On this episode of China Uncensored,
Hey Malaysia, that's some nice Chinese investment you got there.
It'd be a shame if it led to
massive government corruption.
Welcome back to China Uncensored,
I'm your host Chris Chappell.
The Chinese Communist Party has a plan for world domination.
And no, it's not mass yoga sessions.
Hmm, although I think state-run media knows how to sell it.
What's that Shelley?
Oh, right, the topic.
What was I talking about?
Ah, right.
The Communist Party's plan for world domination.
And how are they going to carry this plan out?
"The Belt and Road is how, oh oh oh oh"
Yes, nothing says "innocent, peaceful development"
like children singing.
The Communist Party claims the Belt and Road Initiative,
also known as One Belt, One Road,
is a recreation of the global trade route,
the Silk Road.
What it means on the ground is that Chinese companies
will come into a small country
to build things like roads, bridges, or ports.
The Chinese companies are providing this "service" in dozens of countries—
to a tune of more than a trillion dollars.
Most of the investment is in less-developed countries
that can't afford to build the roads,
bridges, or ports on their own—
so they take out a loan to pay the Chinese companies.
And that loan usually comes from a Chinese state-owned bank.
But unfortunately, it's not all sunshine and catchy songs.
Because when you take out a loan, you have to pay it back.
And a lot of countries have been ending up
deeply in debt to Chinese banks,
while Chinese companies suck out the juicy resources
those countries have to offer.
For example, Malaysia.
For years,
Malaysia was going all in
on Belt and Road investment from China.
That's thanks to Najib Razak,
who was Malaysia's prime minister for nearly a decade.
"Malaysia's prime minister has made a habit
of attending announcements of new Chinese investments
in his country.
And he's had plenty of events to attend lately."
Wait, did you hear that?
Was that just...a glitch in the matrix?
But Chinese state-run media were right—
Najib Razak had a lot of Chinese events to attend.
Over the past several years, Malaysia secured
$34 billion dollars worth of Belt and Road infrastructure projects.
So why was Najib so into Chinese investment?
You'll find out in a bit.
But to the Malaysian public,
it eventually seemed like the Belt and Road
was turning into a noose.
But then, during Malaysia's elections this past May,
Najib was kicked out of office,
and replaced by 92-year-old former prime minister Mahathir Mohamad.
That ended six decades of one-party rule in Malaysia.
And Mahathir didn't feel the same way
about the Belt and Road Initiative.
"None of our people are employed as workers.
None of our companies are used for designing
and planning and supervising, et cetera.
We gain nothing."
His criticism of investment from the Chinese Communist Party—
and his promise to halt or review Chinese investments—
was one of the factors that helped him win his surprise election victory.
But there was another surprise:
A politician actually made good on his word.
Last week, Mahathir suspended four Chinese linked projects
worth about a total of 23 billion dollars.
That's already more than two-thirds
of all the current Belt and Road projects.
Now, Mahatir's government will be reviewing
each of these contracts,
which the new finance minister has called
"completely lopsided."
They'll be either canceling them or re-negotiating those contracts.
Among the projects suspended
are several oil and gas pipelines
built by the state-backed China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau.
But the biggest project that's been suspended
is the East Coast Rail Link.
The construction was being handled by China's state-owned
China Communication Construction Company.
And "85% of the financing was provided
by the Export Import Bank of China."
The 430-mile rail line would connect
a northeastern port on the South China Sea
with strategic shipping ports on Malaysia's west coast.
This is a key route linking the Belt and Road
through Southeast Asia.
At least until the project got suspended.
One of the reasons Mahathir's government suspended it
is that the ministry of finance
calculated the true cost of the project
to be 20 billion dollars,
which is 3.5 billion more
than the previous government's estimates."
And that's just too much money for Malaysia—
a country that already has a problem with national debt.
Also, corruption.
Remember how I said Najib was super into Chinese investment?
Well that's because he was able to use it to finance
his massively corrupt projects.
You know those oil and gas pipeline projects
that got shut down?
They had links to a Malaysian development company
called 1Malaysia Development Berhad,
or 1MDB for short.
That company is owned entirely
by the Malaysian Finance Ministry.
And guess what?
Under Najib, 4.5 billion dollars went missing.
And 700 million of that money flowed directly
into Najib's personal bank accounts.
Huge mistake.
If you're going to steal public money,
at least do a better job of hiding it!
