Hố Đen Quái Vật Lớn Gấp 100.000 Lần Mặt Trời I Khoa Học Huyền Bí - Duration: 2:24.

Hey, it's Mike Chen.

Really interesting news this week,

we talk about black holes a lot on this channel

and if you don't know a black hole is a phenomenon in space

where a lot of matter is squeezed into a tiny space

and where gravity is so strong

that light can't even get out and that is why, well, we can't really see them.

Now black holes can be big or small

but according to a study published in Nature Astronomy.

Scientists led by Tomoharu Oka from Keio University, Japan

believe they have discovered a massive black hole

about 100,000 times the size of our sun

near the center of the Milky Way,

and supposedly it's hid in within a huge cloud of molecular gas.

And researchers believe that it could be an Intermediate-mass black hole (IMBHs)

which is the missing link in the development of supermassive black holes.

Of course, evidence of IMBH has never been found

which would make this discovery pretty remarkable.

Now according to the report,

scientists found a very strange looking molecular cloud in the middle of the milky way

and the cloud showcased a wide range of movements never seen before

and these properties could be explained by a gravitational kick

caused by an "invisible compact object with a mass of about 100 solar masses."

Then using some models and simulations,

researchers think it could be an IMBH

and if that turns out to be true,

it would be the second biggest one in a milky way

with the largest being Sagittarius A.

And as researchers continued to study the cloud,

radio waves were found that resembled Sagittarius A.

The similarities could indicate the existence of a mid-sized black hole

Astronomers believe that the black hole could have formed

after a former core of a dwarf galaxy was absorbed by the Milky Way.

And i f the discovery is confirmed,

it would support the theory that galaxies grow by sort of "cannibalizing their smaller neighbors,"

According to the study:

"It is widely accepted that black holes with masses greater than a million solar masses

lurk at the centers of massive galaxies,"

"The origins of such supermassive black holes remain unknown."

"Theoretical studies have predicted that 100 million to 1 billion black holes

should exist in the Milky Way,

although only 60 or so have been identified through observations so far,"

Basically, if the study is confirmed and astronomers did indeed find an IMBH

it would help us immensely in our understanding of supermassive black homes

that are not just 100k but billions of times bigger than the sun.

And black holes are really interesting because we really don't know much about them.

But one thing we do know is that,

well, it makes time travel possible.

Anyway, I'll keep you guys updated on this story.

Thank you all so much for watching, see you later.

Herman Cain Reveals The Actual Reason Behind ABC's Cancellation Of Roseanne - Duration: 2:07.

Herman Cain Reveals The Actual Reason Behind ABC's Cancellation Of Roseanne.

On Tuesday, ABC shocked the nation when they decided to cancel Roseanne following controversial

tweets made by the actress directed at Valerie Jarrett.

Roseanne soon apologized after making the remarks and even said she was going to quit

Twitter.

But this was not enough to sway ABC from letting her go.

As the news broke about Roseanne, Herman Cain just so happened to be making an appearance

on FOX News and was questioned about the matter.

And although Cain believes the comment made by Roseanne was "racist" and "distasteful,"

he also said she "vehemently apologized."

And this should have been taken into consideration.

However, Cain hinted that the writing has been on the wall for some time that the show

would eventually be cancelled, and he offered an explanation for his thoughts as to what

is actually behind ABC's bold move to cancel despite an immediate apology.

Cain agreed that Roseanne's comments were out of line, but he thinks ABC has been waiting

for her to screw up.

Cain said:

"Even though the show was a ratings success, I believe forces within ABC didn't like

the fact that her conservative defense of certain things was so popular and getting

such ratings.

Cain brings up some interesting points that are sure to add to the current national debate

that is underway on whether or not ABC was right or wrong in their decision to get rid

of Roseanne.

Some argue that Roseanne had it coming as her remarks were clearly racist.

While others have argued that although nasty remarks, Roseanne was exercising her free

speech.

