so many people are leaving and jumping ship to other?

Platforms look at it this way if a bunch of big creators leave and a majority of the small creators leave

There is so much more room for people to come in and fill those slots to fill those shoes to jump into the big creator

Spots to be able to say oh, I was competing with a hundred small creators on this topic now

It's just me and three other ones how can I beat those three other ones if you're willing to stay and thrive on YouTube?

Right now you have more opportunity than ever to grow and become larger

There's no evidence to back up the fact that if you aren't monetized. You don't grow as fast

There's no evidence from people who are YouTube certified

Tube consultants youtube's themselves that they market a person more if they're monetizing their videos

Or if they're a part of the YouTube Partner Program there

Just isn't have any evidence to it a lot of the videos that go viral and are super huge on YouTube

Many of them aren't monetized you can click on them a thousand times and not see ads

That just goes to show that their algorithm doesn't necessarily say hey, that's monetized

We're gonna push it higher because I've seen people that make on monetized videos that get way bigger than my monetized video so we do

Almost the same thing and I do better SEO

I research better so it's not depending on monetization

So don't let yourself think that if you are not able to monetize your videos

It does not mean you're not gonna be promoted as much so this is a great opportunity for creators

To be able to say look all these other people are leaving

Which leaves all this vacant space for me to fill how can I feel it?

How can I work hard or how can I grow faster and faster, and if you're really diligent?

It's not hard to reach these barriers that they've set up and an amazing thing about this is

Because all of these ads are staying

But so many creators aren't going to be able to monetize once you hit that level your ads are gonna

Be better quality so if you're willing to stay and be diligent and get past those areas you're gonna be making more money than you

Would have when you weren't working as hard, and I think this is a great motivator, and it's all about mindset

Do you have the right mindset to be able to say look YouTube put this barrier away from me put it up here

I need to get there and what all these other people are quitting I can get there and win

Faster and better than I ever could before that's what you need to do if you want to be successful in this arena

Because twitch eventually like while a lot of people are saying for gamers especially

You know twitch looks better twitch does have some great things

but twitch doesn't have a lot of the stuff YouTube has and

Eventually they're going to have to curate their ads and stuff as well

And if you don't think they do wait till people start making incredibly bad content on twitch

Which they will eventually even though twitches put up all these things to block it

Eventually there will be people that find ways around

Twitches system at one time it only takes one time for a Wall Street Journal article to say hey look

We saw this out on this video

And then there's an ad pocalypse on twitch it's gonna happen

So you have to be strong enough and believe in yourself and your content enough to have to say look I can grow even better

Even faster than I've ever grown on this

Platform before and I'm gonna do it you can look back at a bunch of things in the past where people have seen something bad

And everybody jump ship

But the few people that stay on get richer and richer and better and better and have more

Abundance to whatever they're doing whether it's stocks or businesses or whatever you can see it in many places

It's a historical fact that this happens, and this is one of those defining moments

Where people are gonna look for the next easy thing oh I can get bits from people on Twitch

I instead of not being able to monetize at all

I'm gonna pop over there

But then they keep their small thing forever because they don't know how to grow they don't know how to expand they don't have anything

Pushing them because they see that little bit of money trickling in but if you're like I want this money

I want YouTube to be my platform, and you push really hard once you get to that barrier

You're gonna feel amazing because you're gonna get more reward you're gonna be able to grow faster because all these other people are leaving

And it's gonna be hugely beneficial to you so the answer to this videos title will YouTube's T monetization policies destroy your channel is no

No

They will not you are the only one that will destroy your channel

YouTube will keep promoting you if you work hard if you research SEO

I'm still really small as you guys can tell from my subscribers

I'm not a huge Channel

But I can arrange and get video 6,000 7,000 8,000 views because I know how to rank my videos

I know I've researched I used keyword research tools

I use keyword planner on Google I do SEO to the max on top of that

I make value driven content that helps people like this where I can talk and help you out

And show you things that kind of give you a different mindset

And if you're willing to put in the effort to do stuff like this it doesn't matter if you have 20 subscribers

You can rank videos

One of my first five videos called how to get better at racing games is still ranked today

If you type in how to get better at racing games you will see my video

And that was one of my first videos ever as a tiny tiny creator

So don't get discouraged because of this if you really want to go to another platform

Really assess if it's right for you because twitch isn't right for everyone if you're not willing to stream every single day and really put

In that effort and stream niche games and do all the stuff that twitch needs you to do you're not gonna grow on that platform

either

YouTube is the easiest one to grow on now if you really put the work in if you just jump into YouTube and expect hey

I'm just gonna play random games

And I'm gonna grow on YouTube become famous like something other people did

Every big gamer that does just let's play this been around for five or six years jacksepticeye and markiplier

Pewdiepie all those big people look at any of these game creators most of them have been around for a while however

There are a lot of up and comers that are growing really fast

But they're doing different kind of content because they realize what YouTube wants what people want their value driven

And you just have to figure out for yourself

How you can do that on this platform?