Using your own personal bank accounts?
Rookie move, Najib.
Anyway, the new finance minister has been looking into it.
And what he thinks happened is that Najib's government
used money from the Export-Import Bank of China
to buy land owned by its own 1MDB company,
so it could pay off its debts.
And that's not the only Chinese company that was a little shady.
China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau that was building
those oil and gas pipelines I talked about earlier
also got a little perk.
Najib's government was paying them for construction
that didn't actually take place.
"Only an average of 13 per cent of the pipelines' construction
has been completed,
while almost 90 per cent of the projects' value
has been paid to CPPB."
Hmm, very interesting.
Najib, by the way, was arrested last Wednesday.
He's been charged with "criminal breach of trust and corruption."
He pled not guilty.
So Mahathir goes after Najib for corruption
and hits the Chinese investments
that may have played a big role in it.
But this isn't just a problem for Najib.
It's also a problem for the Chinese Communist Party.
The current Malaysian government
wants to dramatically reduce construction costs.
And they want to renegotiate or cancel
a lot of their contracts with Chinese companies.
Mahathir has said that he's not against
the Belt and Road Initiative,
but that he wants to renegotiate some of the terms.
And he's headed to China next month to do that.
This has become a big test of Beijing's flexibility.
The Chinese Communist Party has always tried
to leverage the size of China and its economy
to "help" it's smaller neighbors in Southeast Asia.
And by "help," I mean help them go into debt
so they become dependent on Chinese money,
while building infrastructure with Chinese companies
that shut out local workers.
But now, that pesky new Malaysian government is saying,
wait a minute, not so fast.
And the Communist Party may be finding out
it's not quite as powerful as all the bluster.
And what's "Worse for China,
other governments along its lengthy trade passages
may get similar ideas.
Some might push to use more domestic contractors
or seek better debt terms.
A combative Malaysia could easily be
just one of many bumps to come."
Of course, my favorite Chinese state-run media,
the Global Times, is very concerned
that this move to suspend Chinese investment
could be very tough... for Malaysia.
Particularly "the inconsistency and capriciousness"
of the Malaysian government.
But just when you think you've got
Chinese state-run media figured out,
they throw you a curveball—
and actually tell the truth.
Like when they said that "Malaysia is a key point
along the routes of the Belt and Road initiative."
Yes, it sure is.
And I think the Chinese Communist Party
has just figured that out.
So what do you think about how Chinese investment
may or may not have played a role in corruption in Malaysia?
And is this a turning point
in the Party's quest for world domination?

And now is the time when we answer questions from fans
who support China Uncensored

Wesley Brewer asks,
"What is your opinion on how China (PRC)
and China (ROC) [meaning Taiwan]
should be recognized in global politics?
Two China Policy?
One?"
Good question.
Once upon a time,
most countries recognized Taiwan,
the Republic of China, or ROC,
as the legitimate government of China.
It wasn't until 1971
that the UN switched to the People's Republic of China,
which is run by the Chinese Communist Party.
The US made the switch in 1979,
and 90% of other countries have followed suit.
The Chinese Communist Party has basically
made the entire world pick:
"You can only recognize one China,
so will it be us,
the big China with a billion people?
Or will it be the puny island of Taiwan?"
But I believe that's a false choice.
More and more, in Taiwan,
the people see themselves as a completely separate nation,
an already independent country with their own identity
that should be recognized by the international community.
It's just that other countries
have all agreed to the false choice,
that there can only be one China.
So they've all picked only one China
to have diplomatic relations with.
In theory, the United States could officially recognize
both the PRC and Taiwan as individual countries.
And if they did that,
then other countries would probably do that too.
But that would be a dramatic change in US foreign policy,
and it would anger the Chinese Communist Party
to an extraordinary degree.
The alternative is to continue pretending
that Taiwan isn't really a country,
but that's also...
not a great long-term solution,
since it means constantly pretending
something isn't the way it really is.
I don't have the answer here.
But there's another possible scenario, too.
If the Chinese Communist Party collapses someday,
there might be a new government
that doesn't care so much about claiming
Taiwan as a province of China.
And then the situation would resolve itself.
Wait...if the Chinese Communist Party collapses,
then what would I be uncensoring on this show?
I'd be out of a job!
I guess there's always Russia Uncensored.

Jeep Wrangler Cooper Discoverer AT3 Tire (29-35") (1987-2018 YJ, TJ, JK & JL) Review - Duration: 3:39.
