In this video, we are going to demonstrate how you can use DMS Capture with Linkedin
to generate a lead list that that contains 1000 targeted leads, and to do this, it's only
going to take us a few minutes.
Because of DMS Capture's enrichments capabilities, that lead list we will generate will include
direct dial phone numbers, a verified email address and a variety of other valuable contact
and firmographic data points, for each and every lead or contact in that list.
Next, we will demonstrate DMS Capture's duplicate prevention and data appending capabilities,
when we Export that lead list into our Salesforce or preferred CRM while ensuring that no duplicate
records are created and because DMS Capture requires minimal training you will be able
to do everything I just described in a few minutes after watching this video
Lets get into it.
I broke this work flow it down into 5 steps
Step 1 - Generate a Targeted Search on LinkedIn
Step 2 - Capture Records from Targeted Search using DMS Capture
Step 3 - Use DMS Captures Webcrawling function to Enrich Records
with phone numbers, emails addresses, and other firmographic and contact
data points.
Step 4 - Prepare your Export by Ensuring the Prevention of Duplicate records
Step 5 - Export the captured records directly into Salesforce or into a CSV file which you
can then import into your preferred CRM.
Now that we've reviewed these steps, we can dive into a more detailed demo starting
with Step 1
Step 1, we use LinkedIn to create a targeted search.
Let's say we want to find all the VP's of Sales in the Greater New York City Area.
I plug in that information and I select search,
boom I could see that we pulled back
20,000 contacts and we could see that LinkedIn Navigator 25 contacts are listed per page.
If you'd like to make a more targeted search, you have the option to do so, but for now
lets just check off step 1 and move on to step 2.
In step 2, I'm going to open DMS Capture to Capture that first page of the records
from the Linkedin Search.
So I'll open my capture chrome extension in a new chrome window, then I'll divide my
screen into to a split view between the capture tab and my LinkedIn to see both windows.
Now, on the capture window I just have to Click Capture, and all 25 contacts from Page
1 of the linkedin tab will be pulled into the DMS Capture tab.
To further expand this list, all I have to is load is the next page of contacts the on Linkedin
search tab and then Capture those contacts.
And now this list has expanded from 25 contacts to 50 contacts.
I can continue to expand my list by capturing the next pages of the linkedin Search, but
we'll stop at at 50 for this demo.
Now that we've captured the contacts from my LinkedIn Search I can move on to step 3.
In step 3, I'll Enrich all the captured contacts.
I can enrich 1 record at a time by selecting the enrichment button attached to each individual
contact or I an enrich them all at once, by choosing the "select all 'option and then
toggling the enrichment button.
The enrichment button triggers a real time web crawl on the internet and multiple databases.
Now that the web crawl has finished, I can see all that we have enriched all the captured
contacts.
This means that the enriched contacts will now include includes an email, which is verified,
a phone number, and multiple points of contact across social networks.
We also extracted firmographics on the contact's company, such as company location and company
size
Now that we have enriched our captured contacts we can move on from step 3 to step 4 where
we will prepare for export
This is preparation is simple, as Capture has already flagged all potential duplicate
records.
So here I see a record that is flagged - I click this merge records button right here,
which opens up a window that allows me to select which information I'd like to merge
into the Master Record, the master record is the surviving record between the duplicates
that will exist in our salesforce.
In this column here I can see the data on the record that already exists in my salesforce,
and in this column I can see the data that has been captured.
The merge preview column displays what data points will be attached to the master record
when I export into my CRM.
The data point that is blue is the data point selected to appear in the merge preview column
and thus the data point that will be revealed in the master record.
If both points in the same row are blue, that means that specific data point on the new
and existing record are a match.
In this example, I see that the captured phone number is different from the existing phone
number, so I'll select the new Captured phone number to appear in the master record.
Capture also has an option that will allow me append both data points for each captured
record.
Once I select that information I then selected update.
Now that I have properly prepared my export to ensure that it will be free of duplicates,
I can move on to step 5, where I will export these records into my Salesforce by choosing
the select all option, and then export the captured records into my Salesforce.I could
also export by creating a CSV file which I can export into other CRMs.
Here's a preview of what that CSV file looks like.
This workflow is used by many of our customers who have been able to impressively to scale
their businesses by boosting lead generation
