Hi this is Vijaya & welcome to Vijaya's recipes

Today we'll make Mysore Masala Dosa

Which is very easy to make & it turned it out really tasty

So let's make Mysore Masala Dosa

To make Mysore Masala Dosa we've taken 1.5 Cup Rice

1/2 Cup Split Black Gram, 2 tbsp Bengal Gram

2 tbsp Tuvar Dal (Split Pigeon Peas) & 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

We've soaked all these ingredients for 8 hours or overnight

Further we've grind it and kept it aside to get fermented for 8 hours

Here we have prepared the batter

Butter

Salt to taste, 1tsp Sugar, Potato Curry to make Mysore Masala Dosa & Red Chutney for Mysore Masala Dosa

Adding Salt & Sugar into the Batter

Mix it well

Now we'll make Dosa with this batter

Turn on the flame and pour the ladle full of batter on the pan

Spread it evenly

Adding 1tsp Butter on it

Put 1 tsp Red Chutney

Spread it evenly

Put Potato Curry on it

Spread some Butter on the other side too

Here we have our Mysore Masala Dosa is ready and now we'll serve it into the plate

Our Mysore Masala Dosa is ready & we've served it with Coconut Chutney and Sambhar