The Cooper Discoverer A/T 3 tire is for those of you that have a 1987 all the way up through
the most current model year of Jeep that are looking for an all-terrain tire that's going
to perform well both on-road and off-road.
This tire's available for a 15- to a 20-inch wheel and a 31 to a 37-inch tire size, so
regardless of what size you're looking for for your build, you're going to be able to
find it in this setup.
So, this is going to be a very good all-terrain tire.
The whole idea behind an all-terrain, as I mentioned, is for it to be good on-road and
off-road.
So, the things that make a mud-terrain tire good off-road are the fact that it has a big
lug with lots of space in between, it's self-cleaning, it won't fill up with mud.
It'll eject that mud with a little bit of wheel speed, giving you your bite back.
It usually has some tread down onto the sidewall, a nice thick three-ply sidewall.
All of those things are very off-road geared, however, they also mean a fairly uncomfortable
and noisy ride on the road, and also a tire that's not going to wear very well.
You're not going to get a ton of life out of a mud-terrain tire if you're driving it
on the street all the time.
The flipside of that, a road tire is going to have smaller lugs closer together.
It's going to be very quiet.
However, it's not going to be self-cleaning like that mud-terrain.
It's not going to have the tread on the side.
It usually has a two-ply sidewall.
So, it's not going to be as good off-road, but it's going to be drastically better on-road.
This is going to be an all-terrain tire, and the idea, again, is that it's a good mix of
both.
So, you're going to have some smaller lugs as well as some larger lugs.
Some of the space between the lugs are smaller, some is larger.
You're not going to have a whole lot of tread down onto the sidewall.
And this is going to be a two-ply sidewall, and not a three-ply sidewall, so not quite
as much puncture resistance there and not quite as much grip and bite from the sidewall
of the tire, but it is going to perform better on-road than a mud-terrain tire.
So, I think this option from Cooper is going to be a very good example of an all-terrain
tire.
It's going to give you some good wear and some good performance on-road, as well as
some good performance off-road.
As for construction, we went over a lot of the finer points of this tire.
It's going to have both smaller and larger lugs here with smaller and larger spacing
in between, giving you a quieter ride and handling water well on the road, but also
giving you a little bit of that self-cleaning that you want and that stone ejection that
you want from a more off-road themed tire.
Again, not a lot of tread down on the sidewall, two-ply sidewall.
That's going to give you a more comfortable ride on the road, a little less rotating mass
there, and it's also going to keep the cost of this tire down a little bit over a mud-terrain
tire.
So, I do think this is a great example of a good balanced all-terrain.
As for installation, of course, you want to take your tires and your wheels to an install
shop, have them put the tire on the wheel and balance everything out for you before
you get rolling down the road.
We've all seen the YouTube videos of people mounting up tires using some sort of combustible
in their driveway.
That is not recommended, especially when you're doing a set of four to five of these.
Leave that to the trail fixes.
Take these to a shop.
Have them mounted and balanced before you bolt them up to your Jeep.
These tires will run you anywhere from about $130 to $360-plus, depending on the size of
the tire.
Of course, the larger the tire, the more rubber is there, the more expensive the tire is going
to be, but also, the larger the wheel the tire is designed for, the more expensive it's
going to be, as a general rule of thumb.
So, a 33-inch tire for a 15-inch wheel is going to be less expensive than a 33-inch
tire for a 20-inch wheel.
But, overall, I do think, again, that this is a very nice example of an all-terrain tire,
what an all-terrain tire is supposed to be, so I do think this is going to be fairly priced
for the quality you're going to get.
So, if you're looking for a good balanced all-terrain tire, I would recommend this option
from Cooper, and you can find it right here at extremeterrain.com.

Founder and CEO of Ueno | Haraldur Thorleifsson | Six Stories from My Life - Duration: 25:05.
