5 Stomach Exercises You Can Do at Home for a Flat Tummy.

In addition to conscious eating, you need to do have an active lifestyle.

Take out 30 minutes from your busy schedule every day to walk, play a sport, swim or indulge

in any activity that makes you move around.

Burning calories is key to reducing abdominal fat.

Finally, to convert the flab into fab, you need to target this specific

area to get rid of the fat and tone the muscles.

Here are 5 stomach exercises that may help you to be fit.

1.

Planks.

One of the best exercises that you can do for your core is a plank.

It helps to improve your posture by building isometric strength.

Planks tone and strengthen the

muscles of the abdominal region and support the spine.

Go down on the floor in the press up position.

Put the weight on the forearms while bending your elbows.

Form a straight line through your body from shoulders to

ankle, suck your belly button into the spine and hold on the position for some time and

relax.

In the beginning you may be able to hold the pose only for 8-10 seconds.

Don't worry, this will increase as you keep doing this.

Repeat the same five-six times.

2.

Side Plank.

It helps to maintain proper posture and reduce stress on the spine and hence helps to prevent

back issues.

Strengthens the abdominal and the back muscles and can be

practiced anytime but being consistent is the key here.

Extend your legs and lie on your right side such that your feet and hips rest on the floor

on top of each other.

Place your right elbow under your shoulder, while

contracting your core muscles lift your hips and knees off the floor.

Hold on to the position for few seconds and come back to the normal position.

Repeat the same on

the other side.

3.

Sit Ups.

Strengthening the abdominal muscles is the advantage of this exercise.

Start by lying flat on a floor mat, face up.

You can put your arms behind your head or cross

them in front of your torso.

Now, keep your lower body still and move your upper body towards your knees.

Take a deep breath and exhale as you go up.

Inhale as you

bring your body back to the mat.

Make sure your arms are not pushing against your head and neck too much.

You are supposed to use the abdominal muscles to move up and

down, so make sure your neck is not strained during this exercise.

Do this 10-15 times.

4.

Russian Twist.

Sit on a floor mat and bend your knees slightly, your heels should be flat on the mat.

Now, start leaning back till you feel that the muscles of the abdomen are

engaged.

You could also come to this position by lying flat on the floor first.

Now, bend your knees and raising your upper body towards the knees.

You would be

creating an imaginary V-shape with your torso and your thighs forming the arms of the V.

Hold your arms straight in front of your face.

Slowly twist from one side to

the other.

Make sure you are moving with the strength of your abdominal muscles and not your arms

alone.

As you get better at this exercise, you could try holding a

ball or weights when moving from side to side.

5.

Crunches.

Crunches are considered as the fastest way to burn the belly fat and are very easy to

do at home without any equipment.

They tend to build endurance and power in your

belly muscles.

Lie down flat on the floor, place your hand behind your head, bend your knees and place

your feet flat on the ground.

Lift your upper body off the

floor, exhale as you go up and inhale as you come down.

Repeat, for few minutes and relax.

Watch as Jurgen Klopp discussed his side's performance at the Emirates Stadium as Liverpool drew 3-3 away to top-four rivals Arsenal on Friday.

The Reds took to north London on the back of a 12-game unbeaten run, seeking another three points as their end-of-year revival continued in earnest.

Taking on an Arsenal side buoyed by back-to-back wins over Newcastle United and West Ham, Liverpool's work was cut out for them at the Emirates.

And it proved to be a dramatic top-four clash, with a hit-and-miss display leading to a share of the points.

Speaking after the game Klopp reflected on his side's unbalanced showing in a "strange game.

"We deserved a point at the end.

[It is] good to learn from but we need to react differently," be told reporters.

"We opened the door for them in those five minutes.

[It was] a strange game.".

The German also discussed Simon Mignolet's failure to save Granit Xhaka's strike and James Milner's post-match assertion that the Reds need to be "more boring" when in the lead.

Liverpool head into the weekend fourth in the Premier League, and now need a ruthless response at home to Swansea City on Boxing Day to ensure they keep up the pace at the top.

