Rudy Giuliani Admits On Fox News That Trump Committed A Crime - Duration: 3:23.

On Wednesday evening, Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump's newest attorney, made his first televised

appearance since joining Donald Trump's legal team.

In that Wednesday night Sean Hannity clip, Rudy Giuliani managed to admit three different

times that Donald Trump actually did commit a crime.

In true Fox News fashion, they gave him another chance Thursday morning on Fox & Friends to

kind of walk back his statements, and instead, Giuliani once again admitted that, yeah, Donald

Trump committed a crime.

Take a look at the Thursday morning appearance of Giuliani on Fox & Friends.

And denied them.

And denied them, and then said it wasn't true.

Donald Trump repaid his lawyer the $130,000 that the lawyer paid to Stormy Daniels to

keep the affair quiet, and, and this is where the criminal activity part of it comes in,

they did it because it was so close to the election that if it had come out at that time,

it would have cost Donald Trump the election, thereby making this an in-kind contribution

to the Donald Trump campaign.

As Democratic representative, Ted Lieu, pointed out this morning, there's at least four different

crimes that the President is now implicated in, and by his lawyer's own admission, committed.

Failure to disclose campaign contributions, contributing, contributing ... excuse me ... more

than is legally allowed, falsifying financial data, and falsifying election related financial

data.

That's where we're at right now, and again, I pointed out when Giuliani was appointed

to the Trump legal team that this guy is a horrible lawyer, that he hadn't done any real

criminal defense stuff really ever, or at least in decades, and now, his first two televised

appearances, he goes ahead and spills the bean that not only did, yeah, they paid her

off because it was too close to the election, and they wanted to help the campaign, and

two, Donald Trump paid him back for it.

Michael Avenatti, Stormy Daniels' lawyer, came out shortly after.

First of all, offered to send a gift basket to Rudy Giuliani, because this is just such

great news for them, and second of all, said, "There is no way in hell, after Giuliani's

disastrous media appearances, that Donald Trump finishes his first term."

According to him, who actually appears to be a competent lawyer, unlike Donald Trump's

people, this revelation by Giuliani, on Fox News, of all places, could spell the end,

and very likely will spell the end, of the entire Trump administration.

Kevin Hart's Friend Charged With Trying to Extort Comedian Over Sex Tape - Duration: 1:16.

On Wednesday, Kevin Hart's longtime friend was arrested after being accused of trying

to extort the comedian with an alleged sex tape last summer.

The now ex-friend, Jonathan Todd Jackson, now faces felony charges of attempted extortion

and extortion by threatening letter.

Jackson faces four years in jail and is being held on a $100,000 bail.

Kevin didn't explicitly address the arrest, but appeared to allude to it with a tweet

shortly after it was announced.

"Mind blown...Hurt...at a lost for words and simply in complete disbelief at the moment.

WOW"

Word of a sex tape featuring Kevin having a sexual encounter with a woman that was not

his wife broke last August.

That scandal came just a month after Radar Online published a paparazzi video of the

comedian supposedly getting intimate with a woman. 

Montia Sabbag, who admitted to being the woman in the video, denied being involved in the

extortion plot.

Kevin didn't go into details about what exactly happened, but he did offer a public

Instagram apology last September, saying he "made a bad error in judgment."

Kevin Hart's infidelity popped up in a different light in April thanks to J. Cole's KOD track

"Kevin's Heart," which is a song about the difficulties of remaining faithful.

Kevin himself starred in the music video.

Avengers: Infinity War (SPOILER) Review - Duration: 13:08.

Wait. - No.

- That's your line.

- Hello, hello, hello, my friends.

Kaitlyn and my friend Joey are here,

and guess what we're gonna talk about today?

The Avengers: Infinity War.

(upbeat electronic music)f

- This is where the gauntlet would go.

It would go right there if I had it, but--

- I want it.

- You can, here. - Thank you.

- This morning, I needed the Time Stone,

so we could sleep in more.

- And what's bad is we went to the 7:00 p.m. showing,

and we're just like old people.

I was home by 10:00, but I still was like, "Uh."

- All right, so initial thoughts, I guess.

- I mean, I guess, overall like, hah.

It was wonderful.

- It was the coolest thing I've ever seen.

Like, we audibly, not just us but the entire theater

clapped and cheered throughout the two-and-a-half-hour film

which felt like it was about five minutes long.

- And I guess before we get any farther,

I should say that this is gonna be full of spoilers.

If you didn't already see it in the title,

just stop watching.

- Yeah, you gotta press Pause now.

We probably already said too much.

I'll never be on the channel again.

I already ruined it.

