Welcome to a new video...
...in today's episode I show you how easy it is to cook a delicious German Mulled Wine...
...for thatb we need 2 organic oranges & 1 organic lemon...
...with a knife cut oranges & lemon into thin slices...
...in a small pot or saucepan combine orange & lemon slices along with 75 grams brown sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar...
...1 cinnamon stick, 4 - 5 cloves & 1 - 2 star anise...
...next, pour in 1 liter red wine...
...I used a semidry one called "Dornfelder" here...
...but you can also use every red wine of your choice...
...give the mulled wine a quick stir...
...& then heat up over medium heat...
...but do not bring to a boil...
...the mulled wine just needs to get hot...
...because as soon as the mulled wine starts boiling the alcohol will evaporate...
...so we have to switch back the temperature in time...
& only let steep the mulled wine with the lid closed for about 30 minutes...
...remove the lid from time to time & give everything a quick stir...
...& as said before take care that the mulled wine does not start to simmer...
...after 30 minutes the mulled wine should be done & we can prepare the sugar rim for the glasses...
...that means dip every glass only with the rim into a bowl with water...
...& afterwards into a bowl filled with sugar...
...if that's done transfer the hot mulled wine into the prepared glasses...
...& possibly garnish every glass with a candy cane & a drinking straw...

episode calm down I know you're going to swear a lot after that more the reason
for my canceling mendy series and why I felt that I was being forced to do that
and also I practically stopped doing something that I liked and that makes me
sadder for you to know when I was doing the first episode of mehndi series in
one of them I ended up staying the whole night my mother just did not come and
swear at me because I asked her if I could stay up late and she left and also
when I started doing episode 2 I had to close my art status so I just left the
Commission's open and I just felt like I was being forced to do this and also I'm
going to go to eighth grade at school daaad and that's going to be worse for
me something that really disturbs me in real life but do not worry I will not
let this channel die I promise well injustice bye
