and King Kong and it is awesome okay so the second level here is war cat-boy so
we're gonna go ahead and put cat boy over here
and we're gonna put giant cat boy over there and then our third level is for
our last so we'll put regular I'll let their and giant I'll let up over there
oh okay then we have to put some super villains in here so here we will have
Romeo coming in to chase cat boy and night ninja just drove into the
headquarters here he is chasing out lad and down here chasing Gekko is the to
Luna girls one is on her Luna board Wow then we will put the vehicles up here in
front of the headquarters and then we also have this awesome messaging system

great amount of protein so without further ado let's get started
alright here are the ingredients. First you need some honey and some mango you
can use frozen ones or fresh ones almond butter you can get this pretty cheap at
Trader Joe's and almond milk and a banana if you like it thicker and chia
seeds if you like some protein. Alright first we're gonna throw in the fruits
you can also add peach as you like and then a banana to thicken it and some
chia seeds that this is optional though you don't have to but I like it because
it's good for you and a creamy almond butter which is so tasty and it gives it
this natural sweet taste and then of course almond milk now I put a little
bit too much so it depends on how thick you want it to be so you know just
adjust accordingly I'll put all the ingredients and how much down below and
then a little bit of honey so that it will be even sweeter and throw in some
ice if you want it cold and nice okay then just blend away I love this part
when you see everything bunched together and you know it's nutritious it's
healthy and it's delicious and it will keep you full and hence it's going to
make you not overeat that's when you know that you got a winner right here
and it's fast you just throw it on and here it is it's finished

I'm Jeff Gramling,
I was the TDRS project manager until November of 2015
I first got involved with the TDRS project when I came on
as a subsystem engineer in January of 1992
That was about a year before we launched F6 on the space shuttle.
I think my favorite memory of working on TDRS was when we started the TDRS-K
program in 2006 we were given a pretty tight
timeline, the project was down to just a few people and we had to staff up
very quickly, form a team, write specifications and get a
procurement out and awarded, we had made commitments to other
rganizations and we were fortunate in assembling a great
group of that really jelled, and we hit all of our timelines and
came together as a team and did a fantastic job and
it was just a fabulous experience. I think there are a couple of things I find
unique about the TDRS system. It's clearly
dramatically different from commercial communication satellites
primarily we have large gimbal antenna's that track orbiting
assets I'd say would be the main thing that's unique about the TDRS system and the data
rates that we operate at. So being apart of the TDRS team has been a
phenomenal experience for me, I came on I got to work two shuttle
launches and then I got to work two development programs from
generation specifications to through launch, so its
been a tremendous experience. For the TDRS-K program I had the
pleasure of being the project manager from the beginning through launch
of TDRS-K, and L and being able to
participate in the whole program and the feeling that
you enabled the success along with a great team of people is a
tremendous experience.

My name is Bruce LeRoy I'm a TDRS telecommunication systems engineer. Well,
I got involved in, with TDRS, per se, a long time before I came here. Back in
1988, I worked up at General Electric, Valley Forge, and I was responsible for
bidding the technical proposals for STGT, which is the second TDRS ground
terminal, which didn't exist at that time. Challenges come in, in, two or
three flavors some of them are people challenges, okay, and I had a particularly
onerous one on TDRS-K. I'm responsible for selling off all the requirements
which means that we spent probably 18 months getting all of the requirements
and coming to agreements with the contractor on what artifacts we were
going to use to sell off which requirement and at what level. We had an
end-to-end from sensor to actuator requirement which is very difficult to
test in 1g especially for the ACS people so the attitude control folks they did
an end-to-end but it was such a pain to do that we agreed that later spacecraft
we would do it in pieces rather than the whole end-to-end thing simultaneously.
The team provides me with fun and if you can't go to work in the morning and have
fun all day and get paid for it then you might as well quit.
TDRS-M is doing great and we're going to launch it very shortly and it's going
to be great and it will be ducky.

My name is Robert Buchanan, I'm the Deputy Project Manager for TDRS and I've been
on TDRS for 10 years. In 2006, we launched stereo and I was asked by the directorate
to come over to the TDRS project to support the source evaluation board.
Working on TDRS last 10 years has been quite a bit different than the
first 25 years I've been at NASA, which involved in science, which is what
TDRS supports. What I find unique about the TDRS team is
that they been on this project or this program for
so many years. Some of them
have been on the program maybe their entire career or majority of their
entire career. Having all that experience from those other of people have helped me quite
a bit in terms of my success on the program.

