Top Democrat And Hillary Associate Busted In Massive Scandal – Forking Out Over $27,000 In Taxpayer - Duration: 5:13.Top Democrat And Hillary Associate Busted In Massive Scandal – Forking Out Over $27,000
In Taxpayer Money.
The adage of you can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep could not be more
accurate, especially when dealing with the Clintons.
It appears that every time there is a scandal that emerges from Washington D.C., it somehow
is connected to the Clintons and their friends.
Over the last few weeks, the American people have been inundated with claims of sexual
harassment from Hollywood actors to top politicians and each one is worse than the last.
Now, another massive scandal has been discovered that involves a top Hillary Clinton associate
and a truckload of taxpayer dollars used to keep it all quiet.
In the 40 years that the Clintons have been in the political spotlight, they have made
a lot of friends along the way.
However, the Clintons were not too careful when choosing the company they kept and after
all these years those choices are coming back to haunt them.
The majority of the Clinton families associates, friends, and co-workers have turned out to
be felons, thieves, crooked politicians, and underage sex offenders.
For instance, their good friend Webster Hubbell, plead guilty to stealing at least $394,000
from his Arkansas law partners and more than a dozen clients, including the U.S. government,
and eventually went to prison.
Then there was Hassan Nemazee who served as Hillary Clinton's national finance director
during her 2008 presidential bid, gathering as many donations to help her campaign as
possible.
Nemazee also served as a foreign policy adviser and helped raise money for Bill Clinton's
legal defense fund and the Clinton Foundation.
And, just as you suspected Nemazee was caught stealing millions of dollars to purchase property
in New York and was sentenced to 12 years in prison where he still sits today.
Of course, the list could go on, but you get the point, right?
So, it comes as no surprise that another top Clinton associate would be caught up to no
good and this one will be hard for Hillary to explain away.
Here is more from Your News Wire:
A senior Democratic congressman silenced one of his sexual assault victims by paying her
$27,000 in taxpayer money, according to a new report.
Michigan Rep. John Conyers settled a wrongful dismissal complaint by bribing a former employee
with government money after she refused to "succumb to his sexual advances."
Former staffers describe Conyers as a serial sexual abuser who would prey on young female
staff, according to sworn affidavits.
Dailycaller.com reports:
BuzzFeed News first reported the bombshell allegations and accompanying settlement after
right-wing blogger Mike Cernovich provided the website with the documents.
One former female employee filed a complaint with the Congressional Office Of Compliance
in 2014, alleging that she was fired for rebuffing Conyers' sexual advances.
It was that employee who eventually received a $27,111.75 settlement in 2015, in exchange
for a confidentiality agreement.
The congressman did not admit to fault as part of the settlement agreement.
"In her complaint, the former employee said Conyers repeatedly asked her for sexual favors
and often asked her to join him in a hotel room.
On one occasion, she alleges that Conyers asked her to work out of his room for the
evening, but when she arrived the congressman started talking about his sexual desires,"
BuzzFeed reported.
"She alleged he then told her she needed to 'touch it,' in reference to his penis,
or find him a woman who would meet his sexual demands."
Conyers regularly made sexual advances on female staffers and would ask them for sexual
favors, according to the affidavits signed by his former staffers.
"Rep. Conyers strongly postulated that the performing of personal service or favors would
be looked upon favorably and lead to salary increases or promotions," one former employee
said in an affidavit.
He also allegedly abused taxpayer funds to shuttle in women with whom he had sexual relationships.
"One of my duties while working for Rep. Conyers was to keep a list of women that I
assumed he was having affairs with and call them at his request and, if necessary, have
them flown in using Congressional resources," one affidavit states.
Another staffer told BuzzFeed that Conyers, who is the longest-serving congressman, used
taxpayer funds to fly women in to see him.
The bombshell allegations come just days after it was revealed that the Congressional Office
Of Compliance spent $17 million of taxpayer funding on harassment settlements, including
for sexual harassment.
These allegations are serious and could land Conyers in prison for using taxpayer money
to silence victims that he sexually harassed.
