MICHELLE VISAGE:
It's Michelle Visage.
And welcome to another episode of "Whatcha Packin."
And today I have Eureka O'Hara.
EUREKA O'HARA: Wow.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Hi, Eureka.
EUREKA O'HARA: Hi, Michelle.
I'm just happy to be here.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Oh, yes, of course.
We were just kicking about how deflated
your outfits look back there.
EUREKA O'HARA: Yeah, I know just Macy's day parade the day
after.
MICHELLE VISAGE: We need to get some
plus size mannequins, girl.
Condragulations to you.
EUREKA O'HARA: Oh, my goodness.
It's so exciting.
MICHELLE VISAGE: I could tell when
you were up there, final four.
EUREKA O'HARA: Oh, my goodness, it was hard to hold it back.
You know, you just want to jump up and down.
You want to cry. You want to scream.
You want to--
MICHELLE VISAGE: I think you did all of that.
EUREKA O'HARA: I think I did too, actually, home run.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Yeah, yeah.
You kind of hit me in the soft spot
when you were talking about your mama
and what she's been going through
and how hard that's been.
Have you talked to her?
EUREKA O'HARA: I have.
And she's so excited.
She's talking again.
Her voice valve is finally working.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Because she is a throat cancer survivor.
EUREKA O'HARA: Yes, she's coming,
she's slowly coming into remission.
When I got a video on "Untucked,"
it was actually the first time I'd heard her talk in months.
And when I left, she wasn't able to say goodbye.
But I knew what she was saying to me kind of.
But just hearing it, that was the moment
that I was like, oh, no ma'am.
I've got to get in this game.
I know why I'm here, you know what I mean?
And it really turned me around. I needed it.
MICHELLE VISAGE: You know what?
You're a beautiful thing for her.
EUREKA O'HARA: Yeah, thank you.
MICHELLE VISAGE: For a mother to be that proud of her kid
doing this the way that you are.
EUREKA O'HARA: Thank you.
MICHELLE VISAGE: You were probably never that boy
that the world thinks a boy should be.
EUREKA O'HARA: Right.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And from the sounds of it,
your mom was the one who said, that's OK,
I love you for who you are.
You are extra special, extra amazing.
And a final four in RuPaul's Drag Race.
EUREKA O'HARA: I can't believe it.
MICHELLE VISAGE: You had a little bit of an advantage
and a little bit of a disadvantage.
EUREKA O'HARA: I definitely felt like I had a good chance,
but I had a lot of self-doubt, more than I even realized.
I remember wearing this cat suit here.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Uh huh, which is lovely.
EUREKA O'HARA: This two-toned-- lovely cat suit.
But the hair I wore with it, that wasn't Eureka.
That was hair that I thought you all
would be like, oh, this is something
new and different on Eureka.
This is a whole new best drag Eureka.
No, that's not who Eureka is, you know?
MICHELLE VISAGE: It's also not your best drag.
EUREKA O'HARA: Well, and I should have had the biggest
piece of hair in the world on because that's
what Eureka would have done.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Yeah.
EUREKA O'HARA: I could have made this cat suit my best drag,
if it was Eureka. MICHELLE VISAGE: Right.
EUREKA O'HARA: You know?
MICHELLE VISAGE: We have your Eureka look
for the finale, which wowed us.
EUREKA O'HARA: You loved it?
MICHELLE VISAGE: Oh, my god, it was amazing.
EUREKA O'HARA: Oh, I'm so glad. MICHELLE VISAGE: It was amazing.
EUREKA O'HARA: What I wanted to do
was I wanted to touch on the fact that when I left,
I said Eureka, you found out and you'll find it again.
And a lot of the fans were unclear on what that meant.
So I said, well, let me just spell it out for the world.
MICHELLE VISAGE: I love that.
Talk about this, one this prehistoric kind
of moment behind us.
EUREKA O'HARA: Yeah, so this is very inspired, very Flintstone.
And it's latex.
And it's just something fun and sexy.
That I try to push the boundaries with size
and fashion because I think you can show your different shapes
and sexiness and latex is something
you don't imagine a big old heifer like me rolling up in.
So why not wear it?
MICHELLE VISAGE: No, anybody can wear latex, honey.
But it's it's best, in my opinion,
if you're going to do that, to give a body, give us a figure.
EUREKA O'HARA: Yeah, of course.
MICHELLE VISAGE: So it makes sense.
EUREKA O'HARA: Shape it up.
MICHELLE VISAGE: So people can't say [bleep] about it.
EUREKA O'HARA: Right.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Right?
Because you were on season nine.
And you were very loved.
I had told you right from the beginning,
you got something special for me, kid, and I'm watching.
And I loved everything you did.
And then the tragic thing of having your knee surgery.
EUREKA O'HARA: Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And you had to leave, doctor's orders.
EUREKA O'HARA: Yeah, crazy.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And you've since had this surgery.
You came back.
And I called it an advantage and a disadvantage.
Because you knew what it was like.
You've been standing on that mainstage before.
You knew the kind of amount of time
that you have to get ready for a challenge or lack thereof.
EUREKA O'HARA: Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And there was that.
But the disadvantage is, you had too
much time to think about it.
EUREKA O'HARA: Exactly.
MICHELLE VISAGE: You had too much time to get in your head.
EUREKA O'HARA: So right.
MICHELLE VISAGE: You had too much time
to think, oh, I'm the [bleep].
They asked me back for a reason.
EUREKA O'HARA: Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: But you were there with a vengeance.
And I think it just needed to be [pssh pssh] knocked
down a little bit.
EUREKA O'HARA: I held on to so much
resentment from my experience with my knee and my--
MICHELLE VISAGE: Resentment?
