NR 22: The 4 rhythms during a tantra massage - Duration: 3:32.
Hello you speak with Nancy Janssens from Tao Touching.
Today we will discuss the 4 rhythms
The 4 rhythms are very important during a tantra massage.
Because they create an erotic feeling.
If you do not apply those 4 rhythms, you will get a boring massage.
A lot of students have problems with this technique.
What are these 4 rhythms now?
That is that you go from FIRM/ FASTER to SLOW and very SOFT.
There must be a BIG difference between firm and soft.
And it often happens that when you massage hard,
that the blood will flow and then you suddenly go very slowly.
It is because you go first FAST and then you go SLOW, that you create that erotic feeling.
So massaging an hour is boring and an hour of tingling is also boring.
You really have to combine those 2.
I'm going to give you an example.
Put first a little bit oil on.
Normally the body is already oiled and you do this on a naked body.
You can massage a hamstring firmly, this does not hurt.
I put my hand on the leg like that. You go like this ... You let the blood flow.
You can massage firmly, you can even go with your thumbs on the hamstring.
as long If you just go strong. You do 8 to 10 massage grips.
And then you wait 1 SECOND, then you go down very SLOW and very SOFT.
If you want to go from FIRMLY/ FAST to SLOW/ SOFT you MUST realy wait 1 second,
otherwise you can not make that transition.
In the beginning I did not understand well that pupils could not do exacly what i did.
And then I understood that I waited a second, but yes i did this intuitive.
So it's important that you go FIRMLY ... you wait 1 SECOND ...
... and then your brain can switch .... and then you can go very SLOW and SOFT,
otherwise it really does not work. I will repeat it again.
You massage very FIRMLY. this may be a bit FASTER
You wait one SECOND,
then you open your fingers and then you tickle very SLOWLY
You see with a transition it works.
And always take that knee cavity and the knee sides with the women.
because that is super sensitive.
If you massage a leg, you ALWAYS take the erogenous zones with you.
Such as: the knees, side knee, the buttock line, this here also ...
With a regular massage you only massage the hamstrings. But with a tantra massage this becomes boring.
In erotic massage, there is a lot to look at: the 4 rtimes, massaging the erogenous, etc ...
I have another example of the 4 rhythms.
You are going to massage the leg, you massaging firmly over the buttock.
And then you go SOFTER over the back.
And then you go down VERY SLOWLY and very SOFT along the side.
Usually in this exercise, they also get goose bumps.
So you see goose bumps on the back, that's because you're going strong ...
here also firmly over the buttock ...
and then you go SOFTER over the BACK.
massaging also over the schoulder.
And then ... tickling the side of the body, very SLOWLY and very SOFT ...
So that contrast of those legs and the back has to be really big.
And then you really get an erotic feeling
That is one of the most important tips that I could give you to transform an erotic feeling.
This was the tip for today....bye bye

Lessons from The Mandala - Duration: 6:19.
A mandala can be a circular figure with many different shapes and patterns, that represents
the universe.
It is derived from Hinduism and Buddhism and is a very popular art symbol all around the
world.
There are an array of beautiful mandalas created daily by artists, each with their own individual
and unique expressions of the universe.
The reason that artwork such as mandalas can be so pleasing to our eyes is due to the fact
that we are peering into the soul of what the universe is made up of.
The intricate curves and straight lines replicate the universe in its visual magnificence.
"To understand the soul of the mandala is to gaze into the heart of truth and see the
essence of reality."
– Patrick Barreda
The mandala lets us peer into these mysteries of the universe, yet it still leaves us with
more questions to answer about the nature of our world.
These questions have always and will always stay unanswered to a certain extent.
Some wise words by Alan Watts were once spoken on this paradox "What you are in your innermost
being escapes your examination in rather the same way that you can't look directly into
your own eyes without using a mirror" .
Because the truth of the universe cannot be seen from outside our awareness, and since
we are all present in this current existence, only when we detach fully from being 'alive'
or separate from our consciousness, only then may we know the truth.
This is the ungraspable essence of our reality, one that is being understood more in our modern
day for what it really is, because complete knowledge is unattainable, therefore, we collect
fragments of truths in our spiritual journeys.
The mandala is just one of many examples that give us a visual glimpse at the magnificence
of the cosmos, the ungraspable totality of reality.
When we see different mandalas, we are really seeing the most intimate parts of our universe.
The transforming of mandalas in different artworks, represents the constant flow of
vibrational energy that dances all around us.