The time has come for all these nasty individuals to be rooted out of Washington D.C. and replaced
with those who have morals and a sense of integrity.
President Trump was not kidding when he said it was time to drain the swamp and from the
looks of it, it may need a couple of more flushes.
What do you think about this?

Better Rhythms in Your Guitar Solos - Inspired by Jim Hall and Barney Kessel - Duration: 8:17.(jazz guitar playing)
- When we're practicing to improve our skills
as jazz guitar players.
We're probably spending most of our time on arpeggios
and hitting right notes at right time
and what scales go over what chords,
but really the most defining character of jazz is rhythm.
In this video, I'm going to go over an exercise
that's going to help you develop your rhythmic vocabulary.
If you wanna learn more about jazz guitar,
about improvising over changes
and analyzing chord progressions,
then subscribe to my channel.
If you wanna make sure not to miss anything,
then click the little bell notification icon
next to the subscribe button.
The idea behind this exercise
is to limit the amount of notes that we can play
over each of the chords.
Because if we only have a few notes available
then that's actually already forcing us to be
a little more interesting with the rhythm that we're playing
and it's also going to help
because if you only have a few notes
and you make sure that they are easy to play,
then it's easier to execute
whatever rhythm you can come up with.
The progression that I'm using in this video is a blues in G
and the three notes that I'm using on the G7
are B, D, and E.
And I'm taking these notes,
I don't wanna take an arpeggio
because really I want to have three notes,
I wanna have it so that it's easy to make melodies with them
and also it's really gonna be three notes so
I'm not gonna use other octaves either.
I'm just really gonna stick with the three notes
and try to see what you can come up with that
and then move those through the changes
so that I have material that I can use
and I can easily keep the rhythm idea going
even if the chord is changing.
So I'm starting with B, D, and E
here in the 9th and 7th fret.
And then I'm just gonna sort of voice lead that motif
through the changes
and try to come up with something that's really close
and really easy to play
and really in the neighborhood of what I'm already doing.
So that means that I'm using this for the G7,
for the C7, the only thing I need to change
is really just the B to a Bb so
and then back
and then I can go to G7 altered in bar 4
by using an Eb and an F
instead of the D and E.
Then we have C7 again
C sharp diminished
then back to G
For the E7,
a B, D, and then the b9, the F
For A minor, C, D, and E
and for D7 altered, C, Eb, and F
and then back to G
and then D7 altered at the end.
If I take those notes
and then play them through the progression
just as quarter notes, then I have this.
(Jazz Guitar Solo)
Of course you wanna check out this material
so that you can easily play it over the blues
and then start using it as a small three note scale
that you can improvise with.
You can also just get used to it by having
a static G7 vamp
and then just try out with the first three notes
and see if you...
(Jazz guitar playing)
And then just see what you come up with
and in that way try to improvise a little bit
and then try and take it
into the blues form with the other notes
and all the other possibilities that I just went over.
If you think about this way of playing
if you listen to some of the early Jim Hall
and also Barney Kessel
you will find that they do things like this really a lot.
It's kind of coming out of more sort of swing era phrasing.
So that can also be a place to start looking
if you check out some Lester Young, for instance.
But for me especially,
the Barney Kessel and the early Jim Hall
is really where I'm getting these kind of ideas from.
And it's crucial really for your phrasing
that you have more rhythmical ideas
than just playing eight notes all the time.
And it's also gonna help your eight note lines
because it's gonna help you play with some more
interesting accents within the eight note lines.
If you can hear and feel these rhythms when you're playing
even if you're playing it with four or eight notes.
Once you're a little bit more familiar
with the three note patterns,
which I don't think is gonna take you too long,
then you can try and improvise over the form.
And that could sound something like this.
(Rhythmic Jazz Guitar playing)
While that might sound a little simplistic to your ears,
you can still take that way of thinking over into
your lines when you're playing with a more normal vocabulary
and that could sound something like this.
(Jazz Guitar playing)
Another useful way to take this concept
and then learn some new rhythms
is to just take one rhythm
then find a melody that you can play with those three notes
that sounds kinda okay
and try and take that through the changes
so you can really hear how it sounds through the entire form
so if we take just a simple rhythm like...