EUREKA O'HARA: I do want to call it resentment to myself.
I resented my body, in a way.
I felt like when it happened that my body gave out on me,
that it was something I had done and that I ruined my chance,
you know?
So it took me a lot to get through
that emotional experience, through the healing
and things like that.
And I worked so hard to heal myself.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Are you being proactive
about making sure that things like this don't happen again?
EUREKA O'HARA: It weirdly made me a better person to myself.
It helped me take better care of myself.
Because now I am a little less on the overly eating.
And I do diet--
I don't diet as much probably could
or exercise as much as I could.
Because I'm still holding all this.
But I think I'm just built big.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Well, you're tall.
EUREKA O'HARA: I am tall.
MICHELLE VISAGE: How tall are you?
EUREKA O'HARA: I'm 64.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Yeah, that's frickin' tall.
That's RuPaul height.
EUREKA O'HARA: Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: You are not ever
going to be a waif, darling.
EUREKA O'HARA: Right, right.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And it's not about diet.
I think I love you the way you are.
You love you the way you are.
For health for that leg--
EUREKA O'HARA: You know, I listen to my body
more than I used to.
I was very careless with myself before.
And once you have something like that happen,
it reminds you, oh, well maybe those pains and those twitches
and things like that or when you feel
fluid coming in to your joints, pay attention to it.
I actually had some PTSD from my experience
where I was afraid to dance as hard as I used to because I
was worried about injuring.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Fair enough.
EUREKA O'HARA: And that lip sync with me and Cameron
was the moment that I let my guard down finally.
Because you all were telling me those things like
don't feed off of these nerves.
Like you're getting off on being nervous so
that you can do well.
Like, oh, I'm so nervous, I'm so nervous,
I have to fight through this.
But you can use love and other things to be able to--
MICHELLE VISAGE: Does that work for you?
Because that does not work for me.
I fight with him about this all the time.
EUREKA O'HARA: The love?
Yeah, before I knew I was going to be lip
syncing I was in "Untucked."
And I had a picture of my family.
And I was like, you know what?
I'm going to do this for you all.
I'm putting this in my cat suit.
I had it over my heart.
You have to prove for yourself.
You have to prove for as much love and appreciation
as they've had for me to tell me what
I need to fix and to even bring me back and all these things.
I need to deserve this is what I felt. So I
threw it all out there on the floor, you know?
And that brought me back to life and my dancing too.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Have you always danced?
EUREKA O'HARA: Dancing is why I started performing in a way.
When I was growing up, I always wanted to be a dancer.
I wanted to be a female dancer, to be particular.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Well, you can be.
There's still time for that.
EUREKA O'HARA: Well, now I can, yeah.
So when I found drag, I was like,
it was an outlet for me to dance and feel empowered.
And then also with my size, it became an empowerment for me.
MICHELLE VISAGE: I love that you're body positive, as am I.
And I represent for bigger girls too.
But don't make your life about that.
EUREKA O'HARA: Right.
You know, there are so many other things
that are fun about you.
It's not just because, oh, you're this big girl that's
funny and you talk about being fat
and it's so funny and this food and this and that.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Yeah, but you're funny anyway.
EUREKA O'HARA: Right.
And I needed to see that, you know,
that I can be funny by just smiling really big
and being who I am and being positive and fun.
And there's so many other things that are good about Eureka.
And I learned that in this season.
That's what was amazing for me.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Before we wrap this up,
I want to just touch a little briefly on the words,
the message you had for your younger self.
It was very impactful for me.
It was very beautiful.
EUREKA O'HARA: Thank you.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And I felt every word
that you were saying to David.
EUREKA O'HARA: I just had to be honest and vulnerable.
I had these speeches that I've probably prepared for months.
So I was like, oh, I know exactly what I need to say,
exactly what I need.
But that still rang true in my head where I was like,
no, you just need to be authentically yourself.
And I wanted to be open and honest with you, truly.
MICHELLE VISAGE: But that's what we fell in love with you about.
We fell in love with you in season
nine because of your honesty.
If we don't know who you are and we don't fall in love with you
or we don't cry with you, we don't laugh with you,
we don't really care. EUREKA O'HARA: Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: You want to root for somebody.
You cut it deep.
You let us in.
And we all fell in love.
EUREKA O'HARA: I'm so glad.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Yeah, and condragulations to you.
EUREKA O'HARA: Thank you very much, very much.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Top four, season 10, this was no season
to mess around, honey.
EUREKA O'HARA: Oh, honey, when I tell you--
MICHELLE VISAGE: These bitches came to slay.
EUREKA O'HARA: Girl, I have never worked so
hard for anything in my life.
And I'm so glad that I did it, honestly.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Well, this was just the beginning of what's
waiting out there for you.
I can't wait for people to see you perform.
I can't wait for you to do your shows, to do the tours.
I can't wait to perform with you.
EUREKA O'HARA: Yeah, I look forward to getting to know you.
I know you have so much to give.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Aw, same here and I know you do as well.
EUREKA O'HARA: You give so much.
MICHELLE VISAGE: It was just an incredible experience
to see you blossom. EUREKA O'HARA: Thank you.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And you really, really did, Eureka.
So I'm really, really proud of you.
EUREKA O'HARA: That means more than anything
you could even imagine, honestly.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Thank you guys for watching another episode
of "Whatcha Packin."
I will see you next time.
Bye.

Whatcha Packin': Kameron Michaels | Season 10 Episode 14 | RuPaul's Drag Race Season 10 - Duration: 8:58.
Hey, everybody!
It's Michelle Visage.
Welcome to another episode of "Whatcha Packin.'" And today,
all the way from Nashville, Tennessee, I have the one
and only Miss Kameron Michaels.