No, it's spoiler city.

We were talking about all of the different things

that happened, like, I'm getting goosebumps

talking about it right now.

Like, I keep getting like goosebumps.

The way they kept revealing the different characters

and bringing everybody back in, like, it was so fluid

and I've never seen anything like that.

- And you've got these very established characters

and cinematic worlds around those characters,

and then bringing them all together,

like I really loved how they introduced

the Guardians of the Galaxy.

And so you come with their classic rock playing,

and it's just like yeah, okay, now we're in, like,

James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy movie for a minute.

I think the only difference would be you open with Thor

and it wasn't quite Taika Waititi's Ragnarok,

which is a little disappointing

because I really loved that movie

and I really love Taika, so.

- Right off the bat, Thanos is the most fleshed-out,

well-developed Marvel villain since Loki,

and I thought it was very powerful that the first life

he really took was Loki's.

Thanos had a cause you could almost relate to,

but his tactics were despicable.

- It's very similar to, I think Black Panther.

- Killmonger.

- Yeah, Killmonger, thank you.

He was very much like that, where he had this idea

where you're like, I get it,

but you are going about it the wrong way.

- That's what makes them I think so viable as villains

is because you almost sympathize with them,

so you have some sort of understanding of them

and so when they twist and turn and do the things

that you really don't like, you're more

emotionally sought into it as just,

he's a bad guy, so I know I shouldn't like him.

- Yeah, in the opening, a lot more people died

than I expected, like right off the bat.

I wasn't expecting Loki to die that quickly

because I mean, he's definitely like a fan favorite,

and in terms of a film that has a lot of fan service,

to kill him off that quickly.

In terms of all the deaths in this movie,

like all the people who get disintegrated at the end,

you're like, they're probably not gonna stay dead, I hope.

We'll fix this, right?

But the people who died before that, it's like,

is Loki really dead?

Is this how his story ends five minutes into this movie?

- The thing about the Infinity Gauntlet is

as quickly as Thanos changed the world,

someone else with that could also change it back.

The Infinity Gauntlet is I guess,

yeah, the film term MacGuffin gets thrown around a lot.

You know, like a plot device,

like the Infinity Gauntlet would have the ability to

put Asgard back if they want to do that,

bring Heimdall back.

Maybe they don't.

They're not written into a corner at all with this.

Like, it's the kind of prop that can make things

very, very dire but also can turn the tide.

This is the first Marvel movie

that does not have a happy ending.

I thought they'd be chasing the stones into the second film.

The whole second movie is gonna be aftermath,

which I did not expect, but--

- Like, there was a guy behind us,

as soon as it ended and he was like,

"We gotta wait a whole year for this?"

- Yeah, he had a little bit of an emotional breakdown.

- It ends in a horrible place,

but it also ends in a place where anything can happen now

in the next movie.

So I have just some questions about favorite and best things

that happen.

- Cool.

- Do you want to start funny or you want to start sad?

- Let's do what the movie did.

Well, the movie started sad and ended sad.

- Well, okay.

What death were you not expecting?

- There's a lot of 'em, especially at the end.

I mean, we talked about Loki already.

I did not expect Spider Man to die.

I think he's the young fighter

and he's kind of the kid that keeps overcoming

the expectations.

Also he's a Sony property.

I mean, honestly, that thought didn't come into my head

until after the fact, but I thought like, huh.

Like, I know that Marvel and Sony are partnering on that

but I gotta think Sony's a little bit protective

of Spider Man 'cause they're gonna make more solo films

with him, and I did not expect Black Panther.

Yeah, when it was him and Okoye together, I was like--

- I was like, it's gonna be Okoye.

And then it was like, he was disappearing.

- I know, and I kept saying no out loud.

I mean, we weren't alone.

Other people in there was like no, no, no

'cause people would just start disappearing

when Thano snaps his fingers.

- I'm being optimistic and saying anyone who disappeared,

disintegrated with the Infinity Gauntlet finger snap

is really not gone.

They're gonna come back. - They have to.

There's another Black Panther movie.

There's another Spider Man movie

that they have to come back, but--

- But anyone who died before that,

I feel like their deaths are more on the line

of like, they could stay dead,

and I would be really upset if that happened

because I love Guardians

and I love Star Lord and Gamora together.

- I do too, I do too.

Gamora has always been a powerhouse character,

and not one-dimensional at all.

- Best one-liner or joke?

- There was a lot of those too.

It's very funny, even though we've talked about

a lot of sadness and death.

- The sadness is what you can kind of like ruminate on,

but the funny stuff was really like

what I feel like kept me going at times.