My name is Kim Hunley.
I am the marketing manager for NewSpace, as well as handle all the marketing initiatives
for our commercial division, NewSpace Business Interiors.
Clix has really helped our visibility online by leading our potential clients to our website,

From there, they really listened to who our target market is and made sure that there
was a correct balance of having a new website, but also that is really user friendly and
easy to understand.
Another thing that was really helpful that Clix did is they went ahead and searched all
of our potential keywords and what our clients were searching.
So they made NewSpace more visible online.
One thing Clix does that makes my job easier is their monthly SEO maintenance services.
They handle all the SEO and optimization on both websites that they've built for us, as
well as make sure that everything on there is relevant and up to date with Google.
Other things that Clix does for us that's really helpful, for me personally as a marketing
manager, is they've created customer reports for me so I can go in and check out the status
of all of our pay per click campaigns and see how they're functioning so I can see if
there's any trends, as well as any things on my end of the business- if there's anything
that we can adjust.
They're always available with phone conferences, or face to face meetings, as well as the timeliness
that they take to make edits.
They're practically making edits while I'm on the phone with them asking them to make
them, so it's really nice to be able to see what they're doing and know that they are
really listening to us as a client.
What made them really stand out versus other companies was the amount of time that they
really took to make sure all of my questions were answered and that everything that I didn't

Steven Gerrard has admitted his failure to win the Premier League with Liverpool has prompted him to "try to make amends for it" as a manager.
Gerrard spent 17 years in the first team on Merseyside, winning the Champions League, the UEFA Cup, two FA Cups, three League Cups, the Community Shield and the UEFA Super Cup.
The legendary midfielder secured almost every club honour possible, but the one medal that eluded Gerrard throughout his career was arguably the biggest.
He came particularly close in 2001/02, 2008/09 and 2013/14, with Liverpool finishing second in the Premier League each time, but his efforts proved futile each time.
Most scarring for Gerrard was the most recent, with the 37-year-old blaming his slip in a 2-0 defeat to Chelsea for the demise of the Reds' challenge under Brendan Rodgers.
Having retired in 2016, following a short stint with LA Galaxy, Gerrard is now manager of the Liverpool U18s.
And speaking as he received the 2017 Legend of Football award on Monday night, he vowed his failures as a player would spur him on in his new career.
"It's no secret that I had a lot of lows along the way," explained.
"I think I went on to achieve the highs because of the pain and how much I had to suffer through the lows.
"That helps you get up, start a clean slate and drives you on to achieve the highs.
"I'll never be able to let go of the one low and that was not winning the Premier League; I still feel it was cruel and still take it very personally.
"That's one of the reasons I haven't given up on the game and why I'm still going to try to make amends for it along the way.
Gerrard has enjoyed a positive start to life with the U18s, unbeaten after six games, winning three and drawing three, as well as a win and a loss leading the U19s in the UEFA Youth League.
The young Reds have scored 20 goals over those eight games, but have also conceded 13, and Gerrard admitted he is still learning on the job.
"I feel like I've got a lot of knowledge in the game and a lot of people can benefit from that," he continued.
"I'm trying to do my bit at the moment at the academy.
I'm really enjoying the role.
"The club have been very supportive of it.
I'm making tons of mistakes along the way but I'm learning my trade.
"Hopefully one day I'll manage and coach at the top and be able to add to a lot of the highs I had in the game.
"That's the reason I'm doing it.
That's what I grew up wanting to be—be around football and be around the highs.
"The lows are worth going through to achieve the highs.
I'm in a good place, I'm happy.
I'm really delighted to be at the academy helping these young kids.".
Having set his sights on a role in the Anfield dugout in the long term, the hope will be that Gerrard's career as a manager is as successful as his time as a player—or even more so.

Liverpool target Virgil van Dijk admits hope for January move from Southampton
Southampton centre-back Virgil van Dijk has admitted he will "see what's possible" in January, after a failed summer move to Liverpool.
Van Dijk was the subject of heavy interest from the Reds ahead of 2017/18, but their attempts to poach the Dutchman from St Mary's sparked controversy.
Liverpool were forced to apologise and publicly end their interest in Van Dijk in June, after it transpired that he had set his sights on a move to Anfield following talks with Jurgen Klopp.
He ultimately remained with the Saints, and after making his first start of the season in Saturday's 2-1 loss away to Stoke City, receive a late Netherlands call-up for this month's World Cup qualifiers against Belarus and Sweden.
And speaking to Fox Sports on joining up with Dick Advocaat's squad, Van Dijk hinted at a winter switch.
"I have no regrets," he said of his attempts to force through a move to Anfield, including handing in a transfer request in August.
"Of course, I wanted to go one step up, but eventually Southampton did not want to let me go.
"I'm a professional, so now I'll give everything to the club.
Halfway through the season, maybe we can see what's possible.".
The Reds' failure to sign Van Dijk has been magnified by continued issues at the back for Klopp's side, with none of Joel Matip, Dejan Lovren or Ragnar Klavanconvincing.
Sunday's 1-1 draw away to Newcastle United saw Matip and Lovren caught out by a low pass straight through from Jonjo Shelvey, allowing Joselu to equalise.
And in the buildup to Liverpool's trip to St Mary's, Lovren claimed he was struggling with prolonged fitness issues, worryingly revealing that he was taking "five pills before every game.
Van Dijk has suffered injury problems of his own, but the 26-year-old looks to have put those behind him.
"It's never fun if you're injured.
All I could do was get fit and hook up as fast as possible.
I'm glad it's over," he added.
"Much learned, much heard, much seen: a whole life experience.
I am glad I'm fit again and that I can give the full 100 percent.".
His performances for Southampton between now and January will spark considerable interest from Merseyside, as it become clear that it was Van Dijk or nothing for Klopp in the transfer window.
The hope will be that Liverpool return for the centre-back in 2018, as he would bolster Klopp's defensive ranks immeasurably.