Hi.
Hi.
[dance music playing]
How are you?
I'm wonderful.
How are you?
Doing so good.
Are you doing so good?
I am. (CHUCKLING) I'm so good.
You've worked your ass off to get here, Kameron.
I have worked my ass off to get here.
Yeah, for sure.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Let's talk about that for a minute.
OK.
So you were in the bottom three times.
(CHUCKLING) I was.
But you ended up in the final four.
I did.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Are you proud of yourself?
It's crazy.
I'm so proud of myself.
You know, all the girls talked about whether we
expected to be there or not.
I really didn't.
And it's not that I wasn't confident, it's just,
I never expected that out of me.
And I knew that I was a fighter, but I didn't know
how much of a fighter I was.
MICHELLE VISAGE: The thing was, when I told you I didn't think
you'd be standing there either, it
wasn't doubting your ability.
KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah.
It was the--
I can sense you getting frustrated.
I can sense you getting pissed off.
[laughs]
MICHELLE VISAGE: I can sense all of that, which
is usually the kiss of death--
KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah? - --in this competition.
KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah.
Because you shut down even more.
And shutting down has been a struggle of yours--
- Yeah. - --in this competition.
I'm dying to find out who Kameron Michaels is.
Maybe we can do that today then.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Maybe we can. - Yeah.
Obviously, you've been through some stuff in your life.
I have.
You were raised in what state?
Tennessee.
- You were raised in Tennessee? - Mm-hmm.
Yeah. - But not Nashville?
No, no.
I moved to Nashville when I was 21.
From what part of Tennessee?
Columbia, Tennessee, was where I was-- where I grew up.
And it's about 45 minutes south of Nashville.
And I know that was really poignant what you
were talking about your father.
KAMERON MICHAELS: Yes.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And I know, having lost my mother--
I lost my mother when I was 30 years old-- it never goes away.
KAMERON MICHAELS: Mm-hmm.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And I know that at this point,
you probably realize that. KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: But I do believe
that some sort of entity, some sort of power of them
is with us at all times. KAMERON MICHAELS: I do--
I do too. Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: So that moment in particular
really touched me. KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: How is your relationship with mom?
It's amazing.
She is my biggest fan.
And even not having dad around, my mother loves me so much
that, even not having him, she makes up for it because she's
such an amazing woman.
And she's so strong.
I love her.
She's my favorite person.
Oh, I love that.
Where did the issue with guarding your emotions come up?
You think it had to do with being a young gay kid?
My shutting down is just a defense mechanism
from being younger and being bullied and being made fun of
and just wanting to hide in the shadows and not be seen.
And I think I still carry that with me sometimes.
And you know, a lot of what I do is,
I've said it before that my actions
speak louder than my words.
And I-- I don't like to talk about what I'm doing.
I just want to get out and do it.
And I think a lot of people confuse that for--
for me not being open emotionally.
And then, I'm not saying that I'm not, because I--
I do shut down emotionally.
You're adult enough.
You have a career.
You're a hairdresser back home. KAMERON MICHAELS: Mm-hmm.
I'm sure you have a huge client base.
KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah.
And it's going to be even bigger now.
KAMERON MICHAELS: [laughs]
MICHELLE VISAGE: And you make money doing drag.
And you do drag beautifully.
Thank you.
Don't confuse words with actions.
KAMERON MICHAELS: OK.
Because they are two different things.
KAMERON MICHAELS: Mm-hmm.
And I love that you're an action person.
Because, to me, I don't really give a [bleep] about words.
Yeah.
This has nothing to do with words.
This is me trying to pierce your soul
somehow and feel what you're feeling
and get what you're getting.
You will never, ever be made fun of or be taken advantage of
or treated the wrong way because you've
been honest with your emotions. Just remember that.
Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: You'll never, ever be ridiculed for that.
If somebody were to ridicule you-- you're a man.
KAMERON MICHAELS: [laughs]
You're 31 years old.
That does-- that has nothing to do with you.
Did you have a boyfriend?
I don't. MICHELLE VISAGE: So you're--
oh, girl.
You just said the wrong thing because--
[laughs]
--there has been chatter this whole season--
Oh no!
--about how hot you are as a-- as a boy.
Yeah, I don't.
- Really? - I don't.
I rarely date.
I-- I--
You rarely date, why?
KAMERON MICHAELS: I attach really easily,
and I fall in love very quickly.
And it scares a lot of people, I think.
Falling in love, or being needy?
Two different things.
Um, no-- I think I fall in love really quickly.
I immediately see things that I enjoy about a person and things
that I'm looking for in-- in a soul mate and a partner.
And when I see those things-- because I don't see
them often in people--
I immediately attach to that person
because I love those personality traits that I'm looking for.
And I think it scares people, or I don't know.
What could be wrong with that?
I don't know.
[laughs]
MICHELLE VISAGE: That's a beautiful attribute.
I've struggled with it.
So I've given up for a little while and concentrated on this.
You're allowed to give up. KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah.
You're allowed to concentrate on your career--
KAMERON MICHAELS: Mm-hmm.
--and your drag career and whatever.
But don't give up on love. - Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And don't ever change the way you are.
I don't-- I don't want to.
Because it's one of those things, like,
I will find that one person.
I just haven't found them yet. - Yeah, fair enough.
KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah. - And you're a hard worker.
And it sounds like you're working all the time.
Mm-hmm.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And now that you're
sitting here in the top four--
(INCREDULOUSLY) Yeah.
KAMERON MICHAELS: --100% your schedule is going to be booked.
Oh my god. It's going to be crazy.
How was this journey for you?