- As Tony goes to chase their spaceship into outer space,

he goes, "Wong, I love you. You're invited to my wedding."

I thought that was really funny

'cause just five minutes prior,

he's discussing he and Pepper's nuptials

and all that stuff.

Star Lord calling Thanos Grimace, that was good.

- What is that a reference to?

- Oh, McDonald's.

The big purple guy from like the--

- Oh.

- You know, like Hamburglar, Ronald, Mayor McCheese.

Grimace was the big purple guy.

- I didn't know that's what his name was, but okay.

I really liked the whole,

like when Thor is hitting on Gamora

and Quill is just like freaking out,

and he like lowers his voice, and it's just like

their whole interaction was perfect.

I wasn't expecting Thor to suddenly decide

that he was gonna hit on Gamora,

but I guess you've been out in space for a while

and you got dumped by Natalie Portman.

- Jane.

- She's all like, I gotta do my science thing.

I don't have time for you.

- And Thor and Rocket together were really good.

- I loved him calling him rabbit,

and like continually calling him rabbit.

What do you think was the best or your favorite

like wow moment.

Mine was when Thor comes in at the, in Wakanda,

when he's got the ax and just like the lightning.

I can't even fully articulate it.

It was so amazing.

'Cause you're seeing both his Thor powers,

slash his also like new powers that no one else has seen

except from Ragnarok.

Woo, it was really great.

Like, it looked beautiful and it felt like a turning point

in that battle a little bit

'cause they were kind of getting beaten down.

I mean, obviously, they still sort got beat

but it was a nice moment where you're like yeah,

the cavalry's arrived.

- I think for me was the battle on Titan.

When Thanos shows up, he's got, I think, every stone

but the Time and the Mind Stone.

Yeah, of course, it's in his head, duh.

That whole fight of how they all really teamed up, you know.

Doctor Strange hitting him with some of the,

being able to do the whips around him,

and then wrapping the cloak around the glove.

- And Spider Man, he's like, "Magic. Magic."

- He's flying through portals, like "Magic again."

- What deaths do you think might be permanent

in the next movie, whether people who are dead now

or are still alive?

I ask this question because I think a lot of people,

myself included, went in being like,

"Captain America, Iron Man, maybe Thor, they're gonna die,"

'cause they're sort of like some of the oldest ones,

and you're like, "They could die and it'd be okay,"

like if it's in a great sacrifice.

I mean, it's not okay, definitely not okay.

I don't want you to think that.

- Never okay.

Don't go kill Iron Man.

That's not the message.

- When you think of like the practical ways

of like contracts are coming to an end, you're like,

I could see where maybe they would end these,

'cause they have had three movies or more.

- I think for me, and we do talk about this some, Loki.

Loki died so early and I mean, he looked,

his death was one of the worst-looking ones.

I mean, Thanos snaps his neck and he's blue.

- He's so great.

I don't want him to be dead.

- I know, I loved Tom Hiddelston, yeah.

And I always wanted Loki to fully turn good

and he and Thor to fight alongside each other.

- Yeah, and I feel like that one little like,

let me get a knife and try to get Thanos,

it maybe wasn't enough of a redemption in my opinion

for his character.

- Yeah, but that one could be very permanent

just 'cause Tom Hiddelston is also a megastar

who's been in a ton of these movies.

- He's definitely one of the ones

that I worry about the most.

- I think Gamora has to come back, you know.

- 'Cause there, it has been confirmed for a Guardians 3

and like, how do you have Guardians and not have a Gamora?

I'm still in the place where I feel like

either Captain America and/or Iron Man will die

by the end of this.

Although after it opened with Iron Man talking about

having a baby with Pepper, I was like, oh no.

He can't die.

He needs to just go off and live a happy life

and have a baby or two.

So we've got a lot of characters and each of them

kind of have their own little, I feel like story arcs.

Did you have a favorite arc from the film?

I liked maybe Gamora's arc, I think.

I feel like that was a main thread throughout the movie

because you were learning a lot of new information there

about characters, her and Thanos.

And I just really like her as a character.

I would really like to cosplay her,

except that I have to paint myself green

and I don't know if I have the commitment to do that.

- I also really liked to see what the Hulk went through.

I don't think his arc was resolved.

And really, it's not the Hulk, it's Bruce Banner.

I mean, he literally tries to become the Hulk several times

in the movie.

Hulk's face will sort of rear up and say no.

Also the Vision, the journey of Vision and Scarlet Witch.

Yeah, I mean, they start out as lovers on a little getaway

in Scotland, it's super sweet.

You're rooting for them.