And then if I move that already if I have
this rhythm, then I can move it to C7 like...
So if I do that through the form, it sounds like this.
(Rhythmic guitar playing)
And while you're taking out the rhythm like this
and just taking it through the form,
you can also easily transition into just using it
as a source of inspiration for
whatever other ideas that you get.
And if we take another rhythm,
so if I work with...
This, I'm just gonna start working with that one
through the blues and then along the way
I'm just gonna leave it more open
and try to see what other rhythms are here,
and that sounds like this...
(Jazz guitar rhythm solo playing)
Working with this really limits the amount of notes
and also making sure that you choose them
so that they're extremely easy to play
and that you can easily move through the changes.
This giving you a lot more time to focus on the rhythm
and to come up with some more interesting rhythmical ideas.
And I think that's a really nice concept
and also a nice exercise to work with because
we really do want to have interesting rhythms in our solo.
If we're just going to be playing from the one of one bar
to the one on the next bar with only eight notes
making sure to hit the chord tones
then the solos going to get really boring to listen to.
So you do want to have some rhythmical interest in there
and really you want to have them as accents or
as sort of more chopped up rhythms like we're playing here.
That's of course up to your taste.
Of course I'm also interested to hear
if you have an exercise that you use
when you want to develop some new interesting
rhythmical ideas or if there's a way
that you try to introduce this into your playing.
So if you have a good exercise for this,
then please leave a comment.
I think it's something that we all want to check out.
I know that I do at least.

Coco EASTER EGGS, Pixar Theory & Cameos You Missed! - Duration: 6:53.Pixar's beautiful new Day of the Dead animation Coco is full of easter eggs including teases
to Incredibles 2, Toy Story, and Finding Nemo.
Yippee-ki-yay, movie lovers, it's Jan here, and today I'm going to run through all the
Pixar easter eggs in Coco, some cool cameos you might have missed, plus I'm explaining
how Coco fits into the Pixar theory.
And I'm starting a new Disney Funko Pop giveaway on this video.
To enter, make sure you're a subscriber and leave a comment about Coco.
Towards the start of the movie, when Miguel runs through the streets of his hometown,
if you look very carefully, you'll notice some Pixar-themed piñatas on sale, including
Woody and Buzz Lightyear from the Toy Story movies and Mike from Monsters Inc.
Which is especially fitting as Coco director Lee Unkrich was also a director on two of
the Toy Story movies and Monsters, Inc.
The Pizza Planet truck made its first appearance back in 1995 in the very first Toy Story movie,
and if you love spotting Pixar's easter egg regular pop up in their films, then you'll
be glad to see it in Coco as it drives past Miguel's house playing music.
"No music!"
By the way, Pizza Planet is actually written in Spanish on this truck because, according
to director Lee Unkrich, the idea is that there's a Pizza Planet franchise in Mexico.
Continuing the Toy Story theme, one of the performers at the talent contest in the Land
of the Dead is wearing a skull T-shirt, just like Sid wore in the first and third Toy Story
movies.
Also in the Land of the Dead, you'll find the Luxo ball on a table in the background
when Dante and Frida Kahlo's monkey race around her workshop.
The Luxo ball appeared in Pixar's very first short film, Luxo Jr, together with two desk
lamps, one of which is still used in Pixar's logo.
And the Lucha Libre stand in Miguel's hometown has numerous wrestling masks on sale, one
of which has the same colour design as the Luxo ball as well as its star.
Fans of Finding Nemo and its sequel should keep their eyes open for the curious little
clownfish and his dad who pop up in a couple of places.
First, there are Nemo, Marlin, and Dory figurines on the alebrijes table in the town.
And I'm wondering if these figures could also be Destiny from Finding Dory and if these
could be Remy from Ratatouille?
By the way, there's also a little sculpture of the Coco character Pepita here, who turns
up later in the Land of the Dead.
And sneakily hidden among the marigolds on the Rivera family's ofrenda, there's another
Nemo.