When we understand that it is only our perception of mandalas that changes and not the mandalas
themselves in the same way that good and bad, ying and yang are the same, then we will understand
that they are just different perspectives on different ends of the scale, but the scale
always remains the same.
Therefore, we are to appreciate all that is in this universe, good or bad, past or present.
We are not to judge, but to enjoy our lives if we want to feel in harmony with the universe.
The essence of life, is to appreciate all beauty, to basque in the brilliance of duality
and oneness.
We are missing the point of life if we focus only on what we do not know in this life,
instead of living in the happiness of the present existence.
If we knew all the answers then this would defeat the meaning and joyfulness of life,
this is key to remember.
If you want to gauge the visual lessons that can be learned from the mandala, then you
can take a look at the natural flow of life and how nothing is forced, only created, in
the same way creativity is not forced it just simply flows.
We feel tension in our minds when we think about who we should be, but we feel relaxed
and at peace when we are exactly who we are.
Nothing else, no expectations or judgements.
This is the true nature of the mandala.
All we need to understand about the universe and realise about our human nature is that
all of it is based on our perceptions.
With these perceptions come our opinions and values, and we wear these in front of our
eyes as though we are wearing glasses when looking out unto the world, and then we wonder
why the world does not look how we are trying to make it look when we remove the glasses.
Our anxiety and stress comes from the difference between the way the world is and how we think
it should be.
If we considered that it is actually our reactions and actions that cause not just our pain but
our happiness also, then we would learn which feelings and emotions to accept and which
ones to let go of.
"It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters" -Epictetus
We too can be the physical manifestation of perfection in the same way as mandalas, if
only we let the energy of the universe flow through us completely.
We are all unique representations of mandalas and like the mandala we are all equally beautiful,
all magnificent expressions of the universe.
We are all different perspectives of this life that are being expressed, but at our
core we are made of the exact same essence of all that is.

LiveCraft (Vanilla Minecraft): City Planning - Episode 3 - Duration: 20:27.
Welcome to episode three of LiveCraft if you if you saw last episode or were
on the stream I decided that this giant chasm over here was going to be where a
big giant City was. So off camera because I also needed some building materials I
chopped down like all the trees in this section so we have most of it completely
dug out. But today I wanted to do some planning both here and at the base and I
need to gather up all the materials and put them back in my storage system where
I'm currently based up. So today yeah I want to lay out some more planning for
the village that we have here and the city over there so that's what we'll do
here is the completed completed structure we made last episode this is
to go down to the mine it's kind of like the center of the city we'll base
everything off around there if we're going to plan things out I would really
like to do it in leaves because leaves are very easy to get rid of and that's
just what I usually do to plan out builds I would like to ask you all the
the viewers to give me some suggestions on things to build here in this little
city so that I know exactly what what I'm what I should be building here
because right now I'm thinking a farm but that's towards the outskirts of the
city or of the little village and then I also want some other buildings for my
uses like enchanting shop potion shop different things like that housing
obviously for the villagers oh I need a wall all the way around so I guess we
could map out the perimeter there because again these people are
constantly under the that the threat of creeper invasions at all times so it'll
be very important that they built that wall to keep out the creepers since
there's that nest which I I did get a confirmation that we can use those
command blocks in order to spawn or not really spawn creepers but the command
blocks will basically have a thing where any new entity within a radius of the
command block spawns any like bad guy so any any skeleton any spider any zombie
will will spawn then it right next to it will spawn a creeper and then that mob
will be teleported down to the void where it will die so then effectively
we've created it so that only creeper spawn in the area all other mobs get
replaced now that I'm getting every all of this situated I'm starting to think
that we can put the edge of the city the the border at least of this village
because I want to keep it about the same size I don't want it to make it any
bigger but I do I don't want it to be a square either so with this kind of windy
path I'm thinking this could be the border here so laying out this border I
think this can be the border and this kind of goes out so it's not a perfect
square that would be kind of boring if a city was a perfect square oh we could
make the edge of the city here on this waterfront that would be cool or right
before it and then there would be like a building or two on the outside of the
wall doing something with the water like water mills
I could I could be down for that especially since it's so close this
could be like a little corner yeah I like that I do love how many how many
animals there are wandering around here if only they'd stayed wandering around
like that and they didn't randomly like wander into some caves or something and
then maybe we'll go like around this tree here I don't know I'm just trying
to think of how it would make the wall more interesting than just a flat wall
flat walls are never very interesting they're always they a flat like a flat