Thank you for coming
today, I'm going to tell you six stories from my life mostly because I'm very self-obsessed, but hopefully
some of them will
be interesting to you the
If you have an urge at any time
To do a standing ovation that's allowed
So first of all, my name is Haraldur Thorleifsson and I'm hope I'm pronouncing that correctly the
You can follow me on Twitter, but mostly I tweet from our the way no account
But that's me and my daughter. She's six her name is Emma
The reason I was invited here was to talk well, I don't know but I
I think I was invited because I like Peter said I found an agency called the wino and
We we create different types of things we create products and branding marketing
But ultimately, I think we create relationships and I want to tell you
more about that later
But first I think I should show you some projects just to give you a sense of the type of work we do
We've done a lot of video
related products and experiences
This one is from rebel TV, we've worked a lot with uber this is from uber design
We also worked with them on their own uber comm
Worked on the oculus launch
We worked a lot with Reuters built a video based app for them work the only planet
Zero is a
FinTech product company that we helped launch
We've been working with Visa. I'm creating
a way for you to
Get a credit card without going to a bank. So you do this all through your phone that were more with Reuters
We worked last year with ESPN and launching the 2017 Body Issue work with Dropbox
Did this thing
We launched the first homepage of medium
We work a lot with with Facebook
On different products and things this is from a bot
product that we worked with him on another video product
We launched with the slack team a new slack comm last year and so on
Um
Mostly I want to talk to you about
me and
I want to try and do that by telling you about
Ueno and our values and then try and and tie them back to our story in my life. I think it's pretty clever
So these are the six core values that we created Etowah know we worked on this last year
We put a lot of time into this
But I'll
That interesting you don't have to take a photo
We will I'll talk about each and every one of those and later but here the once we have
And the way I'm going to do this, I'm going to tell you a story
About something that happened to me
Most of them are true and then I'm gonna
Tell you how that relates to a value at one. Oh and then just a little bit about how that is
Translates into the work that we do and how we want to approach life and projects
First one is happens here in
What was it
Yes, and in 2013, I was living in Buenos Aires with
My wife and our daughter Emma who we saw before we had been living in different countries
For a few years we would we would travel every three to six months to new city and
It was Christmas Day in Florence iris, and I I needed
a
Name for my agency that I was about to start
And I wanted to start an agency because I've been freelancing for seven years
And I thought I could make more money if I started an agency
But also to do more things than that, but I think mostly for the money and I
We were walking around it was Christmas Day it was really warm as it is in Christmas in in South America and
We started talking about where we've been these last few years and
I
thought about a place called the Ueno Park that's in Tokyo and
It was on the Yamanote line, which is one of the main
Lines in Tokyo and I always really liked the name, but I also liked the location. It's a it's a place where
There's there's museums there's
There's science. There's art
There's there's a su there's people come there. Mostly Japanese people come there to do weird things and
It's just a wonderful place and I thought that's a nice name and then it because I was in in in in Latin America
one of my favorite words
In Spanish was was bueno. So I thought that's kind of nice. I connected a lot of different things for me and I thought
That is kind of a nice name that we have and this is where I try and tie it back to the value thing and
our first value is that we're all in this together and for me that
means we work very closely with our people and our teams and our clients, but we also
Are part of the world and we want to be
Good citizens of the world so as
Part of that. We we founded something called bueno
Which is our way to give back to the world we use it to donate money or time or resources or whatever we can to
Help great. People do great things
One example is we donated?
To Planned Parenthood to help
Bridge the gap that they face every day when they come under attack
For whatever reason, okay. That was number one. I don't think that went really well, but I'll keep going
97 in 1997. I I was twenty years old and I I
Started my first serious relationship and
it was really great for a while and it was
With a wonderful woman or a girl I don't know woman and and
It was great for a while we had a great couple of years
Well, we stayed together for six years and I think looking back especially now
but even then I knew that we shouldn't have not because he wasn't great or
that I wasn't great obviously, but
The we just didn't work together. And so I
I just hung in there because I don't know because I did and it was easy and it was easier than to be honest with
myself and to be honest with her
and
Extract on we ended up, you know doing hurting each other a lot more than we had to
doing things that we were not proud of and
That leads me to the second way no value which is be raw and I think this is
One of my favorites. It's
We have to be as honest with ourselves and with others
To live our best lives if we're not we really can't do great work. We can't be happy can't really do anything. Hey Robin
Here stand up Robin
Thank You Robin
And
we also want to be sure that we're
We speak truth to authority
We took out this poster. Thank you. If you want to stand out, that's fine
So we took out this poster
Here by the on the 101 right by the airport
It wouldn't let us write what we wanted to write but
We were pretty clever
So 1990 no 83 I was six years old and
That's actually not me. That's my daughter, but she looks a lot by me and I couldn't find a good picture. So
In 1983, I was 6 years old
And no even a six six year old I was pretty great but I I
Had some issues I couldn't run as fast as my my
my friends and the people I played with I couldn't jump as high and I really