KAMERON MICHAELS: This journey was one of the most difficult,
but the most amazing things I've ever been through in my life.
It tests your courage.
It tests your strength.
And it tests your sanity--
for sure. MICHELLE VISAGE: Yeah.
KAMERON MICHAELS: And you find out a lot about yourself
that you did not know.
I found strengths and talents that I didn't know that I had
or that I questioned about myself.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Your singing.
My singing-- I had no clue.
I mean, I knew I could carry--
MICHELLE VISAGE: How do you not have a clue?
KAMERON MICHAELS: I mean, I sang when I was little,
but I never pursued it.
I never thought it was anything worth--
worth going farther with.
And I had people tell me that I wasn't a good singer,
that I wasn't a vocalist. So--
They lied to you.
I-- I just let them get to me, I guess.
And I didn't-- I didn't ever pursue that.
And maybe I should have.
[laughs]
MICHELLE VISAGE: You know, I think as we talk more,
what this is coming-- all coming down to is self-worth.
KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: That's what it's all coming down to.
KAMERON MICHAELS: Mm-hmm.
MICHELLE VISAGE: You know how beautiful you are,
in drag and out-- I hope.
Especially in drag, because you can tell that you love the way
you look. KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And you live for each look that you turn.
KAMERON MICHAELS: Mm-hmm.
MICHELLE VISAGE: I think what lies in there is just a really
sensitive, beautiful soul that doesn't feel like they're
worthy of a great relationship or worthy of fame or worthy of
success. [music building]
KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah. - We've got to stop that.
Yeah. (LAUGHING) I have to--
I have to get over that.
And it's getting better, I think.
Because it's a hurdle that can really stop you from really
spreading your wings. - Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Your beautiful feather wings.
KAMERON MICHAELS: My beautiful feather wings--
MICHELLE VISAGE: Yeah.
KAMERON MICHAELS: --that saved my ass.
MICHELLE VISAGE: Did you make all these costumes yourself?
KAMERON MICHAELS: I had a friend make
my glitterific look for me.
And then I had a designer back home make my final gown
and my feather gown for me.
And this one, actually, I think Frederick Lee was the designer
that this was inspired by.
I think it's almost a replica of that-- of that feather gown.
You know, for somebody who doesn't do right full-time,
there was a lot of thought and a lot
of money put into your looks.
There was a lot of money (CHUCKLING) in these looks.
MICHELLE VISAGE: So I was wondering how you funded it.
But you have a successful--
KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah. - You're hair stylist.
KAMERON MICHAELS: I'm a hair stylist.
So yeah, that helped fund my "Drag Race" career.
So tell me what you got out of this.
More self-confidence and finding more self worth.
And it may not be 100%, but it's more than when I got here.
And if I can take anything out of this competition,
it was believing in myself more than I ever did because I
constantly beat myself up.
And it's a good and a bad thing.
It's a bad thing because it's detrimental to me.
But it's a good thing because me second-guessing myself
and making myself want to work harder, it's humbling.
And it makes me know that I can always be better.
And I think that's, you know, me beating myself up,
is like, you're not the best--
keep working, keep working, keep working.
That's OK. KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah.
You're allowed to say that. KAMERON MICHAELS: Yeah.
But it's when you don't add the "keep working"
and you say you're not the best, you know--
it's that self-doubt. - Yeah.
There's always-- they're always going to be there.
- Mm-hmm. - You know.
But they're-- - Yeah.
Sometimes you have to push this one off--
- Yeah. - --and listen to the angel.
And I think the devil is on my shoulder when I'm behind this--
behind the scenes.
But I think every time I step on stage and the lights come up,
the angel is just always there.
And I get to shine.
And that's my favorite part.
What are you going to do to combat that now?
KAMERON MICHAELS: [sighs] I don't know.
I just feel like I need to knock this one off and send
her-- send her packing.
Because even though I have doubted it for a long time,
I am a star, and--
Hell yeah!
KAMERON MICHAELS: --I want to be a star.
And I need to just own it and stop second-guessing it.
And knowing that talking about it doesn't mean that I'm--
I'm bragging or I'm boasting.
I just-- I need to own it at this point.
Allow the world to love you.
Allow us in.
Because I love you.
I know Ru loves you.
Everybody watching loves you.
You're here in the top four.
You didn't get there by chance.
(CHUCKLING) No, I didn't.
All these beautiful costumes that we've--
you know, we've seen.
And you've turned looks.
And the ones that I didn't love, there was a reason for it.
Yeah.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And I think you understood it.
And at the end of the day, [bleep]
it, because you're in the top four, baby.
Yeah. I made it.
MICHELLE VISAGE: And I'm super proud of you.
Thank you so muck.
Thank you so much.
And thank you guys so much for watching another
episode of "Whatcha Packin.'" And I'll see you next time,
kids. Bye.

How to Download ANY Videos on iPhone/iPad from Internet? - Duration: 2:50.
Hello YouTube.
This is Praveen for TechEmpty.
In today's video, we are going to see how we can download videos to iPhone without using
iTunes.
Previously I did a video on the same topic and the website there was taken down due to
some copyright issues.
And this tutorial is working right now, and I can't assure you that this will stay long.
If this gets patched up, I may come up with a new video.
So, stay subscribed.
Without any further ado, let's get started.
First things first.
You can download videos from these list of services.
I'm not supposed to show you the procedure to get YouTube videos directly, but here I
will be using Vimeo video service.
You just replace the video URL with the youtube video URL and follow the same steps.
Also, if you would like to know the method to transfer videos from computer to iPhone
without iTunes, do check this video right here.
Now to download videos to iPhone, you need to get a free app called Documents by Readdle
from the Appstore.