area is usually not good in Minecraft it doesn't look as good if it was curved
like the one I'm doing now it's it's a lot better so we're gonna kind of make
this the the curve the turning point of the wall and start coming up this way
and it's becoming nighttime so I'm just gonna hold a torch that way everyone on
stream can see properly we're gonna keep going this way I'm really curious to see
what this looks like because I like like that it's gonna come right now it looks
like we're on the trajectory to actually make make the wall end pretty close to
the water which is what I wanted and we actually need to start going down so
kind of like this will come in and then we'll come in one more for a few blocks
and then this will be the wall the rest of the way because yeah now we want to
curve it so doing two blocks here one two and then this is the rest of the
wall here gives a pretty good curve and then this is actually perfect for like a
little a mill here that's built on this cliff side or in this cliff side would
be really cool please tell me that's not one of my villagers
can you hold blocks because it I would like to cure you I can you cannot so
you're gonna die then yeah cool so I might want to come in like this
this'll be like a tower here maybe that connects these two so if we kind of do
this you can see where maybe a watchtower might be to keep an eye out
for those creeper invasions or other people invasions so this this can be a
corner with a watchtower I think that's probably a good idea a five radius
circle starting here so it's one yeah yeah one two three five that's actually
that feels a little too big for this I'm gonna cut it back more so it's a four
radius we'll see how that looks and this way this is actually very very big still
I don't want it to be this big like that's the size of a circle tower that
you would put in like a big city not this little tiny town like this is this
is fine because it'll be smaller on the inside since we're going to put some
detailing in it so that should be fine and we'll put door there oops a door
here dang it miss placing blocks and then just like that so it's it's a very
very small weight one two three one two one two three one two three there we go
that's what that's what the mistake was
there okay so there's a here's one circle we can get rid of this
now that we've placed the inside perfect I feel like I've gotten really good at
making these circles like I know this is a basic circle pattern but I didn't
start out by doing that I did something else and I it bothers me that there is
path inside of here so I'm gonna get rid of it I think that looks good I think
that looks really good actually so it'll come out this way and then this should
have come in this way that way there's actually a curve feel like it should so
it'll come like this which means we got to make this wall touch there start
coming in so like there we'll go diagonally in and then there's actually
Oh a few blocks here this will make a weird curve here three okay this might
be really weird and I don't know that all like this so bumps out here and it
kind of doesn't yeah I'll change that up because that that
does not look correct and please please notify me in the
stream if you disagree or if you have any suggestions on how I can do this
properly but this is not really diagonally and then I went three out
from that diagonal on this side real one two three and then from here I went five
there we go there we go okay that's it that's that's the wall design we want
and then there there should be I guess there should be one of those circles
here too then yes I was just a little computer perfect okay so there we've got
tower towers there might need to be one over here but we bait we've got the
whole thing complete now it looks like they're neat there definitely needs to
be a tower here because I don't know that there's another tower in a very
long time so happy I rid of this by the way too this was the first week of my
classes I think they went really well so I I have I think five five classes I
want to say yeah and it's actually my first I have my first senior level class
for my major my actual major I've had senior level classes before but they
have never been in my major so that I've had like a sociology class that's been a
400 that's a little different than in my major because like in my mate reveal
like it's a little more more important to me that I pass and that I do good
it's not like it's a lot more at stake I guess and the class I I'm really excited
but worried sick about is called a sophomore project and it's I work with
an outside client and create a program for them like an application that they
wish to to get to have and I'm like freaking out about it because like you
know I'm this is one of the first times I've actually built software for someone
else that's not an assignment so it's a little scary it'll be a great learning
experience fantastic but like the class I meet with my professor once a week
and it's not like during a class time so unless I actually go out and talk to
some of my classmates it's like it's like it's just me and that's kind of
scary that's actually very scary I don't know
how how I'm gonna deal with this but it'll it's either way it's super super
exciting that I'm actually having this this class and having this project what
it what what there's actually a very big variety and terrain here because like we
got this cliff thing next to the river and then we also have a lot of forests
but then if we go over here it's it's kind of like a flatter forest area and
with mountains in view too so this is very very interesting like how diverse
the the how diverse the the terrain is so there's like hilly forest then
there's flat forest there's River and then there's like cliff and I think I
think this will be really really good I just eventually need to come up with a
wall design which I will for sure be doing in creative somewhere besides on
streams so I can actually get a good a good wall going because anytime you make
some sort of pattern or big repeatable thing you kind of need to to go through