He's really hard to see as his colour blends in with the flowers, but now you know where
he is, you should be able to spot him!
The A113 easter egg, which has appeared in every single Pixar movie to date, can be found
on the door of the Bureau of Family Grievances in the Land of the Dead.
The appearance of A113 in Pixar's films is an homage to the classroom at California Institute
of the Arts where many of Pixar's animators studied.
Pixar's films always include easter eggs for their next movie, which in the case of Coco
means Incredibles 2.
In the Land of the Dead, when Miguel and Héctor are on their way to the talent contest, you
need to look very carefully as, down one of the streets, there's a hard-to-spot Incredibles
poster.
You can see it when someone sets off a firework, which lights up the wall of a building where
the poster is.
Coco includes numerous cameos by icons of Mexican culture and history in the Land of
the Dead.
There's a funny moment in the queue to get into Ernesto de la Cruz's party where the
bouncer gets a selfie of his disembodied skull taken with El Santo.
El Santo was a legendary figure in Lucha Libre, or Mexican professional wrestling, and was
known as "el Enmascarado de Plata" because of the silver mask you can see him wearing
to the party in Coco.
The famous Mexican film stars Jorge Negrete and Pedro Infante also appear at de la Cruz's
party.
In fact, the character of Ernesto de la Cruz was actually partly inspired by Pedro Infante.
Mexico's renowned comic film actor Cantinflas appears later during a group sing-song with
de la Cruz.
Also in the group is the famed Mexican revolutionary Emiliano Zapata and the influential Mexican
actress and singer, María Félix.
The orchestra conductor at the big concert towards the end of the movie is a nod by Pixar's
animators to Michael Giacchino, who composed the score for Coco.
The concert's conductor wears a bowtie and top hat and his look reminded me of photos
like this one of Giacchino.
In real life, Frida Kahlo was a hugely important Mexican artist, and in Coco, she plays a suitably
significant and artistic role during Miguel's journey in the Land of the Dead.
Scattered around Kahlo's workshop in the film are references to some of her real paintings,
including her self-portraits and still life works with watermelons, papayas, and coconuts,
the Spanish word for which just happends to be 'coco'.
And Frida's alebrije monkey and her affinity with Miguel's dog Dante reflects the fact
that, in real life, Frida Kahlo had several pet monkeys as well as xolos, or Mexican hairless
dogs as they're also known.
John Ratzenberger, Pixar's good-luck charm, has voiced a character in all of Pixar's movies
so far, and in Coco he has a small role as the voice of Juan Ortodoncia.
The promo clip, Dante's Lunch, features a cool Cars easter egg via the Number 95 shoes
a little boy is wearing as Dante zooms past him.
In the main film, there's also a possible Lightning McQueen easter egg via the lightning
bolt on Miguel's T-shirt.
By the way, there are three different Coco easter eggs in Pixar's last movie, Cars 3,
and if you want to find those and all the others you missed in that movie, hit the link
at the end of this video or in the video description below.
Ok, what about the Pixar theory and how does Coco fit in?
For anyone who doesn't know, there are a number of Pixar theories around, but the best-known
one is by Jon Negroni who has suggested a unified timeline for all the Pixar films.
In Coco, we can see real-life Pizza Planet trucks driving around and Pixar characters
appearing in piñatas and alebrijes which does tie in with the theory that a shared
universe exists.
The Cars easter eggs though might be a little problematic as, if we assume Coco takes place
in the present day, then there's a potential timeline problem because, according to Negroni's
Pixar theory, the Cars movies don't take place until some time after 2110 and the events
of WALL-E. However, the Pixar theory posits that the
Cars characters where at one time driven by real human owners and when they later came
alive they inherited the characteristics of their previous human drivers.
Which means Lightning McQueen might have had a real human racing driver who was alive around
the time when Coco takes place, hence the Cars easter eggs.
So, what did you think of Coco?
And did you spot any other cool easter eggs?
Let me know in the comments below and don't forget to also subscribe for your chance to
win a Disney Funko Pop.
Congratulations to the winner of my recent Cars 3 giveaway, whose name is on screen now.