Poor Scarlet Witch, who's been through hell,

and now has found love and stability,

Vision who is experiencing all of the human things,

and the journey that they have to go through

and the sacrifices they have to make also was very powerful.

- Yeah, essentially, it was great.

Two thumbs up, four thumbs up.

- Four, I wish I had another thumb.

- I don't want you to have another thumb.

That would be weird.

- That would be weird.

So we have to wait a year for this

like that poor guy at the theater.

mess.

After months of wary British citizens questioning the American actress true intentions, her

beleaguered brother Thomas Markle, Jr. just penned a scathing open letter addressed to

Prince Harry, and it contains a shocking secret that sheds light on why he advises that "it's

not too late."

Thomas Markle Jr. is the half-brother of Meghan Markle with the siblings sharing the same

father, Thomas Markle, Sr. Markle Jr. is extremely upset over the snub his sister has given to

all of her relatives, with only her mother being invited to the royal wedding.

Mr. Markle warns Harry, telling him "it's not too late" to scrap the wedding plans

and laying out his reasons, why he believes the prince is making "the biggest mistake

in royal wedding history."

The letter, shared with In Touch Magazine reads, "As more time passes to your royal

wedding, it became very clear that this is the biggest mistake in royal wedding history.

Meghan Markle is obviously not the right woman for you.

I'm confused why you don't see the real Meghan that the whole world now sees."

He adds, "Meghan's attempt to act the part of a princess like a below C average

Hollywood actress is getting old.

Meghan is a jaded, shallow, conceited woman that will make a joke of you and the royal

family heritage."

The Daily Mail reports, Meghan's 51-year-old brother from Oregon "then went on to claim,

that their father went into debt in order to support Markle's acting dream and is

still struggling financially.

He also claims that their father was not invited to the wedding."

This supports previous reports that Meghan was her father's favorite and was born at

a time in his career, as an Emmy Award-winning lighting director, when he spared no expense

in funding her private high school education.

Meghan graduated in 1999 and went on to North Western University.

It took the future Princess Pushy, who was raised in the exclusive area right outside

Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, eleven long years after graduation before she landed her

role in the TV drama Suits in late 2010.

So, it's quite possible her father funded her years in between so she never had to give

up her acting dream.

This also sheds light on one of her early YouTube videos from 1999 while, as a struggling

actress, she is driving around Beverly Hills with estranged best friend Nikki Priddy and

says, "Yeah, I'm supposed to go visit my dad, but he's upset with me right now."

Back to her brother's letter, it continues, "What kind of person starts out by using

her own father until he's bankrupt, then forgets about him in Mexico leaving him broke,

over mostly all her debts?"

It goes on, "And when it's time to pay him back she forgets her own father like she

never knew him.

It's very apparent that her tiny bit of Hollywood fame has gone to her head."

That's quite a bombshell Mr. Markle dropped, and this whole mess could have been avoided

if Meghan would have just contacted her relatives and smoothed over this entire situation.

One thing must be true; namely, all of her relatives claiming that she hasn't spoken

to them since she made it big on Suits.

Many people are also speculating that Thomas, Jr. must have recently been in contact with

Thomas, Sr., and upon hearing his dad was still waiting for an invite that would never

come, the son was angered to see his father hurt to the point of lashing out with this

letter.

But, there's more.

Mr. Markle writes, "Not to mention, to top it all off, she doesn't invite her own family

and instead invites complete strangers to the wedding.

Who does that?

You and the royal family should put an end to this fake fairytale wedding before it's

too late."

Well, according to the tweet below, the Brits already have minted the official wedding coin.

Mr. Markle had some parting words for Harry, finishing his letter with, "Meghan is still

my sister.

She is family.

So whatever happens is up to her, whether she wants to forget knowing me or the rest

of her family, family comes first.

Also, you would think that a royal wedding would bring a torn family closer together,

but I guess we're all distant family to Meg."

I highly doubt Meghan's reclusive dad would have made a stink about not getting the invite,

but there is no doubt this must have hurt him greatly.

In that video from 1999, Meghan shows photos of herself with her dad.

It's evident they were close and he was a good father.

There are those who say her extended family are just gold diggers and want to get something

from her.

There is probably some truth on all sides of this mess, but it is unforgivable to not

invite your father to your wedding when he is not one of the gold diggers.

We don't know the entire story, but we do know her father has not spoken to the press

and has only wished her well through third parties.

If Princess Pushy is willing to shun her father in this manner, she might marry a prince while

wearing a diamond-crusted tiara, but under that crown, she's just a mediocre actress

who stepped over countless people to get to Buckingham Palace.

