Hey guys for Complex News,

I'm Natasha Martinez with your friendly reminder that Asahd Khaled is still cooler than you

will ever be.

Case and point, the kid just celebrated his first birthday party at Club LIV in Miami.

Just this past week DJ Khaled went on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to share that he had major plans

for his son's first birthday, and he sure delivered.

The executive producer partied with a lot of adults, singing and dancing to his dad's

greatest hits, enjoyed some birthday cake with his face on it, and had Diddy serenade

Happy Birthday to him.

Asahd technically isn't even one yet, his real birthday is Monday October 23rd, but

he's already accomplished more than some adults out there.

Grateful, DJ Khaled's most recent album, was entirely executive produced by Asahd alone.

The album went gold in two weeks and platinum in two months, so you know, no big deal.

He's also a humanitarian.

As part of his birthday celebration he plans to use some of the gifts he'll receive and

donate them to UNICEF.

He's also donating 5 grand in his name to the organization.

According to the 1 year old's instagram page, he's helping to source warm blankets, story

books, and vaccines to other kids through UNICEF.

"ALL children deserve the right to receive gifts so we are asking #fanluv to make a donation

to UNICEF on my behalf."

One birthday gift Asahd is sure to keep is the key to the city of Brooklyn, Jimmy Kimmel

gifted it to him when his father was on his show.

Can we all just be Asahd when we grow up?

What are the 8 Worldly Winds? - Duration: 1:43.

Wind is invisible.

It is also powerful and can move large objects.

So what exactly are the 8 worldly winds and why are they important?

Let's find out.

Buddha taught his followers about the 8 winds or "worldly conditions" that he said spin

the world and that the world spins after.

The 8 winds appear as opposites.

They are:

Pleasure and pain Praise and blame

Gain and loss Fame and disgrace

OK, everyone knows these things, right?

So what's the big deal?

Buddha went on to tell his followers that most people welcome the positive winds (or

conditions) and rebel against the negative ones.

We get caught up in this and it causes stress and suffering.

What did Buddha suggest?

Be aware that these winds (or conditions, as he called them) come and go and will always

be subject to change.

If we realize this, we are less likely to become enchanted by the desirable winds and

less likely to resist the undesirable ones.

The result: you are released from undue stress and suffering.

Olive oil prevents premature aging of skin and keeps wrinkles at bay.

Sugar is a natural exfoliator, that removes the dead skin cells and lighten skin tone

You can store this scrub in an air tight container for up to 1 week without refrigerating.

You need to massage the scrub for at least 2 to 3 minutes after washing your body with

warm water, and then you can wash off with normal water.

You can use this scrub on your face as wee, you can use this scrub only thrice a week
