Easy Eggless Chocolate Cake Roll Recipe with cream filling - Duration: 5:57.
Hello Friends, Welcome to Sonlicious My Name is Sonia Gupta
Did you know that around 1 billion people eat chocolate every day.
Exciting, Isn't it?
Our todays recipe is based on choclate which is Chocolate Roll Cake
If you think making a stunning chocolate roll cake is a difficult task
then let me tell you how easy it can be
This recipe has three parts 1 Chocolate Sponge
2 The filling
3 Chocolate Ganache
Let me show you the ingredients we need for this recipe

The detailed ingredient list and the recipe is in the description box
In a bowl, take 2 eggs and whisk them
Add sugar, vanilla essence and oil
Whisk and dissolve the sugar
Take a sifter and sieve flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together
If you feel that the batter is thick, add milk accordingly
I have added 2 table spoon of milk
Continue to mix till your batter is ready
Check the consistency of the batter
Now take a baking tray and line it with parchment paper
Pour the batter in the tray and spread evenly
We kept our oven for preheating at 180 °C
Now we will bake the batter in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes
Do ensure that the cake does not become dry during the baking process
Once the cake is ready, demould it on a kitchen towel
Sprinkle some icing sugar to avoid cake sticking on the kitchen towel
Be very gentle when you remove the parchment paper
Once again sprinkle some icing sugar and gently roll the cake
Give it some time and let the cake roll cool down
In a pan add fresh cream and bring it to boil
Add butter and mix it well
Add chopped chocolate and Switch off the flame
Let the chocolate melt in the butter and cream
Keep it aside and let it cool
In a mixing bowl, take whipping cream.
Using a electric whisker, whisk it to soft peaks
It's been 10 minutes and now we will open the cake roll
Spread even layer of whipped cream on it. Do not spread the cream till edges
Roll back the cake again
Do not worry if the cake breaks in the rolling process
I will show you a trick that will make these cracks vanish
Now we will cover the cake with Ganache
Here's the trick
Covering the cake with Ganache will hide all the cracks your cake might have
And Finally using a fork we will create texture on the cake
This is to beautify the cake
And our fantastic chocolate roll cake is ready
I refrigerated the cake for one hour
This chocolate roll cake will steal everybody's heart

It's always so nice to receive a salad with your meal
this'll be my first ever vid done featuring 'Matsuya's food ... itadakimasu
I'll start things off with this premium beef n' rice it comes with shichimi pepper
Meat is always so good
The meat is so tender and juicy It has soaked up so much of the sauce making it so yummy
and that shichimi pepper goes nicely with this
I love eating this With this pickled Ginger
This salad is supposed to be with one of the Meal combinations but I'll eat it now anyways
all done The meat had a nice amount of fat to it
and it also soaked up so much of the marinade Making it taste so yummy
Next up is a beef yakiniku meal combo
beef kalbi with grated radish and onion
I'll now add the sauce
grated daikon radish tastes so nice with meat
the kalbi/galbi/garbi/gulbi is so flavorful and yummy
Brown sauce and egg hamburger meal
an egg sits atop a hamburg steak
The brown sauce is full of flavor and very yummy The hamburger is so very tender as well
I love eating it along with the egg as well it makes me ravenous for rice
It's not often you see a beef bowl shop selling hamburg steaks
I love scooping up a bit and then Eating it along with some rice
This brown sauces made with some mushrooms It's so very yummy
And next premium beef n' rice with grated radish
I'll now add some ponzu citrus sauce
It looks so yummy
Citrus really livens up the flavor
The grated radish has some spicy undertones Coming together with the citrus makes it so yummy
next up is a bibindon (bibimbap bowl)
Gotta love that runny egg
It's so nice to get your daily veg Along with this meat
kimuchi with mustard greens and pickles
It's spicy and yummy
next up is a kimukaldon (kimchi kalbi bowl)
It's got gimchee seaweed and beef galbi
Kimchi and meat go so nicely together
and last up is jam packed and yummy onion egg beef bowl
its got a runny egg on top.. woooo
The yolk coats the meat really mellowing out the flavors

all done gochisosamadeshita
matsuya's beef bowl meals were so yummy the beef bowls were loaded down with so many different toppings
the hamburg steak with brown sauce was so yummy the bibndon bowl had so many veggies and
it came with a yumy spicy sauce and the egg made it taste so yummy as well