Once you have this application on iPhone, open it and find the safari icon at the right
bottom corner.
To launch it swipe to the left and here open the website savefrom.net.
Now copy the video URL from any of the service of your choice like Vimeo, youtube, Instagram,
facebook, etc. and switch back to Documents app then paste the URL here by double tapping
and choose GO.
If you see any advertisement at this step, close it then check the preview of the video.

South Korean Red Cross selects 250 separated families to take part in upcoming reunion... - Duration: 0:33.
The two Koreas exchanged the list of people registered for the reunion of war torn families.
According to Yonhap News, a South Korean Red Cross official said a list of 250 from Seoul
was delivered earlier today,... and Pyongyang sent a list of 200.
The South's list was narrowed down from 500 candidates selected randomly.
It was shortened based on their health, and willingness to participate in the event.
The North will proceed to check if the relatives of those people are still alive as well as
their availability.
The reunions will be held at Mount Kumkang... from August 20th to the 26th.

Thai soccer team found alive in cave, now focus on how to rescue them - Duration: 2:05.
A youth football team that went missing in a cave in Thailand have been found.
Along with their coach, the boys survived nine days in the dark.
The real challenge now is rescueing them out, safely.
It's going to be a long process, involving food supplies, water pumps and diving lessons.
Kan Hyeong-woo zooms in on the complexity of the situation.
After 9 days of being trapped in a cave in Thailand, 12 boys and their football coach
have been found alive.
But the challenge now is how to get them out of the cave safely.
Thai military officials have said that it could take several months to get everyone
out of the cave complex, and they are preparing to deliver long-term food supplies to the
boys and their coach.
Although engineers have been pumping water out of the cave and a temporary respite from
the rains has helped lower water levels, heavy precipitation is expected in the coming days,...
which could hinder rescue efforts and extend the boys' time underground.
The option to bring them out through the submerged tunnels would be the quickest way but it is
also the most dangerous... as none of the boys can swim or dive.
Even professional divers need several hours to just get to the trapped group from the
entrance.
Drilling is another option to free the boys but to begin the process, new roads would
have to be built above the caves to bring in heavy drilling equipment.
Without knowing everything about the caves, the chance of digging a hole in a right place
for the rescue plan is considered very low.
So it is difficult to get the boys out of the caves as of now.
But Thai officials say that none of the trapped group are in a critical state.
"Yesterday we evaluated the health situation unofficially.
The majority of the kids are in the green.
There may be some kids with minor injuries so they may be at the yellow level . But we
can confirm that none of the kids are at the red level."
The boys, aged between 11 and 16, went missing with their football coach on June 23rd after
they tried to explore the Tham Luang cave complex in Chiang Rai.

Korea's consumer prices up 1.5 % in June - Duration: 1:57.
Consumer prices climbed one-point-five percent on-year in June, mainly driven by oil prices
In contrast, the cost of livestock and eggs took a dip.
Kim Hyesung help us look beyond the digits.
South Korea's consumer prices went up last month on the back of rising global oil prices.
According to Statistics Korea Tuesday, the consumer price index for June jumped one-point-five
percent on-year, the same pace as the previous month's on-year gain.
Prices of oil-related goods soared ten percent in June, the fastest on-year gain since April
2017, lifting up overall prices by more than zero-point-four percent.
Dubai crude, Korea's benchmark oil price, went up near 60 percent on-year to reach 73-point-4
U.S. dollars a barrel last month.
Transportation expenses also went up by over four percent-- the fastest on-year gain in
more than a year.
But still, the country's consumer price growth has stayed around the one percent level since
last October, mainly due to the slowing increases in agricultural goods prices, which went up
6-point-seven percent, a smaller increase than May's on-year gain of nine percent.
"Higher global oil prices have led to an increase in production costs, putting upward pressure
on industrial goods.
Average consumer price growth for the first half of this year is one-point-four percent,
lower than the government's target of two percent.
If not for the higher oil prices, it would be even lower than that, meaning demand-side
inflation and investment is still fairly low."
Livestock prices dropped by more than seven percent on-year, with egg prices falling 42
percent.
Service prices continued to go up, posting a one-point-six percent increase last month
on the back of rising restaurant and accommodation prices.
Core inflation which excludes oil and food prices went up 1-point-two percent.

Asiana flights delayed for third day due to problems with in-flight meals - Duration: 1:29.
A major air carrier in the nation is bombarded by complaints.
Flights have been delayed significantly, and some planes took off without meals to serve,
all because of catering issues Kim Mok-yeon has the full story.
For the third consecutive day, dozens of flights on Asiana Airlines have been delayed due to
problems with the supply of in-flight meals.
The delays continue, but in the first two days the airline says nearly 70 flights were
held up by more than an hour,... and more than 50 others had to depart with no meals
at all.
The problem started at Asiana's suppliers.
A fire broke out at the catering service used by the airline, a company called Gate Gourmet
Korea.
Asiana had only recently signed with Gate Gourmet... at the start of this year.
After the fire, to keep its meal supplies going, Asiana signed a temporary three-month
contract with a small company with only 68 employees.
Asiana needs some 25,000 meals a day.
But the small company was apparently overwhelmed, having previously handled only 3,000 meals
a day.
Asiana has insisted the supplier was up to the job, but had run into difficulties with
logistics and transport.
Asiana's CEO has posted a public apology on the firm's website, explaining that the airline
is working to normalize its in-flight meal service as soon as possible.
The carrier is currently providing a gift certificate worth up to about 45 U.S. dollars
to passengers who were not able to get their meals.

South Korean gov't lays out measures to tackle sexism and sexual assaults - Duration: 1:52.