This is an American dish It's bone in pork meat

And this is some macaroni and cheese

Such huge and amazing looking portions This weighs 1.2 kilograms itadakimasu

A nice char to it And it looks like this on the flip side with a bone still in it

Its flavored really nicely With many spices

And the meat surrounding the bone taste so yummy

I just love munching down on these bones And it also has such a nice look to it

That it would be perfect for any Christmas parties Or gatherings

It came with fries as well

A perfect match

I think there's 14 pieces here (#FakeNews there are 15)

And this is some mac and cheese

It's such a simple pairing melting of macaroni With cheese its so yummy

The baked Cheese is very tasty

And cola is a perfect accompaniment

Bone-in meat has such a fancy feel to it

yummy

It's also got a wild and Savage feel to it

I wonder why it is that meat surrounding the bone Tastes this wonderful

Since it's common practice that we extract Flavor from Bones

Perhaps some of the flavors from the bones Are seeping into the meat itself

I also love biting into this like a Savage

I'm also in love with ripping the meat that clings to the bone off with my teeth

That part of the meat is especially yummy

This would probably be super yummy eaten at a Barbecue

Mac and cheese is so yummy

I totes want more fast food shops Here in Japan to carry this

They even added corn in this

The added sweetness from the corn Gives it an added layer of yumminess

Jurgen Klopp admitted Liverpool have an "obvious problem" after they conceded three goals in five minutes before salvaging a 3-3 draw at Arsenal.

Philippe Coutinho and Mohamed Salah had put Liverpool in control but Alexis Sanchez, Granit Xhaka and Mesut Ozil all struck for Arsenal in their madcap five-minute spell at the Emirates Stadium.

Roberto Firmino then struck to ensure the spoils would be shared but Reds boss Klopp was frustrated by his side's defensive frailties coming to the fore once again.

Klopp said: "We, of course, deserved to win.

We had more chances.

"But to lose three goals in five minutes, it's an obvious problem.

That's how it is.

"Individual problems for all the goals.

Misjudgement for the second goal, the third one we let him get in the box too easy.

"Then after these five minutes we reacted much better and deserved the points.

The result is not what we wanted.

And the five minutes were very decisive.".

Goalkeeper Simon Mignolet was at fault for Xhaka's goal, flapping at a shot he ought to have saved comfortably.

Klopp remained phlegmatic about the mistake, insisting Liverpool should still have secured victory.

"Simon Mignolet saves these balls 99.

"Those five minutes can be enough to learn from.

We have to learn from this.

"We should have scored another goal.

That's a big compliment for us coming here, creating these kinds of chances, that's not easy as well.

"I react sometimes in a bit of a strange way," said Klopp.

"I apologised to the people around me straight away.

"I threw a bottle on the ground.

Nothing serious happened, but still it wasn't good.

"I was not happy in that moment, but I really thought that was at least the minimum of what we deserved.

Liverpool relinquished a two-goal lead in typical mistake-ridden fashion as they were held to a 3-3 Premier League draw away to Arsenal on Friday.

Mignolet's Mistake.

Just when the side needed their shot-stopper to step up and, well, stop a shot, the Belgian waved his arm at the ball as if he'd just spotted someone he knew in the crowd.

The strike from Granit Xhaka was powerful, and swirled and swerved in the air, but if Simon Mignolet had simply put both of his hands up to parry the ball down, or even catch it, it would have been considered a routine save.

It's been an ongoing problem for Liverpool, and even Gary Neville commented after the game that he thinks the club would have won a Premier League title in recent years had they had centre-backs and a goalkeeper of the required standard.

"Everyone makes a mistake," he said.

"But we've been talking about this for three years and we're still talking about it.".

Mignolet's failed attempt to save the second goal may overshadow another poor attempt to stop the third.

It was another poor display from the 'keeper, who will be lucky to retain his place. Again. Out of Control.

Sometimes certain stats can tell the story of a game, and here barely any Liverpool players registered a pass success rate of over 80 percent.

Emre Can managed to find the target with 86.