Started to notice it at this point and remembers it's time and I thought I knew that I had a disease
I have muscle dystrophy, but I I really didn't know what it meant
until that point I realized
That it actually was not just the name of disease. It had some implications and over the years
There's been a lot of moments like that where I thought oh, wow. There's actually something happening here my body
that's that's failing me and I had moments where I
Remember when I noticed that I couldn't walk up stairs anymore or I couldn't play the guitar anymore
or I couldn't pick up my kids and
they were all devastating but they really
Taught me that I
Despite that I could do pretty much anything. I wanted and I can
Do things differently and I can do things
you know, obviously better than you and
And I can you know if I approach things in this way I can be a lot more
If I don't give myself an out if I don't give myself an excuse I can't do pretty much anything I want
And here's a stupid thing that we did
That sort of shows that there was this project. We worked on a few years ago
For a company that we helped names called hubcap. We gave them a mascot which was
a hedgehog and then we were doing a
photo shoot a video shoot for our
for case study and
Turns out he can't actually get a Hedgehog in San Francisco or California, they're not allowed as pets and so
We thought well we either do nothing or we could just get some rabbits
And nobody will know hissed
And
I think it's even better than and actually if we got a hedgehog so, you know, you just have to do what you can
2004 I I
bought my first place
it's a photo and the
It was a great small little house in in Iceland and it was in my favorite neighborhood
it was in the neighborhood that I grew up in and I I really loved the house, but I
Made a mistake because was you know, it was terrible building construction alee and had to basically tear it all down
to
make it work and all of a sudden I had a house that was
broken that I had paid all this money for all the money I had and a lot more and
I had no my way of paying for it the the renovation so I
I did what everyone should do. I just call my friends and asked them if they could work for free for six months and
they amazingly said yes and
well didn't tell them about six months, but they
They you know, you have to build up to something like that. You can't just
spring that on someone
he just did one day at a time and
Then they're sort of on the hook and they can't leave
But I
Worked on that
house for six months and it really taught me a lot about
Teamwork and sort of camaraderie and about how if everyone comes together
We you know, a lot of things can be done
We had a lot of amateurs, but we also had a few friends that had done things in the past
Then we had people that were maybe more traditionally there will be
carpenters but they would be helping out with the painting or the electricity and
That brings me to the the value. This was a little loose
the connection to the story is a little loose, but you know, I'm hoping you won't notice the
Thing that I took away from that is
If everyone sees it as their job that the whole project is a success
The project will be a success if people just focus on
their
Area of expertise but in the project it won't work
So the only way that a project that when it works is if everyone comes together
Everyone is responsible for the end output. Yes. Everyone has a role in it, but they're also responsible for
you know the developer is responsible for the design designer is responsible for the copywriting and
And so on and I'm sort of technically responsible for everything
and so when we work together on projects, we really want to try and bring everyone together to make sure that everyone is
Good
I'm frozen to
Sorry, I'm gonna go back see that works. It's a nice video cost a lot of money
Okay, let's see if this place so
As I was saying we want to try and make sure that people come together
That they collaborate that they bring their shared knowledge to create something
that's a lot better and bigger than they could create on their own and
Again if the developer is responsible for the
Co responsible let's say for the coffee they were supposed to speak up if something is, you know something we write doesn't make any sense
if the designer is also thinking about
everything from the brand to the development doing the QA doing the production design we all hopefully
ultimately
There they go
I
Think there was like 20 different shots. This is not like a live stream from the office
Just so the way the marketing works is he kind of create a fake thing and then you
Try and make that work. So that was that we
Had like that was choreographed
Yeah
So 2012, I think this is the last story and I have 8 more minutes so I don't know what to say
Do I have I
Don't know if I have to stay here for 8 minutes
The so in 2012, I
Know shit. This is actually not the last story
There's two more stories, okay, I think I got this. Okay, so I might be actually low on time. Okay, so
The in in in 2012 I was living in
in Tokyo
As you will remember for the previous story and I
I had recently stopped drinking. I was really seriously full-blown alcoholic for about five years and like everything else. I did that really well and
So I got drunk every day
Pretty much yeah every day and and then I stopped that I moved to Tokyo
Obviously and
I
have been working a lot with I was freelancing and I was working a lot with an agency called upper quad and they
And filled the owner of upper quad, I think Phil is here
Phil
Feels great
Phil gave me a lot of opportunities and helped me
Tremendously he gave me the opportunity to work on this project called soundtrack or Google was
at the time one of upper quads biggest clients and I still is I think and they that came to offer quad and they
They asked them to help with site with this very vague idea
They want to create something called a Santa tracker where you could on from Christmas. You were a kid you would
see where Santa was and
I don't know this tele sign is actually not real and and so this is all kind of made up but
Again marketing and and
but we
We came up with this idea. Yes, I'm 24th. You can follow Santa but that's there's not a lot of
Things to go from there. There's a map
There's a pin and then there's like flying Santa and you know
What can you do? And so we we built up a create an idea of?