The "Me Too" movement brought about a wave of change around the world, including Korea.
On this, the 23rd gender equality week, our Cha Sang-mi sheds light on the government's
plans designed to help eradicate sex crimes.
In the wake of the 'MeToo' movement that spread across Korea in late January, after public
prosecutor Seo Ji-hyeon revealed her experience of sexual harassment in the workplace, the
Korean government has taken action to try and prevent it with severe disciplinary measures.
President Moon during a cabinet meeting on Tuesday, asserted the need to eradicate sexism
and sexual assaults from Korean society and to create an equal and fair country.
He stressed that the task should not just be the responsibility of the Ministry of Gender
Equality and Family but needs the combined effort of all branches of government.
The Gender Equality Minister, Chung Hyun-back, said there are 19 regulations that need to
be legislated or revised.
The ministry said that running sexual harassment reporting centers, strengthening punishments,
and preventing secondary victimization in sexual crimes were critical when dealing with
the issue.
In the public sector, the concealment or belittling of sexual crimes will be met with severe punishments.
The government will provide thorough guidelines for each public department.
In private sector, labor supervision will be expanded and strengthened.
Protection and counseling for victims will continue after cases are resolved.
In the education sector, a new law will make the establishment of reporting and counseling
centers compulsory in universities and will distribute guidelines for dealing with sexual
crimes in schools.
Countermeasures will be reinforced within schools through strict punishments.
In the culture and arts sector, the government will support reporting and counseling and
will systematize sexual crime prevention.
The government will try to pass the 19 regulations at the National Assembly as soon as possible.

Pompeo to negotiate details of denuclearization in Pyongyang this week - Duration: 2:40.
America's top diplomat will travel to North Korea again.
It'll be his first trip to the regime since the landmark Pyongyang-Washington summit.
According to our Oh Soo-young, the secretary of state is likely to start talks with the
hermit kingdom's full declaration of its weapons facilities.
U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un this
week to specify the details of the regime's denuclearization.
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Monday confirmed his three-day
trip to Pyongyang.
"To continue the ongoing and important work of denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula,
Secretary Pompeo will be leaving for North Korea on July 5th to meet with the North Korean
leader and his team."
This will mark Pompeo's third visit to the regime this year,... and the first since the
historic June 12th summit between Kim Jong-un and President Trump in Singapore,... where
they agreed on the full denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
However, many have criticized the agreement for lacking specific details on the process.
Skepticism has further deepened amid U.S. media reports,... citing intelligence sources,
that the North does not intend to completely give up its nuclear weapons and technology.
Sanders refused to elaborate on the reports.
"In the last eight months you haven't seen missile launches, you haven't seen a nuclear
that you haven't seen the nuclear detonations.
And again, these conversations are continuing to evolve.
I'm not going to get into the details but I can tell you that progress continues to
be made."
According to a New York Times report, Pompeo's visit will likely focus on presenting a denuclearization
timeline, beginning with the North's declaration of all its weapons, missiles and production
facilities.
This, the report said, would be the first real test of the regime's commitment towards
abandoning its nuclear weapons.
Sanders on Monday expressed optimism,... backing National Security Advisor John Bolton's remarks
that the North's nuclear weapons program could be dismantled in a year, given the right conditions.
She said that working-level talks at Panmunjom between U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines
Sung Kim and North Korean officials on Sunday had gone well,... and that Pompeo would continue
the discussions.
According to the State Department, Pompeo will make a stop in Tokyo, after his talks
in Pyongyang,... to discuss the denuclearization issue with South Korean and Japanese officials.
South Korea's foreign ministry said Tuesday that Seoul, Washington and Tokyo are currently
working out a schedule for a trilateral meeting.
On whether Pompeo would stop by Seoul on his way to Tokyo,... the ministry said it does
not have any remarks at this point.

In this video I speak to the very smart very successful Dan from Clean Guru
He shares how he turned a business that was failing
A cleaning business where he was struggling to pay employees wages each month
Into a business that was turning over 2 million dollars per year
He's going to share with us the two marketing techniques that ensured growth in his company
And the 1 marketing techniques that ensured his cleaning customers came back to him
time and time again
If you want these easy to implement steps that you can use
Keep watching this great interview with Dan
Marketing tools
That win you more work
Digitool
Hello, today I am joined with Dan Liebrecht
Hey thank you for joining us Dan
Hi Daisy thank you for having me on today with you to talk to you
It's a pleasure
So, Dan is from Clean Guru
But before he got into this brilliant software
That's only for the cleaning industry
He had a cleaning business
Dan can you tell us a little bit more about how you got into the cleaning industry?