And ABC shows double standards, since many of the stars on their programs often make

derogatory remarks towards the President and his wife Melania without any apologies issued.

EP068: How to Find the "Meta-Metaphors" Big Enough to Hold Your Big Idea - Duration: 6:40.

- I get it that you have to take on faith

the fact that you have a Red Thread,

organizations have a Red Thread,

all ideas have a Red Thread.

Why do you have to take it on faith?

Because you can't see it.

If there were an actual Red Thread,

it would be a lot easier to find, would it not?

And yet there's something powerful

in the metaphor of the Red Thread,

in this thing that connects how we see the world

with what we do in it.

There's power in that metaphor

because there's power in metaphors.

And sometimes, when you're trying to figure out

how to get other people to see your big idea,

we have to find a metaphor that's as big as your idea is.

I call that the Meta Metaphor.

And that's what we're talking about this week

on Find the Red Thread.

I'm your host, Tamsen Webster of www.tamsenwebster.com.

(minimalist upbeat guitar)

In his great TED Talk on the subject,

James Geary says that we use metaphors

six times every minute.

They're everywhere in conversation that we use.

We say, "That's going over the line,"

or, "I'll touch base with you on that,"

or, "I'm putting a stake in the ground."

Each of those times, we are taking one concept

and marrying it to another one

to help somebody else understand.

And that's the reason metaphors are so prevalent,

because they're so powerful.

They are a way to create

an instantly shared view of the world.

And if we're talking about

getting other people to see our ideas,

to see the world the way we do

so that they will do something different,

that ability to create an instantly shared world view

is incredibly important.

Now, it doesn't mean

that they're always going to adopt that world view,

but by being able to give someone

a mentally physical concept, if that's possible.

It helps them understand

and map over many, many other concepts

into your idea very, very quickly.

So when we say, "I'm putting a stake in the ground,"

you get a sense of all the other things that that means.

It means that I'm doing something sharp and decisive,

and I'm putting it somewhere

where it's unlikely to move, right?

And instead of saying that,

"I'm about to make a sharp, decisive decision

and I'm not going to move on it,"

we can just say, "I'm putting a stake in the ground."

Now, for tiny concepts, we obviously use this all the time,

but we can also use metaphors to capture big concepts,

concepts big enough for even the sub-concepts

of our idea to fit into.

The best example, off the top of my head,

is of course the one that I use, and that's the Red Thread.

The Red Thread is very simple in its concept.

It's a piece of red thread,

but the origin story that it comes from

has all the components that I'm looking for

to explain all the things that the Red Thread does.

So when I describe the red thread as a way to connect

how you see with what you do,

I'm able to directly connect it back

to the story of Theseus and the Minotaur,

in the fact that he needed a way to see where he was,

see how he was moving through the maze

in order to do the thing that he needed to do.

But that origin story also has components

for sub-concepts within the Red Thread method.

For instance, the Problem Statement,

that problem of perspective

where we're trying to find the thing

that people are focusing on

to the exclusion of something else.

Well, the fact that people kept focusing

on killing the Minotaur and forgetting

that they needed to get out of the maze,

is one of those sub-concepts that that "Meta-Metaphor"

can put into place.

So how can you find a Meta-Metaphor?

Well, there's two ways, really.

One is to find metaphors that speak to you

and then match the ideas that match that to it.

It's in fact what happened with the Red Thread.

I knew about the idea and about the origin story,

and then I also had my method

for helping people clarify ideas,

and over dinner one night with a group of friends,

I was thinking, you know I really should name this process.

And then I told them about this idea,

this metaphor that I loved and they're like,

"Why don't you call it that?"

And then the Red Thread was born.

The other way, of course, is to start with the idea

and then go looking for the idea

that the metaphor that matches it.

Now that had become instantaneously with the Red Thread,

but really I already knew about the Red Thread.

A lot of times when I'm working with clients,

this is what we're doing.

They're coming in with ideas and we're trying

to find ways to encapsulate that metaphor

in something that makes it

make even more sense to other people.