for Santa tracker, which was
Let's say that it's a village people can come there every day. There is an advent calendar. You can open up a new experience and
And it'll be great and it actually was and it was the first sort of time that I had us
I had this epiphany that yes, I can just
As a part of a team
Really influenced something by going above and beyond we we had a brief that called for one thing we gave him that but we also
Gave him something a lot bigger which became a Santa tracker which ties to this next volume, which is bring the chocolate
this comes from a an employee we have or had
Was called Robin it was not that Robin over there. It's another Robin better Robin and he
He was have this saying where he would say if someone asks you for a cup of coffee, you should bring the chocolate
Both literally, but also I think it's a metaphor you see and
You someone asked you for a cup of coffee first of all ask yourself, you know, it's not my job, but if it is
Maybe bring them a cup of coffee and give them something extra give him a piece of chocolate something that that
Enhances the experience that they were expecting and
I don't know we try and do that both. Literally we actually made some chocolates that we give to clients
And to people mostly the packaging is good. The chocolate doesn't taste that great
But
It's more the idea that counts
And and it applies to how we work on projects as well. We want to be able to
work with a client
Serve and fulfill their actual need
Keep in mind in the metaphor
that's the coffee and then we give them something else the chocolate which is something that they weren't expecting something that is this is
It's better something that makes serve
Their project a bigger success makes
Whatever it is
So that's how that works. Anyway last story and now I have three minutes. I was four o'clock pretty fast and
1988
In 1988, I was 11 years old I
I was going away for the first time
Abroad I had been to Denmark before
And no offense to Denmark, but you know, you know, it's Denmark. So I I
My parents had split up I was living with my my dad and my stepmom and they had decided to go to
Disneyland in Florida and
Which you know as an 11 year old is just like marriage especially especially if you've never really been in or you know
except for Denmark and
And it was amazing we went there I was a group trip it was
You know a lot of different families, so I had a lot of fun. I had a crush on a girl I
Went to Disneyland. I went to the water theme parks. It was just the most amazing time
and then I flew back and I I was so excited to go and tell my mom that
about all these things and I was you know, I had a tan and everything which which was amazing and I
Had these photos I want to show and I came home and was early morning. We landed really early
And I was preparing this story that I would tell my mom. I would call her and I say
You know we missed the flight or something gave her some excuse and say, you know
I didn't make it but she only lived a few blocks away
So I was gonna then go over to her place
And surprise her and as I was doing this and get it ready
my dad called me in and he was who's sitting in the in the living room drinking tea and
yeah, you know he sat me down and he hugged me and he told me that a
few days before
there have been man that had
Was
On leave from he had some issues so I call
With his his mind. He got drunk. He stole a car that was running somewhere
and he hit my mom and she had died and
it was awful, obviously and
it it kind of wrecked me for a long time and it still does but I
keep thinking about that moment for myself and and for my kids and for every one of
You know, ultimately we're all going to die sorry, but
We can use that in two different ways
We can either say you know
That's a bummer which it is or we can say let's make the best use of our time that we have here
And at the company at one. Oh that means
We want to enjoy our work. We want to enjoy the people we work with we want to
Form and create real relationships. We want to look back on the time and so you know that all saying like
You know when you're on your deathbed nobody wants to work
I've spent more time at the office. We actually want that
We want people to look back and say we should spend more time at the office
Those were kind of the best years of my life
And not in a sad way because it was you know, it was just pretty great I have four more seconds
so
Thanks, everyone
I
I want to leave
On a high note. So this is my favorite song
We're hiring in case you want a job
We made this thing it's called the interview, it's really great. Thank you and have fun today
Yeah, if you want to do a standing ovation that's
Thank you