and figure out exactly what you're doing before you do it
otherwise it's a mess it's an absolute nightmare
so next since we've completed that and we're actually only an hour into the
stream I say we lay out some buildings for the for the city over on the other
side now I picked up like okay it wasn't that many just 26 eggs so I want this
flat face here starting like right here to go into that
one right there so I guess I need to take a step back and look at this and
see where the flattest part is and where where the middle is right here this is
the spot and I'll actually like pillar up so we can actually see this this time
and this is gonna go all the way like all the way up to the top of this hill
just so I know how I'm laying out this wall and I can actually since I'm up
here I could probably make just the top of the wall go all the way over it's
actually perfect because you can see we're kind of all in the same level as
that one it might be a little high but it's perfect so we eventually got a move
over like a quite a bit so I'm gonna keep moving this this is the wall by the
way this is the outline of the giant wall that's keeping this city kind of
contained within this crevice as you can see these are not going to intersect as
soon as I thought they were going to wait you can place torches on leaves now
hold up when did that become a thing you can place torches on leaves when was
that when was that implemented Oh what does it have to be in your offhand can
you do it without and you're like in your normal hand
can you put torches you can when did this happen
this is huge this is a huge feature game-changing game-changing and I didn't
know about it what I'm gonna do is I want to go to here right starting from
here so I'm going to take my cursor on this
block here look directly at this and this is the way we're gonna go and we're
gonna hold down right click to create the path and the issue is whenever stuff
like this happens I'll have to reset go back start again
but it'll be way better and it'll look way cooler if oh this is this is all way
better way cooler if we can do this and look straight this way take this path
that we made and go straight there we go I feel like we're we're making progress
here oh no there's a tree okay good we didn't hit it and and this this is the
mountain this is the mountain oh we're so close to getting there I'm just gonna
jump and keep going at this angle here until we hit it cuz I know we're gonna
hit it like exactly we hit it exactly at the correct spot yes yes there it is
there is our path now I can see it from the sky angle here it looks so so so
much better than the than the ones that we made before - it looks so much so
much more natural the way it just like it looks like a straight diagonal line
okay so I wanted to give a quick update before the next stream happens so this
is the final verdict of the of the of the wall here I added two blocks on each
side from that Center part that we did on stream and then I added these pillars
down here so we could get a better look at exactly what its gonna look like and
I think at some point I might change it so that the terrain it goes a little bit
up and down with the terrain that might be a thing that I need to do sometime
because right now it looks a little straight for me
but I also made this path over here that leads to the village now it's very windy
because the village is literally over there but we start going over here the
reason for that is I just followed the the terrain of the of the forest here
and I went in between trees and just where there wasn't any like anything I
didn't have to cut anything down that's just the way I went so like as you can
see like I didn't want to go up this block and through here because there's a
bunch of trees so I went around and and stuff like that it'll make that the the
path a lot more interesting to work with but here I also cut down all of the
trees inside and around so we can get a better look at the whole thing I also
made a little archway here torch the place up but this is looking really good
I'm super excited for this world I really love the building here this is
definitely my favorite building world that I've done because there are so many
plans for it I love the feedback I get on streams and in the comments so make
sure you do leave those comments give me the suggestions this is your world as
much as it is mine but anyway thank you so much for watching I hope you enjoyed
and I will see you in the next one

Calls For Prosecution After Authorities Learn Of The Massive Felony Intel Officer Committed For Obam - Duration: 5:13.
Calls For Prosecution After Authorities Learn Of The Massive Felony Intel Officer Committed
For Obama.
President Trump made a promise to the American people that he would "drain the swamp"
and bring integrity back to the White House.
So far he has done everything in his power to keep that promise and it has been working
out.
The "Deep State" has been trying to undermine Trump since he was first elected because they
know what will happen if he accomplishes his goals.
The "Deep State" has been leaking sensitive information that has triggered much of the
chaos that engulfs the White House.
Former director of national intelligence James Clapper was known to be one of Obama's most
trusted allies and was involved in many corrupt and dishonest practices.
Clapper, who served as President Barack Obama's Director Of National Intelligence (DNI) from
2010 to 2017 is once again under fire after it was discovered very recently that he intentionally
lied to the American people while under oath back in 2013.
Clapper appeared before the Senate Intelligence Committee in March 2013 and told Congress
that the National Security Agency (NSA) was "not wittingly" collecting "any type
of data at all" on millions of Americans.
We have since learned that was a bold faced lie and Clapper needs to pay.
The Obama administration insisted there was not a spy network collecting information on
private citizens and Clapper was a key player in the spreading of lies to keep Obama from
being discovered.