So we've used things like

the properties of sound as a Meta-Metaphor.

We've used the ocean as a Meta-Metaphor

where there's different pieces of eco-systems and waves,

all these different elements of the ocean

also mapped back to their idea.

We've also used, similar to the Red Thread,

stories that people may or may not know.

I have one client that used

Shackleton's Antarctic expedition

as a way to include all the different concepts

of their big idea.

But the power of that Meta-Metaphor,

even if you don't ever use it with an audience,

is that it helps you understand your idea better

because it gives shape to the idea,

it allows you to give dimension physically in your mind

to this amorphous, ephemeral thing.

But, remember that's where the power comes in.

So, when you're trying to figure out

how do I get other people to really see my big idea,

think of the fact and whether or not

there's something else that they already see

or already think about that matches it perfectly.

I'll bet you'll find something,

because there's usually a perfect Meta-Metaphor out there.

Jeep Wrangler RedRock 4x4 Cold Air Intake Kit - Black Wrinkle (2012-2018 3.6L JK) Review & Install - Duration: 13:55.

This RedRock 4x4 Cold Air Intake Kit in wrinkle black is for those of you that have a 2012

to 2018 JK that has a 3.6 liter engine and are looking for a way to get a little bit

more throttle response, a little bit more noise from underneath the hood of your Jeep

and additional MPG or two.

This is going to be something that will install very easily into your Jeep.

Definitely a one-out-of-three-wrench install, and we'll talk a little bit more about that

in just a second.

So, a cool air intake, in general, will give you some more power, but it really depends

on the engine and if the intake is really a choking point or not.

On your Jeep with the 3.6 liter engine, the intake is not really a point of restriction,

so by opening it up and adding a cool air intake, you're gonna get a little bit of a

cooler air charge, but you're not going to get a ton more air and because you're not

adding a tune with this cold air intake, I wouldn't expect to notice a ton of additional

power.

A little more throttle response, a little bit more sound from underneath the hood and

maybe an MPG or two is what you should be expecting from this.

This is also going to give you a reusable conical filter, which is going to be nice

especially if you do any wheeling in some dry and dusty areas.

You can clean out the air filter, pop it back on again instead of having to change it out.

Now, that is one very important note to make about any cold air intake in general.

If you are somebody who does a lot of wheeling in wet areas, you do a lot of water crossings,

I would not recommend a cold air intake.

This is going to delete your factory air box which can also help to keep some water out

of the engine and this will make it a little bit easier to suck water in if you are doing

some deep water crossing.

So, you do wanna be a little bit careful with that.

In the world of cold air intakes, this one is priced very appropriately.

I think some of the other ones that are basically the same thing.

You're getting a tube, a filter, and a little bit of a shield that are a lot more expensive,

you just don't really know what you're paying for.

Here, I think you're still getting something high-quality, looks good, works well, and

it's gonna be less expensive than some of those other options.

So for construction, you are getting the tube.

Again, this is covered in the wrinkle black coating.

You have your spot for your sensor here.

No need to drill any type of holes.

You are getting that conical filter that is washable and reusable.

And over here, you're getting a shield and that's designed to keep you from pulling the

warm air that's already underneath the hood of your Jeep and instead pulling the colder

air from the outside of your Jeep.

Now, this isn't perfect.

This isn't a fully enclosed air box with just one intake that's down in the fender or right

in the grille, so you're still gonna get a little bit of a mix of warm and cool air,

but it is designed to give you a cooler charge than you would get from that factory air intake

system.

This Cold Air Intake Kit comes in right around $150 and like I said, I think that's gonna

be a good deal for you.

If you want one of those fully enclosed systems, they're of course gonna be more expensive,

there's more material there, more parts, more cost.

There are also some that have a couple other different little features built in here or

there, different things to let you know if your filter is getting dirty, those types

of things.

And those are all going to add cost.

This is going to be a much simpler cold air intake system that's still gonna do the job

while saving you some money.

Now, a member of the install team will show you how to get this bolted up to your JK.