And you can you can most definitely still grow and thrive on YouTube

Especially now while everyone leaves we have an opportunity to grow so much here, and we got to keep doing it now

I know this has been a long video, and I probably could have ended it a lot sooner

But I just really wanted to get that across, and I hope that you guys can see that

This is actually a blessing in the long run the people that are on top of this barrier

Which is a lot of people? I mean, I'm still really small creator, and I'm gonna benefit from this

I'm gonna get more ads they're gonna be worth more money, and I'm still really small I can't imagine three years

So now we're all beyond will not be making and what you can to when you eventually break this barrier

And you're making more money. It could be great for anyone willing to stay here and work hard on the platform

There's a few other things YouTube is doing like hiring thousands of people to actually go through

And manually look at every piece of content made by bigger creators so that they can make sure it's really vetted and no logan paul

Situations are gonna happen. That's one of the reactions logan paul they're also giving advertisers better tools

There's a three-tiered system where they're gonna be able to choose like do you want to do only on clean content?

Do you want to do it kind of in the middle where it's like? Oh, I almost say pg-13-rated

And then do you want to do it only like the r-rated tier where it's like hey

You can have cussing in here and like

War and fighting and stuff like that and advertisers can choose on that stuff

so if you even if you do have mature content it can still be

advertised on and advertisers can choose

What kind of content they want to be on and there'll be plenty that will want to be on even the mature rated one or?

all the way down to the

Family-friendly ones you don't have to worry about that all in all the point of this video was really just to say that this is

an amazing opportunity for smaller

Creators to grow if you look back at a lot of these bigger creators and ask them when did they start earning money?

Most these creators you get even like PewDiePie said hedonist our earning money till twenty five

Thousand subs review tech USA same thing a lot of these people are on YouTube for two or three years before they started making any

Money and even then they were making just a little bit and so as a small creator a lot of people have been kind of

Spoiled because they think they can make money small thing you two of us love everyone make money

But the thing is you weren't really making much money in the first place like me most most small creators aren't making much money at

All like they said 99% of those channels make less than a hundred a year

90 percent make less than 250, so we've kind of been spoiled

But the thing is this can benefit everyone in the long run especially if you're willing to work it out those smaller creators that quit

Their stuff will disappear they won't be promoted anymore will be able to go on top of those leave it to beat out that content

And all of us that stay here will thrive and be able to make a lot of money in the long run as we grow

Our own channels what the last thing?

I wanna emphasize is and it's just a common business practice that I think a lot of people miss you need to diversify your

Revenue on YouTube of channel with a thousand subscribers like mine you can have a patreon you can have a merch store you could have

Consulting you could have whatever you can have all of those things combined

I'd be making way more money than you ever make from Adsense you look at someone like Logan Paul

And he literally advertises his clothing every few seconds like anywhere

You look you look at his cover photo on his YouTube in every one of his videos in his About section

That's what he advertises because even though he makes a ton of ad revenue

I mean he used to I guess he doesn't make as much anymore because of that uh

Google prefers kick-off there

but he puts it everywhere because even he's smart enough as a giant creator to know I can make more money in other ways if

Someone that big is doing it you should be doing it, too

even if you just sell five or ten t-shirts in a three-month period that's way more money than you're going to make off of

YouTube Adsense so diversify your revenue do not put it all in one basket

And if you are getting money from other places as you grow your following

It won't feel like you're doomed as much when YouTube says you can't monetize

you'll be able to make way more money on your journey to that barrier and once you hit that berry and you start monetizing and

You're making more money, and you have more of a following. It's just a snowball effect

You keep making more

so diversify your revenue work super hard to fill in the gaps of all the people that are leaving and make your imprint on the

YouTube space because this is the best time to do it that there's ever been if you guys disagree with anything that I say or

New year goals and news - Duration: 2:12.

Welcome to my channel

My name is Eilish San and today I want to tell you

that I'm going to change the way I make the videos,

I'm making videos with singing lessons

but they'll be organized by level,

so that on one hand if you are a beginner

you know where you have to start

and you can follow video to video

and on the other hand so that everything is more organized

and more course-like

And I will continue with music software videos

and more new stuff to help people

who are starting in this to make their own

recordings at home

I'll stress this, all my videos are focused

on singers, not just the singing lessons videos, all of them,

this means that I'm not a producer,

I don't have a music studio or anything like that

These videos started with a request from

one of my students to help her with making

her own covers at home and I thought it was a good idea

to put it in the form of videos on the channel

All the software that I have tested has been purchased by me

or is in its free version,

since I don't make a life from this,

but I have knowledge and years of experience

I'll start with the basics, what to me

are the foundations of singing and then

we'll move into more complex things, such as

making different voice effects, changing vowels,

stuff about interpretation and so on

There will surely be theory videos with examples

and others with exercises and scales for you to practice

at home, but I'm still thinking about the best way

to make these videos

This year I have the goal that my videos help

those of you who have no means

to get lessons, but do not confuse this

with free lessons, I do not give free lessons

since it is my job, what I make a living from

If you decide to learn in a self-taught way

you have to take responsibility for what

and how you do it, with this I mean

that if you hurt yourself with an exercise

it means that you are not doing it as you should,

go back to watch the video to see why you're failing

and if you still can't make it right

you should consider getting professional help

Remember that when doing the exercises

it should never hurt, it should not feel wrong,

hurt, burn, or anything like that

I hope that this new year we will learn together

and that you enjoy the videos,

see you very soon in the next video

...push together at the edges...

...& now fry slowly for about 4 - 5 minutes each side over low to medium heat until golden brown...

...then turn the hash browns once...

...and fry on the other side for another 4 - 5 minutes until done...

...lift the done has browns out of the pan...

...& the finely chopped onions as well as the mushroom slices...

...& sweat for about 2 - 3 minutes over medium heat until glassy...

...stirring occasionally...