This is just the beginning and if an investigation does conclude that he lied, it will be the
beginning of the end for Obama and his "Deep State" operatives.
According to Conservative Daily Post:
After verifiable proof that former U.S. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper lied
under oath, top Republicans are calling for him to be charged criminally.
In March 2013, Clapper told the Senate Intelligence Committee that the National Security Agency
had "not wittingly" collected "any type of data at all" on millions of Americans
through their spy programs.
That is a complete lie, and Republicans want him held accountable for telling such an egregious
fabrication.
Because of the congressional statute of limitations, lawmakers have until March 12 to charge Clapper
for lying before Congress when he said the NSA – which works in unison with the DNI
– was not unlawfully collecting private information on millions of Americans.
Texas Republican Rep. Ted Poe is one of many congressman calling for Clapper to face harsh
consequences for lying under oath to the American people.
Poe said:
The time for the Department of Justice and the FBI to bring the accusations against James
Clapper in front of a grand jury is long overdue.
He and others who have held administrative power must be held accountable to the same
laws that govern the people of the United States.
Kentucky Republican Rep. Thomas Massie agrees, adding that there's a new focus to root
out government corruption from Deep State actors and former President Barack Obama's
holdovers.
"Yes, he should be prosecuted.
He admitted to lying to Congress and was unremorseful and flippant about it.
The integrity of our federal government is at stake because his behavior sets the standard
for the entire intelligence community," Massie said.
He added: "The same goes for James Comey, who secretly leaked documents that he was
not legally permitted to release."
Wisconsin Republican Rep. James Sensenbrenner followed suit by saying the Obama-appointee
serves as the perfect example of the kind of corruption President Donald Trump wants
to remove from government.
Sensenbrenner said:
Complete and truthful testimony is imperative for Congress to conduct effective oversight.
It is clear from the evidence and Director Clapper's own admission that he lied to
the Senate intelligence committee.
Political consideration should not affect the Department of Justice from pursuing this
matter.
That was true in 2013 when it happened and remains true today.
With numerous investigations into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Obama's FBI
and DOJ being investigated for abuse of power, the American people are finally seeing corrupt
actors held accountable for their actions.
This is the reason Trump won the election.
The American people are sick and tired of being lied to and the more Trump uncovers,
the more people are waking up.
The Democrats are terrified of President Trump and know that he has every intention of exposing
them for the corrupt traitors that they are.
For years we were lied to and manipulated by Obama and his people.
If James Clapper goes down, he will just be the first in line to do so and you can guarantee
this will lead to many more arrests.
The Deep State is in panic mode and it's only a matter of time before we learn the
truth.
Thankfully, Republicans were able to catch this information before the congressional
statute of limitations expires in March.

All right, it's 8:00 a.m., we're all packed up,
and one thing that's extremely important is safety.
The crew onboard wants to know where we are at all times.
I'm in cabin 324, and now, I'm not.
We'll see you when we get back.
The entire crew's here.
And look who's here!
It's our host, Alex Trebek!
(everybody laughs)
- [Everybody] Yeah!
Here we go, Galapagos.
Today, we are following in the footsteps of Charles Darwin.
As Floreana was the second of the four islands
that he went ashore on during
his five-week visit to the Galapagos in 1835.
Alex is at his post.
I think we've found the blue-footed booby
that we're looking for.
Little does that blue-footed booby know he's about to meet
Alex Trebek, and be a star on Jeopardy.
- The pigment carotenoid, from the fish they consume
is a source of the blue on the feet of these birds.
The brighter the blue, the healthier
they appear to potential mates.
- The Galapagos is a well-preserved environment,
and it's no coincidence that we're
traveling in a small group.
We're always under the watchful eye
of our guide and naturalist, Christian.
By law, you have to be with a guide
and no more than 16 people.
(upbeat music)
- The marine iguana is the world's only marine lizard.
Among it's adaptations are these special glands
that allow it to sneeze out this compound
that it ingests too much of when it dives in the ocean.
- [Cameraman] Thanks, Al.
- Calling all cars, calling all cars.
Looking for a Zodiac, I'm with Alex Trebek and crew,
and we're looking for penguins.
(upbeat music)
- The rare Galapagos penguin,
remember, we're close to the equator,
thrives on the nutrient-rich cold waters
that well up from the depths of the ocean.
Thus, the warmer waters of this Spanish-named
weather phenomenon can be disastrous to it.
(upbeat music)
- Now it's my turn.
So, I'm gonna talk to Brett,
and figure out what I'm going to do.
But man, it's a lot of fun.
Trip of a lifetime.