We'll begin by removing the PCV hose and then we're gonna disconnect the IAT sensor down

here and just squeeze on that, and then it'll unplug.

Next, we're gonna loosen up the clamp that holds the intake tube to the throttle body.

Next, using a 10-millimeter socket, we're gonna remove these two bolts.

Next, we're gonna remove the whole air intake and airbox set up.

You can do this by just prying up on it removing the whole assembly.

First step to this install, we're gonna assemble part of the heat shield.

You're gonna take this bottom piece with this cutout and we're gonna place this cut out

on that one.

This piece is gonna inside of this.

Now, they provide you with six Allen headed screws.

We're gonna install those through the outside like this and then we're gonna place a washer

and a nut on there.

So now that we have all six of the screws in, we're gonna go around and tighten those

up.

The Allen head is a 3-millimeter and the nut is a 7-millimeter.

So now that we have our box assembled, we are ready to install it into the vehicle.

We're gonna take the two long bolts provided.

We're gonna insert them through these two holes.

After we do that, each one is gonna get a spacer.

These two bolts are gonna go through these two mounting points for the factory air box.

So, we wanna lower this down in there, make sure that our spacers don't fall off.

So now that we have that in, we're gonna go ahead and remove one of these screws from

the radiator.

So, we're going to remove this screw here in the top side of the fan.

You're gonna use an 8-millimeter socket to remove that.

Once we have that out, we're gonna save that and we'll assemble our box.

That screw is gonna go back in through a hole on the side of this and into there.

So, for the two bolts that we inserted with the spacers, you will need to go in through

the wheel well and install a washer and a nut.

So, we're gonna go ahead and do that.

So, that screw that we saved that was an 8-millimeter, we're gonna go ahead and insert that through

the heat shield and back into the fan shroud.

Once that's in, we can go ahead and tighten it up using our 8-millimeter.

Once we have that tight, we're gonna switch to our 10-millimeter and we're gonna go ahead

and tighten these two lower bolts down here.

Next, we're gonna take our supplied rubber gaskets, we're gonna install them onto the

heat shield.

First, we're gonna take the larger of the two and we're gonna place that on the top.

Next, we're gonna take the smaller of the two gaskets, we're gonna install that inside

the intake tube hole.

Then, we're just gonna trim this excess off.

Next, we're gonna take the IAT sensor out of the factory intake.

We're gonna install it in our aftermarket one.

We're gonna note the position.

To remove it out of the factory, we're gonna need to turn it counter clockwise and it's

gonna have to come over a little lock.

So, we're just gonna turn it a quarter turn then we'll wiggle it out and then we're gonna

put it in our aftermarket one in the same direction.

So if you just wiggle it back and forth, press it in, you can get it in there.

Note the orientation.

Now, that we have this installed, we're ready to install it in the car.

So, it's a little bit of a tight fit, we decided to get this on the throttle body first.

We're gonna install one of our clamps.

Loosen it up a little bit.

You have to slide it up and over.

Spin it a little bit, so it's out of the way.

Now, we can slide our other clamp on.

Slide our intake tube into the heat shield and then we can slide our tube into that coupler.

Once we get that in, we can tighten our clamp up.

So, the next step, we're gonna install the filter with the supplied clamp.

We're just gonna slide that onto the end of the intake.

Once we get it on, we're gonna tighten that clamp up with a flathead screwdriver.

Next, we're gonna reinstall the PCV hose and place one of our clamps on there.

Slide that on, tighten it up.

Place our other clamp on the other side.

Slide that onto the tube.

Next, we're gonna use our supplied hold downs to hold the coolant overflow line.

So, we're gonna slide that line into there and then we're gonna reuse these bolts that

we removed at the beginning.

And the last thing, we're gonna plug in the IAT sensor.

So, if you're looking for an inexpensive and easy to install cold air intake for your JK,

I would definitely recommend this option from RedRock 4x4, and you can find it right here

at extremeterrain.com.