Well, certainly I can and thank you very much that was a very nice compliment I appreciate that
Yes a long time ago my business partner now
Actually his father
It was a barber and my father was a barber and for over 35 years they work together
But Tony and I got to meet each other actually in high school
So actually what happened is after high school after college
And after we got jobs with big companies
We did that for a couple years and then we got tired of that we said you know we can do this ourselves
We don't have to work for these big companies
So we wanted to start a business
Well, the only business that we could afford
Was a cleaning business
And we couldn't even get a loan
So we had to take the loan
From the cleaning business owner
Who was willing to carry the loan back
So we made payments to that person for years
We thought we were just going to do great
And it turns out that we didn't
We actually faltered and we really stumbled for several years
And I always try to share some of these mistakes because sometimes people can relate
Or if not relate to make them feel better about their own problems
Right
Righ! And so Tony and I we didn't even have any money in the beginning because we had to pay a down payment
So we didn't have what was called working capital
Well working capital is what you need to pay the bills when you first get started
We didn't have any of it so it was tough
We couldn't make payroll unless we took out advances on our credit cards
So that wasn't going great as far as equipment
My dad sold to Tony and I an old car
And we had an old horse trailer
A horse trailer that we would shuttle our equipment around town
So carpet cleaning equipment and tile maintenance equipment
We would move it around town
You were mad evils in terms of transport and broke a terms of business
But every mistake that could be made in the early years we made
And frankly I would have just as soon got out of the business
But we stuck with it and in the end we learned some things
That took our company from really struggling to having great people running very smoothly and profitably
And we were doing over two million dollars a year
So it really turned around
And I can tell you if you like some of them
There are two or three things that really made a difference
I would love to know them and I'm sure the people watching would love to know
How to get from what sounded like a bit of a disastrous company
To a really successful one so any gems
That you can share with us would be super interested
Well your observation that it sounded like a disaster was accurate
Well it really was I mean we were beside ourselves
But we were two things we were curious and we were coachable
So we started to learn learn learn and in fact today I'm going to share some principles about that
But there's a several things we did we learn to put systems in place
And I'm sure you talk to your people about that a lot
So we learned to put systems in place
We learned to find and then keep the right people that was critical
And then we also learned this third thing which is to try
And when it comes to marketing to try to pick strategies
That are rooted in powerful forces affecting human behavior
Again pick strategies that are rooted in powerful forces affecting human behavior
And we can talk about that now real quickly I can tell you
These are not brand new ideas to me
We learn from marketing people over the years
For example Dan Kennedy. He was a direct response is a direct response marketing expert
And we learned a lot from him
Your carpet cleaning folks may be familiar with Joe .
Joe polish was, is a student of Dan Kennedy's and he learned an awful lot
So these principles we learned we learned them and then we adjusted them for our business
So a for example powerful guarantees
So powerful guarantees are important because people like guarantees
They like to move the risk from them to you as the seller
So they like to move it to the cleaning business
But it can't just be a regular guarantee for example
If I said to you Daisy
We're bonded, we're licensed and insured and we guarantee our work
It's nice right ? But does it really sit you up in your chair does it really grab you by the collar ?
Whatever the expression is
And get your attention
Maybe not
No I'd almost say that's the bare minimum I'd expect from a cleaner
Isn't that right?
So well that would be an example of a guarantee
That gets people not only interested in your company
But gets them choosing your cleaning business over somebody else's?
That's a great question.
I can give you one as an example in the office cleaning business
We try to pick on something very important to property managers and building owners
And that is they're sick and tired of the quality
yeah they're sick of the quality going from very good when you first start
All of a sudden it gets worse and worse
And what happens is you promised them three hours a night of cleaning
Becomes two hours a night becomes an hour of night
Because there's a connection between time and cleaning results quality
So for example what if I said our company let's call our company blue tower cleaning
And blue tower cleaning we guarantee
That every week you'll get at least the number of budgeted hours
you were promised to be getting or that week of cleaning is free
oh yeah is that different ?
And they stand out that's something when you say the word free
You're damn serious then right
Well that's right and I think that people really register with a specific
That's why we call it measurable people like that kind of thing
Now if you're supposed to clean Monday Wednesday and Friday
Three three and three hours
Well if it gets to be Wednesday and you're done and you only put in five hours
Then you as a cleaning business that's right
You may have to add an hour to Friday to get the hours right for the week
The attraction of that is incredible plus by the way living up to it is a good idea anyway
Because that's what keeps quality up
But it does but does it really does get your attention though
Because you don't see that kind of a measurable guarantee of performance we call it
At least we don't see that very often and we we think that could be a wonderful thing
Amazing
So
If I'm right in saying the first part of getting your guarantee right is look in your cleaning business
And see what your customers pain points are
So for you and commercial contractors they will be worried that the hours
Correlated to the level of cleaning so you needed to guarantee the amount of hours
Right
You got that exactly right
You've got to find what really registers with your people
Something that will really get their attention and for our industry that really does
And then the second point am i right in saying is find something measurable
So you can put a number on that guarantee
Or you can promise them something such as it's free
Or I think I think that's right.
And what did you find was the effect on your cleaning company, when you started offering this powerful guarantee?
So what you find is response
Which by the way let me mention one other one a social proof
We also use testimonials
And I'm sure Daisy you talked to your folks about the importance of that too
So whether they're responding to the social proof which are testimonials
Whether responding to a powerful guarantee
whatever it is what you note that what we noticed giving example
we would get the following comment on the phone someone would call and ask for a bid
And they would say are you the person that keeps sending me these rather unusual letters
Okay an unusual how?
Well in the sense that they were marketing letters
I may have myself there
I might have testimonials on there I may have a guarantee on there something unusual
That they weren't used to get it
Well that really made a big difference for us
In terms of getting business that helped us to grow
So we used a lot of direct response marketing letters
Now that doesn't mean you can't use calls
And all kinds of things and certainly today there's websites and their search
And so on. But frankly the concepts of marketing remain strong
No matter if the medium changes and then frankly the last thing I was going to talk to you about
If we have time is now something if you have a customer how to keep that customer
Because a customer that you keep is really a sale too isn't it
Of course yeah the lifetime value of a customer is crucial that's right
A great way to grow your business
Right, in the way one of the things that we came up with
And this we did not come up with until later on
It's called delivering noticeable cleaning
And the human nature or the force affecting human behavior is this
Have you ever noticed that people don't always appreciate what you do
People appreciate very often what they notice
So for example in the hotel motel the hospitality industry
They've known this ,I think for a long time
So for example you'll see a little mint in the turn down service on your pillow
I was kidding you at one point on a phone call about how they'll wrap
Or fold a towel and it looks like a swan
And I was kidding you I said I don't know if I've ever been in that fancy of hotel
To have a delightful way and to have a delightful way to show you
That some cleaning was done here. Work was done by someone
And so for example even let's go that go back to that motel or hotel room again
You might see a little tent card that says your room was cleaned by Susan, let's say.