8 percent of his passes, but the rest of the side were lacking in this area.

The biggest culprits were the defence, and though it's often said that racking up a passing accuracy of over 90 percent is easy for a central defender, who merely has to lay it off to a midfielder or full-back, Dejan Lovren and Ragnar Klavanshowed that this isn't always as easy as it looks.

The pair registered numbers of 72. 1 and 77. 3 percent respectively, and seeing as a team's buildup play starts in this area, this goes some way to explaining the lack of control the side then had in midfield areas.

James Milner joined Can on a reasonably respectable number (84. 3%), but once the ball found its way forward sloppiness set in yet again.

The side should have had more goals in the first half but they lacked the control in attacking areas.

They should also have been able to see the game out when 2-0 up but they lacked control in defensive areas.

Their opponents were just as bad, but that will provide no solace for Jurgen Kloppor the fans who have seen their side throw away two vital points against a potential top-four rival.

Midfield Muddle.

Klopp set his side up in a similar shape to the team which he sent out to win 4-0 at Bournemouth.

Philippe Coutinho replaced Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in an attacking-midfield role just to the right, but it's a position which he's not too familiar with at Liverpool.

It didn't take him long to get into the game, however, cutting inside onto his left foot to get one shot away, before scoring a header following a great run into the box down his attacking channel.

Behind him the deeper midfield players were hit and miss, and were disrupted by an early injury to Jordan Henderson.

The captain had himself looked out of sorts, and struggled under the pressure from the Arsenal press in the couple of moments he had on the ball.

This 4-2-3-1 shape which then turns into 4-2-4 as the players drop into their roles rather than their positions looked like the right one to beat Arsenal on the night.

But unfortunately, despite decent displays from Coutinho and Can, the system didn't seem to match the players on this occasion.

Firmino the Leading Light Leading the Line. Finally a positive.

With his compatriot Coutinho dropping into the midfield, the creative responsibility on the front line fell on the No. 9's shoulders.

There are a lot of hot-takes doing the rounds as to which player in Liverpool's exciting attacking quartet is the most important to the club, but few of them choose Roberto Firmino.

The Brazilian is a fairly unique centre-forward, which sometimes leads to calls for the club to sign a more traditional striker, but the current incumbent's all-round ability is producing goals for himself and for others.

His excellent holdup play and perfect timing when it comes to releasing the ball produced the space for Mohamed Salah to score.

Then it was his well-hit shot with his weaker foot which rescued a point for his side after their defensive collapse.

Ask the other three players who the most important player in Liverpool's fearsome foursome is, and they'd probably say Firmino.

Quick Turnaround – Changes Needed?.

Liverpool face Swansea City on Tuesday, giving them a chance to claim a win straight after this disappointing draw.

The changes Klopp makes for this game could be excused as rotation, but realistically he might need to add different personnel for performance reasons too.

Oxlade-Chamberlain is a player who should come back into the side, and can't be tired as he's played fewer minutes than the majority of his team-mates.

Mane could be kept in the side to regain a confidence which has been lacking recently, but on performances alone he would probably be dropped.

Joe Gomez will have been disappointed to give Alexis Sanchez a free run at goal for Arsenal's first, and could be rested with Trent Alexander-Arnold coming into the side at Anfield.

The big shout could be in the goalkeeper position, and with the FA Cupapproaching in January this would be a good time for Klopp to bring Loris Karius in as his No. 1 and use Mignolet (or Danny Ward) elsewhere.

The quick turnaround can be both good and bad, and the manager needs to make sure it works to his side's advantage as they look to add another win, rather than a draw, to this unbeaten run.

First we go to the left hand side, mac logo here, click.

Select System Preferences. . .

Select Keyboard.

Then select Input Sources.

Here I've added three language input method.

The first is the traditional Chinese Pinyin; second Simplified Chinese Pinyin;

The third is English.

Now I going to add a new language input method.

Click "+."

Select (Language) input method you want.

I chose Japanese. Add.

This is (language) Input I just added up.

(2) delete the language input method.