Google Adwords Optimization Week #1 - Day 4 - Number of Keywords - Duration: 4:38.

Today, we are continuing our AdWords optimization course.

Week #1, day #4.

We are talking about the number of keywords

you should have in your ad groups, stay tuned.

- What is the maximum number of keywords you should have

in any particular ad group in your AdWords campaign?

Depending on where you look and who you ask,

you will get a number of different answers

to this particular question.

I've heard as high as 50 keywords in an ad group,

and I've heard as low as three keywords maximum

in any ad group.

So, there really is no specific, correct answer.

But why would there be a maximum number

of keywords in an ad group?

Why not just throw all the keywords for your campaign

in there and just run it like that?

The reason is,

we are so limited with our AdWords campaign ads,

based on content,

that we could not craft effective ads

that would encompass more than about 15 or 20 keywords.

Why is that?

Because in this particular ad group,

this ad group is for auto mechanic workshop.

Out of these 16 keywords,

you can see mechanic is in each and every one of them.

Or a version of the word mechanic.

Auto mechanic shop, find a mechanic,

auto mechanic near me, and so on and so forth.

We're not talking about brake repair.

We're not talking about oil changes.

We're not talking about transmission work.

This ad group is specifically built

around the key word mechanic.

If that key word does not have mechanic in it,

it is not in this ad group.

Why is that?

Then we can more effectively craft an awesome ad

that talks specifically only about mechanics

or a mechanic shop, and present that ad to people

who are typing in these specific keywords.

If they're talking about finding an auto mechanic near me,

our ad might say something specific like,

"Are you looking for an auto mechanic near you?"

And that ad is tailored to somebody looking

for something specific like that.

We're not trying to fit everything

in our ad that talks about,

"Come here for transmission and oil changes,

"tire rotations, tuneups, so on and so forth."

Because we just don't have that much room.

We only have 30 characters

in the first part of the headline,

30 characters in the second part,

and 80 characters in the third.

We can only fit so much in an AdWords ad.

So, you wanna keep these keyword groups,

pretty tightly knit together.

You don't see anything about transmissions in here.

You don't see anything about brakes or oil changes.

What's a maximum number of keywords

you should have in an ad group?

In our agency,

we try to keep the maximum number

of keywords per ad group to about 20.

Is everything thrown off if there's 21, or 22, or 23?

Absolutely not.

But with that said,

if it starts to get more than that,

even if they're pretty tightly knit,

we will probably separate them out

into two different ad groups just because

it makes it easier to manage.

You will hear people also talk

about single keyword ad groups.

Meaning they will take a keyword like auto mechanic

and they will put that in it's own ad group,

just titled auto mechanic.

Then they will put three versions of that keyword,

an exact match, a phrase match, and a modified broad match.

And they will have a single keyword ad group

for every single keyword in their campaign.

One thing that we have found,

is when we have a keyword that is operating extremely well,

we will usually take it out and put it in it's own SKAG,

or single keyword ad group, and run it like that.

But until we hit specific goals with our key words,

we typically don't do that,

but that's just a personal preference.

So, what did we learn?

Try to keep the number of keywords in your ad groups

to a manageable level.

Try to keep all those keywords very tightly knit,

around one specific topic,

so that when you are ready to craft your ads,

you can craft an effective and very targeted advertisement

to someone who may be doing a search

for what you have to offer.

all right let's analyze the scenes today's analysis is quite simple first

expressions you may have noticed one expression is used in all the five

scenes and that's what are you doing here so I highly recommend you to use

this expression when you run into someone second topic they all talked

about why they were there and it determined the topic of the conversation

so I would say topics depend on the context and because of the variety of

context we can't really predict what expressions we will have to use after

the first expression what are you doing here so it's just up to you and that's

why you should keep memorizing vocabulary and expressions

lastly atmospheres the five scenes display diverse atmospheres but

fortunately they all started the conversations with the same expression

what are you doing here so I would say whoever you run into you can start a

conversation with what are you doing here and the next expression you have to

use will be determined by the answer for that question

the other expression I think would be useful or where have you been and I must

have left you a hundred messages you can use them when you meet someone you

haven't been able to reach for a very long time also you can use the

expression small world which is in the second scene it's used to express

surprise at an unexpected meeting okay to sum up expressions what are you doing

here is highly recommended and where I haven't been and I must have left you

100 messages can be used when you meet someone you wanted to meet for a very

long time but couldn't and small world can be used to express your surprise

topics in most cases the conversation starts with why you are there and the

next topic will be based on the answer for that question

lastly atmospheres therapy diverse atmospheres but it will be mostly

influenced by the relationship between you and the person your greeting