Why do they do that?
They do that to create a human connection to bring your attention to the cleaning
So noticeable cleaning you but also saying listen Susan clean this
And everyone of us I think it's human nature we go over that Susan did a good job
I mean this is very nice someone did some work here
So this kind of noticeable cleaning approach is not arrogant or egotistical
It's a delightful way to bring to your customers attention something
They may have never appreciated the cleaning or had that moment of delight
Unless you did it so for example in office cleaning we might you might hang a little a door hanger
on the conference room door and say this room was clean
Deodorize the carpet last night from your friends of blue tower cleaning
You may put a little sticker on to a mirror in the in the bathroom
It says this bathroom was Diaz disinfected by your friends at blue tower cleaning
We were a little tent card by the phone it says the phone was sanitized
The old you know all time ago and remember when the NAP of carpeting used to be thicker.
Right, yes
And it would leave lines. Yes yes. that's something we would do
We would leave lines uniform lines in the carpet that brings to the attention of the person
Somebody worked here last night look. How nice this looks
Where they may have taken that for granted so that kind of helps
So it can be that it can be the way you leave chairs
It can be the toilet roll the toilet paper roll
Maybe you fold that into a little point
I know this seems like small things but any little delightful thing
that brings some attention that someone says look at that some work was done that's nice
That creates a human connection I probably talk too much and get excited about these things Daisy
But I really do think that cleaning people are just the greatest people in the world
And I just dependable and hard-working and any ideas that can come
That can help them I just get excited about
Because they're my tribe they are who we are
I totally share your passion and I think that the value in that noticeable cleaning idea that you spoke about makes perfect sense
The cleaning industry can almost feel underappreciated
Because your works supposed to go on in the background
When nobody's home or outside of office hours
But to be able to remind people that you're doing a good job allows you to keep the job as well, right ?
You got it! In fact we had a name for that .
Our name for that was you don't want to become the invisible cleaning company
I like that .I really like that
Right I mean see now I'm talking now about office cleaning we clean a lot of times
Let's say 5 o'clock to ten o'clock at night or 6:00 to 10:00
Well often they want to leave the office staff
And if you're never around if you're never making connection that can be a problem
And that's exactly that's why we encourage our people to make some connection
But you don't want to become the invisible cleaning company
Because of this very same reason now in the carpet cleaning industry
I'm talking about office cleaning examples
But there's got to be ways to do this
And apply this in carpet cleaning situations
Absolutely I think that can go across the board on any job any service based industry
If you're just doing them things that just prove that you were there
If you did a great job and you're making people feel special
And that's a beautiful human connection that feels nice
But also allows you to keep getting consistent work
Because people like to feel special
So they'll keep buying into that
Absolutely that's right that's right you got it I think you got it all
Well Dan that is super valuable information
So quick recap of the things we've just spoken about
So the cleaning business owners watching this can apply them
Can you just let us know you're powerful guarantee first
So,a powerful guarantee at least the way we do it is called an MGP measurable guarantee of performance
You can make it for your business that you do and pick something that you can really guarantee
That would mean something important to that prospect to that customer
If you pick that and it's something you can live up to boy you can get a lot of mileage
In terms of attracting new business by using that.
So powerful guarantees is something that you paste on your marketing in order to get more customers
You also put on that social proof can you just explain what that is .
People by nature ,if other people like something are interested we tend to go what's that about
I'm kind of interested what we take we take real credibility in that
It's the same reason why you believe what someone else says about me
Much more than what you believe what I say about me
So hearing what others opinion is so important that's why today and in social media
With reviews it's so enormously important because we believe that human nature
So when you can go on capture it used to be written testimonials
Well, that those days are gone I mean that's fine but today a video testimonial
Which is so approachable for everybody to almost do a video testimonial
Creates a testimonial review it creates social proof which attracts powerfully people
And you can put that right in your marketing on your site on your pieces
To attract new business to grow your cleaning company
Dan, that is a great easy to implement tip that anyone watching this can take as well
If you can just tweak your marketing to have one a powerful guarantee that's measurable
And to put some social proof on your marketing
You can start to gain more cleaning customers and have that powerful edge that other competitors just don't have
That's perfectly put I think that's a I think that's right on the money
And lastly done you spoke about noticeable cleaning
This is your way of keeping the current customers that you have
By making them feel special
Absolutely I remember once there was a man that told me that everybody has a horn hanging around their neck
And it is your job to blow that horn no one else is going to come over and grab that horn and blow that for you
And I always meaning I always took that as meaning
We have to sometimes by human talk about human nature again right
Sometimes we can beat we can feel that we're being it's immodest or or egotistical
Or arrogant to kind of put out the word there about ourselves
And I just want to suggest that this idea of delivery delivering noticeable cleaning
Is in no ways that this is trying to create a delightful way to bring attention
From your prospect to the work that you do it may be the only way
They ever then have that moment of delight and go boy this place looks good
Look at how that carpet looks fantastic and it may be because of something you did
To make that happen. When you do they not only see that they go work was done here
And they also start to connect it to well then someone did to work
Well that was you that was the carpet cleaning company that was the office cleaning company
It creates that human connection and that's still a part a big part of the cleaning business
No matter how much the technology goes ahead that's great
But it's still about the people too.
Again that's another really easy to implement steps
That someone can do today it is your job to make sure
That all your customers know you're doing a good job
Right that's right.
Amazing well Dan
